"Comrade Stalin led the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people to the victory over the Nazi-fascist occupiers and defended with honor the world-historical achievements of the October Revolution.

The internationalist meaning of the Great Patriotic War is that Comrade Stalin - as the leader of the world proletariat - thus paved the way for the victory of socialism on a world scale."

Liquidation of the Comintern

The dissolution of the Comintern was a historically lasting defeat for the world proletariat and the world revolution, was a victory of the international forces of the Anti-Comintern, was a decisive factor in the historical growth of modern revisionism.

The dissolution of the Comintern can be justified by nothing and no one, for the Communist International is the only party that can lead the world proletariat to world communism.

For this reason alone, the dissolution of the Comintern was the worst betrayal of proletarian internationalism, of the world socialist revolution, of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

- The dissolution of the Comintern was a stab in the back of our highest ideal - world communism.

- The dissolution of the Comintern did not serve the abolition of class society, but its maintenance by "peaceful coexistence" of two world camps.

- Any "justification" of a dissolution of the Comintern can mean nothing other than justifying the prolongation of the rule of the imperialist world. This means denying the possibility of the transition to world socialism and world communism. This is incompatible with the principles of Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

Finally, the dissolution of the Comintern was a declaration of war against the revolutionary doctrines of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism, which always stood up for the proletarian international.

10 reasons

the dissolution of the Comintern

excerpt of the General-Line of the Comintern (SH)

The existence of a Communist International is neither dependent on the ups and downs of capitalism, nor dependent on the ups and downs of inner party struggles. It is always and in any case absolutely indespensable for the fulfillment of the revolutionary mission of the world proletariat. Consequently, it is never allowed to cancel its existence, neither in times of capitalist crises, nor during fascism, nor in times of imperialist wars, etc, nor during inner crises.

Precisely in particularly most difficult and harsh conditions of the class struggle, in situations and periods in which the world proletariat and the peoples have the worst to suffer under the yoke of capitalism (such as under Nazism and World War II), precisely then is the Communist International indispensable, precisely then is such a dissolution close to a crime. Precisely in 1943, when tens of millions of masses bleeded to death, were murdered, starved and died of thirst, it is impossible to dissolve the Comintern and to leave the world proletariat and the peoples to their fate. Especially in the most extreme conditions, the leadership of the Communist International is needed for the revolutionary liberation of the world proletariat and the peoples - namely to smash down and end the brutal, bloody rule of the world bourgeoisie.

Maintaining the Communist International (respectively its fastest reconstruction in case of its liquidation), is absolutely a historical necessity. All the tactical considerations are absolutely subordinated. The principled question of the existence of the Communist International is not to be mixed up with the tactical questions of the Communist International. Decisions whether the Comintern lives or dies, only for the purpose of a temporary advantage (or to avoid an intermediate disadvantage), and the sacrificing of principles in the interests for a moment - are downright opportunist decisions. Nobody can deny or annul this truth by the accusation of "dogmatism".

The existence of the Communist International is not only limited in the absolute necessity of overthrowing the capitalist world domination, by means of the world socialist revolution. That necessity exists uninterruptedly during the whole period of the existence of world capitalism.

However, the Communist International is also needed for the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat and for leading the construction of world socialism.
The Communist International will therefore be indispensable during the entire historical period of world socialism, namely to eliminate the danger of the restoration of world capitalism, and finally to lead the world proletariat toward world communism.

Without Communist International there is no overthrow and destruction of world capitalism.

Without Communist International there is no victorious construction of world socialism.

Without Communist International there is no transition to world communism.

Any "justification" for the premature dissolution of the Communist International can therefore be nothing more than a justification for the prolongation of the world domination of the bourgeoisie, for the delay of the dictatorship of the world proletariat, and finally for the postponement of World Communism.

In the event that our Communist International will be forcibly liquidated or from the inside decomposed by the bourgeoisie, in the event that the Comintern falls victim to its own degeneration, in the event that it is turned into an instrument of the class enemy, then: it is our duty to ruthlessly slap it out of the hostile hands.
Only if this should not succeed - we must rebuild the Communist International in any case - and that , of course, restored on the basis of Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

If we would dissolve our own Communist International, for any reason whatsoever, this contradicts the basic idea of proletarian internationalism. We would cease to be Communists. The own liquidation of our communist organization is tantamount to capitulation to the class enemy. This means nothing else than the disarmament of the world proletariat and cession the field to the international counter-revolution.

No Communist International is worth anything, unless it can defend itself. But the Communist International does not learn to defend itself at once. This is an ever lasting process of learning from its own experiences.

The Comintern (SH) will never be dissolved by itself. The Communist International is a dying breed in the period of world communism. It will die off not a sole day earlier.

Countries of the dictatorship of the proletariat are particularly bound to proletarian internationalism. This means that they are obliged to protect the Communist International by all means. Maintaining the existence of the Comintern is also self-evident task of exclusively all the other Sections of the Comintern.

It is not only the right but also the duty of a country of the dictatorship of the proletariat to withhold its support for an already degenerated Communist International. Naturally, this applies to all other sections of the Comintern. This does not release neither the socialist country, nor all the other sections of the Comintern from the obligation to do everything in their power, to support the immediate reconstruction of the Communist International , respectively to take the initiative.

The dictatorship of the proletariat is in essence an internationalist dictatorship and serves primarily the liberation of the whole world proletariat. Without survival of the Communist International and the world communist movement, the socialist world revolution is doomed to the defeat. Only the world revolution - or at least the victory of the socialist revolution in several countries - can guarantee the survival of socialism in "one" country. The existence of the Comintern and the support of the world proletariat is therefore also important for the maintenance of the existence of socialism in "one" country. Why then consent to the dissolution of the Comintern ?

The CPSU (b) of Lenin and Stalin has always triumphed over the liquidators and capitulationists. Neither before nor after the October Revolution, there was a smallest reason for the dissolution of the CPSU (B). Is this particularly valid for the Bolshevik Party of the Soviet Union or, generally, also valid for all Bolshevik parties? Of course, the fight against liquidationism and against capitulationism is obligatory for all Bolshevik parties. In our view, that what applies to the Bolshevik Party of a sole country, must apply even more to the world-Bolshevik party which bears responsibility for all countries, for the whole world proletariat. It follows:

As little as the CPSU (B) has dissolved itself, so little were the Comintern allowed to dissolve itself, and so little neither the CPSU (B) nor all the other sections should have given their consent to its dissolution.

The Comintern (SH) defends all comrades who have rendered outstanding services to the maintenance or re-establishment of the Comintern. Some of them have even paid for their lives.

Simultaneously, we condemn all capitulationist, liquidationist and conciliatory elements who have initiated, organised or tolerated the dissolution of the Comintern. Secondly, we condemn all the opportunist, revisionist and neo-revisionist elements who argued openly or hiddenly against the reconstruction of the Comintern, with the intention to hamper or sabotage its revival.

Every adulation of the historical merits of the Comintern is suspicious, especially if its dissolution is tolerated or justified, or if it is combined with reasons of refusal against its necessary reconstruction.

Our criticism is thus clear: we do not only criticize the dissolution of the Comintern as an act of capitulation. Primarily, we critisize its long-lasting negative effect for the comeback of the Comintern. The fact that the dissolution caused a half-century long delay of reconstruction, demonstrates impressively that this wrong historic decision had effected a fundamentally false course of organizing the Communist World Movement - namely the toleration of the renouncement of the Communist International. The dissolution of the Comintern was a painful lesson in the history of the international communist movement. It must never be repeated.

Only within a diseased Comintern, which was infected by the bacillus of the "left"-wing social democratism, could such moods of self-dissolution occur and be spread all over the world.

A healthy Communist International, which is guided by Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism, wastes no precious time in thinking about its own dissolution.

A healthy Communist International holds on and sticks to the socialist world revolution with all its strength.

A healthy Communist International shall never lay down its arms in face of the onslaught of world counter-revolution and imperialist wars!

Therefore, our general-line demands all members of the Comintern (SH) to combat every liquidationist tendencies and to stifle at birth.

The dissolution of the International implied the inevitable danger of weakening the idea of proletarian internationalism and the emergence of nationalist tendencies within the communist parties of the various countries ("own national road to socialism"; see: Titoism; Browderism etc.).

The dissolution of the Comintern favored the tendency for national separation and isolation, which necessarily contained two risks:

First, the danger of the growing influence of national isolation and, secondly, the risk of neglection of propagating together, preparing together and carrying out together the world socialist revolution.

These are universally tendencies of the dissolution and can be traced in the history of all Internationals.

The ECCI justified the dissolution of the Comintern with the dissolution of the First International by Marx and Engels. The equating of quite different historical conditions for the dissolution of the I. and III. International - is contradicting the correct method of the dialectical and historical materialism and leads unavoidably to false conclusions. The dissolution of the Comintern may not be justified by the dissolution of the First International. There is no justification for the genuine communist internationalists to dissolve their revolutionary world-party.

The ECCI Presidium of the Comintern argued: “The Communist International has become a drag on the further strengthening of the national working-class parties.”

The Communist International, as the directing centre of the socialist world revolution, may never become a drag ... neither on the entire emancipation of the world proletariat, nor on the emancipation of the proletariat in the single countries.

The Sections are not such "matured" children who are eligible for the dissolution of the Communist International, after standing on their own feet.
And the Communist International is not such a "mother", who leaves her children in the lurch after she has started a family.

The task of the Comintern is not yet completed and fulfilled by the fact that it led Bolshevik parties to maturity. On the contrary. The Communist International takes never leave of its Sections - under no circumstances. Sections and Comintern, they never leave each other in the lurch - never !

The centralized unification of the Sections was the prerequisite for the most essential task of the Comintern: to lead all Bolshevik parties collectively toward the victory of the world socialist revolution. However, the revisionist leaders of the Comintern dropped the world socialist revolution. In consequence, the Comintern was not needed anymore as the global organization for the revolution of the world proletariat.

* * *

Starting from all these principled considerations, we cast doubts, both on the justification of the ECCI for the dissolution of the Comintern (on 20 May 1943) and on the consent of the CPSU [b], (21 May 1943).

The very first task of all communists all over the world is to prevent the dissolution of our communist world party.

In case of the Comintern this task was not fulfilled.

The decision of the dissolution of the Comintern was unanimously accepted.

Can we be true defenders of the Comintern, can we be true members of the Comintern (SH) if we would accept a dissolution unresisting and unprotesting?

* * *

The Comintern (SH) draws the following key organizational lessons from the fatal dissolution of the Comintern:

The general-line of the Comintern (SH) states that the old model of the organization of the Comintern - an umbrella organization of independent, national communist parties - is no longer appropriate. According to the present conditions of the globalization of the world proletariat it will be superseded by a new global model of a world party.

The Comintern (SH) considers herelf as

the sole Stalinist-Hoxhaist party of the entire revolutionary proletariat

- with its own Sections in each country.

The tendency of the dissolution of the Comintern (SH) and the danger of the transformation from Sections to independent, national splinter groups is countervailed by the tendency of growing together by means of the strengthening of the principle of democratic centralism.

25th of May 2018

African Liberation Day

Messages of Solidarity

MAY 25, 1963 - MAY 25, 2018

Today, we celebrate the 55 th anniversary of the African Liberation Day. This is an occasion to greet all exploited and oppressed peoples who struggle for their liberation from imperialist-capitalist enslavement not only in Africa but all over the world.

Enver Hoxha wrote:

"There can be no talk of genuine freedom and independence, since most of them are still in a colonial or neo-colonial state. (…) The imperialists are ruling most of the African countries again through their concerns, their capital invested in industry, banks, etc. The overwhelming bulk of the wealth of these countries continues to flow to the metropolises. (…) The policy pursued by the big landowners, the reactionary bourgeoisie, the imperialists and the neo-colonialists is intended to keep the African peoples in permanent bondage, in ignorance, to hinder their social, political and ideological development, and to obstruct their struggle to gain these rights.” (Enver Hoxha, Imperialism and the Revolution, Tirana, 1979, edition in English)

A truly free Africa can only be a socialist Africa in a socialist world. The Comintern (SH) is fighting for the goal of establishing the dictatorship of the proletariat throughout Africa.

Africa is free when not only the world bourgeoisie as a whole is defeated, but also all national bourgeoisies on the entire African continent have disappeared!

Without a revolutionary organization guided by the teachings of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism, there will be no communism in Africa. It is therefore time for the African proletariat to complete what it has begun, its liberation from wage slavery. This requires building the sections of the Comintern (SH) in all African countries, based on the invincible teachings of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha.

Only in this way will the African proletariat ill become an inseparable detachment of the glorious red proletarian world army, which will forever defeat world imperialism and march towards world socialism and world communism.

Imperialism means war

- even on the African continent.

Smash world imperialism in Africa!

As a result of the global economic crisis this year, the exploitation of the world imperialist powers has reached its peak. That also affects Africa. The redistribution of imperialist spheres of influence on the entire African continent is imminent. This means war on African soil by the imperialist US, by imperialist Europe (eg France, England, Germany), by imperialist China, and by other imperialist states such as Russia, Brazil, India etc. But also African imperialists themselves, like those in South Africa, will be involved in predatory war for the new redistribution of rulership. Every imperialist world power is fighting for absolute supremacy over Africa - in last consequence by means of the war. That is according the predatory law of world imperialism.

Looking at the current military activities of world imperialism, there are some indications that Africa will in future be divided into four main imperialist spheres of influence:

In North Africa, European imperialism will prevail, but it will have to defend bitterly its hegemony there, especially against the US and China.

In West Africa, American imperialism will prevail and from there seek to extend its super power throughout Africa.

In East Africa, Chinese imperialism will prevail. The superpower China, however, will not settle for East Africa. It is preparing the takeover of the entire African continent.

In South Africa, South African imperialism will continue to rule and expand to the north, but at the same time it will remain dependent, for a while, on various world imperialist powers operating there.

If this possible scenario is not prevented by the unified armed, anti-imperialist war of liberation of the peoples of Africa, then this war for the redivision of Africa will inevitably provoke a civil war that spreads throughout the African continent. The African civil war is part of the world civil war between the world bourgeoisie and the world proletariat, between the forces of world imperialism and the forces of world socialism. The victory or defeat of the world socialist revolution will determine the future of humanity, namely finally where it originated - in Africa.

Smash capitalism in Africa !
Long live socialist Africa !

Africa is being exploited and oppressed not only by foreign imperialist powers, but also by the indigenous bourgeoisie, more or less serving the world imperialist powers.
Today, capitalism prevails throughout Africa. In Africa, the capitalist class society exists with exploiting and exploited classes.
The contradiction between capital and labor, between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, has long since become the chief contradiction in Africa and dominates the class struggles in Africa.
As in any capitalist country, the class struggle in African countries will inevitably lead to the power of the working class, which, with the victory of the socialist revolution, will establish the dictatorship of the proletariat and build socialism.
Africa is the continent with the most extreme class contradictions in the world.

Colonialism did not prevent the emergence of capitalism in Africa, but only delayed it. Nowhere is capitalism developing at a faster pace than on the African continent of today. The world imperialists noticed that a capitalist Africa is much more profitable than an old style colonialism. African capitalism produced a strong African working class - one of the new grave diggers of world imperialism. The African workers' movement is still young, but it will learn faster than the workers' movements on the other continents. They will play a more and more important role in the world socialist revolution.

Africa is the continent with the sharpest class contradictions in the world.

The situation of the working class is catastrophic. Every strike movement is oppressed and violently persecuted by the alliance between the bourgeois state, the capitalists and the bourgeois trade union leaders. A current example is the anti-strike law in South Africa. The new pact of this trio provides that in case of "violence or damages" on the part of the workers, in strikes, everything has to be done to end the strike as soon as possible, if necessary by force. Wild strikes are condemned by the state in the future as "strike breaking" (as a violation of the strike law). By order of the Labor Court, pickets are arrested by police and convicted by the court.

On April 25, the unions in South Africa had called for a general strike against the Minimum Wage Law, which is nothing other than the legalization of slave wages. The working class has defeated apartheid and will also defeat capitalist exploitation and oppression.

Miners demonstrated on May 10 in front of the mine chamber in Johannesburg against the death of 33 miners this year. In 2017, 76 miners died, compared to 73 in 2016.
In 2012, former mine union leader Cyril Ramaphosa (today's President of South Africa !!!) was responsible for the death of 34 striking miners at Marikana , who were shot dead by the police[the Comintern-SH reported on this]. The multi-billion dollar investor Ramaphosa prompted the African National Congress government to send in armed police to break the strike.

At the moment, in South Africa, wage negotiations for bus drivers are delayed by the capitalists, which is why a nationwide 4-week bus driver strike was called. Further wage strikes are planned this year for the civil service.

In South Africa, militant protests have been increasingly taking place in working-class cities, including those in greater Cape Town and Johannesburg. The workers struggle against catastrophic living conditions because the communities are not able to provide basic services to them.

In Ghana, the largest union of miners is planning protests and strikes in all factories in the country, if the government gives green light to the company "Gold Fields Ltd." to fire more than 2000 miners.

In Africa, healthcare is collapsing.

Now it is to be "rescued" by means of privatizations by foreign investors.

