Take to the streets for the

war against imperialist war!

Begin of the Second World War

September 1, 1939 - September 1, 2017

“Turn the rifles to the warmongers!”

"War against imperialist war!"

A new imperialist world war must be prevented!

But how ?

Either the world socialist revolution will prevent a new world war, or a new world war will give rise to the world socialist revolution. Both will lead to the end of the era of world capitalism and to the era of world socialism.

The world proletariat needs the victory of the socialist world revolution in order to prevent a new world war.

Even if the world proletariat should not prevent the next world war, the victory of the socialist world revolution is needed in order not only at least to end the next (concrete) world war, but to remove the inevitability of imperialist wars forever (principally).

What is Leninism in the question of war and revolution?

The Leninism – in the question of war and revolution - is Marxism in the epoch of imperialist wars and the proletarian revolution. More precisely: the Leninism is the theory and tactics of the transformation of the imperialist war into the proletarian revolution in general, the theory and tactics of the arming of the dictatorship of the proletariat, in particular.

The world proletarian revolution is the only escape from the horrors of a world slaughter.“ (Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 28, page 287, English version).

World imperialism, and thus the cause of the inevitability of imperialist wars, can only be eliminated by the world socialist revolution.

All true Communists all over the world are guided by this Bolshevik principle, - even today, after 100 years of the October revolution. The end of the First World War was based on the victory of the October Revolution. Lenin taught:

The war has been brought about by the ruling classes and only a revolution of the working class can end it.” Lenin, collected works, Volume 24, page 420, English edition).

It is impossible to escape imperialist war - which is unavoidably engendered by the imperialist world - (…), except by a Bolshevik struggle and a Bolshevik revolution.(Lenin, collected works, Volume 33, Fourth Anniversary of the October Revolution)

The entire history of capital is one of violence and plunder, blood and corruption.” (Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 21, page 105, English edition)

The entire world-imperialist system of exploitation and oppression has been shaken through the world crisis, which unleashed a bitter struggle for the redistribution of the world, which inevitably leads to the Third World War. For this reason, we assume that the already existing herds of war in the world can not be ended by the Powers themselves, without which the redistribution of the World Domination will not be militarily decided.

The question of Third World War can only be answered concretely: "Will the US-imperialists maintain their military world domination or not ?"

At present, not only the bloody regional wars keep the world in suspense. The world is already globally in the state of feverish mobilization and military alertness, especially that of the superpowers - and above all Trump, the most dangerous war-mongerer of all war-mongerers. Trump has once again dramatically increased the American armaments budget to defend its military world domination. All the present military budgets ("defense" budgets) of the entire world imperialist state system have broken the record of all the previous years.

And who needs to finance the preparation of the Third World War?

It is the taxpayers, it is the working people, who is forced to finance the predatory wars of the rich, to sacrifice the blood of the peoples and to bear the burdens of the war crimes, war destructions and the refugee tragedies! And after the war, it is again the working people who will be exploited by the capitalists, namely for the reconstruction of the world by which also the future profits of the rich will be secured.

The proceeding cuts of social budgets, and increase of the armament expenses, the militarization of social production and the accelerated tempo of Fascism in the society, especially by expanding the counterrevolutionary state terrorism. This is the picture as it is today, just before the Third World War.

And why all this? Only for the purpose of increasing the maximum profits, for this is the world law of capital, which determines the entire development and final fate of today's world order. For becoming richer, the rich stop at nothing. It is their striving for capitalist profit which lays the world in ashes, and this will always happen and repeat as long as world imperialism exists. For World financial capital and, in particular, the international armaments business, as is well known, make more profit with war than with peace. These representatives of the world monopolies (such as the finance- and armaments lobby) are increasingly influencing governments around the world, so that the capital can flow as freely as possible to the place where it can be multiplied (accumulated) most rapidly and "effectively". World imperialism accepts that valuable productive forces will be nearly completely destroyed by war, and thus the only sources from which the capitalists derive their surplus value, their profit and thus their power, however only because they hope for making even more profit after the war, namely by means of the necessary reconstruction of a new capitalist world.

Destroying the world to rebuild it even more profitable (e.g., by a new Marshall Plan) is the inhuman logic which the war-profiteer follows - and this crime against humanity will go on as long as we have not smashed capitalism.

World imperialism has survived its defeats in the First World War despite the victory of the October Revolution and despite the Red Army's victory in the Second World War. With the possibility of a Third World War, the world imperialists hope to escaping their ultimate downfall, after the Soviet Union has transformed itself into a Russian imperialist world power, and China has chosen the road to become the dominating imperialist superpower. Both were integrated into the world imperialist state system. Who else then can still be dangerous to world imperialism today?

All the enemies of the world proletariat and enemies of the socialist world revolution have declared communism to be allegedly "ruined" and "outdated", only to deceive the masses. The truth, however, is that the imperialists escaped their global defeat only by a hairsbreadth. Stalin was about to sweep world imperialism from the globe. No other except Stalin was able and willing to replace world imperialism through world socialism after the cictory of the Red Army. So the imperialists have not forgotten Stalin's lesson, and therefore they have never ceased to underestimate the invincible world forces of communism. If communism was really "outdated," why then the anti-Communists never stopped fighting Communism as the most bitter enemy of the capitalist world. Undoubtedly, the capitalists continue the struggle against us communists unabatedly, however they make this more differentiated than in time of Marx and Engels when they simply painted communism as a spectre. Capitalists fear communism, because they are certain of their death. Therefore they behave according to the slogan: "Let sleeping dogs lie."

So the world bourgeoisie distracts from the danger of communism and declares "terrorism" as the new "main enemy No. 1", while world terrorism is the own spawn of globalized capitalism. The greatest terrorist (the "main enemy No. 1") that is the world imperialist state system. The most dangerous Terrorists are the war-mongerers, are the world's imperialists. Under the pretext of "fighting terrorism," the imperialists are strengthening their international counterrevolution in order to defeat the inevitable uprisings and revolutions of the oppressed and exploited classes, and above all to protect the capitalist world from the socialist revolution of the world proletariat. The world proletariat is the grave-digger of the world bourgeoisie, and thus the only guarantor of world peace. As a last resort to escape their downfall, the world capitalists are forced to forestall the world socialist revolution by means of world-fascism and world wars. They have not realized that world communism will inevitably come because this corresponds to the scientifically proven objective laws of the development of society. But even if they would have realized this truth, they could not stop to be exploiters and oppressors.

Humanity cannot survive in the long run as a class society which destroys itself by predatory wars.

Humanity is forced to free itself from class society, for only as a classless society can mankind secure its existence and its survival in the long term.

The capitalists, however, are capitalists because their existence is determined by maximization of profits, globalization of private property, that is, by global exploitation, oppression, and by imperialist wars. They haven't realized and will not realize that with their world-fascist counter-revolution and their imperialist wars, they are accelerating the process of world revolution and thus their final downfall.
The imperialists act according to their own ideology, that is pragmatism. How can I accumulate, concentrate, and centralize the most capital in the shortest time, in the simplest way and this at all cost? Capital is power, which must be, again and again, conquered, expanded and defended through fire and sword, namely in a world scale. The power relations must be redistributed in the rapidly changing globalized world. The world imperialist competition for resources and markets is murderous. The weaker competitors have to make way for the stronger competitors, if necessary by means of military force. After all the possibilities of diplomatic maneuvers have been exhausted, the order of rank in the world-imperialist hierarchy can not be redefined, except by a showdown of military force, that is, ultimately by a Third World War. This is the crucial point of the war plans of the imperialist world powers - as simple as criminal.

The great capitalist devours the small capitalists until the latter is forcibly pushed out of his hegemony, and eaten by an even greater capitalist. This criminal capitalist world is based on this. There is only one means:

Let's turn the rifles to the war-mongers and exproprate the expropriators!

And indeed, the question arises, will the war plans of the world bourgeoisie realized in the struggle for the redistribution of its world domination? Or will the world bourgeoisie drives to its own downfall with her own modern war toy ?

We can not answer this question. It can only be answered by the world proletariat, for the world proletariat is the only revolutionary force in the world capable of permanently eliminating the inevitability of imperialist wars. The world proletariat is the only force that can deprive the world bourgeoisie from jer political power, abolish capitalism, and build the new socialist world order without exploitation and oppression.

But have a look at today's world, the world in which imperialist robbery wreaks havoc at the moment. Since the Second World War, we are witnessing the largest worldwide troop movements. The imperialist and rectionary military is world-wide on the alert, thus not only in the already existing war zones - equipped with newest weapons of highest deadly precision (e.g. development of the laser-cannon). The threats of war and mutual accusations are becoming louder and fiercer (mutual sanctions, trade war, cyber espionage, etc.). The imperialist weapons are geared into direction of hostile imperialist competitors. All it takes is a single spark for fire in the hole to lay the world in ashes.

In the wars of the 20th century 185 million people died. All in all, the First World War cost humanity about 10 million dead and 3.5 million ; the second world war 60 million dead, 35 million war invalids and 3 million missing persons and millions of war refugees. And how many dead will there be in a Third World War? The number of deaths since the year 2000 is horrifying. In the first years of the 21st century, there are already 20 million people who died as a result of wars. And in the last few years alone, more than 200,000 people died in war zones each year. Tendency is rising rapidly, especially since the beginning of the world crisis.

The United States has existed for 241 years, and has waged the same amount of wars in its history. After the Second World War, the USA took over the world's rulership and tried to protect it with fire and sword. After Hitler, they became the main enemy of the world socialist revolution. According to a White House statement, in 2015, the United States was simultaneously waging wars against 14 states. With Trump, American imperialism mobilizes all counter-revolutionary forces in the world to save its pre-domination, which is fiercely contested above all by the Russian and Chinese imperialists.

Russia is also currently conducting predatory imperialist wars. Russia is trying to restore the old strength of the imperialist tsarist empire in order to build a new Eurasia under its hegemony and to conquer the entire world from there. Russia's war against Syria and Ukraine, for example, serves this purpose. Putin's war plans are supported by both social-fascists and fascists around the world. There are many countries in which both Fascists and Social Fascists joined Putin's side. In Slovakia, for example, fascists and social fascists have been publicly united in a common Putin front, which is being trained by the Russian army and prepared for the coming war. Putin's imperialist army sails under the color of the great victories of the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin. Putin uses historical experiences of strategy and tactics, misuses the propaganda of the deeply anchored tradition of the socialist Soviet Union for his imperialist goals, and betrays the love of the Soviet peoples towards Lenin and Stalin. Many socialist-fascists celebrate Putin as "successors" of Lenin and Stalin. They rely on a Putin, "who has the ability to defeat American imperialism." They conceal themselves behind slogans of so-called "anti-imperialism" in order to realize their own imperialist intentions, namely to conquer the world domination. Putin is a powerful enemy of the former Soviet peoples, the world proletariat and the socialist world revolution, and, like the Czar, plays the infamous, brutal role of a counterrevolutionary police man for gaining increasingly influence within the imperialist world. In the moment, the Russian and US-American imperialists are the most dangerous warmongers in the world, and must both be combated simultaneously.

Russia and China belong to the BRICS countries, which have all developed into imperialist powers. Whoever wants to eliminate world imperialism must also defeat the imperialist BRICS countries.

It would be a fatal mistake to underestimate the Chinese danger of war. We don't let ourselves be deceived. It is not really the case that the Chinese social-imperialists stay "neutrally" out of the imperialist war events in the world. In the contrary. They are actively involved in it, much more than the Chinese imperialists would admit this freely. Chinese social imperialism is anything but a "paper tiger". Although still militarily in an inferior position, but economically all the more powerful, Chinese imperialism is a tiger, whose rapidly growing strength must not be underestimated. The Chinese tiger, too, has had to lick his wounds in the war against Vietnam and has organized military conquest operations not only in the South China Sea or off the coast of Japan, but all over the world, especially in Africa, South and Central America. The neighbouring countries suffer most from Chinese pressure and threats of dangerous war adventures. The Chinese imperialists buy out other countries and forestall the markets, for making the peoples economically dependent on them, with the intention to better exploit them. The Chinese imperialists are not marching in with occupation groups, but are corrupting the ruling classes and equipping the reactionary regimes with Chinese weapons, in order to ensure that the predatory wealth also reaches the Chinese port. Chinese imperialism creeps up "friendly" on its prey, and prepares for the "Great Leap" to conquer the World domination. The Chinese social imperialists are hoping that the conflict between the US and Russia will be intensified and would weaken them, and that they will then be more easily the lord of the world's throne.

Trump has provoked the Chinese tiger in the last few days and put him in a difficult position against the allies of North Korea, which let rockets fly over Japan. The JAPANESE imperialists, too, prepare now feverishly for the Third World War. Given the tense situation, it is quite possible that the Third World War will ignite itself by the North Korean conflict and break out in East Asia. As for the war preparations of the social-fascist regime in North Korea, we do not act like the Social Fascists, who spread the lie of an alleged "anti-imperialist war" of North Korea. Instead, we are guided by the doctrine of Lenin, namely that we will not support a war of the reactionary classes against imperialism. An imminent war between North Korea and the imperialist world powers is an unjust war on both sides. We will fight it on both sides by supporting the revolutionary civil war in all the states which are involved in this war.

If we do not want to betray socialism we must support every revolt against our chief enemy, the bourgeoisie of the big states, provided it is not the revolt of a reactionary class” (Lenin, collected works, Volume 22, page 333, English version)

As far as the war in Syria is concerned, more than half a million people have already been killed. This war must stop immediately ! We are fighting, in particular, the social-fascists who support Putin's imperialist war in Syria to keep the bloody reactionary Assad regime alive. The war in Syria is conducted on all sides by reactionary and imperialist forces, which is why we can not stand on any of these sides. We exclusively support the revolutionary civil war of the exploited and oppressed classes of the Syrian people to expel its inner and outer enemies and end this unjust war. The people must conquer the power and form the Soviets and continue the struggle in the socialist revolution - until the establishment of the dictatorship of the Syrian proletariat. The war in Syria, Kurdistan, Iraq and the areas occupied by the IS is an unjust war instigated by the imperialists, which will increasingly change into an anti-imperialist war of liberation, and which decides on war or peace - namely successively throughout the entire Arab world. The conflicts in the Near and Middle East can only be solved by the socialist revolution. The various war conflicts in the Near and Middle East will undoubtedly give birth to a new "Arab Spring" and the day of the liberation of the Arab peoples is approaching.

Let us not forget the suffering Palestinians and the aggressive, warlike role of Israel, this bloodthirsty chain dog of world imperialism in the Middle East.

As long as the power of Israeli Zionists is not shattered by a revolutionary Arab unity, the Arab peoples will find no peace.

Let us not forget the war in Afghanistan, which the imperialists have been leading there for over a hundred years, and which is transformed into a protracted civil war which further prolongs the suffering of the Afghan people. But the will of the Afghan people to finally obtain the long-awaited peace will one day be realized by their victory over the inner and outer enemies.

The African continent is once again the war target of world imperialism.

Imperialists - get out of Africa!

Long live the liberation war against the imperialist war in Africa and unified struggle of the African working class for smashing the African dictatorships of the bourgeoisie! Long live the armed dictatorship of the African proletariat - the only way out towards socialism and peace all over the African continent.

Under the banner of world socialism, the African peoples will free themselves from world imperialism and its African bourgeois lackey regimes.

"War of the slaves of all peoples against the slaveholders of all peoples!" (Lenin)

The Comintern (SH) argues that the global question of war and peace can only be solved by the world-proletarian, revolutionary overthrow of world imperialism under the banner of world socialism.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism - in the question of war and revolution - is the Marxist-Leninist theory and tactics of the victory over the imperialist wars by means of the world proletarian revolution under today's conditions of globalization, in general; and the theory and tactics of the armament and military world defense of the dictatorship of the world proletariat, in particular; it is – last not least - the theory and tactics of the transition to the weaponless, peaceful and classless society on a global scale – to world communism.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the doctrine of the liberation of the wars of world imperialism, is the doctrine of the abolition of the inevitability of world imperialist war, is the doctrine of world-proletarian class war for the final liberation from the violent rule of the world-bourgeoisie, is the doctrine of the victory of socialism over the imperialist war on a global scale, is the doctrine of the military protection of the global domination of the proletariat.

Ultimately, Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the theory and tactics of the peaceful transition from a socialist world society to a nonviolent and classless society on a global scale, the theory and tactics of the abolition of class wars by world communism.

Imperialism means war!

World imperialism is the cause of all imperialist wars!

The imperialist world powers must all be overthrown!

World imperialism will be overthrown by the violent proletarian, socialist world revolution!

At the forefront of anti-imperialist peoples, the revolutionary world proletariat will establish its armed proletarian dictatorship in order to guarantee a lasting world peace!

On the ruins of world imperialism, we will build world socialism and eliminate the inevitability of imperialist wars forever!

Let us fight for a world without classes and without wars!

Let us fight for world communism!

note:Bela Kun has died in prison on November 30, 1939.

In view of the Comintern (SH), Bela Kun defended the Stalinist line of social fascism against the revisionist leaders of the Comintern who abondoned from the Stalinist line by replacing it by the so called "popular front"-policy, thus the unification with the bourgeois social democracy..

This is the flag of the anti-fascist action of the Stalinist-Hoxhaists. As Stalin correctly stated, fascism and social-fascism are twins. That is why the front flag symbolizes the struggle against fascism and the rear flag the fight against social fascism! One can not win the proletarian struggle against fascism with the aim of socialism without defeating social fascism. That is why we unite the flag against fascism and social fascism in our anti-fascist battle. This is also the ideological and practical dividing line to all other organizations that have misused the flag of the KPD Ernst Thälmanns. What we have done is to cut the connection of the red and the black flag. The black flag is an anarchist flag = anti-communist). We replaced the black flag by the red flag of the struggle against Social Fascism. Note: Social fascism is "socialism" in words and fascism in deeds.

... has one mission, and one purpose: to unite the entire Albanian people around this paper, to unite everyone who is honest and anti-fascist, regardless of religious beliefs, political groups, and various trends. “Zëri i Popullit” is determined to make war on the occupiers.

Why has “Zëri i Popullit” appeared?

To provide our people with a road to salvation, to show them who has trampled the Albanian people underfoot, who brought these countless woes upon them, desolated our country with smoke and flames in 1939, reduced half of Albania to ruins during an entire year; who has left our people without food, taking all the products of the country and all the grain, who has taken away the olive oil, the wool, and the petroleum that flows like water from our soil, who has left the peasant without bread and salt.

All these evils have been brought about solely by the occupier and Italian fascism, and by the war which is nothing but the off-spring of fascism.

By means of “Tomori” [2] and of well-paid hacks, headed by that jackal Hilmi Leka [3], the Italian fascists are trying to convince us that we should be content with our lot, for it is war time, but these well-fed gentlemen forget to say that it is not we who brought the war, but the Duce and the fascist occupier.

The Albanian people sent no special invitation to the hangmen of Rome. Indeed, the occupiers must have very clear memories of how the Albanian people farewelled them in 1920 [4], or have the Duce and the hacks of “Tomori” forgotten these things?

Who spilled our people’s blood and drove them into fratricide? The fascist occupiers. Having seized our land and trampled underfoot all the rights which we had won with great bloodshed, they have now armed and mobilized the most degenerate section of our people into their militia, carabinieri, and police force, and set them to track down the sons of this people, the cream of our youth, and the fighters who are shedding their pure blood for one sacred aim: for an independent, free and democratic Albania.

Entire towns and villages are red with the blood of our sons; in Shkodra, Durrës, Tirana, Korça and Kruja dozens of boys have fallen as martyrs under the bullets of the enemy and the bloodhounds of the fifth column.

Today, young Albanians in hundreds are languishing in the dungeons of the traitorous executioners of the Albanian people and the Albanian race. Hundreds of the sons of the eagle are exiled among the harsh rocky islands of fascist Italy.

Since fascist Italy first set foot on Albanian soil, our people have not had one day of peace, but they have known how to fight. They have stood like men, and

when some have fallen they have understood why. The victims, the prisoners in the jails, the internees and the partisans in the mountains testify how the people hate fascist Italy.

This newspaper, this true tribune of the Albanian people, will tell our people about these things.

Zëri i Popullit” will denounce the number one agent of fascism, Mustafa Merlika. “Zëri i Popullit” will denounce the agents of the fratricidal war.

Zëri i Popullit” will mercilessly denounce the fascist demagogy of “Tomori” and its hacks.

Zëri i Popullit” will rally all the virile energies of the Albanian people, the energies of all those who have understood once and for all that, “Freedom is won,

It is not donated.”

Zëri i Popullit” will be a tribune with its columns open to all the fighters for freedom without distinction as to class or religion, to all those Albanians who want to help us with deeds, and not with idle talk, in the true liberation of Albania.

Zëri i Popullit” will be the genuine tribune of the Call to Arms for the National Liberation War, in which our war against the bloodthirsty occupiers will be described and read about. “Zëri i Popullit” will be the tribune where the people will learn the truth as it really is, the naked truth.

Zëri i Popullit” will tell our people where our friends are, in Albania and abroad.

We know that in their fight for freedom, our people are not alone, but have many strong and resolute friends throughout the world.

All the freedom-loving people of the world, from heroic China to the heroic people of Yugoslavia and France, are with us.

The three great allies are fighting today for one aim: to crush fascism.

The Soviet Union, with the Red Army of workers and peasants headed by comrade Stalin, leads the way as the vanguard. Then come the two great democracies [5]:

Britain and America, two great powers with colossal economies, which are preparing for a second front in Europe [6].

Some time ago 28 countries adhered to the “London Pact” [7] which guarantees the people freedom and collective peace, guarantees the people the final wiping out of bloody fascism.

Zëri i Popullit” will be the tribune of the unity, in which our fight for freedom and the fight of the freedom-loving peoples of Europe will be reflected.

This is the one and only aim we have with “Zëri i Popullit”.

On August 25 the newspaper “Zeri i Popullit” (“Voice of the People”), organ of the Central Committee of the Albanian Party of Labour, celebrated its tenth anniversary.

A message of greetings to the newspaper, signed by Enver Hodja, General Secretary of the Party of Labour, says that from the first day of its existence, in conditions of fascist occupation, “Zeri i Popullit” has been a powerful weapon in the hands of the Party and the people in their sacred struggle for a free, democratic Albania, for the genuine triumph of the Lenin-Stalin Party line, for the defeat of all its enemies.

At present the newspaper is, with honour, performing its tasks in the struggle for peace, for laying the foundations of Socialism.

Learning from the experience of the Bolshevik Party, “Zeri i Popullit” holds aloft the banner of the all-conquering ideas of Marxism-Leninism, the banner of democracy, peace and Socialism. It wages persistent struggle for the ideological and organisational strengthening of the Party of Labour and for the purity of its ranks. It regularly publishes articles by secretaries of district Party committees and of the Party branches, by propagandists and agitators; it generalises experience of Party work and criticises shortcomings. The newspaper consistently exposes the foul machinations of the U.S.-British imperialists and their Titoite lackeys against the People’s Republic of Albania.

During recent years it has considerably strengthened its contact with the workers and peasants, with the advanced people of the Republic. The editorial board receives hundreds of letters every month. Some 900 worker and peasant correspondents systematically send reports to the newspaper.

Karl Liebknecht's "Militarismus und Antimilitarismus" ("Militarism and Antimilitarism"), held in September 1906 at a conference of the southern German workers 'youth associatins, has two consequences: he is sentenced to one and a half years' imprisonment. And it is decided to push forward a socialist youth international. This is to be completed by the International Socialist Congress in Stuttgart in 1907.

The Socialist Youth International (SYI) was established on 24 August 1907. 21 delegates from 13 European countries as well as one Australian participated in the congress. Karl Liebknecht is elected first president. In 1910 and 1912, the Youth International organized its own congresses. But the fourth conference, scheduled for August 1914, is no longer taking place.

Foundation of the Socialist Women's International

Stuttgart 1907

At the German Women's Conference in 1906, the idea was launched to hold an international Women's Conference in connection with the International Socialist Congress to be held in 1907 in Stuttgart. Apparently time was now ripe, and 58 delegates from 15 countries took part in this 1st International Women's Conference; here Clara Zetkin spoke on the question of international cooperation. The Conference resolved to set up a secretariat, and this was to be located at the editorial office of the Gleichheit, which was at the same time assigned with the task of being the common publication for all the affiliates. In the following years this periodical published much material on the international socialist women's movement. This should also be seen as a tribute to Clara Zetkin and her theoretical and political contribution - after all, other periodicals of the Labour Movement would have been capable of undertaking this assignment.

The Stuttgart Conference also adopted a demand for universal suffrage for women, a demand which the International Socialist Congress made its own. This was a major step forward, considering, for example, that, without demure, the Austrian Labour Movement, including its women members, had accepted a new election act which only entitled men to vote.

Comment of our Spanish comrade

I think that the capitalist system, its corporations and all kinds of reactionary scum, which, apart from being in a conflict between them, against the workers and the people, are interested in creating, financing and deploying a whole theater of all types of undercover agents and puppets Bloodshed of all colors to perpetrate massacres such as those of Charlottesville or Barcelona, to sow the terror among the population, to generate racism, to sow discord, to stun, to disorient the masses of workers and thus to keep them from the Revolution, to prepare the ground To implant even more the reformed Francoism and fascism that is in conflict with the Catalan nationalist bourgeoisie in a very sensitive moments, Chance or coincidence? We will see what happens in October. Will see the tanks and the troops of Spanish infantry take the ramblas? What will be the response of the Catalan nationalist counterparts and the Catalan workers and the rest of the peninsula? This conflict is boiling, and prepare to see more blood, there is still much pain. At the moment they give a false image of "eclectic unity of all against terrorism", against a false enemy created by capitalists of all powers, superpowers, great truts of exploiters, in collaboration with religious obscurantists and reactionaries of all kinds, in middle of their crisis and their degeneration they are going through, because they are on the way to the landfill of history, they know that the earth's resources are being depleted because of its neocolonialist and expansionist actions of depredation, invasion,
Exploitation, looting, banditry and annihilation, as the enemies of the people they are, to maintain their profit level are fighting for crumbs, to perpetuate themselves in power and maintain their standard of living, they want to kill a lot of people but manipulate reality through its bourgeois puppet press to accuse the genuine fighters and revolutionaries of terrorists and to implant an even more brutal system, the world imperialist dictatorship, which is its final objective, with the blood and sweat of the peoples, the superpowers and his lackeys of the bourgeoisie, modern revisionists and religious obscurantism are kneading his fortune. The bourgeoisie, the capitalists, want to use the existing situation for their own interests. They are the enemy, they are part of the problem, that is why they have to be annihilated, erased from history, reduced to ashes, without trace, organized.

and the world socialist revolution

The importance of the revolution in Morocco for the socialist world revolution

August 13, 2017

written by Wolfgang Eggers

Dear Moroccan comrades!

You asked us to express our solidarity with your present revolutionary struggle in a special article. Herewith we would like to take the opportunity to fulfill your wish.

First, we would like to congratulate you on your great victories in the fight for the liberation of political prisoners. Your campaigns have long become mass movements. The counterrevolution suffers one defeat after the other by the growing waves of your brave resistance. The hatred of the corrupt capitalist regime in Morocco is growing with every day and every night. Your mass movement for the release of political prisoners has great political significance for the successful continuation of the movement of February 20. Unavoidably, the Counterrevolution is forced to answer the revolution in your country with carrot and stick ! And this again will pave the way of your resistance for the completion of the bourgeois-democratic revolution by its transformation into the socialist revolution. And this is the only correct strategic guideline of the revolution for the whole Arab world. That what we write here about the revolutionary process in Morocco does also apply mainly to the whole Arab world. At the moment we estimate the revolutionary development in Morocco as one of the most advanced developments within the Arab world. Especially the growing Stalinist Hoxhaists forces in Morocco thus take over a historic pioneering role alongside Tunisia, where the "Arab Spring" began.

The Moroccan comrades therefore have not only a great responsibility for the revolution in their own country, but they must share their solidarity with the revolution of all other Arab peoples. The Moroccan revolution is part of the Arab revolution, just as the Arab revolution is part of the world revolution.

Long live the RIF-REVOLUTION!

In continuation of the struggle of the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin, the Comintern (SH) is currently supporting the newly inflamed freedom struggles of the RIF region in the service of the proletarian world revolution.

With the October Revolution in 1917 a dramatic upswing of the anti-colonial movements took place in Asia, Africa and America. With the year 1917, the liberation struggle of the colonials became an inseparable part of the beginning of the world socialist revolution. The objectively existing contradiction between the colonial policy of world imperialism and the anti-imperialist struggle in Morocco has not been eliminated to this day. The anti-imperialist struggle of the people in Morocco is part of the anti-imperialist struggle of all peoples who suffer under imperialist enslavement.

The liberation war of the Rifkabyls in Morocco against Spain and France in 1920-1927 was one of the greatest anti-conial struggles of the oppressed and exploited peoples all over the world. This great historical struggle is still alive in the current protest movement of the Rif region. In the early 1920s, during the Protectorate era, when the country was divided between French and Spanish control, the Rif region declared its independence from Morocco and founded the "Rif Republic". In Morocco, the imperialists were able to suppress the uprisings only through a long-lasting war. And this has not changed until today. After years of war between Rif inhabitants and Spanish colonialists (supported by the French), the republic was defeated and brought back under the control of the bloody monarchy.

As for the French imperialists, president Macron, on his recent trip to Morocco, put the Moroccan king under pressure to "better control" the growing protest, especially in the RIF region. Europe of the imperialists is shaken by crises. Insurrections in the Arab world, especially those at the African Mediterranean coast, are an acute threat of imperialist interests of Europe. They want to establish "order" before their own doorstep and not a spillover effect of uprisings and revolutionary invasion into Europe. And we Stalinist-Hoxhaists must thwart this colonial policy of imperialist Europe! Imperialist "peace and order"-policy must be answered with class war, uprisings and upheavals. We freedom fighters organize the insurrections while the imperialists organize the counter-insurgency - this is so in Morocco and also all over the world. France has not forgotten its defeats in the anti-colonial liberation war of the Maghreb peoples and should never forget them!

Morocco is Europe's paid chain dog in front of the coast of Spain. The teeth of this paid Moroccan watchdog must be knocked out.