Healthcare strikes are spreading across the continent:

In Algeria, the police made witch hunts on the protesting doctors. Strikes have been banned since 2001. The doctors were treated like criminals. Security forces prevent Algerian doctors from attending a sit-in. Police officers indiscriminately arrest passers-by on bus or subway stations just because they are employed in health care. Outside the capital, they were released.
Declining oil and gas revenues, cuts in food and fuel subsidies and rising inflation continue to weigh on Algerians as they face an economic crisis that is now in its fourth year. As social tensions increase, workers' demonstrations, strikes and sit-ins have massively increased in recent months, peaking on 14 February 2018 in a nationwide general strike in public schools and hospitals.
Before the general strike, many demonstrators reported that they had been temporarily arrested or arbitrarily detained in several provinces and cities by security forces and plainclothes police. In addition to the civil unrest in the health and education sectors, airline flight attendants Air Algérie staged a surprise strike in late January 2018 that paralyzed local and international flights for days. Their demands for better wage were condemned by companies and government officials. Air Algérie imposed disciplinary action. Two days after the general strike, Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia threatened he would "not tolerate the continued existence of this anarchy" and promised to put an end to it. The workers' answer is clear: the Algerian working class will promise to put an end to capitalism in Algeria and to replace the bourgeois dictatorship through the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Algeria is not an isolated case.
Medical strikes in Sudan, in Togo and Mauritania.
In Zimbabwe the nurses striked. The strikers were dismissed and their pension rights were canceled. Above all, it was the 15,000 nurses who contributed to the fact that in 2016 fascist President Robert Mugabe had to abdicate. His former Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa is now president (!). Of course, he is afraid of the same fate Mugabe suffered.

In Nigeria, hospitals have extended their strike nationally after the government occupied the medical facilities by means of the army. The government blackmailed the strikers with the threat: "Ebola epidemics from the Democratic Republic of the Congo could spread in Nigeria because of the strikes".

In Zimbabwe teachers are striking, namely despite strikebreaking of yellow union leaders, who want to negotiate a rotten compromise with the government. The teachers reject this lazy compromise. As a result, the government has threatened to dismiss striking teachers and to cancel their pension.

One by one, the old corrupt elites of national independence movements are under pressure from the public's protest. Under the rule of the African bourgeoisie, African democracy, which was still young 55 years ago, has long since become open fascism and social fascism. Even the social fascist Jacob Zuma, South Africa's president from the former anti-apartheid movement, had to abdicate. In TOGO, the opposition has been protesting almost weekly since August 2017. The scale of the protests is enormous: 800,000 demonstrators in a country of 6.6 million. The protests have already claimed 16 lives and the government has blocked the Internet nationwide to stop the protests.

The governments and "parliaments" in Africa are so corrupt that they will sooner or later fall one after the other. The way out is not the election of new corrupt governments, but overthrow of the bourgeois class, the abolition of capitalist parliamentarism and the establishment of socialist council power under the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Growing protest movement in Africa

In 2018, the protest movement in Africa has continued to increase. It is our task as Stalinist-Hoxhaists to strengthen its militant character and to direct this protest movement towards the socialist revolution. We rely in particular on the protest movement of the youth.

Noteworthy is the hunger strike of the brave revolutionary students in Morocco.

The African Youth is the brightest flame of the African Revolution. This manifests on all streets in Africa. Africa offers no prospects for its young people. Most young people do not find work and have to fight for their existence on the ground or leave their homelands as refugees. We just cite one example of the growing African refugee waves: the conflict between Oromia and Somali, which has forced nearly 1 million people to flee.

In 2018 many protested Africans were killed or injured in the streets. Because they fight for their rights, they are imprisoned and fall victim to state terrorism, which prevails in all African countries.

The state terror in Africa is directed in first line against the protest movement, which is defamed as a "terrorist movement". For example, in Ethiopia hundreds of protesting people were killed on the streets.

We report on the unrest in Tunisia.
Protesters have taken to the streets in a number of Tunisian cities and demanded that the government delete new austerity measures involving an increase in fuel prices and taxes on goods.
At least one demonstrator died in the town of Tebourba, near the capital, Tunis.
The Tunisian Interior Ministry denied reports that the dead man was run over by a police car.
The police arrested 328 protesters. 2100 soldiers were deployed to protect vital facilities such as "banks, post offices and other government buildings in major cities in the country".
The new youth movement in Tunisia is protesting in the streets to put pressure on the government and overturn austerity measures.
What are the protests against?
These are above all the price increases. The Tunisian government has increased taxes under the Finance Act 2018. The new budget increased VAT on cars, alcohol, phone calls, the Internet, hotel accommodation and other items. The important tourism sector has not recovered yet after the deadly terrorist attacks in Sousse and Tunis in 2015. Tunisia's inflation is currently around 6% a year, which reduces people's incomes, and tax hikes hit the poorest of the poor - not the rich.
Who is behind the protests?
The protests seem to have spontaneously erupted among people at the local level.
A new, informal youth movement called Fech-Neustan - or "What are we waiting for?" - Created at the beginning of the year, now uses social media to resist price increases.
The group, which uses an alarm clock as a logo to symbolize the need for the population to wake up and act, estimates its own members at around 6,000 across the country, with hundreds of members in Tunis. Representatives say it is a loosely organized grassroots movement without a leader. Some of its members belong to opposition parties - such as the "Popular Front" neo-revisionists of the ICMLPO (Hamma Hammami). These leaders are trying to strangle the Tunisian revolution and turn it to a wrong (petty bourgeois) track instead of leading the Tunisian working class to the socialist revolution.

In Morocco, the protests over economic marginalization have continued since the end of December 2017 in the former mining town of Jerada (Oriental region). The miners demand better safety regulations in the mines. Tensions increased as the government arrested two key leaders of the protest movement and subsequently banned all protests. The residents of Jerada opposed the ban and went to the barricades.

In Guinea, the students protested in Conakry when the strikes - especially the teachers' strike - went into the third week. Since the elections on 4 February 2018, there have been continuing waves of protests in Guinea. 14 protesters died in the clashes.

Cameroon is still facing an escalating uprising in its south.

An increase in revolutionary violence has also been reported in the Central African Republic (CAR) and Mali.

In Madagascar, the students clashed with other protesters who called for the resignation of the president in recent weeks and aggravated the country's political crisis.
In Senegal, clashes erupted between students and the police in Saint Louis on May 15, resulting in the death of one student, and leading to further student protests the next day.

African farmers are protesting against the flooding of Africa with foreign agricultural goods. The domestic agricultural market is destroyed and thus the livelihood of the farmers. Responsible are not only the agricultural capitalists from Europe, but also increasingly from China.

Escalating fight for resources in Africa

The fight over water has got the character of class struggle in Africa. It is a struggle between the poor and the rich, a struggle to abolish private ownership of African water resources. The war over the water, the war over oil and other mineral resources will increase to the same extent as their scarcity.
Mining raw material extraction (including oil, diamonds, copper and cobalt) has tremendous economic potential for bourgeois governments in Africa. It is also a source of political power within the class society. It is both an economic source for the revolution and the counter revolution.
Corruption is the order of the day. Those who win the raw materials, the workers, remain poor. The profit goes into the pockets of the indigenous bourgeoisie, the labour aristocracy and the multinational corporations. This unequal distribution leads more and more to social conflicts. Rebel groups are using profits from conflict diamonds to fund civil wars in Angola, DR Congo and Sierra Leone. Oil workers are kidnapped and taken hostage. The incidence of conflicts is five times higher than it was ten years ago. While such riots and protests are occurring throughout Africa, resource-related struggles and cases of violence against workers are particularly evident in only a few countries: Nigeria, Sudan, South Sudan, DRC and Somalia. Nigeria consistently has a high direct conflict with resources. As the 12th largest oil producer in the world and the eighth largest exporter, the resource-related conflict in Nigeria revolves around oil. About 5% of violent conflicts in South Sudan since 2011 are explicitly resource related. The vast majority of this kind of conflict, which is being observed in South Sudan, consists of battles, primarily between government forces and rebel groups. Resource conflicts in South Sudan are also associated with oil. Sudan has also experienced a large number of these oil conflicts.
While oil creates resource-related conflicts in Nigeria, Sudan and South Sudan, the commodity-related conflict in DR Congo is fueled mainly by mining (eg diamonds, cobalt). It is estimated that DR Congo has approximately $ 24 trillion of unexploited crude mineral ore, including the world's largest cobalt reserves. Most of this type of conflict in the DR Congo takes place primarily between government forces and rebel groups. It's about control of the mines.
Somalia sees a high number of conflicts directly with resources, mainly caused by clan clashes over access to and control of land and water resources. In a region with year-round high temperatures and limited / irregular rainfall, these natural resources become even more valuable.
Riots and protests related to resources have increased in recent years. Nigeria and, most recently, Libya account for the largest share of these events. With Nigeria the largest oil producer on the continent and Libya home to Africa's largest oil reserves, food riots and protests in these countries are primarily targeted at the oil industry. For example, these riots and protests include the closure of the offices of local oil companies: emands for more transparency, higher wages and better working conditions.
Given the low enforcement of mining industries in Africa, corruption in these industries is high. Although the region has a number of extremely resource-rich countries, many are still extremely poor and underdeveloped.

Our answer is clear:

Fight the plundering of Africa's resources by the world imperialists!

Everything belongs in the hands of the African working class! Expropriation of the capitalists! Abolition of private ownership of resources! Resources in the hands of the working people!

Abolition of capitalism! Establishment of socialism!

Today's crises of world capitalism have devastating consequences for the impoverished population of Africa. The world crisis is being misused by the world imperialists to extract more wealth from Africa. This corresponds to the parasitic nature of world imperialism (the concentration and centralization of exploitation, the monopolization of financial and industrial capital, the business of hunger, water, resources, wage slavery, refugees, proxy wars, etc.) The blood of the African peoples continues to flow for the maximum profit of imperialists around the world.

The heroic history of the anti-imperialist wars and liberation struggles of Africans will one day be rewarded with the victory of the socialist revolution throughout Africa. In Africa, one day, the dictatorship of the proletariat will be established and an African Union of Socialist Republics founded, modeled on the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin, and on the model of socialism in Albania of comrade Enver Hoxha.

The African Liberation Day represents a socialist Africa in a socialist world!

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is

the teaching of the preparation, recruitment, centralized organization and mobilization of the international proletarian army, in general, and the transformation of the reserves of the imperialist hinterland into new proletarian detachments of the world socialist revolution, in particular.

The weakening of the chain of world imperialism requieres the strengthening of the anti-imperialist chain in Africa.

With the development of capitalism in the colonies, the global development of world imperialism is nearly mature and complete - thus ready for the transformation into world socialism - also in Africa.

The expansion of imperialism in Africa - coupled with so much misery and blood - prepares its own decline and consequently its replacement by socialism. Unavoidably, that will be a new kind of socialism with global features - in the course of the globalization on the African continent and the socialist world revolution.

Africa is on the road back to its roots - to the classless society - and thus on the road towards communism in a classless world !

Long live the 55th anniversary of the African Liberation Day!

Comrades of the African continent !

Build up your strong "African Section" of the Comintern (SH) !

Without a revolutionary organization, which is guided by the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, there will be no communism in Africa !

The conscious and active transformation of the interests of the revolution in Africa into the service of the interests of the socialist world revolution - only this is genuine internationalism of the African working class.

For a socialist Africa in a socialist world !

Establish the proletarian dictatorship in every African country !"

Long live the struggle of African and world workers for their liberation from exploitation and oppression!

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!

Long live world socialist revolution and violent proletarian dictatorship!

Why is Stalinism-Hoxhaism irrefutable?

Because it derives from Stalinism and Hoxhaism.

Stalinism is irrefutable, for it is the ideological basis for the victory of the Soviet Union as a world power and for the triumph of socialism in many countries of the world, for the victorious completion of socialism and construction of communism under the conditions of world capitalist encirclement.

Hoxhaism is irrefutable, for it is the ideological basis for the victory of socialism outside the Soviet Union under the conditions of the capitalist-revisionist encirclement.

Stalinism paved the way to world socialism through the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics under the strong leadership of the socialist Soviet republic of Russia.

Stalinism is thus the basis and model for the creation of the world union of Soviet socialist republics.

The dictatorship of the proletariat in the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin and in Albania of Enver Hoxha, is the basis and model for the dictatorship of the world proletariat.

Hoxhaism is regarded as the basis and model for the victory of socialism in every country, because it has finally been realized in one of the smallest and poorest countries in the world - namely only relying on one's own forces.

Hoxhaism paved the way to world socialism by defeating modern revisionism, by successfully applying Stalinism against the restoration of capitalism.

Hoxhaism resisted power of modern revisionism and made socialism immun against its degeneration into capitalism.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is irrefutable because it is based on the realization that the victory of socialism in a small country paved the way for socialism in any other country of the world. With this we prove our thesis that the victory of socialism is irrefutable in all countries.

And this means nothing others than the irrefutability of socialism on a world scale.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism constitutes the highest stage of the further development of proletarian ideology, namely its maturation into universality and thus ready to its applicability on a world scale.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the proletarian ideology of world socialism and world communism under present conditions.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the application of the teachings of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism for overcoming and ending the epoch of world imperialism.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the theory and tactics of the world socialist revolution in general, and the theory and tactics of the dictatorship of the world proletariat in particular.

And any kind of demagogical "peace" is in vain now and will put the talker in the level of a whore, the case turned for a very serious situation now.. The death and the destruction to Israel! Palestini people ..Kill the israeli fascist dogs ! Everywhere! Everytime! With no mercy!, our unconditioned solidarity with you!

The fight against Israel - the most blood-thirsty tool of US imperialism - which has become a great stumbling block to the advance of the Arab peoples, is a common problem for all these peoples. In practice, however, not all the Arab states are of one mind about the struggle they should wage jointly against Israel and about the character this struggle against their common enemy should have. Frequently, some of them see this struggle from a narrow nationalist angle.

We cannot agree with such a stand. We stick to our stand that Israel must withdraw to its own lair and renounce its chauvinist, provocative, offensive and aggressive attitudes and actions against the Arab states. We demand that Israel give up the territories of the Arabs, that the Palestinians gain all their national rights, but we can never accept that the Israeli people should be wiped out.

Long live Stalin's victory over Hitler's fascism in the Great Patriotic War!

On May 9, 1945, the Socialist Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin celebrated the victory over Hitler's fascism. This is what we celebrate today, too.

In contrast, on May 9, 2018, the anti-communist, imperialist Russia under Czar Putin misuses the Victory Day.

May 9, 2018 is a symbol of bourgeois Russian imperialism, nationalism and chauvinism.

Long live the 9th of May, 1945 !

Let us fulfill the legacy of the Victory Day by our struggle for preventing a 3rd world war!

Long live our Russian Section!

Long live the Comintern (SH)!

5th of May, 2018

On May 5, 1942, Qemal Stafa, Political Secretary of the Communist Youth organization, was killed in battle with the fascists in Tirana.
Qemal Stafa
The Party was shedding the blood of its finest sons and daughters for the cause of freedom. One and a half months later, three communists, Perlat Rexhepi, Branko Kadia and Jordan Misja, besieged in a house in Shkodra, fought the fascist troops with unprecedented heroism for hours on end.

"When the Communist Party of Albania issued the clarion call to save our beloved Homeland from the clutches of fascism, the Albanian youth were the first to respond to this call, were the first to hurl themselves into struggle, flocked into the guerilla units in the towns and the mountains, composed of the finest sons of our people, filled the ranks of the partisan bataillons which were expanded into brigades and divisions and which, today, constitute our regular National Liberation Army!" (ENVER HOXHA)

Although Albania then had a population of only one million, it made a valuable contribution to the cause to defeat fascism. It pinned down 15 Italian and German divisions, putting out of action 70,000 enemies killed, wounded and taken prisoner. 700,000 fascist tropps trampled the 28,000 square kilometres which is the total area of Albania. For every square kilometer one freedom fighter gave ~his life. Whole districts and cities were razed to the ground. The economy of the country was totally devastated. On the eve of liberation, the Albanian National Army had in its ranks 70,000 partisans incorporated in three army corps (six divisions). The great victories of the National Liberation War became the basis of the post-Liberation victories. Always under the leadership of the Communist Party (PLA) of Albania, Albania was marching with sure steps towards the complete construction of socialism.
"What we need in Albania, today, that is the revolutionary spirit, the confidence in victory and sacrifice of the communist heroes of the national anti-fascist liberation war."

Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of

Karl Marx’s 200th anniversary

May 5, 1818 – May 5, 2018

We greet all the Marxists throughout the world, because today we celebrate the 200th birthday of Karl Marx.

Today is the birthday of one of the greatest revolutionaries of human history. The Comintern (SH) decided to celebrate the year 2018 as the "YEAR OF KARL MARX".

As the leader of the proletarians of all countries, Karl Marx has put all his revolutionary thinking and his selfless revolutionary activities in the service of the liberation of the international working class.

Karl Marx was the founder of scientific communism. He created the ideology of the proletariat and became the great leader and teacher of the world proletariat.

There is no ideology in the world that has been betrayed and distorted more than Marxism.