The relationship of the Rif residents to the Moroccan central government is extremely strained, even after Morocco declared its independence in 1956, and especially after the bloody suppression of the Rif uprisings in 1958 and 1959. With a monarchist decree of 1958, the El-Hoceima province (part of the Rif) had been declared a military zone. In 1969, French pilots bombed the Rif population. And even in the 1984 rebellion, there were hundreds of killed. These terrible historical events weigh heavily in the memory of all Rif residents who had suffered for decades under double exploitation and oppression. The latest counter revolutionary crimes of the Moroccan government against the Rif people became "the straw that broke the camel's back".

The resistance of the Moroccan natives , the Berber tribes against foreign conquerors, can be traced back to well over 1000 (!) years. Worldwide, the Rif Berbers have one of the longest and heroic traditions in the anti-colonial struggle. Their struggle was also supported by the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin. The "First Congress against Colonial Oppression and Imperialism", on February 10, 1927 - 90 years ago - the "League against Imperialism" was founded by the Comintern, in which many African delegations participated, among others also from Morocco. The "League against imperialism" founded in Brussels was dissolved ten years later, in 1937. However - eighty years later - the comrades of Brussels are active again. Today, the group of "Matin Rouge" from Brussels, which is supported by the Comintern (SH), continues the internationalist struggle for the revolutionary liberation of the Moroccan people.

The Rif rebellion had a decisive share in the storms of the 20th February movement. And furthermore the Rif movement is very important for the future development of the Moroccan revolution, which can be proved impressively by today's mass protests, which have reached a new climax. At this point we would like to express our solidarity of proletarian internationalism with the current protests which began last year on 28 October in Al-Hoceima and which have spread over the whole country.

Exactly 7 months later, on 28 June 2017, the counter-revolution attempted to brutally crush a demonstration in Al-Hoceima. For this purpose, the city was hermetically isolated by the "security forces" and a media ban was imposed. Public squares were cordoned off by the police, but the demonstrators developed an effective new combat tactics against it. By telecommunication, they arranged to meet in always new place and they thus forestalled the intervention of the police which was foredoomed to failure. The police barriers were thus bypassed and rendered ineffective. The Moroccan revolution brings forth new forms of struggle against which the counter-revolution is powerless. The power of the ruling class in Morocco is always endangered at the weakest chain link. Such a weak chain link is the protesting Rif region on the Mediterranean coast, where the intervention of police had suffered a total defeat. The protests in the Rif region have become the most powerful protests since the beginning of the "Arab Spring" in Morocco. They are a sign that the revolution is living in Morocco and is again swelling. The protest movements in the Rif region are a beacon of the revolution throughout the whole Arab world.

Long live the liberation struggle of the people of the RIF!

Military- and Civil War-troops - get out off the RIF-Region!

Immediate release of all political prisoners of the RIF!

Smash the Moroccan dictatorship of the bourgeoisie!

IMPERIALISTS - Get out off Morocco!

Down with the reactionary dictatorships in all Arab states!

Smash the hated ZIONISM!

Long live the socialist revolution in Morocco and all over the world !

Long live the united class war of the Moroccan and European working class against the European monopoly bourgeoisie, against European imperialism!

Geographically, the African continent is separated from the European continent by the Strait of Gibraltar. In geological history, this was not always so - Europe and Africa were geographically once an undivided large continent.

Socio-economically, Morocco marks a historical dividing line between the colonialist peoples of Europe and the colonial peoples of Africa. This separation is not a natural one, but an expression of the divisive system of world imperialism - the division between the poor world and the rich world. And this system of injustice is doomed. It will break at its points of intersection, at its weakest chain-link. And one of these most important points of intersection is Morocco. Grave diggers of world imperialism are the world proletariat, in particular the proletariat on the borders between the rich and poor countries, thus the Moroccan proletariat. One day, all the protective walls of the imperialists will be a thing of the past, just as in Morocco the Roman Limes (Roman border wall) belongs to the past. Communism means: a world without national borders.

What will essentially determine the future of Morocco?

Morocco's future is to play a globally important role as an indispensable link between the revolution in Europe and the revolution in Africa.

Morocco is the gateway to the unification of the revolutionary working class of Europe and Africa as a strategically important prerequisite for the victory of the socialist world revolution. On the border between the African and European world, the Moroccan counterrevolution can not march without get moving the march of the world revolution, thus the march for the abolition of the borders between wealth and poverty.

The European imperialists benefit from the divisiveness ("divide et impera") of the intercontinental unification of the working class and erect a border wall on Moroccan soil to protect their predatory wealth, which is based in particular on exploitation and oppression of the African peoples. For the international counter-revolution, Morocco is a security barrier against the poor peoples of Africa who rise in revolt against the rich countries of Europe.

It is the task of the world proletariat, together with the Moroccan proletariat, to smash this counterrevolutionary defensive wall and to transform it into a bridge of the world revolution.

The general strategic goal of the world proletariat is to build a revolutionary bridge of the proletarians of all countries in order to resolve the contradiction between wage labor and capital on a world scale.

It is in particular the common task of the European and African working class to destroy the imperialist barrier between the two continents and to build on its ruins a bridge of collective socialist construction in Africa and Europe.

Moreover, in Europe, a 2, 5 million strong Moroccan workers' army is a considerable revolutionary section of the entire proletariat in Europe and thus not of small importance.

The Moroccan interface between the poor countries of Africa and the rich countries of Europe must be transformed into a revolutionary bridge for overcoming the international contradiction between wealth and poverty. This struggle is not an abstract, but a concrete one. For example, the collective struggle against FRONTEX coast guards. We are against Morocco's cooperation with Frontex. It is necessary that the working class in Morocco joins and supports our international resistance movement against Frontex. Any weakening of the imperialist Europe ultimately also serves the liberation of the Moroccan working class. A common struggle against causes of the misery of the refugees is part of the common revolutionary struggle against world imperialism. Neither the Morrocan working class nor the European working class wants a European immigrant prison in Morocco. The Moroccan bourgeoisie can be bribed by the imperialists. However, the working class is incorruptible. By no means the question of African migrants does play any negligible role for the Moroccan revolution, because Morocco is the gateway for migrants to Europe. This could make Morocco a world-revolutionary powder barrel. The migrant proletariat plays an increasing world-revolutionary role. It is a fast-growing, desisive chain link between the poor and rich countries in the common struggle against world imperialism.

As a transit country and a deportation country of imperialist Europe, the Moroccan working class will become more and more conscious about its own place in the world, namely that migrants can be a significant lever for the liberation of the Moroccan working class. The road to the liberation of the Moroccan working class inevitably leads over the road of solidarity, not only with the working class in the Arab world, but increasingly also over the road of solidarity with African migrants and thus over the road of the unification with the whole African working class. All migrants in Africa share the same fate and need mutual solidarity, in particular the solidarity of the Moroccan working class.

Long live the proletarian internationalism of the Moroccan working class!

For the Moroccan working class the question of the ideological overcoming of the religious influence, the nationalist influence of the Moroccan bourgeoisie, the question of the ideological overcoming of the imperialist influence of Europe and the cosmopolitan influence of the world bourgeoisie are of decisive importance for the consciousness raising of proletarian internationalism.

Morocco is not only a pioneer of the unification of the Arab world against world imperialism (especially the unification with the neighboring Tunisia). Morocco is also a melting-point of the unification of the African working class in the struggle against world imperialism and especially against European imperialism. The Arab and African workers are brothers in arms and fight together against the same enemy. The proletarian internationalism of the Moroccan working class serves essentially the strengthening of solidarity between the Arab and African working class to become a strong army of the world proletariat. This is the most important contribution that the Moroccan working class can make to the socialist world revolution and to which it must prepare and concentrate. The task of the world proletariat, and above all that of the European proletariat, is to unite with the Moroccan working class and to support its internationalist task. The proletariat in the rich countries must weaken the imperialists from within and thus strengthen the anti-imperialist struggle of the proletarians in the external poor countries. The Moroccan working class is an important chain-link of this anti-imperialist strategy of the world proletariat.

In Morocco, too, there is only one real internationalism:

the ambitious work for the development of the world revolutionary movement and the world revolutionary struggle of the world proletariat, the support (by propaganda, by moral and material aid) of such a struggle, the support of such a line, and only such a line, by the proletarians in all countries.

Build up the Moroccan Section of the Comintern (SH)!

Morocco is a capitalist country, characterized by the main contradiction between capital and labor.

Morocco is dominated by classes of exploitation and oppression, which are lackeys of the powers of the world imperialist system. For centuries Morocco has been exploited especially by Europe and then by North America. Today, the exploitation by the Chinese imperialists is growing rapidly and the struggle of the Moroccan working class against Chinese imperialism is becoming increasingly important. Morocco is the outermost western outpost of both the Eastern imperialism and Eastern revolution.

The Moroccan working class can not be free without liberation of the whole world proletariat. And vice versa, the world proletariat can not be free without liberation of the Moroccan working class. This relationship determines also the organizational question of the relationship between the Comintern (SH) and the Morrocan Section of the Comintern (SH).

Proletarian internationalism must at first be practiced in one's own country. What does this mean concretely ? The Moroccan working class must be conscious that the Moroccan people can not be free as long as it oppresses the Sahrawi people and discriminates the Berber tribes in their own country. The Moroccan government misuses the migrants as leverage of barter business for the international recognition of Western Sahara as "Moroccan territory". The Moroccan annexationists must be smashed. Moroccan annexionism belongs to the Museum of History.

The Moroccan masses are fighting not only against the bourgeoisie and the remnants of the feudal class in their own country, but also at the same time against world imperialist slavery.

Thus the mass protests in Morocco are indications of the advance of the socialist world revolution.

The Comintern (SH) is the only reliable bulwark of the Moroccan working class in its struggle against capitalist tyranny and imperialist yoke ( currently supported by the Moroccan comrades of "Matin Rouge").

The class struggle in Morocco is part of the global class struggle for the liberation of the world proletariat from the yoke of world imperialism. The class struggle in Morocco is an internationalist struggle and is led by an internationalist party. It is the Comintern (SH) which leads the international class struggle by means of its Moroccan Section in Morocco. Only in this way the Moroccan working class can fulfill its tasks within the world-proletarian army.

The Comintern (SH) is the revolutionary world party of the proletariat - including the Moroccan proletariat. Without the leadership of the Comintern (SH), the socialist world revolution can not win. And without the leadership of the Moroccan Section of the Comintern (SH), the Moroccan revolution can not win. That is why today it is the most important task of the Moroccan proletariat to found the Moroccan Section of the Comintern (SH) which is guided by the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

It is the task of the Moroccan proletariat to implement our 12 measures for the overthrow of capitalism and the construction of socialism in its own country.

From the "Arab Spring" to the socialist Arab world!

The highest goal of the class struggle in Morocco is world socialism and world communism - thus the creation of the classless society all over the world. All fundamental questions of the revolutionary movement in Morocco are largely linked to the great epochal struggle against world capitalism - for world socialism. The bourgeoisie of Morocco primarily serves to maintain the system of world imperialism. The proletariat of Morocco primarily supports the destruction of the system of world imperialism by means of the defeat of the dictatorship of the Moroccan bourgeoisie and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat in Morocco.

The counter-revolution in Morocco is the executioner of world imperialism. The revolution in Morocco is the gravedigger of world imperialism.

This international role of the Moroccan revolution and Moroccan counterrevolution must become conscious for all the revolutionaries and progressive forces in Morocco when they commemorate their martyrs' Day on 13 August.

The blood of the Moroccan people is shed to be sucked by world imperialists.

The essence of the world imperialist enslavement of Morocco is to force this country to sacrifice the interests of its own people to the interests of world capital. The ruling system in Morocco is backed by the world imperialists. This reactionary relationship determines also the suppression of the protests of the Moroccan people.

Reforms are allowed in Morocco only to the extent as they do not contradict the interests of the world capital.

Never before in the history of Morocco was his dependence on world capital greater than today. The contradictions between capital and labor deepened in consequence of today's world crisis, also in Morocco. This contradiction between capital and labor determines the overall socio-economic development of Morocco and is the main source of all the protests in today's Moroccan society. Without solving the contradiction between capital and labor, the problems of capitalism in Morocco can not be resolved. And how will this contradiction between capital and labor be resolved ? Not by reforms , but by the socialist revolution. Not by capitalism, but by socialism. Not by increasing the private property of the rich, not by the system of profit-making, but by socialization of private property and its final abolition.

Reform or revolution? This is the crucial question which the Moroccan people began to answer with the heroical movement of February 20. And this movement becomes invincible as soon as it is consistently pursued until the dictatorship of the proletariat is established. Bourgeois democracy is democracy only for the rich people in Morocco. Proletarian democracy is democracy for the whole Moroccan people. Democracy for the masses of the people in Morocco can never exist under the rule of the bourgeoisie, but only under the rule of the working class.

The bourgeois-democratic revolution inevitably brings forth the future elements of the socialist revolution. But the socialist elements within the bourgeois-democratic revolution are still too weak, and the counter-revolution is still too strong to carry out the change towards a socialist Morocco. But under the growing pressure of today's liberation movement the counter-revolution in Morocco would not last a day longer without the support of the world imperialists. It is precisely for this reason that the protest must not only be directed against the counter-revolution in one's own country, but also its backing by the international counterrevolution must be cut off. The destruction of imperialism is only possible by means of the violent global anti-imperialist revolution in every country. That is why the international proletarian support of the protest movement in Morocco is so important. This is why the Comintern (SH) supports the most revolutionary elements of this protest movement in Morocco. For this reason, we are in solidarity with the political prisoners and celebrate the anniversary of the martyrs on 13 August.

Only with the end of the world imperialism can the Moroccan people really be free. That is why the Moroccan people, in their own interest, must join the international struggle of the world proletariat to overthrow collectively the rule of the world bourgeoisie.

It is the corrupt capitalist system in Morocco, integrated into the international exploiter- and oppressor system that causes the uprisings. If the protesters in Morocco struggle against unemployment and are on the street fighting for medical care and education, they have to fight capitalism as the main cause. The Moroccan people need to crush the political power of the ruling classes.

The Moroccan proletariat is the only revolutionary class, destined to carry through the socialist revolution and to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat in Morocco. Therefore the proletariat must become the leader of the protests. The question of the political power of the proletariat, the question of the hegemony of the proletariat, is the decisive question for the practical solution of all existing capitalist contradictions in Morocco.

The student movement is only revolutionary if it struggles for the power of the working class. The student movement is a movement of the petty bourgeoisie, which is between bourgeoisie and proletariat and thus a wavering class. Without leadership of the working class - in the alliance with the poor peasantry - the bourgeois-democratic revolution can not and will not be successfullx transformed into a socialist revolution. Those who do not want capitalism, those who want socialism, must fight for the working class and put themselves in the service of the workers. Victory or defeat in the Moroccan class society is decided between bourgeoisie and working class and not petty bourgeoisie. The Moroccan proletariat can only be victorious if it frees itself from the influence of bourgeois and petty bourgeois ideology, if it is guided by its own class ideology, namely by the proletarian ideology, thus by the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

There are no so called "intermediate stages" between capitalism and socialism and these stages can not exist. This is only what the reformists and revisionists want to do to build a bulwark against the revolution in Morocco, with the intention of liquidating the revolution on half-way and saving thereby capitalism in Morocco. That is why the revolution must be continued uninterruptedly and unhindered - until the goal of socialism is reached. Most dangerous are the neo-revisionists in Morocco who are "anti-revisionists" in words but revisionists in deeds.