In particular, the world bourgeoisie takes the opportunity of Karl Marx's 200th birthday to rekindle the fire of bourgeois anti-Marxism. On the 200th birthday of Karl Marx, we like to repeat the truth that Lenin described exactly 100 years ago in "State and Revolution":

"What is now happening to Marx's theory has, in the course of history, happened repeatedly to the theories of revolutionary thinkers and leaders of oppressed classes fighting for emancipation. During the lifetime of great revolutionaries, the oppressing classes constantly hounded them, received their theories with the most savage malice, the most furious hatred and the most unscrupulous campaigns of lies and slander. After their death, attempts are made to convert them into harmless icons, to canonize them, so to say, and to hallow their names to a certain extent for the “consolation” of the oppressed classes and with the object of duping the latter, while at the same time robbing the revolutionary theory of its substance, blunting its revolutionary edge and vulgarizing it. Today, the bourgeoisie and the opportunists within the labor movement concur in this doctoring of Marxism. They omit, obscure, or distort the revolutionary side of this theory, its revolutionary soul. They push to the foreground and extol what is or seems acceptable to the bourgeoisie. All the social-chauvinists are now “Marxists” (don't laugh!). And more and more frequently German bourgeois scholars, only yesterday specialists in the annihilation of Marxism, are speaking of the “national-German” Marx, who, they claim, educated the labor unions which are so splendidly organized for the purpose of waging a predatory war! " (Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 15, first paragraph of chapter 1)

Today, on the occasion of the 200th birthday, we are preparing ourselves for the ideological battle against the Marx falsifiers of all directions. Let us concentrate on the struggle against the neo-revisionists. They withhold the truth, namely that the modern revisionists masked the restoration of capitalism with Marxism. The neo-revisionists try this, just for the purpose to prevent the restoration of socialism by means of the re-establishment of the power of the revisionists.

Karl Marx

- the gravedigger of bourgeois ideology

200 years -

Fight against anti-Marxism

"All I know is that I'm not a Marxist."

This alleged statement by Karl Marx is the favorite slogan of anti-Marxist mainstream propaganda on occasion of his 200th birthday.

"Defeat Marxists with Marx" - that's according to the taste of the bourgeois media. Marx, the self-proclaimed "opponent of Marxism"? Yes, how crazy is that, please? Whether this quote is true is not at all proven.

This statement is only mentioned in a letter from Friedrich Engels to Conrad Schmidt dated 5 August 1890 (MEW volume 37, page 436), ie long after Marx's death. Friedrich Engels explains there that Marx simply wanted to respond to the saying of the so-called French "Marxists": "Tout ce que je sais, c'est que je ne suis pas Marxiste". Marx was furious with those "Marxists" who operated label frauds in his name. So, if this is to be "Marxism", what these scribblers wrote down, then I am not a "Marxist" either. In this way Marx wanted to give a decisive rebuff to all opponents of his doctrine who were trying to sell their bourgeois ideology under the label of "Marxism." And indeed, this is one of our central tasks to this day, on his 200th birthday, to consistently continue Marx's own fight against any kind of falsification in the name of his teaching. We know very well that this struggle will not end until bourgeois ideology is finally defeated and that it would never again be able to disguise itself with the guise of "Marxism" to deceive the working class.

The 200th Birthday is the parting of the ways.

The rulers celebrate the 200th anniversary as a manifestation of the 200-year-long "superiority" of capitalism over communism. With his 200th birthday they celebrate the alleged moribund "end" of the teachings of Marx. They "honor" his 200th birthday with the swansong of a funeral mass.

On the other hand, all the oppressed of the world, the peoples enslaved by world imperialism, are celebrating his 200th birthday as the birthday of the Creator of the doctrine of world revolution, the liberation from capitalist slavery. They celebrate Marx, who shows them the way to end the rule of the 1% who privately appropriated all the wealth created by 99% of the world's population. They celebrate the 200th anniversary of the man who founded the science of the victory of socialism in all countries, who created the science of building the communist society. They know that the teachings of Marx are invincible and immortal in spite of all lies of the world bourgeoisie.

In the bourgeois media, communism begins and simultaneously ends with Marx and Engels. Today, the bourgeois historians assign Marx and Engels to the advocates of the so-called "non-totalitarian communism". Later, communism was allegedly "abused" by power-obsessed "mass murderers" - exactly in the spirit of the anti-communist doctrine of "totalitarianism" (pluralistic equating of fascism and communism).

They measure Lenin, Stalin, Mao, and Che Guevara by the same yardstick what is indicative of today's bourgeois propaganda of anti-communism, for Lenin and Stalin were, in truth, the most loyal Marxists of their time - Mao and Che Guevara can not claim. And the name of Enver Hoxha? He'll just not mentioned to let him sink into insignificance. Enver Hoxha was and is the last great Marxist in human history.

Whoever says "Marx" today, of course, can also say "Engels", but one must add by no means Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha . The doctrine of the 5 Classics is attacked in many ways, not only by the neo-revisionists, but by the entire world bourgeoisie. How can Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha call themselves Marxists, if even Marx has called himself "not to be a Marxist"? Even on the occasion of his 200th birthday, the whole world bourgeoisie and all her lackeys and scribes are unable to disprove the doctrine of Karl Marx with substantive arguments. The world bourgeoisie has no choice but to clutch at a straw, namely that of foolish demagogy. The more demagogy is spread around Karl Marx, the more this makes clear the increasing desperate and critical situation in which world capitalism is today. The signs indicate stormy world events. The end of world capitalism is approaching. Everyone knows that the end will inevitably come, that it can not go on like this in this world. And all the more are the rulers endeavoring to persuade the exploited and oppressed that after 200 years Marx is still "wrong" - "no world revolution" - "no communism" but still existing capitalism. The bourgeoisie portrays Marx in public as "failed." The bourgeois historians distort life and work of Karl Marx. The bourgeoisie has the necessary resources and uses them accordingly, as Karl Marx aptly remarked:

The ruling class, which has the material power, also has the spiritual power. Being (of world capitalism) determines conciousness (of anti-Marxism).

And the bourgeois German filmmakers?

They know how to cleverly transform this greatest scientist of all time into the tragic figure of a "German prophet". Marx in the main role of the Prophet? Yes, how crazy is that? Anyone who has read Marx knows full well that Marx has always mocked the prophets. And anyone who has not read Marx knows at least the famous Marx quote - "Religion is Opium for the People". Well, you do not even have to watch the movie "Marx-the German Prophet" to see through the film makers' true intentions. Religion was and still is one of the typical sources of Anti-Marxism.

In contrast to his predecessors, the socialist utopians, Karl Marx did not engage in prophetic future versions of any do-gooders, but he concentrated with all scientific rigor on the real existing capitalist society, whose functioning he analyzed. He disclosed the economic secrets of capitalist exploitation and discovered the economic law of motion of capitalist society.

Political economy, Dialectical and Historical materialism, and the socialist science of the revolutionary role of the proletariat in the class struggle against capitalism and for communism - all of this has Karl Marx summarized historically in a closed scientific doctrine, which we call Marxism.

The bourgeois filmmakers, however, did not want to have an actor who portraits Karl Marx as he really was, namely as the creator of scientific socialism, as the leader of the world proletariat. Rather, the filmmakers turned their anti-Marxist film over with the intention that society would buy them the role of Karl Marx as a "tragic figure" at face value. Which actor would suit better than Mario Adorf? After all, Mario Adorf played the fascist Mussolini, had appeared in the role of a psychopathic murderer of women and then became famous for all his villainous roles - apparently for the filmmakers ideally suited for the role of Karl Marx, who "in truth", would have been sponsored by his capitalist friend, the factory owner Engels. Thus, the bourgeoisie beats her chest: "Look. Without the help of the capitalists, Marx could not have written his 'Capital'". Should the workers be supposed to thank the bourgeoisie for that it was a capitalist who helped Marx to his scientific work?

After 200 years, one has begun to gradually integrate Marx into today's capitalist society, and his personality, his scientific treasures, etc., are transferred into a " privacy" , in which capitalists can buy and sold property rights. The protection of private property, copyright, etc., is a capitalist tool of profit. And so Karl Marx is transformed into a commodity that can be profitably marketed. With the Marx-trademark of books, films, t-shirts, drinking cups with a picture of Karl Marx on it, one makes profit today. For example, the German birthplace of Trier was turned into a tourist site attraction for his 200th birthday. The city has become completely and utterly a great "Marx" -souvenir shop.

Karl Marx is a World Heritage Site and serves the general public. But it is a "taboo" within the capitalist society of today if the tolerence towards Karl Marx is violated by some crazy people like us who "misuse" his teachings as a guide to the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism.

To be a Marxist today means to preserve and further develop the great treasure of the teachings of the 5 Classics, to apply and implement their doctrines on the battlefield of international class struggle and to bequeath them to generations to come, namely for creating (and protecting) the future communist world society.

On his 200th birthday, the bourgeoisie is no longer terrified of a specter of communism. At any rate, the bourgeoisie acts as if. The bourgeoisie demonstrates increasingly "merciful sympathy" with Karl Marx, because he was "falsly" considering capitalism as to be surmountable.

Moreover, today, the bourgeoisie cheekily plays Marx's "defender" by labeling as "falsification" and "abuse" all that which came after Marx. A Karl Marx, who could only dream of the power of the proletariat, and yet was unable to overcome capitalism in his time, is of course far better off in the judgment of bourgeois propaganda than a Lenin, Stalin or Enver Hoxha, who all have successfully defeated capitalism with the help of Marx's revolutionary doctrine, who have eliminated the bourgeoisie and her exploiting state, who established the dictatorship of the proletariat, and who realized socialism.

The separation of Marx's doctrine from Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism - this is, on the 200th anniversary, the whole phenomenology of bourgeois anti-communist ideology.

Anyone who tries to separate Marx and Engels from Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha and splits their teachings into "good" and "evil" may in words be a "defender" of Marx, but is in deeds an opponent of Marx! This is our Stalinist response to all the different kinds of hypocritical "Marx supporters" celebrating his 200th birthday today! 99% of those who today call themselves "Marxists" are in fact anti-Marxists.

In the eyes of the bourgeoisie, Karl Marx is incomparable to the alleged "dictators" and "mass murderers" such as Lenin, Stalin or Enver Hoxha. The bourgeoisie accuses them of "lying" and "cheating" the masses. They even allegedly killed "90 million innocent people" and committed other "atrocities". The bourgeoisie has always attributed her own atrocities falsly on the Communists and defends capitalism - in contrast to socialism - as a "free" form of society "without" exploitation and oppression.

"Communists" who leave capitalism intact and bow to the will of the bourgeoisie are the only "communists" to the taste of the rulers. Everything else does not fall under the term of communists, but receives the old-known labels: "Extreme left-wingers. Terrorists. Rioters. Violent criminals. Left rabble. Public enemies. Lawbreakers - just similar as Karl Marx was once branded by the bourgeoisie.

One actually "has nothing against Karl Marx and communism". One is soooo "tolerant" in this oh-so-beautiful "democracy", where everyone is free to say his opinion. "Let people live in peace with their Karl Marx, but please, they are not to interfere in the affairs of the capitalists or to destroy this splendid capitalist system." Then the capitalist state gets tough against these "lawbreakers". Karl Marx and his family experienced this firsthand. Marx wrote to Ruge in 1843: "In Germany everything is forcibly suppressed. It is therefore becoming increasingly clear that a new rallyring point must be sought for the truly thinking and independent minds." (MECWSH, Volume 3, page 142)

He founded with Engels the League of Communists and because of his involvement in the revolution of 1848 Marx was accused in Cologne of high treason, and then had to flee as a "stateless person" from the Prussian rogue state. The German state which had deprived Marx from citizenship , has never given back to him his citizenship, even not on his 200th birthday!

How has the bourgeoisie been treating the Marxists such as Lenin and Stalin? Not otherwise. They lived banned in Siberia, languished in prisons, fled into exile. And Rosa Luxemburg, Karl Liebknecht and Ernst Thälmann, they were murdered by the same state that deprived Marx of his citizenship, the same state that, today, deports refugees to countries that condemn them to death or put them in jail. What makes this method different from the concentration camps of the Nazis, who called Marx a "Jewisch pig"and who slaughtered hundreds of Thousands of Marxists ? And all these crimes against which Karl Marx fought in his day are continuing today, on his 200th birthday - and to an extent that surpasses all the crimes of the 19th and 20th century! If Karl Marx would live today, he would have written further volumes of "Capital" on the crimes of capitalism in the 21st century, namely on the globalized slave system of world imperialism.

Well, just as Marxism has further developed since Marx, so has anti-Marxism developed further, has it devoped new forms, it is ever better camouflaged, and does adapt itself to the present situation. In order to deceive the workers, anti-Marxism already used the cloak of "Marxism" during Marx's and Engels' lifetime.

For us Stalinist-Hoxhaists, communism may not forced upon the peoples. What was imposed on the peoples was not communism, but social fascism, that was the reign of terror of the modern revisionists, who restored capitalism under the guise of "communism." A Marx served these new tsars only to camouflage their betrayal. To blame us communists for the crimes of the revisionists that is the well-tried propaganda weapon from the imperialist arsenal of anti-communism ("revisionism = communism"). Revisionism is capitalism and not communism ! The history of revisionism is as old as Marxism itself. In many writings we have already described the history of anti-Marxism in the guise of "Marxism", which is why we want to come back here to the entrance slogan:

"All I know is that I'm not a Marxist."

It is nothing spectacular, if Marx would have said this. Does this in any way damage the great meaning of Marxism as the most important scientific doctrine in human history ? Not at all. Marx and Engels have always resolutely opposed to those who attempted to create a personality cult around them. Marx considered himself always as a representative of international socialism and therefore did not belong in any country to a Marxist party. He was the founder and leader of the First International, the representative of the world proletariat.

As to whose disciple should Marx have count himself ? He himself was the founder and great teacher of the proletarian world-view and nobody else before him.

Did Lenin call himself a Leninist? No, he did not. Lenin always considered himself as a disciple of Marx and Engels.

And Stalin? Did Stalin call himself a Stalinist? No, he did not. He has always considered himself a disciple of Lenin, namely until his murder.

And so Enver Hoxha also did not call himself a Hoxhaist. He has always considered himself a disciple of Stalin.

We have always been faithful followers of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha, who called themselves Marxists, Leninists, Stalinists, Hoxhaists, - in contrast to the bourgeoisie, who use our names as anti-communist curse words. What's in a name? We care not in names. In the first place, we care about the content! And how we shall call or rename ourselves, this is not determined by our class enemies, but still by ourselves.

And so, in 2009, we Marxist-Leninists renamed us Stalinist-Hoxhaists so that we would not be equated with those who used "Marxism-Leninism" as a cloak to hide their bourgeois neo-revisionist ideology. However, in 2009 we were not concerned with a formal act of renaming, but we began to understand Stalinism-Hoxhaism as a further development of Marxism-Leninism. We realized that the teachings of Marxism never cease to further develop self-critically, that Marxism has reached an absolute end neither by Lenin and Stalin, nor by Enver Hoxha. Marxism can always remain young only if there are people like us who are protecting it through constantly further developing it.

Who is a Marxist?

Before the time of Marx and Engels, there was still no proletarian world view, because there was no proletariat to whom it concerns. So there was nobody and nothing all over the world to whom or what Marx and Engels could have built upon. Marx and Engels - disciples of whom ? Hegelian? Marx and Engels did not follow bourgeois ideology. In the contrary. They turned Hegel upside down and were the gravediggers of bourgeois ideology throughout their life. Marxism, the proletarian world-view, was created in a moment of world history when the class struggle between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat began. The proletarian world-view of Marx was the answer to the bourgeois world-view:

“The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it."

On his 200th birthday this can nothing mean others than this: The world can only be changed by means of the proletarian ideology, which will finally triumph over the bourgeois ideology.

There is no escape by reforms. Reforms cannot save world capitalism from doom. World capitalism can neither be reformed nor saved, it can only be overthrown by the proletarian world revolution, namely under the slogan of Karl Marx: "Proletarians of all countries - unite!" This was the "true slogan" of Marx of which he already wrote 5 years before it was published in the Communist Manifesto:

"We do not tell the world: Retreat from your struggles, they are stupid stuff; we want to shout to the world the real slogan of fight."

Already during the lifetime of Marx and Engels anti-Marxism developed in the fight against their teachings.

Firstly, one can not defeat Anti-Marxism unless one has studied the teachings of Marx and Engels, secondly, if one has not studied the doctrines of Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha on the struggle to defend Marxism, and thirdly, if one is neither ready nor able to continue this battle of the 5 Classics in a principled way.

In the time of Marx and Engels, there were the true friends who defended Marxism under the guidance of Marx and Engels, namely when capitalism had not yet reached its highest and last stage of imperialism. After the death of Karl Marx it was above all his close companion and friend Friedrich Engels, who defended Marx against his opponents so faithfully and brilliantly. And after the death of Friedrich Engels the revisionists opposed Marxism more and more openly.

Then, at the time of Lenin, the struggle against Leninism developed as the highest stage of anti-Marxism. At the time of Lenin, the Leninists were the most consequent defenders of Marxism, especially in the struggle against renegade Kautsky. Nobody except Lenin considered Marxism as an extremely profound and many-sided doctrine. Masterly he defended Marxism within the own ranks of the Bolsheviki. Thus Zinoviev and Kamenev betrayed Marxism in that most important moment in world history when Lenin announced the October Uprising. While Lenin masterfully implemented the Marxist art of insurrection, Kamenev and Zinoviev tried to dissuade Lenin from the October Revolution by accusing him of "deviation" from Marxism, by quoting Marx, who gave warning of not to confuse the difference between an uprising of the masses and a military conspiracy. Kamenev and Zinoviev, these "Marxists," sang the song of "military conspiracy" during the October Revolution! And Lenin answered with the following words, which at the same time represent one of the most important characterizations of the anti-Marxist methodology:

It is, therefore, no wonder that scraps of quotations from Marx—especially when the quotations are made inappropriately—can always be found among the "arguments" of those who break with Marxism." (Lenin’s Collected Works, Volume 26, pp.214-215)

Why do we mention this example of the betrayal of Kamenev and Zinoviev? Nearly the whole anti-communism is based on the denial of the October Revolution, which was supposedly only a "military coup of Lenin", and that - according to the bourgeois historians - "contradicted" allegedly the teachings of Marx.