"First, democratization and reforms within the framework of capitalism - after that comes socialism."

That is the slogan that the the opportunists tell us.

"At first the overthrow of the bourgeoisie, at first the destruction of capitalism, at first proletarian power, at first the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat as the basic prerequisite for the construction of socialism".

This is the slogan of the revolutionary working class. And this is precisely according to the Leninist doctrine of the October revolution.

Guided by the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, the socialist revolution will be victorious in Morocco!

Long live the Comintern (SH) !

Long live the socialist revolution in Morocco !

Long live the socialist world revolution!

Long live proletarian internationalism!

Long live the communist Morocco in a communist world!

Internationalist Solidarity with the antifascist struggle in the USA !

Fascists killed our anti-fascist Heroine Heather Heyer !

19 anti-fascists were injured ...

We will strike back !!!

Let's fight against Fascism globally - until it is completely destroyed !

On occasion of Trump's state-terrorism and his fascist killer gangs in Charlottesville
we re-publish our anti-fascist appeal:

Anti-fascist appeal of the Comintern (SH)

from 21st of January 2017

To all anti-fascists all over the world !

Anti-fascists !

Donald Trump – this multinational capitalist – is expression of the coming period of USA fascism and fascist barbarism of world imperialism!

Death to the fascists !

Free the world from fascist oppression and capitalist enslavement !

Now, the world socialist revolution is not to be delayed !

Down with fascism of the USA !

Down with fascism of all the other imperialist "great" powers!

Down with fascism in every country of the world !

Down with the entire world fascist system !

“Make America great again” slogan is tantamount to support one’s “own” national bourgeoisie to oppress other nations. Global wars and fascism is the nature of world capitalism.

World fascism is the most brutal form of oppression of world imperialism as the highest and last stage of the development of capitalism; as monopoly parasitic and senile capitalism, as moribund capitalism, as an unprecedented increase of exploitation, oppression and reaction in all the fields and as the eve of the proletarian revolution.

World fascism is not born into the world full-fledged, and does not flame up suddenly. World fascism is preceded by a process of fermentation, of the economical (and consequently political) crises of world imperialism, which unleashes inevitably the anti-fascist world movements, the global outbursts of anti-imperialist revolutions, the beginning of the world socialist revolution.

Even the most sceptical of the sceptics within the communist movement can not exclude the coming world revolution. Febrile atmosphere of anti-fascist uprisings is already the beginning of the world revolution. The governments themselves, by their fascist adventures, are seeing to its continuation. The world proletariat will see to it that the serious world-revolutionary onset is sustained and extended.

The anti-fascist struggle must be the united action of all the peoples of all countries under leadership of the world proletariat, for the simple reason that all countries and all peoples are oppressed by the world fascist system.

World fascism is the last lifeline with which the world capitalists try in vain to maintain their brutal world system of oppression and exploitation. The overthrow of the capitalist world system is inevitable for the abolishment of world fascism in every country.

Anti-fascist uprisings can under no circumstances whatsoever either obscure or weaken the slogan of the world socialist revolution. On the contrary, they always bring it closer, extend its basis, and draw new sections of the petty bourgeoisie and the semi-proletarian masses into the world socialist struggle. On the other hand, anti-fascist uprisings are inevitable in the course of the world socialist revolution, which should not be regarded as a single act, but as a global period of turbulent political and economic upheavals, the most intense class struggle, civil war, revolutions, and counter-revolutions.

Transform the globalized anti-fascist struggle into the struggle for world socialism in every country of the world !

Fascism means brutal violence against the majority of the world population. Revolutionary violence of the oppressed and exploited peoples is the only means to abolish the inevitability of always new fascist periods which will be restored as long as world capitalism exists.

The world socialist revolution is unstoppable and all global counter-revolutionary resistance is futile !

Death to world fascism and all its lackeys !

Death to the social-fascist lackeys all over the world ! ("Anti-fascism" in words and fascism in deeds = social-fascism)

Every pact with the world bourgeoisie, called "people's front" by the neo-revisionists and other "Leftists" , leads to the liquidation of the communist world movement, leads unavoidably back to fascism and social-fascism – as history has proved.

Therefore, the anti-fascists must take sides of the proletarian anti-fascist struggle against the bourgeois and petty-bourgeois anti-fascism which which are instruments to maintain world capitalism. Any "anti-fascist" struggle which does not strive for the dictatorship of the world proletariat, is in the service of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie.

The capitalist world system will be destroyed by the world socialist revolution under the leadership of the world proletariat and its revolutionary world party – the Comintern (SH).

Long live the dictatorship of the world proletariat !

Long live the socialist wold revolution !

Long live World Socialism and World Communism !

Long live the Comintern (SH) !

The protest movement in Venezuela

against the hated social-fascist Maduro regime will find its way to the victory of the socialist revolution

Build up the Venezuelan Section of the Comintern (SH)!

The Comintern (SH) considers the so-called "coup" in Venezuela to be a defense against the Venezuelans for the propaganda of the Social Fascists - as evidenced by the publications of the Comintern (SH) to Venezuala (below). The coup attempts of the imperialists, by means of their Venezuelan lackeys, can not be mixed up or equalized with the revolution in Venezuela and the general strike. For their liberation from the hated dictator Nicolás Maduro, who is in the social-fascist tradition of Hugo Chávez, the Venezuelan people have already sacrificed much blood on the streets (more than 120 people). The abolition of this fascist regime would be a victory for the Venezuelan people, which we Stalinist-Hoxhaists do not be defame as a "coup"! We make front against all the social-fascists all over the world who praise this Fascist system as "progressive" and "anti-imperialist" one! Primarily the capitalist system in Venezuela must be overthrown . That must be done in any case and at any cost!

Simultaneously, we must distance from and fight against all the reactionary elements of those "opposition" which are under the counter-revolutionary influence of the American imperialists. They are all counterrevolutionaries! No matter of the different enemies of the Venezuelan people- we must defend the anti-imperialist achievements of the revolutionary struggle in Venezuela. Our perspective is not the exchange the one bourgeois government by another one, but the elimination of the rule of the bourgeoisie and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the expropriation of the oligarchs, the socialization of the means of production, the abolition of capitalism and the establishment of socialism In Venezuela and around the world.
We can not make propaganda for the expansionism of Western imperialism, nor for Chávez's social-fascist ideology of the so-called "socialism of the 21st century," and his bloody military boots, with which he crushed the proletariat and poor peasants. The protest movement must fight, in first line, for the liberation of the peoples from world imperialism, and especially against all the imperialists who treat Venezuela as their colony. We are neither for the purchase nor for a miilitary attack on Venezuela. We are for the global revolutionary, anti-imperialist struggle of the world proletariat and its solidarity with the protest movement in Venezuela. The world proletariat fights shoulder to shoulder with the Venezuelan proletariat for the world socialist revolution, which is the only correct line of the Comintern (SH).

We make propaganda and fight in solidarity with the revolution in Venezuela, for its transformation into the proletarian revolution as a detachment of the coming socialist world revolution - namely based on the doctrines of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the 122nd anniversary

of Frederick Engels’ death day

August 5, 1895 – August 5, 2017

122 years ago, Friedrich Engels died.

"Let us always honour the memory of Frederick Engels, a great fighter and teacher of the proletariat!"

Lenin wrote this 122 years ago in his famous eulogy, which the Comintern (SH) has published in 16 languages of the world.

On the occasion of the 122nd anniversary of the death of Friedrich Engels, we like to point to his extraordinary contribution to the publication of the most important work of Karl Marx, "The Capital", which was published 150 years ago.

Lenin wrote:

"In 1870 Engels moved to London, and their joint intellectual life, of the most strenuous nature, continued until 1883, when Marx died. Its fruit was, on Marx’s side, Capital, the greatest work on political economy of our age, and on Engels’ side, a number of works both large and small. Marx worked on the analysis of the complex phenomena of capitalist economy. Engels, in simply written works, often of a polemical character, dealt with more general scientific problems and with diverse phenomena of the past and present in the spirit of the materialist conception of history and Marx’s economic theory. Marx died before he could put the final touches to his vast work on capital. The draft, however, was already finished, and after the death of his friend, Engels undertook the onerous task of preparing and publishing the second and the third volumes of Capital. He published Volume II in 1885 and Volume III in 1894 (his death prevented the preparation of Volume IV). These two volumes entailed a vast amount of labour. Adler, the Austrian Social-Democrat, has rightly remarked that by publishing volumes II and III of Capital Engels erected a majestic monument to the genius who had been his friend, a monument on which, without intending it, he indelibly carved his own name. Indeed these two volumes of Capital are the work of two men: Marx and Engels." ( Lenin )

After the death of Karl Marx, all the work rested all alone with Friedrich Engels. As the first and most important task, Friedrich Engels considered the completion of the written legacy of Karl Marx. At first he cared about the third edition of the first volume of the "Capital," which appeared as a revised version in 1883, which contained some additions of Marx's notes. The first volume examines how value and surplus value are produced.

In 1885, followed the second volume of the "Capital" followed, which deals with the circulation process of the capital.

Between the second and third volume a longer pause occurred. All the numerous fragmentary manuscripts had to be collected, and the comprehensive material had to be laboriously sifted, in order to create the third volume as a uniform whole. No one in the world could have mastered this difficult, extremely complex task - except Friedrich Engels. It must be conscious to every Communist: without Friedrich Engels there would be no second and third Volume of the "Capital".

It was not until 1894, one year before Engels's death, that the third volume could be published, which deals with the whole process of capitalist production, and the transformation of surplus value into profit. Furthermore, the third volume examines the distribution of the surplus value among the various exploiters.

Not only did the complexity of the subject delay the publication of the third volume. After Marx's death, Friedrich Engels devoted himself to the Communist movement which was greatly growing. Not least, this was due to Marx and Engels.

With the spread of the international labor movement in more and more countries, workers all over the world wanted to study the writings of Marx and Engels in their native language. It began the time of translations. And who has looked through all these translations and who corrected them conscientiously? This was no less a figure than Frederick Engels himself. It is admirable how Friedrich Engels carried all this enormous workload on his shoulders even at his advanced age. Particularly laborious was the revision of the English translation of the first volume of "Kapital," which was published in 1894. Friedrich Engels had also written all the prefaces of the translations during his lifetime.

Concerning the study of "Capital", most of the people read secondary publications on the "Capital", rather than the difficult text of the "Capital" itself. Above all, Friedrich Engels played a major role in making the "Capital" accessible to a broad readership. But if it comes to study Marx' theories on surplus-value, many a reader find this a hard nut to crack. Therefore, we recommend to study the writings of Friedrich Engels as an introduction. This makes it easier to understand the writings of Karl Marx.

Moreover, as far as political economy is concerned, it is not known to many comrades that the 10th Chapter of "Anti-Duhring" was written by Karl Marx. We have added this particular Chapter to our collection of documents, which we have issued on occasion of the 150th anniversary of the "Capital". In this documentary collection we have mainly published the texts of Friedrich Engels dealing with the "Capital". It is amazing how great the share of Engels really was. And it is most important for us, that Friedrich Engels had prevented any possible falsification of Marx' greatest work - namely the "Capital" - of which Engels said: “the Bible of the working class."

Throughout his life, until the last breath, Friedrich Engels was imbued with revolutionary optimism. He was full of zest for action, pugnacity and confidence of victory. Even in the darkest times of reaction and persecutions, Friedrich Engels got never discouraged. On the contrary, with his rock-solid conviction and enthusiasm, he had always encouraged even the most pessimistic comrade.

When Frederick Engels died in 1895, the Second International and the entire international proletariat mourned with the same deep sympathy as Friedrich Engels was cheered at the World Congress two years before. At his own wish, Friedrich Engels' corpse was burnt and the ash strewn into the sea.

Long live comrade Engels, the 2nd Classic of Marxism-Leninism!

Long live the invincible teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

Long live violent world socialist proletarian revolution and world armed proletarian dictatorship!

Long live world socialism and world communism!

Long live the Comintern (SH)!

On the conflict between imperialist Europe and Poland's reactionary government

(our correspondent from Poland)

Well EU is wide topic. Poland role in it is simple. We are EU's semi colony. Our proletariat, thanks to EU is cheaper to buy for bourgeoisie, it is easier (and it is constraint) that we should live Poland and move somewhere. Mostly to England or Germany, yes England isn't in EU right now, but Polish people still are moving there"to find a job, jobs here in Poland are so bad so it's more profitable to leave motherland and try to find job somewhere where Polish immigrant are cheaper than native workers, so Polish people are working the worst jobs in Germany or England, but at the same time even these jobs are better than 90% of these that we can have in Poland, so that's why many people are leaving country, and that's why many English people hate Polish people, because we are cheaper there. So their bourgeoise prefer to employ us. It's not our fault, the same thing is with Ukrainian immigrants in Poland, it's better for them to get bad payed job in Poland than in their country. Ukrainian people in Poland are in the same situation like Polish people in England. )

Eu's role is just to strenghten capitalism rules. We are cheap working people for our homeland bourgeoisie and for foreign bourgeoisie. EU is also stealing our country resources, like mines, woods, gas, etc. Our market is ruled by foreign products. There are widely known affairs about some bourgeoisie (our own) grabing national woods, and selling them to the EU. Many products are made in Poland only for export to EU. EU also is good for our bourgeoisie, it is easy loaning machine. Our bourgeoisie are taking loans (lying that they are for making our conditions better) this money is used for bourgeoisie, they buy cars, expensive things, they are eating in expensive restaurants, flying in private planes, building villas, buying apartaments. About apartaments there is a funny thing. There is word in Poland to describe rich people who are owning a lot of old Warsaw apartaments you know these before Second War, and shortly after. We call these apartaments "kamiennica" , and these people are called "kamiennicznik" Our most famous "kamiennicznik" is Hanna Gronkiewicz Waltz this bourgeoise ***** is from bourgeoise party named Platforma Obywatelska shortly PO (citizen platform sic!) She was member of nszz solidarność (Solidarity, Enver Hoxha wrote about them) and also member of SAINT SPIRIT REBUILD MOVEMENT (SIC!) She was one of these "capitalism is freedom, let's sell ourselves to USA, let's go to EU, Private property is good!, No to communism" these guys who call Brezhnevites "communists". She has plenty of apartments only for herself and that's ok! It's good that many Polish people don't have house, (My cousin family had a problem with a good house, his hard working family had to leave in such a small house, in such bad conditions, they get better one only because this house where they were living has to be renovated for rich bourgeoisie) Hanna Waltz earned these apartments! Also she (like all bourgeoisie) is so mean, she had a problem to pay small money to enter park while she is sleeping on money, OUR money! And she is only 1 person our of them all!

Let's go back to EU.

Well EU is making Poland debtor (Polish working class is a deptor) they say that this is due, loans are used to build Poland, to make it better, but everyone can tell you that Poland is ruined day by day, it's dying!

Our dockyard is sold! It's ruined.

Our factories are ruined, of course there are some of Volkswagen!

Our mines are being ruined, miners are fighting for work!

Our farms are being ruined, Farmers are even paid not to work on their farm, to make Poland even more dependent on EU (Remember Kruschev plans about making Albania into USSR colony, by sabotaging industry plans?)