The Leninists have further developed Marxism theoretically and successfully put it into practice under the conditions of imperialism, crowned with the victory of the October Revolution.

What historical place does Leninism take in the further development of Marx's proletarian ideology?

Leninism provided the theoretical and practical-historical proof of the correctness of Marxism.

The opponents fight Leninism as so-called "deviation" from Marxism. However, Lenin was conscious about the universality of Marxism and knew that Marxism can only be victorious if it is applied differently modified under the particular historical conditions of each country. In Russia he was accused because of "deviation from Marxism" , namely by those elements (the so-called "legal Marxists") who wanted to copy the model of Marxism of the West in Russia 1:1.
So whoever denies Leninism can not be a true Marxist.

At the time of Stalin, the fight against Stalinism was the highest stage of anti-Marxism. The opponents fight Stalinism as so-called "deviation" from Leninism.

At the time of Stalin, the Stalinists were the only true defenders of Leninism, who further developed Leninism theoretically, expanding the socialist world camp over one-sixth of the earth, and defending it victoriously against the capitalist world camp. And in the Soviet Union, the Stalinists created the theoretical and practical pre-conditions for communism "in one country", as far as was possible under the conditions of capitalist encirclement.

What historical place does Stalinism take in the further development of proletarian ideology of Marx?
Stalinism provided the theoretical and practical-historical proof of the correctness of Leninism.

The following famous definition of Marxism comes from Stalin:

"Marxism is the science of the laws governing the development of nature and society, the science of the revolution of the oppressed and exploited masses, the science of the victory of socialism in all countries, the science of building communist society. As a science, Marxism cannot stand still, it develops and is perfected. In its development, Marxism cannot but be enriched by new experience, new knowledge -- consequently some of its formulas and conclusions cannot but change in the course of time, cannot but be replaced by new formulas and conclusions, corresponding to the new historical tusks. Marxism does not recognize invariable conclusions and formulas, obligatory for all epochs and periods. Marxism is the enemy of all dogmatism." (Stalin: Marxism and Problems of Linguistics - published in Pravda on June 20, 1950)

With this Stalin has given a further important definition of another anti-Marxist method - the method of dogmatism. Dogmatism is the bourgeois ideology that buries Marxism alive, takes it away from the street and which banishes it from the factories, while preserving it, instead, in a historical Marx museum or discussion clubs of intellectual sectarians.

It was always the bourgeoisie who has been slandering Marx for 200 years, and whose censorship has mutilated his doctrine and put him in the straitjacket of schematism and dogmatism.
Stalin has consistently fought all slander against Marx throughout his life. By the way, Stalin has written off the entire book "Das Kapital", with his own hands. So anyone who denies Stalin can not be a true Marxist.

At the time of Enver Hoxha, the fight against Hoxhaism was the highest stage of anti-Marxism. The opponents fight Hoxhaism as a so-called "deviation" from Marxism-Leninism and set an equality sign between Hoxhaism and Stalinism. If Stalinism was revised as a further development of Leninism, then the modern revisionists logically denied the further development of Stalinism into Hoxhaism, too. Today, the neo-revisionists also do not want to know anything about Hoxhaism as an independent further development of Stalinism.

At the time of Enver Hoxha, the Hoxhaists were the only true defenders of Stalinism, theoretically further developing Stalinism and building socialism under conditions of capitalist-revisionist encirclement, even in one of the smallest and poorest countries in the world.

Exactly 40 years ago, Enver Hoxha wrote in his preface to "Imperialism and Revolution" (April 1978):

"Bernstein declared Marx outdated, and Kautsky, in speculation with the transition from capitalism to imperialism, denied the revolution. Their model and methods were continued by all the modern revisionists from Browder, Tito, Khrushchev and the 'Eurocommunists' up to the Chinese 'theorists' of the 'three worlds'. "

So whoever denies Hoxhaism can not be a true Marxist.

What historical place does Hoxhaism take in the further development of proletarian ideology of Marx?
Hoxhaism provided the theoretical and practical-historical proof of the correctness of Stalinism.

Today, the Stalinist -Hoxhaists are the only true Marxists, guided by the teachings of the 5 classics, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha.

What historical place will Stalinism-Hoxhaism take in the further development of proletarian ideology of Marx?

For taking a historical place in the further development of the proletarian ideology of Marx it is the task of the Stalinist-Hoxhaists to provide the theoretical and practical-historical evidence for the correctness of the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha under the conditions of globalization - namely through the victorious World Socialist Revolution, through the Establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat and through the construction of world socialism and world communism.

Proletarian ideology is indivisible and its further development is unavoidable, as long as the world proletariat exists and must fight for its liberation. The proletarian world view was founded by Marx and Engels and further developed by Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. If only a tiny single building block of the entire proletarian ideology - from Marxism to Hoxhaism - is lost or missing, then the whole building of proletarian ideology collapses, and proletarian ideology changes into bourgeois ideology. Without the further development of proletarian ideology, without Stalinism-Hoxhaism, the liberation of the world proletariat is doomed to failure.

Anyone who today denies, mutilates, falsifies or revises Stalinism-Hoxhaism can not be a true Marxist.

One can not truly defend Marxism by defending only its founders, Marx and Engels, and simultaneously denying its further development by Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha.

Today, the spearhead of anti-Marxism is directed against us Stalinists-Hoxhaists, because we are the true defenders of Karl Marx, especially today on his 200th birthday.

No one else but us Stalinists-Hoxhaists has published the largest Marx archive in the world in over 80 languages free of charge for everyone on the Internet. Besides, we have released the world's biggest "Karl Marx Album" for the 200th anniversary.

No one else in the world commemorates the birthday and death anniversary of Karl Marx each year by applying and further developing his teachings correctly under the current conditions of globalization.

In vain attempts, the bourgeoisie defined the revisionist betrayal, the restoration of capitalism, an alleged "failure of Marxism". That is a lie. The correctness of Marxism will be proved by the restoration of socialism on a world scale.

Marxism is indelible.
Today the Comintern (SH) is the only true defender of Karl Marx and all other 4 Classics. We emphasize again, and we will continue to stress, namely that it is impossible even to defend a single Classic, without defending simultaneously all the other four Classics.

Guided by the invincible teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism we are marching resolutely towards world socialist revolution, towards the dictatorship of the world proletariat towards world socialism and world communism.

We swear to fulfill the great legacy that Karl Marx has left to us.

Long live Karl Marx' 200th birthday!

Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

Proletarians of all countries - unite!

World proletariat - unite all countries!

Down with the open, reactionary anti-Marxism!

Down with the betrayal of the revisionists and neo-revisionists of Marxism!

Long live the Stalinist-Hoxhaism that enhanced teaching of Marxism-Leninism in the world today!

Long live the proletarian internationalism!

Long live the proletarian, socialist world revolution!

Long live the dictatorship of the world proletariat!

Long live world socialism and world communism!

Long live the Comintern (SH) - the only authentic defender of Karl Marx and his revolutionary, proletarian heritage!

Long live the

15th anniversary of

the re-foundation

of the Red International of the Labour Unions !

May 1, 2003 - May 1, 2018

On this day we are greeting the German Section (RGO), the Section of the Ivory Coast (CSSO) and the new Ukrainian Section (RFPR)

Fifteen years have passed by when this historical re-foundation document was published -thus for the first time after dissolution of the RILU in 1937.

It was no coincidence that the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) had re-founded the Red International of Labour Unions, firstly for the purpose to support the proletarians with the creating of their independent revolutionary unions in their own country, and secondly for the purpose, to strengthen the globalized revolutionary union movement, as an instrument for the revolutionary overthrow of world capitalism.

The RILU was founded in the foresight, that the trade union movement against global capitalism will unavoidably generate its new global forms. The RILU is a globally centralized bulwark against the globalization of the Yellow Unions, these exploitive instruments in the hands of the world capitalists.

In the ongoing process of the internationalization of trade union struggle, the RILU has a dual purpose:

1. Under the terms of the domination of the global capital, the today's worker needs not only the solidarity of his colleagues in his own country, but the globally organized solidarity of the entire world proletariat.

The global competition and split among workers in different countries can only be counteracted by the basic principle of the Red International of the Labour Unions:

A global negotiating table for the enforcement of equal demands of the workers in exclusively every country of the world.

The Red International of the Labour Unions is the leader of the new global battle-field between labour and capital. On this global battle-field all the national revolutionary unions play their role as the detachments of the Red International of the Labour Unions which coordinates collectively all the global actions in every country of the world.

2. First, the organizing of solidarity with the revolutionary trade union struggle is needed, primarily in those countries where workers' rights are most cruelly trampled.

The current free fall of world wages ( wage dumping) must be stopped by global battle actions, organized by the RILU.

In the course of this global struggle for wages, the activity of the Red Trade Union International is expanding, such as the general improvement of working conditions, etc.

Eventually, the expansion of the influence of the global front of the revolutionary trade unions gains in importance over the whole global labour world. The struggle to improve the lives of the workers is turned by the RILU into a fight for the revolutionary bursting of all global chains of wage slavery.

By these world battles, the elements on the side of world labour, as well as the elements of the world capital become more and more polarized. Once arrived at this point, the Red International of Labour Unions will be able to fulfil its political tasks, namely to finally repeal the ruinous labour competition on a global scale, and to abolish the enslaving global capitalist labour market.

Without the international unification of the revolutionary trade union movement, the international labour movement is powerless. Any unorganized spontaneity is in the interest of the capitalists and doomed to the defeat. The international labour movement will stay on shaky ground. It is only as strong as the strength of its organizational global centralization.

The Red International of the Labour Unions is an organization that covers the world proletariat in its entirety, but it is not qualified to realize the world dictatorship of the proletariat. The RILU cannot replace the most decisive role of the Communist International. The RILU is only a part of various world-organizations of the proletariat, all of which are functioning as gears in the transmission of the international class struggle (=transformation belts of the world socialist revolution).

The world dictatorship of the proletariat can only be realized by means of the leadership of its vanguard, through the world-proletarian party, which is closely linked to the RILU.

Without this mutual mechanism, the transition from world imperialism to world socialism can not be achieved.

What is the dialectical relationship between the national and international revolutionary trade union movement, especially in the fight against the globally organized system of wage slavery ?

The yellow unions are instruments of imperialism for suppression and splitting of the revolutionary proletariat. The global capitalists need Yellow Unions to protect their global system of wage slavery. They need the Yellow Unions as bulwarks against revolutionary Unions whose final goal it is to destroy the wage slavery globally.

In the interest of securing the global profit maximization, it is inevitable for the world bourgeoisie, to integrate the national Yellow Trade Unions in a global instrument for the regulation of wage slavery. This globalized system of Yellow Trade Unions thus has the task of transforming the strike-breaking in the various countries into global strike-breaking. This is the crucial feature of the present globalization of the system of Yellow Trade Unions.

The Yellow Trade Unions of individual countries must be integrated into a single, centralized instrument of the global capital. Only this way, labour force becomes more disposable and flexible for its global exploitation. This means that the barriers of their reactionary, national guild-system must fall, which has hampered tremendously the revolutionary development of the labour movement in each country and particularly on a global scale.

This is therefore not about the pure continuation of the old Amsterdam International, which acted mainly against the revolutionary, class-struggle unionism primarily in the individual countries. An international umbrella organisation is no longer needed, where the single Yellow Trade Unions represented the preferred interests of their own national bourgeoisie who struggled for a hegemonial position among the imperialist "Great" powers. Today, it is rather a globalized Yellow Trade Union movement of the globalized world capitalism, ie. the formation of a new global system of Yellow Trade Unions for the purpose, to bridle the entire world of labour. This globalized system acts into the countries' unions, keeps them under pressure to deepen the international split of the world proletariat in each country.

What does this mean in regard to the future struggle of the world-revolutionary Trade Unions of the international working class ?

For the world revolutionary trade union movement it is very important that the nationalist backwardness of the Yellow Unions falls. The interests of the whole world proletariat are higher than the interests of the proletarians in a single country.

The globalization of trade union movement helps us to spread the communist ideas of proletarian internationalism around the world. This concerns both the world proletariat as a whole and the revolutionary trade union movement in every country of the world.

The more the globalized world capital exercises pressure on individual unions, the more urgent is the global association of red unions. The globalization is the characteristic tendency of the changing world movement of the working class, including its revolutionary trade unions. Under the conditions of globalization, the centralized work of the RILU is indispensable for the revolutionary trade unions in every country. And without support of the red trade unions in the countries the RILU cannot defeat the world headquarters of the social-imperialist unions.

The spirit of proletarian internationalism must completely determine the red trade unions in individual countries. The world-revolutionary power of all red Trade Unions can not be fully unfolded without overcoming national isolation and without getting rid of stubborn national narrow-mindedness.

The revolutionary trade unions of the countries are indivisible part of the internationalist world movement of the Trade Unions. This relationship is equal to the togetherness of the proletariat of different countries ( as parts), and the world proletariat (as a whole). The strengthening of the revolutionary Trade Unions in the countries and their integration into the whole revolutionary world movement is a task which can only be solved by mutual efforts of the red trade union of a country and the Red International of the Labour Unions. This way it is possible and necessary to destroy the global system of the Yellow Trade-unionism.

That - and only that - is the only guarantee of victory over the yellow union in one's own country under the present conditions of the globalized wage slavery!

So to speak, the world capital transforms all national yellow unions into a global system which is needed to cope with the sharpening contradictions and competition between national labour and global labour.

As a result of the creation of a yellow world union, the globalized revolutionary world union enters unavoidably the world arena.

Without the creation of the RILU can the yellow union neither disappear from the historical world stage, nor from the historical stage in individual countries. The world proletariat can not unite the countries for the socialist world revolution if the revolutionary trade unions of the countries are not united - in their struggle against Yellow Unionism:

"World proletariat - unite the revolutionary trade unions of all countries !"

This is the world revolutionary slogan to solve the union's world crisis.

Marxism-Leninism teaches that the world proletariat cannot adopt the apparatus of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie. In the contrary, the world proletariat must destroy it completely and must establish its own dictatorship upon the ruins of the bourgeois world dictatorship. From this it follows that:

The global apparatus of the capitalist reactionary Trade Unions (inclusively the reformist-revisionist and syndicalist ones !) is integral part of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie. Therefore, this global system of bourgeois Trade Unions cannot be adopted by the world proletariat. In the contrary, the world proletariat has to destroy it completely and to establish a global system of socialist trade unions as part of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.

In the period of world capitalism the workers struggle against influence of the Yellow Unions with the aim of their complete destruction. The decisive goal is the destruction of wage slavery by means of strengthening the Red International of Labour Unions.

When the period of capitalism will be overcome, the workers struggle for the construction of world socialism and against the danger of the restoration of Yellow Unions which will then try to hide behind a “red” cloak for the purpose of occupying the leadership of the RILU for the purpose of turning it into an instrument against the workers.

It cannot be excluded that the capitalist trade union can be defeated in one's own country successfully. Certainly, but this will cost much more sacrifices - namely as long as the capitalist trade union is backed by the whole world capitalist system.

It is a matter of fact that this defeat can not at all be guaranteed, because capitalist trade unions will unavoidably be restored - namely as long as the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie exists. If we workers want to abolish the inevitability of the restoration of reactionary trade unions, we need the word dictatorship of the proletariat.

We must combat those elements who only agree with us in words. These opportunist elements are neither able nor willing to follow us in our revolutionary actions. We know only too well from our own experiences how heavy and dangerous it is to implement the revolutionary line within the reactionary trade unions. This struggle is sometimes harder than in a capitalist factory - particularly, if the reactionary labour leaders cooperate with the capitalist owners of a factory behind your back. That's why some "leftist" comrades withdraw from this indispensable struggle within the reactionary trade unions. They cannot stand the daily massive pressure there. We must fight at the forefront , and that is always there where the workers are organized - in the reactionary trade unions !

And most difficult is the purification of agents of the Yellow Trade Unions who penetrate our ranks for the only purpose to degenerate and liquidate our revolutionary trade union's organizations from inside.

Red trade union in words - yellow trade union in deeds - that's revisionism in the question of the trade unions !

The essential goal of the opportunists is this: Trying to adapt our Stalinist-Hoxhaist line to the revisionist-reformist line in the question of the trade unions.

The struggle between the revolutionary and the reactionary line in the question of the trade unions is one of the most difficult and sharpest battle-fields of communist class struggle. This requires a very high quality and a lot of experiences. All the leaders of the RILU should have passed many years of class-struggle in Trade Unions and factories in which class struggle is a profound school of communism. By the way, the re-founder of the RILU, himself, gained experience of class-struggle in a Yellow Trade Union for the period of nearly 20 years. For over 15 years he was elected shop chairman and was also chairman of a joint works council in a company with 310 workers. Moreover, he was elected shop steward in a company with 2000 workers for the period of nearly three years. Since over 40 years he is active member of the Revolutionary Trade Union Opposition in Germany (RGO), and for over 30 years its leader.

Only the victory of the RILU can guarantee the elimination of the inevitability of counter-revolutionary trade unions who are one of the most important instruments of protecting the interests of capital against the interests of labour by means of the so called "inner social peace".

The essential task of the RILU is wage an globally organized war against the Yellow Trade Unions with the goal to gain the power of the world proletariat. Thus, RILU is a central and indispensable instrument of the socialist world revolution.

Today, there is no more important task for a class-conscious trade-unionist than to propagate, prepare and implement the world-revolutionary class-struggle within the Yellow trade unions.

The creation of the Red Trade Union in any country, under conditions of globalization, can therefore not pass off straight-lined, and can not be separated from the development of the international trade union movement.

The RILU is a necessary global basis and lever for the creation of Red Unions in single countries, respectively for organizing independent Revolutionary Oppositions within the Yellow Trade Unions.

The yellow union survives in the labour movement as long as the workers hesitate, to create their independent Trade Union with its own revolutionary class character. Daily and hourly, the yellow union leaders undermine the revolutionary class consciousness of the unionists by their bourgeois and petty-bourgeois ideology. Their anti-communism assumes shapes of social-fascism, discrimination, mobbing and expulsions. In some statutes of Yellow Trade Unions the communist workers are even excluded from becoming members.

Despite their increasing social-fascist character, the bourgeois trade unions are still worshipped as an alleged "sacred cow" that are not allowed to be slaughtered. At least, bourgeois trade unions are still tolerated as a so called "petty evil" by many colleagues.

This superstition will be removed, and this myth is overcome only if the workers have completely understood, that a class union of the bourgeoisie can never represent the interests of the working class. Bourgeois trade unions are unions of strikebreakers, lackeys of the capitalists and the capitalist state !

For over 100 years, the bourgeoisie splits the trade unionists, and there are two lines in the world trade union movement - the revolutionary and the reactionary line.

The RILU was and is again the most effective tool to overcome the split of the world proletariat.

A union can not serve two masters at the same time. The union has to serve exclusively the workers. Therefore, the reactionary instrument of the yellow union must be beaten out of the hands of the capitalists.

Even some comrades, who call themselves "communists", shy away from this revolutionary task. This weakness of some communists is nowhere more obvious than in the question of the trade union. Some comrades refer to Lenin, who spoke of the "teething troubles" of communism 100 years ago ( and he was right at that time).

Comrades !

100 years have passed, and now Lenin would have written about the "infirmities of old age".

We Communists may not sin against the workers in the question of the trade union.

100 years of predomination of reformism and revisionism in the question of the trade union is far enough!

We need to act as genuine revolutionaries, and that is:

to completely abandon all reformist and revisionist remainders.

If the question of the trade union paralyzes the unity of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist world movement, then we must "take the bull by the horns", that is, to find and implement a correct Stalinist-Hoxhaist solution which is valid in the present conditions of globalization.

* * *

When the RILU was re-established on May First 2003, it joined with its platform before the world proletariat:

The Red International of the Labour Unions is an organization of the Comintern (SH), a school of world communism, which generally unites, educates and supports the revolutionary unionist-struggle of the world proletariat.

The RILU is led by the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha – particularly by their revolutionary line of trade unions – which have to be defended, applied and developed in the course of the daily international class-struggle.

The particular experiences and conclusions of the revolutionary trade unionist struggle in every single country is again the basis of centralized and concentrated analysis and generalization of the whole international workers movement for the further development of the general line of the RILU.

In the first line the aim is the mutual support and solidarity of all the revolutionary trade unionists all over the world to transform the struggle of the world proletariat as a big leverage for the victory of the socialist world revolution.

The RILU leads and organizes the struggle of the unification of all world revolutionary forces of the trade unionist world movement in demarcation of class-reconciliation, splitting, capitulationism, and liquidationism, especially all branches of revisionism and reformism, Trotskyism, anarcho-syndicalism and every bourgeois influence within the trade-unionist world movement. The RILU is a proletarian international class organization independent and free from influences of the oppressing and exploiting class of the world bourgeoisie.

The RILU struggles for the world revolutionary destruction of the bourgeois and imperialist, revisionist and social-imperialist trade unions.

Only on the ruins of these counter-revolutionary instruments of world capitalism it will be possible to establish revolutionary, socialist trade unions. The RILU strives for socialist trade unions as instruments for the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat and to establish socialism – on a national as well as on an international scale.

The RILU struggles for the future up-building of an international organization of the trade unions of all world socialist countries all over the world."

Dear comrades of the RFPR !

Dear comrade Dmytro !

We congratulate you as our new members of the RILU (Profintern). The RILU welcomes your decision of admission of membership on the 22nd of April, on the 148th birthday of Lenin.

On occasion of the 15th anniversary of the RILU, re-founded on 1st May 2003, we decided to confirm your membership officially on 1st of May 2018.

All members of RILU are very happy and we all send revolutionary militant greetings to you.

Dear comrades,

On this great historical occasion , we like to remember comrade Stalin who said - 100 years ago:

Before the revolution the Ukraine was exploited by the Western imperialists.

After the October Revolution the picture changed. The October Revolution snapped the threads of imperialism and proclaimed the land and the factories the property of the Ukrainian people .

The defeat of Austro-German imperialism and the victory of the German revolution have fundamentally changed the situation in the Ukraine. The road is now open for the liberation of labouring Ukraine from the imperialist yoke. The ruination and enslavement of the Ukraine are coming to an end. The fires of revolution now spreading in the Ukraine will consume the last remnants of imperialism and its "national" hangers-on. The "Provisional Workers' and Peasants' Government" which has risen on the tide of revolution will build a new life based on the rule of the Ukrainian workers and peasants. The "Manifesto" of the Ukrainian Soviet Government, which restores the landlords' land to the peasants, the mills and factories to the workers, and full liberty to the labouring and exploited—this historic "Manifesto" will reverberate like thunder through the Ukraine, striking fear into the hearts of its enemies, and ring out like a joyful peal of bells, gladdening and consoling the oppressed sons of the Ukraine.

But the struggle is not yet over, the victory is not yet secure. The real struggle in the Ukraine has only just begun. (Stalin, Works, Volume 4, December 1, 1918)

And today, after 100 years, the struggle is really still not yet over !!!

You comrades are the true revolutionary leaders of the Ukrainian working class.

You are the standard-bearer of the great tradition of the former heroic Ukrainian socialist working class – once guided by the great Lenin and Stalin.

You comrades are guiding the Ukrainian working class towards the victorious socialist revolution and the re-establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat in the Ukraine.

You are the leaders of the Ukrainian detachment of the revolutionary army of the world proletariat. You are the standard bearer of the world socialist revolution in the Ukraine.

You are tied with all us Stalinist-Hoxhaists all over the world through the inseparable bond of proletarian internationalism which was and will always be the international bond of the RILU (Profintern).

As Stalin had forseen:

The real struggle in the Ukraine has only just begun”.

In your brief history you have expressively demonstrated the stony path which you have already left behind you.

You will be faced with new difficult challenges in the future. The enemies of the workers will never sleep. But from now on you have decided to walk together with us, and this is half the guarantee of all future victories which we share (as well as we share, of course, the experiences of our defeats).

It is our international revolutionary unity which is pre-condition for the unity of the world proletariat on its way to liberation from world capitalism.

This global capitalist enemy can only be smashed by our global unity of action. That's why we need the Comintern (SH) and the re-founded RILU (Profintern).

Every struggle with which you are faced in your own country that is in truth only part of our global class struggle. This truth distinguishes us from all the other organizations in the world.

Revolutionary is the working class of one's own country only to such degree as the workers are completely conscious about the global dimension of their duty of their struggle in their own country. We, all together, the united workers of the whole world, we feel like only ONE strong worker who will smash all chains of wage slavery on a global scale. This can not be successful if we do not globally unify our common class struggle. This is the key problem which the proletariat of every country has to understand and to solve by joining and supporting our global organization, today.

The workers in your country do not only struggle for themselves but in first line for the liberation of the whole world proletariat. Without the global victory of all workers of the world there is no guarantee for the liberation of the workers in their own country. The worker can only be free if all workers of the world are free. And this is only possible by global concentration and centralization of action. That is what we call “world revolutionary proletarian consciousness” which will be understood in first line by the globalized industrial workers. And that's why you must primarily concentrate in forming and strengthening the globalized consciousness of the industrial workers of the Ukraine. As we know, you have already made a lot of success in this direction and we share your joy about your proud achievements.

Dear comrades,

As you have written to us, you struggle as a faction inside “Defence of Labour”. This is very good.

We think that the decisive difference between your revolutionary faction and the other leaders of “Defence of Labour” that is:

You understand “Defence of Labour” in a revolutionary way, namely to abolish wage slavery of capitalism. This is only possible under the dictatorship of the proletariat.

You are not struggling for reforms in itself (preserving capitalist system) but as a necessity in the direction of the revolution to overcome capitalism and to build up a socialist world without wage slavery.

All the others, in the one or other way, struggle for reforms without the aim of the revolutionary abolition of wage slavery as the only way to really “Defend Labour”.

They want to “defend labour” in the capitalist system. They want to leave capitalism untouched.

They submit to the capitalist employment laws which are anti-working class laws, while you use these laws to the most possible degree for your revolutionary purposes, thus without illusions about the triple alliance of capitalist state, capitalist associations and yellow unions with their fat union bosses.

You know all that, but in spite you work there actively (more than all the others!) in the union as a faction because you use your union's membership for the only true reason, namely to be closely connected with the majority of the workers and their sorrows. And this is what the yellow unions in the Ukraine do not like. They spread their bourgeois poison of illusions within the working class. So they fight against you by all means. Yes, that's why the class struggle in the unions and plants and factories is the most difficult and most dangerous revolutionary work in comparison with all the other revolutionary work. And that's why we appreciate you brave comrades. We stand with you in solidarity, every day in your hard struggle. We all know by our own daily experiences, what it means to work as a faction of revolutionary opposition in the yellow unions.

The surplus value of extra work that is the source of the richness of the Ukrainian bourgeoisie. And if you turn off the tap of her source, the bourgeoisie will be angry with you !

The bourgeoisie tries to get rid of you, and that's why your revolutionary work is so dangerous. But we have no choice. There is no alternative either reform or revolution !

Dear comrades !

War between the Western imperialists and Russian imperialists destroys your home land and both sides have the blood of the Ukrainian people on their hands. But the imperialists are not the only enemies of the Ukrainian working class. The rule of the Ukrainian bourgeoisie is supported by many bourgeois and petty-bourgeois organizations and parties, beginning from open fascists and ending with the social-fascists.

There is only one friend of the Ukrainian workers, namely the poor peasants in your own country and the strong army of the world proletariat which supports you from outside.

We are the only one's who struggle against both the Western and Eastern imperialists. We are the grave diggers of the whole world imperialist system which we will smash by the world socialist revolution. And this aim is the bond which ties together the destiny of the world proletariat and the proletariat in the single countries, including the Ukraine.

Comrades, you are not alone. You, as the Ukrainian detachment of the revolutionary army of the world proletariat, will march with us from victory to victory - despite all the hardships and obstacles !

We close our greeting message to you with Stalin's appeal:

The Ukraine is liberating itself. Hasten to its aid!”

We comrades of the RILU swear to fulfil Stalin's appeal 100 years ago!

Singing with you together the anthem of the Comintern and holding high the great banner of the RILU (Profintern) ...

… we send revolutionary militant greetings on occasion of the First of May, the day of the fighting world proletariat when your Ukrainian Section becomes member of the Red International of Labour Unions (Profintern) !

Long live the Revolutionary Faction of Proletarian Renewal (RFPR) !

Long live the revolutionary working class of the Ukraine !

Long live the revolutionary world proletariat !

Long live proletarian internationalism !

Long live the socialist revolution in the Ukraine and all over the world !

Dear comrades,

Dear Wolfgang Eggers!

We are very proud to be the members of RILU (Profintern)!  We think, that it’s very important step toward our common victory.  We’re working already on the translations of important English RILU documents into Ukrainian language; and we’ll send it in the nearest time.

22 April 2018, in the day of Lenin’s anniversary, we conducted general meeting of Marxist-Leninist faction of all-Ukrainian independent trade union ‘Defence of Labour’ and informed all our comrades about our correspondence and our recognition as RILU (Profintern) members; all comrades fervently welcome it. Also our group decided to change its name to Revolutionary Faction of Proletarian Renewal (RFPR), which signifies new stage of our development.

Our faction, as new member of RILU (Profintern), heartily greetings all RILU and Comintern (SH) comrades in occasion of the 15th anniversary of its refoundation. We also send you warm First of May greetings!

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!

With proletarian greetings,

Brief history of the Ukrainian Section of the Profintern

Revolutionary Faction of Proletarian Renewal

Revolutionary Faction of Proletarian Renewal (ex Marxist-Leninist faction) was established in 2009 as a circle of workers of Kiev ‘Arsenal’ plant with communist views. We were completely disagreeing with capitalist vector of the development of Ukraine and revisionism and anti-proletarian character of official CP. During 2009-2012 we found the comrades, apart with ‘Arsenal’ plant, also at ‘Yuzhmash’ plant (Dnepropetrovsk) and Nikolayev Ship-Building Plant. We organized permanent education for our comrades, discussing Marxist-Leninist theory, in particular, works by Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin. By this, all of our comrades recognized importance of trade union work.

Trying to find co-thinkers, in 2012 our faction joined the organization ‘Red Legion’, which at that time was represented at the enterprises of Kiev, Odessa and Kramatorsk. The leaders declared, that they are strictly standing on Marxist-Leninist positions. However, later it appeared that the leadership of organization is standing on clear revisionist positions. Thus, they declared for creation of so-called Fifth International, which should unite all ‘left-wingers’, including Trotskyists and anarchists. Because of complete disagreement with such positions, our group left ‘Red Legion’ in early 2013. By this, a lot of workers in Odessa and Kramatorsk were agree with us and joined us.

In the end of 2013 – beginning of 2014 Ukraine became the point of sharp confrontation between Western and Russian imperialisms; and under such conditions, almost all of our work became underground. Under such conditions in summer of 2014 our group joined semi-underground organization ‘October Revolution’, which seemed to us the closest ideologically. Later we recognized that ‘October Revolution’ was complicated organization with some informal factions inside. One of it was Maoist, with orientation to Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. They insisted that, as long as Ukraine is mostly agrarian state, it’s necessary to work mainly in the countryside and for block of workers and peasants as leading revolutionary force. We couldn’t accept such revisionist positions. Under our opinion, only proletariat is leading revolutionary force. Also we were completely disagreeing with their Maoist thesis that in Ukraine, like in China ‘the village gathers round the city’.

Other faction seemed for us much better. Just the representatives of this faction familiarized us with the works of Enver Hoxha. Apart with internet works, they provide us with paper book - Russian translation of Enver Hoxha’s work ‘The Khrushevites’. We were very enthusiastic toward heritage of comrade Hoxha. However, the practice of mentioned faction didn’t correspond to theory. Thus, the leaders both factions of ‘October Revolution’ gave complete support to Russian imperialism in its fight against Western imperialism in Ukraine, declaring that Putin is Stalin today and denying of imperialist character of present Russia.

Under such conditions our group, which had considerable growth among the workers, left ‘October Revolution’ organization. A lot of workers – ordinary members of ‘October Revolution’ organization have gone with us and joined our organization.

We decided to work inside legal trade unions. In particular, we joined and are presently working inside ‘Defence of Labour’ trade union, which has serious influence among the workers of Kiev and some other cities. Moreover, some of our comrades are presently the members of trade union central and local trade union leadership. In 2018 RILU (Profintern) comrades recognized us as new RILU member.

The class enemy has not stopped attacking our websites. Again we have had to put up with defeat.

We are currently facing a barrage of hackers and have another tough week behind us for repairing our computers. This paralyzed all our political work.

How long we can do this is hard to predict. We have to reckon with a renewed breakdown of our computers at any time. How that will end up, remains uncertain.

In any case, we successfully continue our world revolutionary work.

Whatever happens:

We will never give up and not bow to the hackers!

We Stalinists-Hoxhaists are carved out of a special wood and march on the revolutionary path that we started 50 years ago.

No one can stop us, because we continue to fight for the only just cause in the world - for communism!

Long live the Comintern (SH) !

Long live the world socialist revolution !

of the world !

We communists may not and cannot kreep under the shield of this or that imperialist world camp for the purpose to destroy the one by the other. This is pure revisionism and not compatible with the teachings of Hoxhaism which is based on struggling against all super powers, all imperialist and reactionary states and forces.

The military means of the international counter-revolution's actions are globalized actions and can, therefore be smashed down only by globally organized means of the united revolutionary forces under the leadership of the world proletariat. The world proletariat is the only revolutionary class which aims for the struggle against the whole world imperialist system by means of the socialist revolution. The correct proletarian line against world imperialist wars that is the revolutionary world civil war of the oppressed and exploited classes against the exploiting and oppressing classes. Our aim is the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat. What is needed that is strengthening the Comintern (SH) because without the avant guard of the world proletariat the imperialist system of the rule of the world bourgeoisie cannot be completely defeated and destroyed.

Especially the revolutionary forces within the different states which wage wars or within states which support imperialist wars openly or hiddenly must propagate and organize the civil war in their own country.

The working class in the USA, France and Great Britain must declare civil (class) war against their own country while the working class in Russia must fight for the destruction of Russian imperialism in Russia. Those people who support their own imperialist country - no matter openly or hiddenly - are lackeys of the whole imperialist world system and thus enemies of the world proletariat and the socialist revolution.
There is no neutral position in the fight against imperialist wars. For the world socialist revolution or against it - that is the demarcation line of today's globalized class struggle. Imperialist wars can only be abolished by the victory of the world socialist revolution.

Workers of ther Arab world !