This is how shortly EU works.

It's just like Kruschev's or Brezhnev's - USSR but it's openly capitalism, it is not hiding behind socialism mask. We are debtors, and we, the working class of Poland, we have to pay these debts, while our bourgeois government is living life high.

I remember, near my home there was (empty when I was young) factory of pencils called "Zenith" this factory was from PRL times, sadly from the revisionist time. But It's one good thing about even social-fascism time of PRL, that there were more work for us, not like today, this was due to, some things were left from real socialism time from Stalin times, that Gomulka's and Gierek's were slowly deleting, to prepare positions to open counterrevolution lead by "Solidarity" ruled by Vatikan and USA. And so quickly after it factories like "Zenith" were demolished, but of course TV praised it all "End of communism! Freedom!". We jumped out of the frying pan into the fire.

Also our bourgeoisie is so cheeky! By EU they are doing "Eu projects" You proably know them as "projects realised from EU funding" These "projects" to make our life better are "benches in parks, some playgrounds. The most funniest one is pedalo from one side of "Wisla" to the other. So you can see that these "projects" that cost a lot of money (that we had to pay) are some bullshit, they are useless, only in some specialy chosen spots, to make us feel that EU is making Poland better, but it's not!

EU is also exercises our bourgeoise decisions, our laws are customized to EU's whims.

Our bourgeoise have some parties, to fool us that we are living in "pluralist, democracy heaven"

They hide their capitalist, fascist interests behind such a parties as:

2 most dominiant: PO -Platforma Obywatelska (Citizen Platform) PiS -Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice) [Yes BOURGEOIS Law and Justice]

Funny thing is that, they rule us in turns so cadency is 5 years, and there is PO for 5 years, then PiS for 5 years, and again, and again

Also to make illusion of choice, there are some more bourgeois parties, which are officially supporting or PO or PiS. So this is about "Freedom of choice" Between 2 parties, which are all ruled by the bourgeoisie, and the differences between them are cosmetic. They all are anti-communist, they all are pro EU, and pro USA, pro religion, they all are anti-8 hours working day, they all are anti workers.

These smaller parties are SLD - Sojusz lewicy demokratycznej (Alliance of democratic Leftists) Pseudo socialist party, their only role is to dress like "communist" and to destroy it's image, by acting not like communism, but they call themselves "Left" so everyone thinks that they are communist, and because they are supporting PO or PiS, everyone thinks that we are ruled by communists! Damn bourgeoisie is smart. SLD is member of many leftist European organizations you know these pseudo progressive, social democratic, Trotskyists, Brezhnevite organizations.

PSL - Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe (Polish Party of People) this organization is made of centrists and chadeks, and is trying to fool mostly country side of Poland. PSL's history is connected with fight's after Second War - between communists and bourgeoise sanation government leavings. ZSL was Mikołajczyk's pseudo communist party, that wanted to openly bring capitalism back to Poland. Gomulka back then in 1948 wanted to have alliance with them and similiar politics. Thanks to Bierut Gomulka was kicked out of PPR and Mikolajczyk had to escape Poland of course US agents helped him, so we can safely assume that Mikolajczyk was payed by them as all other pro sanation, refugees. Mikolajczyk ZSL supported fascist organizations such as NSZ and WiN that were payed by USA to gain power in Poland and let sanation refugees with Sosnkowski and Anders on top to come back and bring capitalism to Poland. After 1989 ZSL was rebuild as PSL. Their policy is still the same, fool country side of Poland.

There are also some small parties like

Twój Ruch (Your movement) It' pseudo socialist, liberal, feminist, leftist, social democracy petty bourgeoise party, made of Ruch Palikota (Palikot's Movement) This party was made by Janusz Palikot, bourgeois Millionaire. Have I to say something else? It is parody! This is populistic, pseudo "anti-religion" movement that is aiming for feminists, LGBT's and for workers aristocracy and petty bourgeoisie. Their demagogy eff, I can't even explain it, They aren't communist. But I don't know why everyone thinks that they are! SO I think that their biggest role is to make people think that communists are stupid, utopian, extra leftist, liberals. I hate these pro EU Palikot's politicos!

There is new party called, Nowoczesna (Modern) This is PO version 2. This party ruled by Ryszard Petru (bankier, bourgeois, typical pro capitalist, pro EU demagogue) Just like PO, pro Eu, pro capitalism, pro pseudo democracy, anti communist. Of course he is called communist. Be prepared that every party there call their opponents "communist". Just like in the beginning of communism manifesto.

There is party RAZEM (Together) Again pseudo socialist, petty bourgeois, neo liberal party, that praise EU, and is fighting for US visas for Polish working class (to make Polish people cheap work force for US bourgeoisie) Just because this party is social democratic liberal, people call it communist, Party is ruled by Adrian Zandberg. F**k them ass the other

Hehe here is going to by edgy. There is pathetic party named KorWIN , made by Janusz Korwin Mikke. He is our TV clown (as every bourgeois politic) He is demagogic, pro capitalist, reactionary, man who is making clown of himself in TV. He sometimes talk with leftists, liberals, and socialdemocratics, and he is winning with them in polemics. He calls liberals, and social democratics COMMUNISTS. He is falsely calling liberals, and even capitalists, communists. He is openly calling Obama, a communist! He said that USA have socialism, and that's why it's bad there. He openly say that social things are bad, free school, free medicine, is wrong and bad, private property is great, and democracy is bad because "Masses are stupid" He also call EU communists. Yes he calls Merkel, and Co. "communists". He openly say that EU should be destroyed but only because it is communist! But the funniest thing is that he is member of Euro-Parlament. He is paid by them! So here he is exposed. Only kids, and teenagers, are supporting him. But somehow many people thanks to him, call liberals, and capitalism - "communism", and they say they want capitalism. He made people think that they are living in socialism (because there are social intitutions [sic!]) and they want capitalism. It's so absurd. He praise so called "free" market. He is utopian, he tells fairy tales about capitalism, and reality. He is trying to make people think capitalism is "communism" and vice versa. And he is getting a lot of money for this.

And now there are 2 most important parties. The ruling ones.

PO - Platforma Obywatelska (Citizen Platform) Well it's story is long. It is liberal, facist capitalist party, pro EU cosmoplitian. PO is close friend of PiS but of course they all act like they are enemies because everyone of them want the "best" to us- people. but that is bullshit. They are all bourgeois parties, that want capitalism, and their differences are only cosmetic.

Every member of PO or PiS is stupid, idiot, they bought dyplomas of sciences, and they are acting like they are better than us -working class, but they can live so good thanks to our work!

Hanna gronkiewicz Waltz is from PO.

There were 2 most famous members of PO:

Bronisław Komorowski and Donal Tusk.

The first one was a president, widely known for his imbecilism such us standing on chair, etc. and the second was premier, widely known for stealing a lot of money, selling Poland, industry, country, etc. Now he is in euro parlament. He is big wig.

PiS- Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice) the more reactionary version of PO, very religious. Ruled by Kaczyńscy brothers. One is dead. And now Andrzej Duda from PiS is our president. Typical eunuch politic ruled by foreign imperialists. PO and PiS is heatedly inviting US imperialism military forces to Poland, Yeah Poland is in NATO, from 1989 Polish soldiers have took part in many imperialist wars. Also PO invented NSZ and WiN holiday on 1 march. You know who NSZ and WiN was, they are called "Zołnierze wyklęci" (excommunicated soldiers) they were bandits who killed a lot of our working class and peasantry, they were paid by USA, and III Reich, they were supporting OUN and UPA. PO invented this holiday, and PiS continue this practice, by lying about communism, and history. There is IPN Instytut Pamięci Narodowej (Institut of National Memoyr) That is lying about communism and history, it's pro fascist, pro capitalism.

PO's and PiS's practice is the same.

Kaczyńscy were prominent family in revisionist PRL, they even played role in movie "O dwóch takich co ukradli księżyc" (about two kids who stolen moon), and they had taken part in 1989 solidarity. And now they are in ruling party.

When PiS came to power in 2015 there was affair about constitutional tribunal , PO claimed that PiS is going to take us democracy ( But we haven't democracy, we hadn't democracy when PO was ruling and we haven't got it now) So KOD -komitet obrony demokracji (Committee of Democracy Defensive) is just pro PO pseudo people organization made to fool people that PO gave us "democracy" and PiS is worse than PO, of course PiS is calling KOD and PO "communist", and PO is calling PiS "communist", but they agree in one thing "No to communism!" so they want the same, this all KOD fight is typical democrats vs republicans fight, they are all bourgeois anti working class friends, but they are acting that each one is better to fool people.

PO and PiS is the same anti communist, bourgeoisie. Screw them !

Fascization of Poland is in progress

each 10 day of each month there is holiday, praising Leach Kaczynski who died in Smolensk on 10/04

It is similiar to North Korea crying after dear Kim Jong Il, who wasn't our friend but our enemy, but we are forced to cry after him, of course it's not like in North Korea, but damn it's official. Each 10 day of month Centrum of Warsaw is full of crying people, and manifestation of "good PiS and Good Kaczynski".

It's good he died, I bet bourgeoisie didn't predicted that they can die in fly accident or assasination (I don't care if it was accident or assasination, It's good that 100 persons straight from bourgeois class died in one day, It's shame innocent Pilots died)

That's why they are forcing us to praise Kaczynski each 10 day of month.

PiS and PO are dogs of EU and US imperialism, they are preparing us for war with Russian imperialism, you know there is coming big imperialist war, in Poland every 18 years old men are forced to be health Examinated, they are preparing military service. Also every word in TV is "we need to fight with Russia, we have to prepare, we need NATO" That's why many "communists" here are thinking that because bourgeoisie want to have war with Russia, then Putin must be "anti-imperialist", but that's wrong, I bet they (who are calling themselves "Leninists"!) Haven't ever read Lenin's work, or they don't even know history 1st World War! But yes it's sad, truth about situation in Poland.

And it's not all, this is so wide topic.

As a S-L I know what is happening, and that every "communist" organization here isn't communist, we need real bolshevik S-L party.

Our theoretic and organizational situation here in Poland is so weak because of Krushchev, Brezhnev revisionism, people think that 1956-1989 in PRL was communists in power. Also bourgeois propaganda is trying to confirm this, also pro bourgeois pro fascist propaganda is there, bourgeoisie is trying to fool people that today "communists" rule and that we need capitalism, also reactionary pseudo science is ruling here, and religion is so powerful.

Let's quote Enver Hoxha:

"As everyone knows, the Church has exceptionally great influence in Poland. Poland is second only to Italy in matters of religion."

That hasn't changed since then. And because of some "communists" know that bourgeoisie is ruling today, and this bourgeoisie is offending revisionist from 1956-1989, so they think that Brezhnev was real communist, and because they personify imperialism only as USA or EU, they think that Russia or China is "anti imperialist", which is completely anti Leninism, it's wrong!

In 2017, after a century of the October Revolution, we are celebrating a great victory of all anti-imperialist forces around the world!

What the Bolsheviks, with Lenin and Stalin at the top, began with the victory of the October revolution, the Comintern (SH) in Hamburg has impressively continued - the struggle of communism to overthrow world imperialism.

The world revolutionary struggle for the destruction of world imperialism, on whose ruins we want to build world socialism, has reached its climax in Hamburg for the days. The powerful mobilization of the international anti-imperialist forces in Hamburg has shown that time is working with full steam for world revolution, and world imperialism, with its failing global crisis strategy, suffers one defeat after another. Hamburg has shown to the world:

The main trend in the world is revolution! Only in the revolutionary struggle can world imperialism be overcome, together with its crises. This is the Hamburg lesson of the history of the anti-imperialist struggle.

This time, world imperialism was not attacked only on the periphery, that is, by the liberation war of the oppressed and exploited peoples, but at the same time in the midst of one of its most important metropolitan cities, in the heart of imperialist Germany in the middle of the civil war city of Hamburg. This is exactly what the October Revolution has taught us: the unification of the revolution in the imperialist metropolises and the imperialist hinterland.

These three memorable days go down in the history of Hamburg as those days when the whole world imperialist camp was scared and terrified, when those three days turned this city of civil war from an imperialist gateway into a gateway of the world revolution. The Hamburg barricades were not just barricades of a single city, but symbolic for all the international barricades of the emerging invincible anti-imperialist world.

In Hamburg, the Comintern (SH) applied the Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory correctly and decisively on the basis of today's globalized conditions and under the particular conditions in Germany, and thus the German Section - together with the YCI (SH) - has given an example for the actions of all other Sections of the Comintern (SH) and the YCI (SH).

The Comintern (SH) fought in Hamburg for the proletarian internationalist unity against imperialism and against all its lackeys within the revolutionary world camp.

The wavering elements have seen in Hamburg that comrades of the Comintern (SH) are imperturbably adhering to their Stalinist-Hoxhaist ideas. It is still a long and difficult road to get the wavering elements to our side, but in Hamburg we have taken an important step forward, not only convincing with arguments, but also with energetic actions. At this point, the Comintern (SH) thanks all the comrades who participated in the successful organization of the anti-imperialist action in Hamburg.

Your action has brought nearer the destruction of world capitalism. Your action will one day be rewarded with the triumph of the dictatorship of the world proletariat, which paves the way for the construction of socialism all over the world, and towards world communism.

Historical events of the international revolutionary movement

(and after 11 days of the G20 Protest in Hamburg)

"...nothing has changed... !!"

Altona Bloody Sunday

(German: Altonaer Blutsonntag)

was the name given to a violent confrontation between the Sturmabteilung (SA) and Schutzstaffel (SS), the police, and Communist Party (KPD) supporters on 17 July 1932 in Altona, now in Hamburg but then part of Schleswig-Holstein, which was part of Prussia. The riots left 18 people dead.

Following a policy of appeasing the Nazi Party, Franz von Papen's government on 28 June 1932 lifted a ban on the SA and SS which had been in place since April. This led to recurrent riots and open street fighting between Nazis and Communists.

In July, an SA and SS demonstration through the workers' quarter of Altona was approved by Social Democratic police president Otto Eggerstedt, despite warnings by the Communists. Eggerstedt himself was on an election trip, and his deputy was on vacation. As expected, it triggered a major confrontation between 7,000 National Socialists and Altona's Communist residents, leading to massive police intervention. Eighteen people, including two SA members, were killed, most of them by police bullets. The riots were used by Papen as an excuse for his Prussian Coup on 20 July.

When the Nazi Party seized power in Germany in May 1933, 15 Communists who had been arrested were tried for murder. In addition to prison terms, four of the accused were sentenced to death and beheaded on 1 August 1933. In the 1990s, the Federal Republic of Germany reversed these convictions, declaring the convicted men innocent.

What is Hoxhaism ?

Hoxhaism represents an irreplaceable and inestimable development of the
Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist theory and practice;

Hoxhaism is Marxism-Leninism about the victory of the people’s revolution
against fascist occupation and its successful transition into the socialist revolution
and building up socialism in a small country under conditions of the socialist
world camp of Comrade Stalin;

Hoxhaism is furthermore the Marxist-Leninist theory and tactics of
antirevisionist, anti-imperialist and antisocial-imperialist struggle in the period of
revisionism at the power, in general, and the theory and tactics of the dictatorship
of the proletariat under conditions of capitalist-revisionist encirclement, in

Hoxhaism is the ruling ideology of the proletariat even under the worst and most
difficult conditions of global capitalist-revisionist encirclement against the only
existing socialist country which was one of the smallest and most
underdeveloped countries of the world;

Hoxhaism is therefore suitable for the construction of socialism in every other
country and thus applicable on a global scale;

Hoxhaism is highest expression of the universality of the world proletarian
ideology and guideline for the direct and prompt establishment of the dictatorship
of the world proletariat.