Practice your proletarian Internationalism with the Syrian People

- that means:

Overthrow of every reactionary regime in your own Arab country. All these regimes are lackeys of the imperialist war in Syria - no matter whether these Arab regimes support world imperialism directly or indirectly, openly or hiddenly - !

Help the Syrian brothers and sisters to overthrow the bloody Assad-Regime!

Civil war of the exploited and oppressed classes of the Arab world against the exploitive and oppressive classes in the Arab world which serve as lackeys of the world imperialists.

Long live the socialist revolution of the Arab proletariat !

Long live the socialist revolution of the world proletariat !

In opposite to what alot of social fascists here thinks that what's happening a war between "partiotic goverments" and "gangs payed by the imperialists" ,Assad is no longer useful. He became just a puppet or a mask for a dead fascist system.
Same with the so called "revoultionary" gangs of "opposition" - supportedby different imperialist countries.
While the Syrian people suffer from this war death and blood , both sides sleeping in the best defended palaces and hotels.
How beautiful is this "revolutionism" and "patriotism" on both sides!

If the war in Syria will continue no one will benfit from except the imperialists. For "solving" their crisis the imperialists walk over dead bodies.
Fuck Assad and Ba'th party !
Fuck the FSA and other fascist gangs!
Long live the socialist revoultion in Syria!

"Long live, then, the proletariat as it goes forth to renew the whole world. Long live the working men of all lands who by the strength of their hands have built up the wealth of nations and are now labouring to create new life! Long live Socialism, the religion of the future. Greetings to the fighters, greetings to the workers of all lands, and may they ever have faith in the victory of truth, the victory of justice! Long live humanity fraternally united in the great ideals of equality and freedom!"

Dear comrades,

We like to inform you that the Comintern (SH) was - once again - infected by a virus from Russia. This virus destroyed our security system with the result that our computer crushed totally. We are now working on repairing our computers. Fortunately, we could already publish this message to you within three days. However, the system is still unstable and not all technical services and tools function. It is to be feared that sooner or later we will be attacked again. And we can not guarantee to fix any upcoming technical problems. At any moment, we might be faced with a situation in which we can nothing publish or communicate with you for a while.

Since nearly 18 years of founding the Comintern (SH) defended herself successfully against all attacks of hackers and spies. However, in the last month we observe a serious increase of heavy attacks. This is not astonishing because these attacks prove that our enemies see in us a growing danger.

As Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels have taught us, those who possess material power also have spiritual power. And those global companies like Microsoft, Google, Facebook etc, these richest companies all over the world, they took over the control over the world's communication. Thus the struggle of the Comintern (SH) for freedom of her own publishing can be compared with "David versus Goliath". We can not prevent that various Intelligence services all over the world spy on us.
Therefore, we urgently recommend to you: download and publish our most important documents by yourselves in case of day "X" when we might not be able any more to maintain our greatest international communist website because of attacks from our enemies.
The struggle for freedom of internet communication is one of today's most important battle fields of class struggle against world fascism and social-fascism.
In the near future we will publish some Stalinist-Hoxhaist theses on the virtual disarmament of the world bourgeoisie and the virtual armament of the world proletariat as an important task of the world socialist revolution.
Without expropriation of the global IT-companies such as Microsoft, Google, Facebook etc., and without their global socialization in the hands of the world proletariat, there will be no victory for the overthrow of world capitalism and for the construction of world socialism.

The websites of the Comintern (SH) can not be forbidden.

The future belongs to world communism.

And the Comintern (SH) will fight for it until her last breathe.

Long live the Comintern (SH) !

The International of Communist Solidarity

95 Years ago, on the 18th of March 1923, the Comintern adopted the resolution on founding the "Day of the liberation of the political prisoners"

18th of March

International Day of solidarity with political prisoners

Solidarity with political prisoners !

Messages of Solidarity

Appeal of the

Comintern (SH)

and the

International of Communist Solidarity (ICS)

The capitalist crisis turned into a global political crisis. Consequence of which are
worldwide mass arrests, a rapid increase of political prisoners, and inhuman treatment of political prisoners. Measures of "Anti-terror laws" and conditions of detention are tightened and imprisonment increases with every new day. All this shows:

Today we live in a world which is more and more characterized by brutal fascism.

The international anti-fascist solidarity is more necessary than ever.

This solidarity can not and will not stop at the prison gates.

The struggle for the release of political prisoners is crucial for the victory of anti-fascist class struggle.

1923, one year after its founding, the International Red Aid declared the 18th of March to be the "International Day of aid to political prisoners."

On the 18th of March, the Comintern (SH) commemorates the "Day of the Paris Commune", as well as the "International Day of the political prisoners".

We insist on this day of active solidarity with political prisoners, in spite of any prohibitions or other means of pressure.

Today we remember all the political prisoners who perished behind bars. And we swear that their sacrifices and sufferings were not for nothing.
The world proletariat, as the only revolutionary class, will defeat the counter-revolution. Only the world proletariat is able to create a new world without exploitation and oppression, thus a world without prisons.

The world proletariat will be free from capitalism, not before the last political prisoner has been freed.

In the entire capitalist world there is no single country in which the revolutionary freedom fighters are not murdered, tortured, imprisoned or treated inhumanly in any other way. The current world is one big prison, a prison of peoples. Those who do not obey the laws of capital, are mercilessly suppressed by capital. And those who fight for the revolutionary overthrow of the rule of the bourgeoisie, are mercilessly persecuted and imprisoned by the capitalist State.

But what is intended to act as a deterrent, produces even more resistance and solidarity of all the exploited and oppressed. Political prisoners are not only victims, but above all our heroes!

The Comintern (SH) expresses her solidarity with political prisoners.
We encourage you to strengthen your revolutionary spirit !
We demand for better conditions of detention.
We struggle against class justice.
We struggle for the release of every single revolutionary prisoner.

We demand primarily class amnesty for all proletarian political prisoners!
What we are fighting for, above all, this is for the elimination of the inevitability of class rule of the bourgeoisie.
The socialist world revolution will free the mankind from the yoke of the whole capitalist world system.
Upon the ruins of the world capitalist world we want to build socialism in order to pave the way to a classless society:

"In place of the old bourgeois society, with its classes and class antagonisms, we shall have an association in which the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all" (Marx and Engels, Manifesto of the Communist Party ").

In the capitalist world, the class justice is maintaining the rule of the bourgeoisie. In the socialist world, the class justice is maintaining the rule of the proletariat. The rule of the proletariat is unavoidable for the abolition of class society!

With the abolition of classes is also class justice abolished.

In a communist world, there are no political prisoners or political prisons.

Comrades in prison!

Raise your voice! Do not give up! Do not stop fighting!

You are and will remain a part of us, part of our world revolutionary movement!

You are not forgotten!

Let's raise the flag of solidarity with political prisoners !

Victory will be ours!

Messages of Solidarity

Message of solidarity of the Arabic Section of the Comintern (SH) to the liberation struggle of the Moroccan People

In the recent days, World imperialism's media and the whole capitalist world couldn't keep silence anymore on what is happening in Morocco. The revoultionary actions taken by the workers of Morocco in Jerada and the poor peasents in Al-rif zone before it, the barbarious fascist shameful actions of the fascist Moroccan police in co-opreation with the dark forces of islamists against the working poor people of Morocco , all these actions the whole world couldn't keep slience on anymore, the Arabic section of the Comintern (SH) wants to express about it's solidarity through this message with every revoultionary action taken and will be done in the future by the working masses of Morocco against the Monarcho-Fascist system of Mohammed VI ..!

Oue Dear comrades, brothers and sisters

workers, farmers, conscrip soldiers, Marxist Leninist and Stalinist-Hoxhaists youth in Morocco

We all know that the end of this system is very near and will be smashed now or later by your Heavy Glorious hands, and by the destruction of this system , world imperialism will take a heavy and the first blow in this century by the hands of morrocoan working class and the establishment of the People's Socialist Rebublic of Morocco , in other words the Complete trimuph of the Revolution !

But on the other hands all these objectives can't be done by not taking in account that there's a huge problems facing the Revolution in Morocco.

For example, the various groups of the social fascists wearing "socialist", "popular", "red" and "révolutionary" cloathes , A lot of groups labled as a "Marxist" , which is actually trotskyisys, titoist , the so-called ("ML"M)/Maoists, and even a pesudo-"Hoxhaist".

All these groups are striving to the death to mislead the Moroccan poor working masses by their "revoultionary" mottos , they represent the Worst danger on the revolution and the working class in Morocco, and the true Marxist Leninists should arm themselves with the developed theortical weapon of Stalinism-Hoxhaism under the leadership of the Arab Section of the World Party - The Communist International (SH).

Another example the chauvinist mouthes pro-zionist that tries to differ between the Arabs and the Amazighi poor working peoples by a racist, religious or even "Atheistic" hate , this should be faced by the proletarian Internationalism. The lack of organizing between the revolutionary youth espically the poor proletariat Intellectual students [they] will play a very great rule in buildung the Communist (S-H) party of Morocco. We might not be living on Morocco but a lot of news we see there, we try as possible as we can to touch the problems existing in Morocco, the misery and death that the proletariat of Morocco living everyday under this fascist system.

All solidarity with the Moroccan Proletariat and poor peasants!

Death to the Monarcho-Fascist Moroccan System!

The Socialist Revolution in Morocco is the right banner in the right situation !

Long live ther world socialist revolution!

Death and destruction to the whole capitalist Imperialist World!

Death to the Fascists and the Social-Fascists!

Long live the Stalinist Hoxhaist Section in Morocco!

Long live the ProletarianInternationalism between the Amazigh and the Arab Workers whom sharing the common tragedical misery with the world proletariats in all countries everyday and everywhere under world capitalism!

Death to chauvinism!

Long live the Proletariat Internationalism between all the working peoples in all the Countries!

Long live the Communist International (SH) !

Messages of Solidarity

Message of the Comintern (SH) on occasion

of the 135th anniversary of Marx’s death day

March 14, 1883 – March 14, 2018

Today we commemorate the 135th anniversary of Karl Marx's death.

The legacy of Karl Marx is immortal.

He will live forever in the minds and hearts of every worker and every true communist.

Marx is the first classic of Marxism-Leninism and with Engel's founder of scientific communism.

This year we celebrate the 170th anniversary of the Communist Manifesto and the bourgeois revolution in Germany (March 18, 1848).

Our greeting address is therefore dedicated to the writings of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, which deal with the historical events of 1848. For this we publish today all important documents of Marx and Engels.

The Importance of the Communist Manifesto in the Revolution of 1848

Of particular importance in the revolutionary period of 1848-49 was the Communist Manifesto, which was the elaboration of the political ideas of Marxism, the application of historical materialism in the analysis of current political events and the determination of the tactics of the proletariat in all stages of the revolutionary struggle. Stalin called the Communist Manifesto the "Song of Songs of Marxism."

It is still stubbornly maintained that the Communist Manifesto allegedly was "barely known" at the time of the 1848 revolution. From this is derived the anti-Marxist thesis that the Communist Manifesto had "virtually no influence" on the revolution. And it is further claimed that there were really only a few workers who had participated in the 1848 revolution. What's about this assertion? Nothing !

In his address of the "Zentralbehörde an den Bund" in March 1850, Marx stated that "the conception propagated earlier only in secret is now in the mouth of the peoples and is publicly preached in the markets". (The Comintern (SH) published this speech for the first time today).

Furthermore, according to Friedrich Engels, there were about 30 sections of the "League of Communists" at the time of the 1848 revolution. In addition, individual members came in many places. In 1848, in several large cities, these workers even took the lead in the work of the already established workers' associations, which fully developed their revolutionary activity in 1848.

And finally, we refer to leaflets of workers who were distributed just before and during the revolution. In a leaflet from the autumn of 1847 it says:

"Men from the proletariat who run through Germany on the mendicorn, tormented by the most miserable police harassment ... do not let any longer treat you as dogs, when the time comes for the fight, hit it!"

In another leaflet at the beginning of 1848, which was distributed by the workers in Berlin, it says:

"Where two of us sit together, they speak of revolution, every factory is for them a hearth of the revolution, every migrant proletarian is considered an emissary of the revolution ... but if everywhere in the people it glows and glows, if the spark ignites (then falls out, you wild blacksmiths, their sooty founders, you pale Weber!) Then stretch your chest and arms, you tortured factory workers! Then, setters, cast the letters in bullets! "

These leaflets speak the clear language of the revolutionary working class, whose voice is concealed by today's historians. There is little in the history books about the revolutionary role of the working class, but all the more about the liberal bourgeoisie and the democratic petty bourgeoisie, who were the betrayers of the workers and peasants in the 1848 revolution.

In the bourgeois revolution of 1848, and in connection with the solution of the tasks of this revolution, Marx and Engels set themselves the task of uncoupling the proletariat, which at that time was still numerically very weak, away from the leadership of the bourgeois democrats, to fulfill it with the own consciousness of its special historical tasks to educate it in the fire of revolutionary struggles for the application of the strategy and tactics of the proletariat in the bourgeois revolution.

The essence of the Communist Manifesto is the elaboration of the world-historical role of the proletariat as the creator of socialist society.

To this historical event, the Comintern (SH) has published its 30 theses:

The today's 30 basic theses of
the Manifesto of the Communist Party

January 19, 2013
written bythe Comintern (SH) on occasion of the 165th anniversary of the "Communist Manifesto" of Marx and Engels - 1848

Actually, the Communist Manifesto is originally called "Manifesto of the Communist Party". So that was the program of the first Communist Party in the world, the "League of Communists," founded by Marx and Engels. The Statute states clearly:

"The purpose of the League of Communists is the overthrow of the bourgeoisie, the rule of the proletariat, the abolition of the old bourgeois society based on class contradictions, and the founding of a new society without classes and private property."

Today, 170 years later, the German section of the Comintern (SH) serves this same purpose.

The bourgeois-democratic revolution - the prelude to the proletarian revolution.

Marx and Engels saw in the victorious bourgeois-democratic revolution the prelude to the proletarian revolution.

This idea that the bourgeois-democratic revolution is the prelude to the socialist revolution was developed and formulated by the founders of Marxism in the Theory of Revolution in Permanence on the basis of the experiences of 1848-49:

"This socialism is the declaration of permanence of the revolution, the class dictatorship of the proletariat as a necessary transition point to the abolition of class distinctions in general, to the abolition of all relations of production on which they rest, to the abolition of all social relations that correspond to these relations of production, to the circulation of all ideas arising from them social relations " (see MEW, Volume 7, p. 89/90, German Ed.).

And it was Lenin who studied the strategy and tactics of Marx and Engels in the Revolution of 1848 and brilliantly applied them to the revolutionary conditions in Russia, first in the 1905 Revolution, then in the February Revolution of 1917, and finally in the victorious October Revolution, with which the world socialist revolution began.

The doctrine of Marx and Engels on the permanent revolution was defined in their Address of the "Zentralbehörde an den Bund":

"While the petty-bourgeois Democrats want to bring the revolution to an end as quickly as possible ... by restricting their scope to the elimination of small bourgeois reforms," it is our interest and our mission to make the revolution permanent, until all that the power of the state has been superseded by the rule of the proletariat, and the proletariat has advanced so far not only in one country but in all the ruling countries of the whole world, that the competition of the proletarians in these countries has ceased and that at least the decisive productive forces are concentrated in the hands of the proletarians.-It can not concern us to change private property, but only to destroy it, not to cover up the class antagonisms, but to abolish the classes, not to improve the existing ones Society, but about founding a new one. ("MEW Volume 7, p. 247/248, German Ed).

In the data 1848 - 1918 - 2018 we comrades of the Comintern (SH) see steps on the way to the world socialist revolution, from the bourgeois-democratic revolution to world communism. All the mistakes and shortcomings that have led to the failure of revolutions are important lessons for all subsequent revolutions, turning past defeats into victories. This is the Marxist dialectic of the permanent revolution, which should not be confused with Trotsky's anti-Marxist thesis.

The revolution of 1848 and proletarian internationalism

The whole work of Marx and Engels in 1848 was filled with the fighting spirit of proletarian internationalism. Marx and Engels paid the greatest attention to the struggle of the oppressed peoples for national liberation. They welcomed the upswing of the national liberation movement of the Poles, Czechs, Hungarians and Italians. They saw them as allies in the fight against the feudal-absolutist reaction in Germany and against the other forces of the European counterrevolution.

The founders of Marxism, who emphasized the connection and causal relationship between the revolutions in the various countries, attached great importance to the victory of the proletarian revolution in France, which had to give a powerful impulse to the revolutionary struggle of the popular masses in other European countries. Marx and Engels hoped that the victory of the French proletariat would facilitate the completion of the bourgeois-democratic revolution in Germany and the transition to proletarian revolution in that country.

The Betrayal of the Bourgeoisie on the Revolution of 1848

Lenin datedthe year 1848 as the beginning of a new era of the labor movement and world history. The year 1848 showed "that only the proletariat is socialist in nature". In these words, Lenin summarized in his essay "The historical destinies of the teachings of Karl Marx" (March 14, 1913) the result of the revolution of 1848:

"The liberal bourgeoisie is a hundred times more afraid of the independence of this class than of any reaction." Cowardly liberalists crawl on their belly towards the reactionaries... All the lessons of non-class socialism and non-class politics are pure nonsense. "

While the revolutions in England and France led to the establishment of a new political order in line with the capitalist mode of production, the German March Revolution of 1848 "reformed" only the highest political leadership, leaving untouched all the old bureaucracy, the Old Army, the Old Parquets ... in the Service of Absolutism "(see Karl Marx, Volume 6, p.234 German Ed)
In England and France, the bourgeoisie was at the head of the revolutionary movement, but the Prussian bourgeoisie did not strive for it The bourgeoisie sought at all costs to remain on the "legal ground" and thus rejected any determined struggle against the forces of feudal society. So later, social democracy and modern revisioism also placed themselves on the "legal ground" of capitalist society and are still fighting against the socialist revolution.