On the final victory of socialism

How the anarchists betrayed the October Revolution

As a text for introduction we recommend in first line the study of Lenin's famous book:

"Left-Wing"-Communism - an infantile disorder

especially Chapter IV - The struggle against which enemies within the working class movement helped Bolshevism develop, gain strength, and became steeled

The anarchists think ONLY of destroying the old state machine. However, they do not care about, WHAT and HOW to put in the place of the destroyed state machinery. The October Revolution was victorious because it was based on the experiences of the Paris Commune, namely to establish the STATE power of the proletariat. The complete abolition of the state can only be achieved after classes have been abolished. This was the aim of the October Revolution, namely to establish the socialist state which leads to the withering away of the state. Rejecting the establisment of the armed proletarian state that means betrayal of the October Revolution.

The anarchists differ two "types of October": The Bolshevik October and the alleged "anarchist" October with their slogan: “Soviets without the Bolsheviks!” In truth, the anarchists used this slogan (by the way, in co-operation with the White Guardists !!) to re-establish capitalist rule in Russia.

The model of the anarchists was that of the "Self-administration" of the Soviets in contrast to the Marxist-Leninist model of the Soviets as democratic organs of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

The Anarchists were generally enemies of the October Revolution. In particular, they were anti-Marxist-Leninist enemies of the state of the armed dictatorship of the proletariat.

The anarchists argue like this:

"The Bolshevik October is the conquest of power by the party of the revolutionary intelligentsia, the installation of its 'State Socialism' and of its 'socialist' methods of governing the masses. The Bolshevik practice of the last ten years shows clearly the counter-revolutionary role of their dictatorship of the Party." (1927 - "The Two Octobers" - by Piotr Archinov)

The anarchists equated the dictatorship of the proletariat with the "dictatoship of the Bolshevik party". Moreover, the anarchists struggled against the Bolshevik party as an alleged "instrument of the exploitation and oppression of the masses".

In particular, the anarchists accused the Bolsheviks of turning the Soviets into such organs which served the establishment of a new bourgeois state ( with a "socialist" cloak).

Lenin gave the right answer to the anarchists:

"The nearer we appraoch the complete military suppression of the bourgeoisie, the more dangerous does the element of petty-bourgeois anarchy become. And the fight against this element cannot be waged solely with the aid of propaganda and agitation, solely by organising competition and by selecting organisers. The struggle must also be waged by means of coercion." (Lenin, Volume 27, page 266)

The defeat of the Kronstadt mutiny proved that these were not empty words.

The counter-revolutionary mutiny in Kronstadt which began on February 28, 1921, was organised by the Social Revolutionaries, Mensheviks and whiteguards.

Lenin on the Kronstadt - Munity

"I have not yet received the latest news from Kronstadt, but I have no doubt that this mutiny, which very quickly revealed to us the familiar figures of whiteguard generals, will be put down within the next few days, if not hours. There can be no doubt about this. But it is essential that we make a thorough appraisal of the political and economic lessons of this event.

We saw the petty-bourgeois, anarchist elements in the Russian revolution, and we have been fighting them for decades. We have seen them in action since February 1917, during the great revolution, and their parties’ attempts to prove that their programme differed little from that of the Bolsheviks, but that only their methods in carrying it through were different. We know this not only from the experience of the October Revolution. We must bear in mind that the bourgeoisie is trying to pit the peasants against the workers; that behind a façade of workers’ slogans it is trying to incite the petty-bourgeois anarchist elements against the workers. This, if successful, will lead directly to the overthrow of the dictatorship of the proletariat and, consequently, to the restoration of capitalism and of the old landowner and capitalist regime." [Lenin, Volume 32, Tenth Congress of the R.C.P.(B.); Report On The Political Work Of The Central Committee Of The R.C.P.(B.) - March 8, 1921]

"And the Kronstadt events revealed their connection with the international bourgeoisie." (Lenin: Speech In Closing The Congress - March 16, 1921

"International capital (...) admitted that if the slogan becomes “Soviet power without the Bolsheviks” they will all accept it.

If the slogan of the Kronstadt events is a slight deviation to the left—Soviet power with the anarchists, begotten by distress, war, the demobilisation of the army—why is Milyukov in favour of it? Because he knows that a deviation leads either to the proletarian dictatorship or to the capitalists.

Weariness and exhaustion produce a certain mood, and sometimes lead to desperation. As usual, this tends to breed anarchism among the revolutionary elements. That was the case in all capitalist countries, and that is what is taking place in our own country. The petty-bourgeois element is in the grip of a crisis because it has had it hard over the past few years. That is the meaning of the Kronstadt events in the light of the alignment of class, forces in the whole of Russia and on the international scale. That is the meaning of one of our last and crucial battles, for we have not beaten this petty-bourgeois—anarchist element, and the immediate fate of the revolution now depends on whether or not we succeed in doing so. If we do not, we shall slide down as the French Revolution did. This is inevitable, and we must not let ourselves be misled by phrases and excuses. We must do all we can to alleviate the position of these masses and safeguard the proletarian leadership. If we do this, the growing movement of the communist revolution in Europe will be further reinforced. What has not. yet taken place there today, may well take place tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, but in world history such periods, as between today and tomorrow, mean no less than a few years. All of you, learning the lessons of our revolution and of all preceding revolutions, must understand the full gravity of the present situation. If you do not allow yourselves to be blinded by all sorts of slogans such as “Freedom”, “Constituent Assembly”, “Free Soviets”—it is so easy to switch labels that even Milyukov has turned up as a supporter of the Soviets of a Kronstadt republic—if you do not close your eyes to the alignment of class forces, you will acquire a sound and firm basis for all your political conclusions. You will then see that we are passing through a period of crisis in which it depends on us whether the proletarian revolution continues to march to victory as surely as before, or whether the vacillations and waverings lead to the victory of the whiteguards, which will not alleviate the situation, but will set Russia hack from the revolution for many decades." (V. I. Lenin: Speech Delivered At The All-Russia Congress Of Transport Workers - March 27, 1921)

* * *

"I have already said that the fundamental features of our economy in 1921 are the same as those in 1918. The spring of 1921, mainly as a result of the crop failure and the loss of cattle, brought a sharp deterioration in the condition of the peasantry, which was bad enough because of the war and blockade. This resulted in political vacillations which, generally speaking, express the very “nature” of the small producer. Their most striking expression was the Kronstadt mutiny.

The vacillation of the petty-bourgeois element was the most characteristic feature of the Kronstadt events. There was very little that was clear, definite and fully shaped. We heard nebulous slogans about “freedom”, “freedom of trade”, “emancipation”, “Soviets without the Bolsheviks”, or new elections to the Soviets, or relief from “Party dictatorship”, and so on and so forth. Both the Mensheviks and the Socialist-Revolutionaries declared the Kronstadt movement to be “their own”. Victor Chernov sent a messenger to Kronstadt. On the latter’s proposal, the Menshevik Valk, one of the Kronstadt leaders, voted for the Constituent Assembly. In a flash, with lightning speed, you might say, the whiteguards mobilised all their forces “for Kronstadt “. Their military experts in Kronstadt, a number of experts, and not Kozlovsky alone, drew up a plan for a landing at Oranienbaum, which scared the vacillating mass of Mensheviks, Socialist-Revolutionaries and non-party elements. More than fifty Russian whiteguard newspapers published abroad conducted a rabid campaign “for Kronstadt ”. The big banks, all the forces of finance capital, collected funds to assist Kronstadt. That shrewd leader of the bourgeoisie and the landowners, the Cadet Milyukov, patiently explained to the simpleton Victor Chernov directly (and to the Mensheviks Dan and Rozhkov, who are in jail in Petrograd for their connection with the Kronstadt events, indirectly) that that there is no need to hurry with the Constituent Assembly, and that Soviet power can and must be supported—only without the Bolsheviks.

Of course, it is easy to be cleverer than conceited simpletons like Chernov, the petty-bourgeois phrase-monger, or like Martov, the knight of philistine reformism doctored to pass for Marxism. Properly speaking, the point is not that Milyukov, as an individual, has more brains, but that, because of his class position, the party leader of the big bourgeoisie sees and understands the class essence and political interaction of things more clearly than the leaders of the petty bourgeoisie, tbe Chernovs and Martovs. For the bourgeoisie is really a class force which, under capitalism, inevitably rules both under a monarchy and in the most democratic republic, and which also inevitably enjoys the support of the world bourgeoisie. But the petty bourgeoisie, i.e., all the heroes of the Second International and of the “Two-and-a-Half” International, cannot, by the very economic nature of things, be anything else than the expression of class impotence; hence the vacillation, phrase-mongering and helplessness. In 1789, the petty bourgeois could still be great revolutionaries. In 1848, they were ridiculous and pathetic. Their actual role in 1917-21 is that of abominable agents and out-and-out servitors of reaction, be their names Chernov, Martov, Kautsky, MacDonald, or what have you.

Martov showed himself to be nothing but a philistine Narcissus when he declared in his Berlin journal that Kronstadt not only adopted Menshevik slogans but also proved that there could be an anti-Bolshevik movement which did not entirely serve the interests of the whiteguards, the capitalists and the landowners. He says in effect: “Let us shut our eves to the fact that all the genuine whiteguards hailed the Kronstadt mutineers and collected funds in aid of Kronstadt through the banks!” Compared with the Chernovs and Martovs, Milyukov is right, for he is revealing the true tactics of the real whiteguard force, the force of the capitalists and landowners. He declares: “It does not matter whom we support, be they anarchists or any sort of Soviet government, as long as the Bolsheviks are overthrown, as long as there is a shift in power; it does not matter whether to the right or to the left, to the Mensheviks or to the anarchists, as long as it is away from the Bolsheviks. As for the rest—‘we’, the Milyukovs, ‘we’, the capitalists and landowners, will do the rest ‘ourselves’; we shall slap down the anarchist pygmies, the Chernovs and the Martovs, as we did Chernov and Maisky in Siberia, the Hungarian Chernovs and Martovs in Hungary, Kautsky in Germany and the Friedrich Adlers and Co. in Vienna.” The real, hard-headed bourgeoisie have made fools of hundreds of these philistine Narcissuses—whether Menshevik, Socialist-Revolutionary or non-party—and have driven them out scores of times in all revolutions in all countries. History proves it. The facts bear it out. The Narcissuses will talk; the Milyukovs and whiteguards will act.

Milyukov is absolutely right when he says, “If only there is a power shift away from the Bolsheviks, no matter whether it is a little to the right or to the left, the rest will take care of itself.” This is class truth, confirmed by the history of revolutions in all countries, and by the centuries of modern history since the Middle Ages. The scattered small producers, the peasants, are economically and politically united either by the bourgeoisie (this has always been—and will always be—the case under capitalism in all countries, in all modern revolutions), or by the proletariat (that was the case in a rudimentary form for a very short period at the peak of some of the greatest revolutions in modern history; that has been the case in Russia in a more developed form in 1917-21). Only the Narcissuses will talk and dream about a “third” path, and a “third force”.

With enormous difficulty, and in the course of desperate struggles, the Bolsheviks have trained a proletarian vanguard that is capable of governing; they have created and successfully defended the dictatorship of the proletariat. After the test of four years of practical experience, the relation of class forces in Russia has become as clear as day: the steeled and tempered vanguard of the only revolutionary class; the vacillating petty-bourgeois element; and the Milyukovs, the capitalists and landowners, lying in wait abroad and supported by the world bourgeoisie. It is crystal-clear: only the latter are able to take advantage of any “shift of power “, and will certainly do so.

In the 1918 pamphlet I quoted above, this point was put very clearly: “the principal enemy” is the “petty-bourgeois element”. “Either we subordinate it to our control and accounting, or it will overthrow the workers’ power as surely and as inevitably as the revolution was over thrown by the Napoleons and the Cavaignacs who sprang from this very soil of petty proprietorship. This is how the question stands. That is the only view we can take of the matter.” (Excerpt from the pamphlet of May 5, 1918, cf. above.)

Our strength lies in complete clarity and the sober consideration of all the existing class magnitudes, both Russian and international; and in the inexhaustible energy, iron resolve and devotion in struggle that arise from this. We have many enemies, but they are disunited, or do not know their own minds (like all the petty bourgeoisie, all the Martovs and Chernovs, all the non-party elements and anarchists). But we are united—directly among ourselves and indirectly with tbe proletarians of all countries; we know just what we want. That is why we are invincible on a world scale, although this does not in the least preclude the possibility of defeat for individual proletarian revolutions for longer or shorter periods.

There is good reason for calling the petty-bourgeois element an element, for it is indeed something that is most amorphous, indefinite and unconscious. The petty-bourgeois Narcissuses imagine that “universal suffrage” abolishes the nature of the small producer under capitalism. As a matter of fact, it helps the bourgeoisie, through the church, the press, the teachers, the police, the militarists and a thousand and one forms of economic oppression, to subordinate the scattered small producers. Ruin, want and the hard conditions of life give rise to vacillation: one day for the bourgeoisie, the next, for the proletariat. Only the steeled proletarian vanguard is capable of withstanding and overcoming this vacillation.

The events of the spring of 1921 once again revealed the role of the Socialist-Revolutionaries and Mensheviks: they help the vacillating petty-bourgeois element to recoil from the Bolsheviks, to cause a “shift of power” in favour of the capitalists and landowners. The Mensheviks and Socialist-Revolutionaries have now learned to don the “non-party” disguise. This has been fully proved. Only fools now fail to see this and understand that we must not allow ourselves to be fooled. Non-Party conferences are not a fetish. They are valuable if they help us to come closer to the impassive masses—the millions of working people still outside politics. They are harmful if they provide a platform for the Mensheviks and Socialist Revolutionaries masquerading as “non-party” men. They are helping the mutinies, and the whiteguards. The place for Mensheviks and Socialist-Revolutionaries, avowed or in non-party guise, is not at a non-Party conference but in prison (or on foreign journals, side by side with the white guards; we were glad to let Martov go abroad). We can and must find other methods of testing the mood of the masses and coming closer to them. We suggest that those who want to play the parliamentary, constituent assembly and non-Party conference game, should go abroad; over there, by Martov’s side, they can try the charms of “democracy” and ask Wrangel’s soldiers about them. We have no time for this “opposition” at “conferences” game. We are surrounded by the world bourgeoisie, who are watching for every sign of vacillation in order to bring back “their own men”, and restore the landowners and the bourgeoisie. We will keep in prison the Mensheviks and Socialist Revolutionaries, whether avowed or in “non-party” guise.

We shall employ every means to establish closer contacts with the masses of working people untouched by politics— except such means as give scope to the Mensheviks and Socialist-Revolutionaries, and the vacillations that benefit Milyukov. In particular, we shall zealously draw into Soviet work, primarily economic work, hundreds upon hundreds of non-Party people, real non-Party people from the masses, the rank and file of workers and peasants, and not those who have adopted non-party colours in order to crib Menshevik and Socialist-Revolutionary instructions which are so much to Milyukov’s advantage. Hundreds and thousands of non-Party people are working for us, and scores occupy very important and responsible posts. We must pay more attention to the way they work. We must do more to promote and test thousands and thousands of rank-and-file workers, to try them out systematically and persistently, and appoint hundreds of them to higher posts, if experience shows that they can fill them.

Our Communists still do not have a sufficient understanding of their real duties of administration: they should not strive to do “everything themselves”, running themselves down and failing to cope with everything, undertaking twenty jobs and finishing none. They should check up on the work of scores and hundreds of assistants, arrange to have their work checked up from below, i.e., by the real masses. They should direct the work and learn from those who have the knowledge (the specialists) and the experience in organising large-scale production (the capitalists). The intelligent Communist will not be afraid to learn from the military expert, although nine-tenths of the military experts are capable of treachery at every opportunity. The wise Communist will not be afraid to learn from a capitalist (whether a big capitalist concessionaire, a commission agent, or a petty capitalist co-operator, etc.), although the capitalist is no better than the military expert. Did we not learn to catch treacherous military experts in the Red Army, to bring out the honest and conscientious, and, on the whole, to utilise thousands and tens of thousands of military experts? We are learning to do the same thing (in an unconventional way) with engineers and teachers, although we are not doing it as well as we did it in the Red Army (there Denikin and Kolchak spurred us on, compelled us to learn more quickly, diligently and intelligently). We shall also learn to do it (again in an unconventional way) with the commission agents, with the buyers working for the state, the petty capitalist co-operators, the entrepreneur concessionaires, etc.

The condition of the masses of workers and peasants needs to be improved right away. And we shall achieve this by putting new forces, including non-Party forces, to useful work. The tax in kind, and a number of measures connected with it, will facilitate this; we shall thereby cut at the economic root of the small producer’s inevitable vacillations. And we shall ruthlessly fight the political vacillations, which benefit no one but Milyukov. The waverers are many, we are few. The waverers are disunited, we are united. The waverers are not economically independent, the proletariat is. The waverers don’t know their own minds: they want to do something very badly, but Milyukov won’t let them. We know what we want.

And that is why we shall win." (Lenin: "The Tax in Kind" - 21 April, 1921)

* * *

Lenin unmasked the "Workers' Opposition" as the prolonged arm of the anarchist counter-revolution in Kronstadt within the party.

"Comrade Kollontai, for example, said bluntly: 'Lenin’s report evaded Kronstadt.' When I heard that I didn’t know what to say. My report tied in everything—from beginning to end—with the lessons of Kronstadt. If anything, I deserve to be reproached for devoting the greater part of my report to the lessons that flow from the Kronstadt events, and the smaller part to past mistakes, political facts and crucial points in our work, which, in my opinion, determine our political tasks and help us to avoid such mistakes in the future.

I now come to the Workers’ Opposition. You have admitted that you are in opposition. You have come to the Party Congress with Comrade Kollontai’s pamphlet which is entitled 'The Workers’ Opposition'. When you sent in the final proofs, you knew about the Kronstadt events and the rising petty-bourgeois counter-revolution. And it is at a time like this that you come here, calling yourselves a Workers’ Opposition. You don ’t seem to realise the responsibility you are undertaking, and the way you are disrupting our unity!

This is the petty-bourgeois, anarchist element not only among the masses of the workers, but also in our own Party; and that is something we cannot tolerate in any circumstances. (Lenin: (3) Summing-Up Speech On The Report Of The C.C. Of The R.C.P.(B.) ; March 9, 1921

"There has been an unprecedented revival of the various anti-Marxist trends of the Trotzskyists and anarchists who, by infiltrating into various mass movements, especially into those of youth and intellectuals, who seeking to fish in troubled waters, with a view to diverting the masses from the correct road and throwing them into dangerous adventures that lead to grave defeats and disillusionment. Although they frequently come out with ultra revolutionary and anti-revisionist slogans, in fact they play the revisionists' game and together undermine the cause of the revolution."

On the door there knocketh dread—
Briefly pray, for Time is bread.

And ye plow and plant to grow.
And ye rivet and ye sow.
And ye hammer and ye spin—
Say, my people, what ye win.

Weave at loom both day and night,
Mine the coal to mountain height;
Fill right full the harvest horn—
Full to brim with wine and corn.

Yet where is thy meal prepared?
Yet where is thy rest-hour shared?
Yet where is thy warm hearth-fire?
Where is thy sharp sword of ire?

"The Red Peasant International"

(the same name) - Organ of the Red Peasant International

will be published soon ....

Our reestablished RPI continues the world-revolutionary alliance policy of the Comintern and the communist world movement with the poor peasants and agricultural workers all over the world.

The re-establishment of the Red Peasant International as a mass organization of the Comintern (SH) serves the purpose of winning the poor peasants and agricultural workers as allies of the world socialist revolution.

The Sections of the Comintern (SH) form independent revolutionary peasant organizations in their countries and support the revolutionary peasant movements that exist there.

At the time of the Comintern it was important what Lenin taught:

"... give special support to the peasant movement against the landowners, against landed proprietorship, and against all manifestations or survivals of feudalism, and to strive to lend the peasant movement the most revolutionary character by establishing the closest possible alliance between the West European communist proletariat and the revolutionary peasant movement in the East, in the colonies, and in the backward countries generally. It is particularly necessary to exert every effort to apply the basic principles of the Soviet system in countries where pre-capitalist relations predominate—by setting up 'working people’s Soviets' "(Lenin, Volume 31, pages 144-151, Draft Theses for the Second World Congress of the Comintern, 5 June, 1920 )

* * *

Today, there is a new worldwide enemy of the peasant movement, namely the multinational Agrarian capitalists of the world imperialist system. The world socialist revolution cannot be victorious without the alliance with the poor paesants and the peasant laborers.

World imperialism cannot be overthrown without the overthrow of the Agrarian imperialists.

The Red Peasant International of the Comintern (SH) struggles for global collectivization in regard of world socialism.

And in regard of world communism we struggle for the transition of globally collectivized property into globalized property of the entire world society. This transition paves the way to the abolition of property in the widest sense of the word. In a world in which everybody shares everything, property becomes superfluous.

We strive for the removal of the class difference between workers and peasants, because this is required for the abolition of the class society and thus for the establishment of the classless world society.

Messages of Solidarity

MAY 25, 1963 - MAY 25, 2017

Today, we celebrate the 54th anniversary of the African Liberation Day. This is an occasion to greet all exploited and oppressed peoples who struggle for their liberation from imperialist-capitalist enslavement not only in African but all over the world.

The history of African class society is the story of his heroic class struggle against slavery, subjugation and plundering, the history of defeats and victories of his liberation. The peoples of Africa are rich in experience from which they can draw lessons for their total liberation and emancipation. And also the African proletariat is capable to draw lessons from the recent history of the workers movement in Africa. And that goes also for the lessons of the communist movement and, especially for the anti-revisionist struggle in Africa.

African neo-revisionism is the restoration of African revisionism, is reconciliation with revisionism in general, and with Maoism, in particular. The socialist revolution will fail if the communist movement in Africa is not purified from neo-revisionism, as long as neo-revisionist influence is not defeated.

We appeal to those African revolutionaries who are militant fighters against revisionism, neo-revisionism, and especially against Maoism. Today, an African communist is characterized by the ideological demarcation-line between Stalinism-Hoxhaism and Neo-Revisionism. We need African comrades who are implacably against revisionism and social-fascism, and absolutely determined to fight against every revisionist influence among the revolutionary communist- and workers movement in Africa.

It is the core issue of the communist movement in Africa , not to unite with the reformist, revisionist or neo-revisionist elements in the struggle against imperialism, but to fight imperialism and its lackeys by the socialist revolution on the basis of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

The one colonial power replaced the other - but the colonies still remained. The history of imperialist wars in the period of the redivision of Africa is the heroic story of its anti-imperialist wars and liberation struggles of the Africans. Exploiting ruthlessly the world crisis for the purpose to extract ten times more riches from Africa - that is the essence of imperialist parasitism ( the business with starvation, with water, with resources, with weapons, with labor, etc).

Neo-colonialism is the highest stage of colonialism.

Neo-colonialism is a "molted" colonialism, is "decolonialization" in words and re-colonialization in deeds. Neo-colonialism is the highest stage of colonialism - is parasitic, decaying, dying colonialism. Imperialism, itself, destroys its own hinterland. And without its hinterland imperialism is doomed to die.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the teaching of the preparation, recruitment, centralized organization and mobilization of the international proletarian army, in general, and the transformation of the reserves of the imperialist hinterland into new proletarian detachments of the world socialist revolution, in particular.

The October Revolution - exactly 100 years ago - was the first step towards the socialist world revolution. There will be no socialist Africa without applying to the experiences and teachings of the October Revolution. The October Revolution heralded the unification of anti-imperialist war of the world proletariat and the war of liberation of the oppressed peoples. The continuation of the October Revolution and the world socialist revolution is the only way to liberate Africa from imperialist exploitation and oppression.

The weakening of the chain of world imperialism requieres the strengthening of the anti-imperialist chain in Africa.

With the development of capitalism in the colonies, the global development of world imperialism is nearly mature and complete - thus ready for the transformation into world socialism - also in Africa.

The expansion of imperialism in Africa - coupled with so much misery and blood - prepares its own decline and consequently its replacement by socialism. Unavoidably, that will be a new kind of socialism with global features - in the course of the globalization on the African continent and the socialist world revolution.

Africa is on the road back to its roots - to the classless society - and thus on the road towards communism in a classless world !

Long live the 54th anniversary of the African Liberation Day!

Comrades of the African continent !

Build up your strong "African Section" of the Comintern (SH) !

Without a revolutionary organization, which is guided by the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, there will be no communism in Africa !

The conscious and active transformation of the interests of the revolution in Africa into the service of the interests of the socialist world revolution - only this is genuine internationalism of the African working class.

For a socialist Africa in a socialist world !

Establish the proletarian dictatorship in every African country !"

Long live the struggle of African and world workers for their liberation from exploitation and oppression!

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!

Long live world socialist revolution and violent proletarian dictatorship!

Long live world socialism and world communism!

Long live the African Sections of the Comintern (SH)!

Long live the Comintern (SH) – the only true Bolshevist world party!

Messages of Solidarity

of the Russian Section of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Victory Day

On 9th May 2017, we greet all comrades all over the world, who celebrate with us the 72nd anniversary of the defeat of Hitler Fascism - the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

May 9, 1945
Long live Stalin's victory over Hitler's fascism in the Great Patriotic War!

9 May 2017

Victory Day belongs to us and not to Tsar Putin !
For the defeat of imperialist Russia. Let us prevent the 3rd imperialist world war!

The Russian people are now suffering from a more and more intensive exploitation caused by the capitalist crisis in our own country and at the same time we suffer from the embargo of the camp of the Western imperialists. The increasing conflict between the poor and the rich will burst out and unavoidably cause growing protests up to revolutionary uprisings. The main antagonistic contradiction in Russia is that between capital and labour. Therefore the future of Russia will be decided by the class struggle between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat.

The Russian people today suffer under the fascist dictatorship of the monopolist bourgeoisie in our own country. The Russian people suffer especially from the arbitrary of the hated capitalist state machinery. The Russian anti-fascist/anti-social-fascist movement will unavoidably be a transitional movement from a democratic front into the socialist front of the revolution. The Russian fascist state must be destroyed and the state of the dictatorship of the proletariat must be re-established.

The Russian people suffer from the growing war danger. The overall militarization of the Russian society is alarming, and the demagogical war propaganda misuses our Victory Day of May 9, 1945, namely exclusively in the interest of the Russian imperialists who justify their predatory war preparations as alleged "protection of the fatherland". That what they are striving for, is not the protection of the Russian fatherland but only the growing of their profit by means of armament industry for a coming 3rd World War. The Russian imperialists strive for world domination and for this goal they sacrifice the blood of the Russian people and that of other peoples. 1945, the Red Army of the Soviet peoples defeated the fascist occupiers in the enemy's territory. 2017, we have a quite different situation. We must at first struggle against our own enemy in our country. And the main enemy of our country is the bourgeoisie, is the Russian imperialism !

In Russia there is little hope for the desired necessary reforms.
The basic and essential problems for the future Russia and all over the world can only be solved by the world socialist revolution.
The world socialist revolution begins always in the single countries.
The October Revolution could not wait for the revolution in all the other countries. It had to begin in Russia 100 years ago and was victorious. And the continuation of this revolution by now is overdue here in Russia. In the long run, the today's reactionary Russia is only changeable by the socialist revolution of the workers and the poor peasants.

We will no longer tolerate this brutal system of exploitation and oppression in Russia. It is now the main task of our Russian Section of the Comintern (SH) to unify the Russian workers and poor peasants for the preparation, implementation and protection of the armed socialist revolution, in which we will overcome our miserable conditions of life. And we will smash the hated fascist rule of the capitalist state, and last not least, we will cut off the Russian branch which is connected with world imperialism.

This, and nothing else, is the task of the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution.

We organize the class struggle in Russia on the three most important class fronts:

The joint economic struggle of the workers and poor peasants:
against capitalist exploitation, wage robbery, the deterioration of working conditions, unemployment and cuts of social benefits, against forced evictions and expropriations of the small farmers in favour of the Agrarian state monopolies!
In order to overcome the growing disastrous consequences of the capitalist crisis, Russian capitalism must be eliminated.

In the antifascist struggle the corruption of the Russian state must be combated - in which the rich are privileged and the poor discriminated. Our aim is not limited in the destruction of the fascist and corrupt state apparatus. We also struggle for the destruction of all the fascist and social-fascist aid organizations and ideologies of the bourgeoisie. If the Russian working class wants to win in the socialist revolution, one must defeat the Russian counter-revolution. If the Russian people want a democratic Russia, then they need the dictatorship of the proletariat. The struggle against today's terrorism serves the Russian bourgeoisie only as a curtain, behind which she conceals her class struggle against the proletariat and the poor peasants.

Russian imperialism is forced to stabilize its system of exploitation and oppression in order to cope with the increasing tendency of instability, convulsions and final collapse of world imperialism. What is then - in contrast - the task of the Russian revolutionaries ? The strengthening of the Russian anti-imperialist front through systematical destabilization and weakening of the Russian imperialism by all means!
In the anti-imperialist struggle, the greatest possible damage must be inflicted on Russian imperialism in our own country. The war in Ukraine and Syria are further steps taken by Russian imperialism to prepare for the Third World War. Whoever fights for the defeat of imperialism in one's "own" country is not a "traitor of the fatherland", is not a Trotskyite, but a true proletarian internationalist, a genuine world revolutionary, a steadfast Bolshevik who resists all sorts of bourgeois ideological poison of superpower chauvinism.

In the Great Patriotic War, socialism was defended against the Hitler Fascists. The defense of the socialist fatherland was then the duty of the entire world proletariat.

In contrast, the essence of today's Russian imperialism does not at all consist in defending the socialist fatherland. Russian imperialism came into being in consequence of the restauration of capitalism in the Soviet Union. Russian imperialism consists in its military, political, and economic urge for (territorial) expansion, not for the restoration of socialism but for the restoration of the old Russian Empire. Its goal is world domination, namely to exploit and suppress other peoples in order to increase maximum profit.