The German people were neither able to win a decisive victory over feudalism nor to overcome the dismemberment of Germany. The political order of the country, the whole bureaucracy and police apparatus were not touched and the masses remained without arms against the armed counterrevolution. The reason for this course of the German revolution was seen by the founders of Marxism in the policy of the liberal bourgeoisie who came to power.

The German bourgeoisie, frightened by the revolutionary struggle of the French proletariat and by the awakened class consciousness of the German workers, betrayed the interests of the people and made an alliance with the feudal reaction. The German bourgeoisie, when her historical hour had come, did not disempowered the feudal lords, but, for fear of the newly awakening working class, made a compromise with the Junkers, gave them the political power while they themselves cared for the expansion of the capitalist economy. Subsequently the bourgeoisie formed with the Junkers an exploitive bloc. The German people were unable to free themselves in the glow of a people's revolution from the servility that had arisen under the centuries of reactionary rule.

The revolution of 1848 and Marx' call for refusal of payment of taxes

As an example of the concrete intervention of Marx in the revolution is his call for denial of paying taxes, which today has lost nothing of topicality, and therefore he was promptly brought to justice. In the revolution of 1848, Karl Marx set up the famous slogan of tax refusal in order unarm the counterrevolutionary government. Marx saw the tax-refusal campaign as a means to ignite the revolutionary energy of the masses and to start a new phase of the revolution, which, if successful, would bring about the overthrow of the king's power and the final victory of the people. In contrast to the Prussian National Assembly, which only called for passive resistance to the tax collection, Marx called in his articles "to oppose any kind of violence by means of violence. The passive resistance must be built on the basis of the active resistance. Otherwise it resembles the calf's struggle against his butcher. "

Marx saw one of the reasons for the failure of the March Revolution in the passive attitude of the National Assembly.

The Revolution of 1848 and the dual rule of the bourgeoisie and feudal lords

Marx saw in the conflict between the Crown and the National Assembly the struggle between two state powers, two sovereigns. But two sovereign powers can not simultaneously coexist in one state. The struggle between them must be decided by material force. Marx released the basic class roots of this struggle. He shows that this was "not a political conflict of two factions on the ground of a society," but "the conflict of two societies themselves, a social conflict," which "had taken a political shape." It was a struggle between the crown as a representative "The old, feudal-bureaucratic society" and the National Assembly as the representative of "modern bourgeois society".

"If the crown makes a counterrevolution, the people rightly respond by revolution." (Karl Marx)

There was 1848/49 temporarily a dual rule of bourgeoisie and feudal class.

Similarly, there was a short-lived dual rule in 1918: bourgeois republic and proletarian republic.

This double rule had also existed between the February and October 1917 revolution in Russia.

And it can not be ruled out that we have to solve the question of the dual domination of the world bourgeoisie and world proletariat with the victory of the armed world socialist revolution.

The Revolution of 1848 and the Revolutionary War on the Outer Enemy

Marx and Engels not only created the doctrine of the revolution against the external class enemy, but also took part in this struggle in practice. In the revolution, the struggle is not limited to the internal enemy, but includes the fight against the external enemy. This was the case in the bourgeois-democratic revolution of 1848, when it came to the struggle against the main forces of the European counter-revolution, namely bourgeois England and feudal-absolutist Russia.

In 1848, Russian czarism was the main bulwark of the feudal-monarchist reaction in Europe, without whose destruction the victory of the European revolution and a real unification of Germany was impossible.

In 1848 it was correct to distinguish between reactionary and revolutionary-democratic nations, which is why Marx and Engels rightly called for the war against tsarism. In the revolutionary war against Russian Tsarism, Marx and Engels saw not only a means of defending the revolution, but also a condition for their further development.

Today we are not defending the imperialist West against imperialist Russia, or vice versa, because both camps are counterrevolutionary and must therefore both be defeated in the socialist revolution. At present there are no reactionary and revolutionary nations as in 1848. Today, the world proletariat wages war against the whole counterrevolutionary world bourgeoisie.

The revolution of 1848 and the question of the peasants

"The German Peasants' War" written by Friedrich Engels generalizes the experiences of the German Revolution of 1848-49. "The parallel between the German Revolution of 1525 and that of 1848/49 was too close to be rejected at that time", Friedrich Engels wrote later. Analyzing the revolutionary events in Germany in the sixteenth century, Engels showed that the main cause of the failure of these two major movements of the German people can be found in the treacherous attitude of the German bourgeoisie in the sixteenth century and the German bourgeoisie in the nineteenth century. As WI Lenin noted, Engels "particularly underlined the common doctrine of both movements, namely: fragmentation of actions, lack of centralization among the oppressed masses, which is related to their petty-bourgeois life situation." In the Peasants' War, the bourgeoisie did not side with the peasant -plebejischen camp to abolish feudalism together, but on the side of the princes and against the peasants. The crucial difference in the class situation at the time of the 16th and 19th centuries was that the working class in Germany until the 19th century The birth of Marxist ideas marked the first period of the history of the German workers' movement in 1848. At that time, the class struggle of the proletariat started in its first tentative movements. The proletariat began laboriously to recognize the value of the necessity of its own organizationing, namely as its only weapon in the fight against capitalist exploitation. In the first period of the German workers' movement the proletariat developed from a class in itself to a class for itself. Wquipped with Marxism, the proletariat laboriously freed itself from the role of an appendage of the bourgeoisie, broke away from the ideological influence of the liberal bourgeoisie and petty-bourgeois democracy, and created a politically independent Marxist party to overcome capitalist society.

The November Revolution of 1918 broke out in the second period of the German labor movement, which was linked to the development of imperialism and the First World War. The Marxist doctrine of the alliance of poor peasants with the working class, which was further developed by Lenin, should have been applied in the November Revolution of 1918 in order to win the victory over the bourgeoisie. That was one of the key reasons why the November Revolution failed. Without applying this doctrine of Marxism correctly, neither the socialist revolution in Germany nor in the whole world will succeed.

Fearing an attack on bourgeois property, the bourgeoisie left the old feudal property untouched, pushing off her indispensable ally in the fight against feudalism, the peasantry. As representatives of the proletariat as the consistently revolutionary class, Marx and Engels eagerly supported the revolutionary anti-feudal movement of the peasantry, in which they saw one of the most important driving forces of the bourgeois-democratic revolution in Germany. It was no coincidence that Friedrich Engels had written his famous book about the German Peasants' War in the middle of the Revolutionary Days of 1848. Frederick Engels' recourse to one of the most brilliant epochs of the revolutionary liberation struggle in Germany was also determined by the desire, to arouse in the people the memory of his revolutionary traditions in face of exhaustion and disappointment that prevailed in Germany.

The revolution of 1848 and the special conditions of Germany

The failure of the revolutions in Germany is also due to the incessant devastation caused by wars. In the Peasants 'War, the Thirty Years' War, the wars of the Prussian state in the 18th and 19th centuries, and especially in the First and Second World War, Germany was almost completely destroyed and dismembered. This has had a significant impact on the social and economic development of Germany and influenced class struggle in Germany.

Concerning the development of capitalism, Germany was a late bloomer and crises of capitalism in other countries like England have had a desastrous impact on people in Germany. Wars and economical Crises were always typical reasons for revolutionary uprisings in Germany on the one hand, but simultaneously reasons for counterrevolutions on the other hand.
The crises produced the first German workers' revolt of 1844 (Silesian weaver revolt), which heralded the revolution of 1848 as "Pre-March". With the Silesian weaver revolt began the open class struggle of the German workers against the bourgeoisie. In 1847 the world economic crisis broke through Germany with full force and influenced the course of the revolution of 1848.

Marx and Engels proved that the crises are one of the most powerful levers in the political upheaval and that "the returning prosperity then also bends the revolutions and establishes the victory of the reaction. A new revolution is only possible in the wake of a new crisis. "

The dark reaction produced the 1848 revolution, and its failure was again answered with sinister reaction. This was also the case before and after the November Revolution of 1918.

"The loss of their illusions"

- the most valuable Marxist lesson for the peoples after the defeat of the European revolutions of 1848-49

"The main fruit of the revolutionary movement of 1848 is not what the peoples have won, but what they have lost - the loss of their illusions." (Karl Marx, see MEW Volume 6, p. 138, German Ed.)

All the illusions of the February and March revolutions, rich in dreams, good intentions and beautiful words, were mercilessly destroyed by the purposeful course of history, by the atrocities of counterrevolution.

Even in the November Revolution of 1918, the German proletariat did not learn from this Marxist doctrine and had to pay dearly for its illusions in social-democratism. And the same thing happened in the anti-fascist struggle. The German proletariat had not learned to free itself from the illusions about Dimitroff's "Popular Front." In the alliance with the bourgeoisie, with social democracy, with revisionism and neo-revisionism, the proletariat could never and can never free itself from the shakles of capitalism. That is the still valid lesson of all revolutions in Germany.

These whole illusions of the "peaceful way", whose roots go back to the revolution of 1848, have always led to the defeat of the German proletariat and the maintenance of the power of the bourgeoisie. History has shown that exploitation and oppression in Germany could never be peacefully overcome.

And so the present capitalist regime in Germany and in the whole world can not end peacefully but only violently by means of the victory of the armed world socialist revolution.

The best guarantee for the victory of the revolution of 1848 was seen by Marx and Engels in the arming of the people. And that is also the best guarantee for the completion of the victory of the socialist revolution in Germany:

Arming the working class to disarm the bourgeoisie with the aim of establishing the dictatorship of the proletariat. This is the Marxist doctrine of the defeat of the revolution of 1848 and 1918.

We conclude with a quote from Marx and Engels, which is - modified - still valid today (only replace the word "feudal counterrevolution" by "imperialist counterrevolution"):

"Any revolutionary upheaval, though its goal seems so remote from the class struggle, must fail until the revolutionary working class triumphs, any social reform remains utopian until the proletarian revolution and the feudalist counterrevolution compete with one another in a WORLD WAR." (Karl Marx)

Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the 65th day of death

of comrade Stalin

March 5, 1953 – March 5, 2018

On the 65th anniversary of the death of Comrade Stalin, we send our Stalinist-hoxaist greetings to all comrades around the world, especially our warmest regards to the Russian and Georgian Section of the Comintern (SH).

Today, 65 years ago, Comrade Stalin, the great leader of the world proletariat, the 4th classic of Marxism-Leninism, was treacherously murdered by Soviet revisionists. After having shed crocodile's tears at the funeral, they began to erase Stalin's name from the memory and heart of the Soviet peoples - at first very carefully and then more and more frequently. Finally, at the Twentieth Party Congress of the CPSU, the Soviet revisionists began throwing dirt over Stalin and his life's work. They destroyed the dictatorship of the proletariat, established a dictatorship of the Soviet bourgeoisie and restored capitalism. And all these crimes which the modern revisionists committed at the working people were propagated as alleged "victories of the further completion of socialism by means of the overcoming of Stalin Cult".

And today, on the 65th anniversary of the death of Comrade Stalin?

Even after 65 years, Stalin can not be banished from the heads and hearts of people. He is still beloved and venerated , and this more and more with every new year. Comrade Stalin and his life's work are immortal.

The Russian social fascists have never been able to change that, which is why they have to resort to their old hidden tactics, namely the one to which they were already forced to practice during Stalin's lifetime:

In words: "praising Stalin" - and in deeds: black treachery at Stalin.

In words, the neo-revisionists are for the "reestablishment" of the dictatorship of the proletariat and for the reconstruction of socialism - in deeds, however, the social fascists are lackeys of the Russian bourgeoisie, lackeys of Russian imperialism and its bloody predatory wars.

In words these Russian social-chauvinists are praising Stalin's Great Patriotic War, [ in which socialism (!) was defended]
In deeds, these social-imperialist traitors are defenders of today's imperialist Russia. They defend Putin's genocide in Syria. They defend their own Russian imperialism against Western imperialism hidden behind their shameless slogan of alleged "Anti-Imperialism". Stalin would have condemned such criminal kind of "anti-imperialists" to death if he would be still alive.

Our mourning for the loss of our beloved Comrade Stalin mingles with irrepressible hatred of all this Stalin hypocrisy of the old and new social fascists. That is why the 65th anniversary of Stalin's the death is also a day of struggle, especially against those who praise him only in order to conceal their betrayal at Stalinism.

After all, the 65th anniversary of his death is not only a day of fighting to defend Stalin against his open and covert enemies, but mainly a day on which we raise proudly the Stalin banner, and affirm by our oath that we will continue the struggle of comrade Stalin until victory.

Learning from Stalin means learning to win!

100 years ago, from the 6th to the 8th of March 1918, the 7th Party Congress of the CPR (B) took place, in which Stalin participated. J. Stalin was elected member of the Central Committee of the Party and member of the commission for the preparation of a draft of the party program. Stalin was also elected at the Fourth All-Russian Extraordinary Soviet Congress as a member of the All-Russian CEC.

We commemorate this meritorious activity of Stalin exactly one hundred years ago on the occasion of his 65th anniversary.

In his Short Course on the History of the CPSU (B) Stalin wrote the following about the 7th Party Congress:

The recent trial of the Anti-Soviet "Bloc of Rights and Trotskyites" (beginning of 1938) has now revealed that Bukharin and the group of "Left Communists" headed by him, together with Trotsky and the "Left" Socialist-Revolutionaries, were at that time secretly conspiring against the Soviet Government. Now it is known that Bukharin, Trotsky and their fellow-conspirators had determined to wreck the Peace of Brest-Litovsk, arrest V. I. Lenin, J. V. Stalin and Y. M. Sverdlov, assassinate them, and form a new government consisting of Bukharinites, Trotskyites and "Left" Socialist-Revolutionaries.

While hatching this clandestine counter-revolutionary plot, the group of "Left Communists," with the support of Trotsky, openly attacked the Bolshevik Party, trying to split it and to disintegrate its ranks. But at this grave juncture the Party rallied around Lenin, Stalin and Sverdlov and supported the Central Committee on the question of peace as on all other questions.

The "Left Communist" group was isolated and defeated.

In order that the Party might pronounce its final decision on the question of peace the Seventh Party Congress was summoned.

The congress opened on March 6, 1918. This was the first congress held after our Party had taken power. It was attended by 46 delegates with vote and 58 delegates with voice but no vote, representing 145,000 Party members. Actually, the membership of the Party at that time was not less than 270,000. The discrepancy was due to the fact that, owing to the urgency with which the congress met, a large number of the organizations were unable to send delegates in time; and the organizations in the territories then occupied by the Germans were unable to send delegates at all.

Reporting at this congress on the Brest-Litovsk Peace, Lenin said that ". . . the severe crisis which our Party is now experiencing, owing to the formation of a Left opposition within it, is one of the gravest crises the Russian revolution has experienced." (Lenin, Selected Works, Vol. VII, pp. 293-94.)

The resolution submitted by Lenin on the subject of the Brest-Litovsk Peace was adopted by 30 votes against 12, with 4 abstentions.

On the day following the adoption of this resolution, Lenin wrote an article entitled "A Distressful Peace," in which he said:

"Intolerably severe are the terms of peace. Nevertheless, history will claim its own. . . . Let us set to work to organize, organize and organize. Despite all trials, the future is ours." (Lenin, Collected Works, Russ. ed., Vol. XXII, p. 288.)

In its resolution, the congress declared that further military attacks by imperialist states on the Soviet Republic were inevitable, and that therefore the congress considered it the fundamental task of the Party to adopt the most energetic and resolute measures to strengthen the self-discipline and discipline of the workers and peasants, to prepare the masses for self-sacrificing defence of the Socialist country, to organize the Red Army, and to introduce universal military training.

Endorsing Lenin's policy with regard to the Peace of Brest-Litovsk, the congress condemned the position of Trotsky and Bukharin and stigmatized the attempt of the defeated "Left Communists" to continue their splitting activities at the congress itself.

The Peace of Brest-Litovsk gave the Party a respite in which to consolidate the Soviet power and to organize the economic life of the country.

The peace made it possible to take advantage of the conflicts within the imperialist camp (the war of Austria and Germany with the Entente, which was still in progress) to disintegrate the forces of the enemy, to organize a Soviet economic system and to create a Red Army.

The peace made it possible for the proletariat to retain the support of the peasantry and to accumulate strength for the defeat of the Whiteguard generals in the Civil War.

In the period of the October Revolution Lenin taught the Bolshevik Party how to advance fearlessly and resolutely when conditions favoured an advance. In the period of the Brest-Litovsk Peace Lenin taught the Party how to retreat in good order when the forces of the enemy are obviously superior to our own, in order to prepare with the utmost energy for a new offensive.

History has fully proved the correctness of Lenin's line.

It was decided at the Seventh Congress to change the name of the Party and to alter the Party Program. The name of the Party was changed to the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) -- R.C.P.(B.). Lenin proposed to call our Party a Communist Party because this name precisely corresponded to the aim of the Party, namely, the achievement of Communism.

A special commission, which included Lenin and Stalin, was elected to draw up a new Party program, Lenin's draft program having been accepted as a basis.

Thus the Seventh Congress accomplished a task of profound historical importance: it defeated the enemy hidden within the Party's ranks -- the "Left Communists" and Trotskyites; it succeeded in withdrawing the country from the imperialist war; it secured peace and a respite; it enabled the Party to gain time for the organization of the Red Army; and it set the Party the task of introducing Socialist order in the national economy.

100 years ago, at the time of the Seventh Congress, the war between the imperialist robbers transformed into a war of the oppressed against the oppressors, for the liberation from the yoke of capitalism. This first congress under the new Soviet power ignited the torch of world socialist revolution. The Seventh Party Congress decided to forbid any interference by the imperialist states in Russia's internal affairs and to carry the revolution to all countries.

Today, Russia is not carrying the revolution but the counter-revolution to all countries. Today, Russia itself is one of the imperialist states that have already made it through their predatory wars to such an extent that the outbreak of the Third World War in 2018 is becoming increasingly probable.

What would Stalin have done if he were still alive?

Stalin would have sent Putin to hell, had organized a new October Revolution to overthrow the Russian bourgeoisie. Stalin would have smashed Russian imperialism, and rebuilt the dictatorship of the proletariat. He would not only have restored the old power of the Soviet peoples and rebuilt socialism, but would have overthrown the entire world imperialist system with the socialist world revolution. He would have prevented a Third World War or turned it into a world civil war, with whose victory the world dictatorship of the proletariat would have been established. Stalin would today be the leader of the socialist world republic and would put an end to all predatory wars and create world peace. Stalin would begin building world socialism and world communism. However, Stalin can not do all this anymore.

But we Stalinist-Hoxhaists, his most loyal disciples will learn from Stalin and complete his work victoriously. This we swear on Stalin's 65th anniversary of death!

Greeting Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the 99th anniversary of the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin

March 4, 1919 - March 4, 2018

On occasion of the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Comintern we send militant internationalis greetings to the comrades all over the world.

The same day that the Comintern was founded, the KPD called for a general strike to overthrow the government in order to establish workers' power.

The founding of the Comintern on 4 March 1919 coincided with the Spartakus Uprising in January 1919. That this was not a coincidence, but that the January Revolution had immediately had a significant impact on the founding of the Comintern, we would like to highlight in the context of our campaign for the 100th anniversary of the November Revolution.

At the same time we do not forget the world-historical influence that the October Revolution had on the Spartacus uprising. Help and support for the German working class in the January days came above all from Russia, where the dictatorship of the proletariat had already prevailed for more than a year.
In a letter from the Central Committee of the CPR to the KPD and the CPs of Austria and Hungary, which was sent by Lenin, Stalin and Sverdlov, the Bolshevik solidarized with the proletariat of the weakest links of world imperialism (defeated imperialist powers in the First World War). It was emphasized the necessity of the cooperation of the communist fraternal parties in the common fight for the world revolution emerges in order to create the conditions for the victory of the socialist world republic. Incidentally, this letter is not included in the works of Lenin and Stalin:

We believe and know that together with you, we will be able to build the new world of our human brotherhood and the solidarity of the peoples on the rubble of the capitalist rape state.

Long live the world revolution!

Long live the dictatorship of the proletariat!

Long live the international social republic!

Long live communism!

On behalf of the Central Committee of the KPR

Lenin Stalin Sverdlov

(written during the Spartacus Uprising 1919)

What was the special meaning of the "Spartacist Uprising", in January 1919, for the founding of the Comintern?

Nobody can answer this question better than Lenin!

"The name 'Spartakusleute', which the German Communists now bear, this only party in Germany that really fights against the yoke of capitalism, had been chosen by them because Spartacus was one of the outstanding heroes of one of the greatest slave revolts about two thousand years ago."

The Spartacist Uprising in January 1919 established the historical-organizational connection between the founding of the Comintern and the founding of the KPD, which emerged from the Spartakusbund. The Comintern (SH) sees in the Spartakus Uprising 2000 years ago and its rebirth in the Spartakus Uprising of January 1919 the dialectical-historical development process (the negation of the negation) of the world revolutionary liberation of humanity from slavery.

On behalf of the Central Committee of the Russian Communist Party I declare the First Congress of the Communist International open. First I would ask all present to rise in tribute to the finest representatives of the Third International: Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg . ( All rise .)

Comrades! Our meeting has a great world-historical significance. After all, not only in Russia, but also in the most developed capitalist countries of Europe, as, for example, in Germany, the civil war became a fact. (Lenin, opening speech on the First Congress of the Comintern)

The German bourgeoisie, and with it all international imperialism, was dealt a severe blow by the Spartacist uprising, which was answered by the counterrevolution with its bloodterror at the revolutionary proletariat and the atrocious murder of its best leaders, Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg.

The blood of the best of the world-spanning proletarian International, the unforgettable leaders of the world socialist revolution, will continue to steel new masses of workers to fight for life and death. And this fight will lead to victory. (Lenin, Vol. 28, pages 442 - 445, German edition)

After the January battles in Germany, it is particularly important to note that in other countries, too, the newest form of proletarian movement is permeating and gaining its validity. (Lenin, Works, Volume 28, pages 469-470)

The objective conditions of the imperialist war provide the guarantee that the revolution will not be limited to the first stage of the Russian revolution, that it will not be limited to Russia.

The German proletariat is the most trustworthy, the most reliable ally of the Russian and the world proletarian revolution.

(Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 23, page 372-373)

Now comes the time: The rapidly maturing German revolution gives the Spartacist group to the foremost role, and we all hope with confidence that the German socialist, proletarian republic will soon bring decisive blows to world imperialism. (Lenin, Works Volume 35, page 345)

The Comintern was not founded by an armchair decision but forged by the hot flame of the world socialist revolution. Strictly speaking, the Comintern did not come into being at the same time as the October Revolution, but at a more mature time of the October Revolution, when it had spread across the Russian borders, when the German November Revolution had become the most important outpost of the October Revolution, than the January battles in Germany raged. Basically, the timing of the founding of the Comintern coincides with the time of the Spartacist uprising. The congress was supposed to begin on February 15, 1919. However, the interventionist war led by the capitalist states against Soviet Russia and the blockade they erected delayed the arrival of the participants of the congress, which therefore could not be opened until March 2, 1919.

Preparations for the convening of the First World Congress of the Communist International had already been completed with the letter of invitation of January 24, 1919.

At the very top of the list of parties invited to participate stood no lesser name than "Spartakusbund" (Germany)!

But it was not primarily about the name "Spartakusbund," but about the content of the Spartakus program, which for Lenin from the beginning was one of the foundations, goals and tactics of the Comintern.

The fact that our tactics coincide with those of the Liebknecht group is no accident. It is a step towards the inchoate Third International.

(Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 24, page 324 - 325)

Karl Liebknecht is a most celebrated representative of (...) the new, and genuine, proletarian International.

:As early as December 31, 1918, Lenin had received the draft commissioned by him for "The First Congress of the Communist International," to which he added the following important sentence:

"The program of the Spartakusbund is in its pamphlet: 'What does the Spartakusbund want?' resigned. We will soon publish this booklet in all languages (in these and those languages). "[See Lenin, Letters 1917-1919, Volume V, page 456]

It was thanks to Lenin's initiative that the Comintern had carried the Spartacus ideas into the whole world proletariat immediately after the revolutionary days of January. The last words of Karl Liebknecht were:

"And if we will still live, if it is achieved - our program will live, it will dominate the world of redeemed humanity, despite all this!"

On the same evening as the draft of the letter of invitation to found the Communist International was ready, the KPD was founded, and so on December 31, 1918. This was no sheer coincidence. Lenin put December 31, 1918 (three weeks later, thus even before the foundation of the Comintern) into a direct political context between the Comintern and the KPD:

The foundation of a genuinely proletarian, genuinely internationalist, genuinely revolutionary Third International, the Communist International, became a fact when the German Spartacus League, with such world-known and world-famous leaders, with such staunch working-class champions as Liebknecht, Rosa Luxemburg, Clara Zetkin and Franz Mehring, made a clean break with socialists like Scheidemann and Südekum, social-chauvinists (socialists in words, but chauvinists in deeds) who have earned eternal shame by their alliance with the predatory, imperialist German bourgeoisie and Wilhelm II. It became a fact when the Spartacus League changed its name to the Communist Party of Germany. Though it has not yet been officially inaugurated, the Third International actually exists.

(Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 28, page 429 - 430) 21st of ( !!! ) January 1919

The history of the founding of the Comintern goes back to January 1916 - in the middle of the First World War.

The Spartakusbund was the first organization in the world to establish, at the same time as its own creation, the creation of the Communist International as its guiding principle.

Three years before the establishment of the Communist International, the Spartakusbund, at its founding Reich-Conference of January 1916, decided to create the new International:

"Given the betrayal of the official representations of the socialist parties of the leading countries to the aims and interests of the working class, it is a vital necessity for socialism, to create a new workers' international which assumes the direction and summary of the revolutionary class struggle against imperialism in all countries.

The entire activity of the working-class movement must be subordinated to the purpose of putting the international unity of the proletarians of all countries in the foreground. "

"In the International, the emphasis is on the class organization of the proletariat.

The International decides.

The obligation to carry out the decisions of the International is a priority for all other organizational duties. "

Lenin said about the founding of the Communist International:

The Italian people are on our side, the Italian people understand what the Russian “Sovietisti” are, what the programme of the Russian “Sovietisti” and the German Spartacists is. Yet at that time we had no such programme! We had no common programme with the German Spartacists, but the Italian workers rejected all they had seen in their bourgeois press, which, bribed as it is by the millionaires and multimillionaires, spreads slander about us in millions of copies. It failed to deceive the Italian workers, who grasped what the Spartacists and the “Sovietisti” were and declared that they sympathised with their programme, at a time when this programme did not exist. That is why we found our task so easy at this Congress. All we had to do was to record as a programme what had already been implanted in the minds and hearts of the workers, even those cast away in some remote spot and cut off from us by police and military cordons. That is why we have been able to reach concerted decisions on all the main issues with such ease and complete unanimity. And we are fully convinced that these decisions will meet with a powerful response among workers elsewhere. (Lenin: Founding of the Communist International, Volume 28, pages 480-484)

Seventeen years after its founding, the Comintern (SH) has not yet become a world's international that leads the masses, but it is a Communist International that carries the same uncompromising fight against the traitors to socialism.

In our founding statement, we raised Enver Hoxha to the fifth classic of Marxism-Leninism, and we will boldly continue his fight against revisionism, firmly convinced that the Comintern (SH) will become a real Communist International of the masses - just as the Comintern which was founded 99 years ago.

With the founding of the Comintern began the organization of the world proletariat for the world socialist revolution.

With the founding of the Comintern (SH) we have again raised this world revolutionary banner of the Comintern, and we will raise it until the victory of the world dictatorship of the proletariat!

Long live the 99th anniversary of the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin!

Let us prepare for its 100th anniversary!

Let's make 2019 the "Year of the Comintern"!

On the international significance of the November Revolution

in Germany

9th of November 1918 - 9th of November 2018

The first imperialist world war produced the first international proletarian revolution, which began in Russia and continued in Germany.

The November Revolution became the outpost of the October Revolution.

With the November Revolution, Bolshevism was transformed into World Bolshevism, that is, "as a tactic for all" - as Lenin put it.

If this tactic of the October Revolution would be correctly applied to the November Revolution, the November Revolution would have been as invincible as the October Revolution.

Formally, both Russia and Germany were a national revolution, but by their very nature these revolutions went far beyond their national borders, they were part of one of the same revolution, the world socialist revolution.

The significance of the November Revolution in world history is that it provided evidence that the October Revolution had spread beyond its national borders, ushering in the world socialist revolution that we will victoriously bring to an end. At the same time, the November Revolution defended and consolidated the October Revolution, thus placing it at a higher international stage of development, namely as the basis and lever of the world socialist revolution.

After 100 years one can understand the November Revolution not otherwise than as the spreading of the October Revolution on German soil. Without the October Revolution, there would have been no November Revolution. The October Revolution gave the November Revolution its practical internationalist character, making it a significant part of the beginning world socialist revolution. Under conditions of today's globalization every revolution has (more or less) a growing "domino effect" within the whole world imperialist system.

In this assessment of the November Revolution, the Comintern (SH) differs from all other parties in the world. Our assessment is based on the dialectical recognition that the world socialist revolution has a common international content and different national forms, that the world socialist revolution is the chain with chain-links of socialist revolutions in all countries of the world. This global development process emerges from the decay process of world imperialism in the individual countries.

Our assessment is based on Marxism-Leninism, according to which the imperialist chain could nowhere else break away, than first in imperialist Russia, that is, at its weakest link. Consequently, the imperialist chain could only be further torn apart on its second weakest chain link, that was, in imperialist Germany. Through the (albeit failed) breaking away of this second link of the imperialist world-chain, the November Revolution turned into the new main chain link of the world revolution.

At any rate, this was the opinion of Lenin, who even went so far, as to consider a victory of the November Revolution in highly industrialized Germany would mean a sufficient precondition for the development of world socialism (!)

Is it possible to assess the international significance of the November Revolution higher than Lenin has done it ? Surely not.

And if the November Revolution had triumphed in all countries which had lost the First World War, then this victory would also be a driving force for the socialist revolution of the working class in those other countries which had won the war.
The world revolution transforms the war between the imperialists among themselves into the global civil war against the entire world imperialism, and thus everywhere into a war against the internal enemy - against the socialist revolution of the working class in one's own country.

The stronger an imperialist chain link, the harder it is for the world proletariat to crush it. But if it succeeds in defeating it, then this will increase the probability of the entire world imperialist chain bursting into pieces, and thus in consequence, makes the victory of the world revolution inevitable.

The socialist revolution in the victorious countries would have become the final main link in the world socialist revolution. And that will inevitably result in the establishment of the socialist world republic, for whose victory Lenin had fought all his life and what we continue to fight for today. This situation repeated itself only once in the history of the world revolution, namely with the victory of Stalin in the Great Patriotic War.

The Comintern (SH) has dialectically linked the principles of the development of world socialist revolution with the principles of the collapse of the imperialist world chain. The links of the world socialist chain emerge from nothing but from the smashed links of the world imperialist chain.

It is the characteristic of the world socialist revolution that it can not completely free itself from all its various national shells until it has secured its world-wide victory.

At first, the national form of the November Revolution, in which the world revolution had developed, dominated. However, through today's globalization, these former national characteristics are more and more disappearing. The world socialist revolution assimilates its different national forms more and more until they have become conform to it. In this way, the German November Revolution of today will be not the same as 100 years ago when it failed.

After a hundred years, the November Revolution will increasingly take on an international form. The transformation of the defeat of the November Revolution into a victory will take place at a time when globalization has already turned against world imperialism itself, and where, therefore, the decrepit world-imperialist chain is crumbling within itself and much easier to be completely crushed. This is that the bourgeoisie could still prevent 100 years ago.

The stronger world imperialism becomes in the course of globalization, all the more enslavement of the peoples. And vice versa, the globalization strengthens the anti-imperialist struggle of the exploited and oppressed peoples to the same degree of the decay process of world imperialist chain-links.

Each bursting away of the next weakest link of world imperialism corresponds with the liberation of all those peoples, who were enslaved by these weakest imperialist countries. The international significance of the November Revolution is therefore also that German imperialism lost its colonies. Although the German colonies were immediately annexed by the victorious powers, the November Revolution provided at least a respite to the peoples who had been enslaved and exploited by German imperialism. The November Revolution has given an impetus for the national liberation struggle against the former German colonialists. Under the present conditions of globalization, the world socialist revolution will shatter not only the entire imperialist world chain, but all the chains of colonial and neo-colonial enslavement of peoples. Only through globalization does the movement of the world proletariat fuse with the liberation movement of the peoples into an invincible movement to overthrow world imperialism. And despite its defeat, the November Revolution has contributed to this unstoppable unification of world revolutionary forces.

Without the victory of the world revolution, without the victory of world Bolshevism, Lenin taught, socialism will inevitably be strangled by world imperialism. World history has proved him right. But the world revolution not only learns from its victories, but above all from its defeats, and that is also true of the defeat of the November Revolution in Germany. Learning from the defeat of the November Revolution, this will be one of the decisive pre-conditions for its victory which will come inevitably.

"100 Years of the Comintern"

on occasion of the founding of the Comintern in 1919

World crisis can never be finished by the world capitalists.

World crisis can only be finished by the world proletariat.

If - all over the world - every labourer, every unemployed worker, every cook, every poor peasant sees - not from the internet but with his own eyes -,

- that the world-state of the proletariat does not strive for "global wealth", but is helping the poor on this planet,

- that this world-proletarian state does not hesitate, to adopt world-revolutionary measures,

- that it confiscates ALL surplus stocks of provisions from ALL parasites on the globe and distributes them to the world's hungry,

- that it forcibly installs every homeless on earth in the houses of the rich,

- that it compels the rich to pay for milk, (but does not give them a drop until the children of ALL poor families are sufficiently supplied),

- that the land of the whole world is being transferred to the working people and the factories und banks all over the world are being placed under the control of the world proletariat,

- that immediate and severe punishment is meted out to every single millionaire who conceals his wealth,

- when the poor in every country see and feel all this,

then, never again, world capitalist forces, no forces of world finance capital, no forces of countries' finance capital, no force of exploiters in the countries which manipulates millions of millions, will tantalize the peoples,

then, the socialist world revolution will triumph all over the world and shall mature in all countries.

After the establishment of the Socialist World Republic

every citizen of the world will receive a universal and uniform world passport

- globally valid in all countries -