The Russian imperialists point to the dirty hands of the other imperialist powers, while they hide the blood of foreign peoples on their own hands.

A true Russian communist is the most dangerous enemy of Russian imperialism and we declare categorically to the public world, to be neither on the side of the Western imperialist powers, nor on the side of the Eastern imperialist powers. We Russian Communists, instead, take part in the international anti-imperialist front and in solidarity with all the peoples who are fighting for the revolutionary abolition of the TOTAL SYSTEM of world imperialism - including Russian imperialism.

Today's worldwide propaganda battles belong to the war preparations of every individual imperialist power. In essence, this is part of the overall anti-communist propaganda of the world bourgeoisie against the world proletariat. And it is our duty to fight against the anti-communist propaganda of the Russian imperialists by all means - inclusively against the neo-revisionist propaganda of all hues. The propaganda of world imperialism is the propaganda of the world bourgeoisie, which is directed primarily against the world proletariat and the socialist world revolution. That is the crucial point. Putin's propaganda is part of the propaganda of the imperialist world system and not only directed against the Russian proletariat but against the entire world proletariat.

Putin's political power is based not only on the support of the Russian bourgeoisie, but moreover on his promise and assurance towards all the other imperialists with whom he is doing business, namely to protect the imperialist world from a repitition of the October revolution. World imperialism undertakes Putin to maintain and ensure the stability of "social order" in Russia. And this is why Putin drives a hard bargain for appropriate guarantees and concessions from the imperialist world that can lead increasingly to war danger. In truth, we witness the revival of the reactionary role of Russia , namely to strengthen the whole reactionary world (see: Lenin on the international reactionary role of tsarism).

The propaganda front of world imperialism is directed against the world proletariat and the peoples of the world, against their struggle for the revolutionary liberation from world imperialism. We oppose this world-imperialist propaganda by our own world-proletarian propaganda, based on the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism. Anyone who wants to eliminate world-imperialist propaganda must eliminate world imperialism itself. But this is completely impossible without propaganda for the socialist world revolution. Today the Comintern (SH) is the only political force in Russia to promote propaganda for the socialist world revolution.

The Russian Section of the Comintern (SH) is the only force that fights imperialism in its own country, in Russia:
Not as a willing tool on behalf of competing Western imperialism but on behalf of the socialist revolution of the world proletariat and the anti-imperialist liberation struggle of all oppressed and exploited peoples of the world. Whoever conceals, distorts, or denies this truth is a revisionist, a social chauvinist, who is trying to whitewash the crimes of Russian imperialism covered behind "socialist" phrases.

At that time, in order to transform our great Stalinist Soviet Union into a social imperialist country, the Soviet revisionists were compelled to assassinate Stalin and carry out a brutal campaign of de-Stalinization. Different today. In order to save today's imperialist Russia from its downfall, the neo-revisionists use the magic hood of "Stalinism" to conceal their intentions of super power chauvinism. Russian revisionism was the ideology of the grave-diggers of the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin. And the Russian neo-revisionists of today are playing the doctor to save the dying Russian imperialism. The neo-revisionists are the fire extinguisher of the socialist revolution in Russia.

One can not save Russian imperialism, neither by means of the parliamentary or open way of fascism, nor by means of revisionism and social-fascism. One either goes down with Russian imperialism, or one follows the October Revolution and smashes again Russian imperialism - there is no other solution and there will be no other solution for the Russian Section of the Comintern (SH).

The celebrations of our Victory Day will always be abused in the interest of Russian imperialism as long as Russian imperialism exists. However, the Russian imperialist state can not be anything but an enemy of the socialist state. Thus, if the Russian imperialist state celebrates 9 May 1945, then this is done not in the interest of socialism, not in the interests of the proletariat, not in the interest of peace, but solely in the interest of imperialism, in the interest of monopoly bourgeoisie and her predatory wars.

On May 9, 1945, the Socialist Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin celebrated the victory over Hitler's fascism. However, on May 9, 2017, the anti-communist, imperialist Russia under Czar Putin demonstrated its power in face of all other imperialist powers. May 9, 2017 is a symbol of bourgeois Russian nationalism and chauvinism . Putin shouts: "Russia first" and he's falsely taking all the credit of our Victory Day. Trump shouts, "America first." But we, the communists answer:
"Proletarian internationalism- first !
Solidarity with the entire exploited and oppressed world - first !

"World Revolution - first!"
World communism - first!"

Whoever does not want to perceive this irreconcilable difference between the then and present Russia - between socialism yesterday and imperialism today - can not be a true defender of the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin. The neo-revisionist organisations in Russia are anti-fascist in words and fascist in deeds - namely social-fascists, enemies of the proletariat and the proletarian revolution, bootlicker of imperialist Russia.

Anyone who is really conscious about the communist meaning of Victory Day, has to keep proletarian internationalism high and to fight against Russian imperialism until complete destruction. Even after 100 years, the October Revolution teaches the destruction of the dictatorship of the bourgeosie and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Everything else is revisionist betrayal, which we unmask and combat.

Long live the socialist world revolution
- the only way to save the world from capitalism, war and fascism!

Anyone who supports world imperialism will perish in world imperialism!
Anyone who supports Russian imperialism will perish in Russian imperialism!

One hundred years ago Russia's future lay in the proletarian internationalist struggle for world socialism!

Today, just as 100 years ago, the future of Russia lies in the hands of the working class and the poor peasants.

For world socialism, under the banner of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, under the leadership of our Russian Section of the Comintern (SH) !

Long live the 9th of May, 1945 !

Let us fulfill the legacy of the Victory Day by our struggle for preventing a 3rd world war!

Long live our Russian Section!

Long live the Comintern (SH)!

Messages of Solidarity

Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of

Karl Marx’s 199th anniversary

We greet all the Marxists throughout the world, because today we celebrate the 199th birthday of Karl Marx, the birthday of our first Classic of Marxism-Leninism.

Today is the birthday of one of the greatest revolutionaries of human history. Let us begin to prepare the 200th birthday in the next year 2018. The Comintern (SH) decided to celebrate the year 2018 as the "YEAR OF KARL MARX".

As the leader of the proletarians of all countries, Karl Marx has put all his revolutionary thinking and his selfless revolutionary activities in the service of the liberation of the international working class.

Karl Marx was the founder of scientific communism. He created the ideology of the proletariat and became the great leader and teacher of the world proletariat.

How did Karl Marx influence Russia before, during and after the October Revolution?

We would like to answer this question in only three brief points:

Firstly, Karl Marx proved that the existence of classes is tied to certain historical developmental struggles of production;

Secondly, Karl Marx taught that class struggle necessarily leads to the dictatorship of the proletariat;

Thirdly, Karl Marx discovered that this dictatorship itself is only the transition to the abolition of all classes and to a classless society. (From a letter of Marx to Kugelmann, published only 10 years before the October Revolution, by Franz Mehring on March 5, 1852. Lenin's work on "State and Revolution", which he had written a month before the October Revolution, relates to this letter.)

1. Even before the first Russian revolution of 1905, Lenin had, with the aid of Marxism, analyzed the classes in Russia and linked them to the development struggles of production in capitalist Russia [Lenin:"The Development of Capitalism in Russia"]. It was then Stalin, who proved that the development of socialist classes is determined by the development of the socialist economy. It was also Stalin who discovered that the creation of the classless society is based on the conformation of the property of the collective farms to the level of general popular property. And it was again Enver Hoxha, who showed that, after Stalin's death, the restoration of bourgeois class society was based on the restoration of the capitalist mode of production in the Soviet Union.

2. The October Revolution, the highest form of class struggle in Russia, necessarily led to the dictatorship of the Russian proletariat. The October revolution was the first socialist revolution in the world and is considered victorious because it led to the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat. The October Revolution was the beginning of the world revolution, the highest form of globalized class struggle. The victory of the world socialist revolution is expressed by the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.

3. The dictatorship of the proletariat in the Soviet Union formed the transition to the abolition of all classes, to classless society, but was restricted by the still existing capitalist encirclement of the Soviet Union, which made the maintenance and further strengthening of the dictatorship of the proletariat unavoidable. On the basis of the fatal experience with the restoration of capitalism in the Soviet Union, Stalinism-Hoxhaism teaches that only the dictatorship of the world proletariat will remove the inevitability of the restoration of the antagonistic class society, thus assuring the transition to the classless society in the sense of Karl Marx.

According to the teachings of Karl Marx, the existence of the classless world society is tied to the world-communist mode of production. The free association of the producers is based on the development struggles of the communist production - namely increasing level of production up to the optimum coverage of the social needs by means of the progressive elimination of all forms of ownership of the means of production - that is, the classless world society is based on the conformity of the development of communist productive forces with the development of communist relations of production. The transformation of private ownership at the means of production into socialized world property is itself only the transition to the abolition of any kind of property in the world.

* * *

Frederick Engels, in his preface to the second Russian edition of the "Communist Manifesto" in 1882 - that is, 35 years before the October Revolution - wrote in remarkable foresight:

"Russia forms the vanguard of revolutionary action in Europe. If the Russian Revolution becomes the signal for a proletarian revolution in the West, so that both complement each other, the present Russian common ownership of land may serve as the starting point for a communist development."

In a certain manner, Friedrich Engels thus had forseen the road from the October revolution to the construction of communism "in one country".

Before the Communist Revolution, the Russian Empire was a monarchy, ruled by a tsar. Russia was largely an agricultural country and was in the very early stages of industrialization during Marx's lifetime, namely in contrast to the developed industrial countries in the West. Because of this, the Russian government didn't consider Marx's writings to pose a serious threat. Marx's writings were allowed to be distributed in Russia even though they were banned in many other countries. It was therefore no wonder that Marxism threatened to become a hollow phrase by Russian legalism. But Lenin was the victor in the implacable struggle against these falsifiers of Marxism in Russia, against the so-called "legalist Marxists" (Struvists) who concealed their bourgeois liberalism behind Marxist phrases.

Marx's writings had a profound impact on Vladimir Lenin. As early as 1886 the student Lenin put his hands on Karl Marx's "Capital" (today, we are celebrating its 150th anniversary). For Lenin this book became the starting point for the victory of the revolution of 1917. With Marx's writings Lenin entered the path of the revolution, who was arrested for the first time as a 17 years old boy. In banishment, he took part in various student circles, who studied the works of Karl Marx. It was Lenin, who raised the Marxist revolutionary banner, when the capitalist world entered the epoch of imperialism at the end of the nineteenth century. Lenin became not only the greatest Marxist of Russia but the greatest Marxist in the world, the third Classic of Marxism-Leninism. Lenin was the first to confirm the correctness of Marxism by practice, namely by the victory of the October revolution. Through Lenin, the leader of the October Revolution, the teachings of Marx influenced decisively the victory of the October revolution. Lenin's doctrine that there is no revolutionary movement without revolutionary theory also applies to 1917, for without revolutionary Marxism there would be no October revolution.

As Lenin wrote in his book, Left-Wing Communism, an infantile disorder:

"Bolshevism arose in 1903 on the very firm foundation of the Marxist theory." (Lenin, vol. 31)

And the correctness of this - and only this revolutionary theory has been proved by the victory of the October Revolution and will be proved by the socialist world revolution, too.

In his letter to the Central Committee of the R.S.D.L.P.(B.), Lenin wrote on September 13, 1917 ["Marxism and Insurrection"]:

"Marxists are accused of Blanquism for treating 'insurrection as an art' (quotation from Marx)!

To be successful, insurrection must rely not upon conspiracy and not upon a party, but upon the advanced class. That is the first point. Insurrection must rely upon a revolutionary upsurge of the people. That is the second point. Insurrection must rely upon that turning-point in the history of the growing revolution when the activity of the advanced ranks of the people is at its height, and when the vacillations in the ranks of the enemy and in the ranks of the weak, half-hearted and irresolute friends of the revolution are strongest. That is the third point. And these three conditions for raising the question of insurrection distinguish Marxism from Blanquism.

Once these conditions exist, however, to refuse to treat insurrection as an art is a betrayal of Marxism and a betrayal of the revolution." (Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 26, pp. 22-27)

What are the Marxist rules about the art of insurrection that Lenin implemented so successfully in the October revolution?

"Now, insurrection is an art quite as much as war or any other, and subject to certain rules of proceeding, which, when neglected, will produce the ruin of the party neglecting them.

Firstly, never play with insurrection unless you are fully prepared to face the consequences of your play.

Insurrection is a calculus with very indefinite magnitudes, the value of which may change every day;

the forces opposed to you have all the advantage of organization, discipline, and habitual authority: unless you bring strong odds against them you are defeated and ruined.

Secondly, the insurrectionary career once entered upon, act with the greatest determination, and on the offensive.

The defensive is the death of every armed rising;

it is lost before it measures itself with its enemies. Surprise your antagonists while their forces are scattering, prepare new successes, however small, but daily;

keep up the moral ascendancy which the first successful rising has given to you; rally those vacillating elements to your side which always follow the strongest impulse, and which always look out for the safer side;

force your enemies to a retreat before they can collect their strength against you; in the words of Danton, the greatest master of revolutionary policy yet known, de l'audace, de l'audace, encore de l'audace! (Karl Marx/Friedrich Engels, Collected Works, VOLUME 11, page 86 - Revolution and Counter-Revolution in Germany - 1852)

The genius teachings of Marx and Engels on the uprising generalized Lenin in October 1917 to a closed system. The art of insurrection was brought by him into the form of concrete, clear rules, which were the concentrated expression of the experiences of all armed uprisings since known to history.

Lenin drew up the following plan of the insurrection:

"Surround and cut off Petrograd; take it by means of a combined attack by the fleet, the workers and the army;" combine these three main forces in such a way "as to make certain of occupying and holding at no matter what it costs:

(a) the telephone exchange; (b) the chief telegraph office; (c) the railroad station; (d) above all the bridges". For the most important operations special shock units should be formed of the "most resolute" elements - the best workers, and the young workers; the best of the sailors, the most daring men, whose motto should be: "We shall die to a man, but the enemy shall not pass". Success in the Surrection demands art and triple daring.

"The success of both the Russian and the World Revolution depends upon two or three days of fighting." (Lenin, Collected Works, English edition, Book II, pp 98-99)

Marx died in 1884 but it needed 33 years until his prophecy of the inevitable victory of the communist revolution accomplished in 1917. Marxism was central to Lenin's Bolsheviks and played a key role, especially in the founding of the R.S.D.L.P.(B.), the October Revolution, and the Soviet Union until the death of Stalin. Afterwards, Marxism, without which there would have been no October revolution and no Soviet Union, was betrayed by modern revisionists. There is no ideology in the world that has been betrayed and distorted more than Marxism.

In particular, the world bourgeoisie will take the opportunity of Karl Marx's coming 200th birthday to rekindle the fire of bourgeois anti-Marxism. On today's birthday, but especially on the 200th birthday of Karl Marx, we like to repeat the truth that Lenin described exactly 100 years ago in "State and Revolution":

"What is now happening to Marx's theory has, in the course of history, happened repeatedly to the theories of revolutionary thinkers and leaders of oppressed classes fighting for emancipation. During the lifetime of great revolutionaries, the oppressing classes constantly hounded them, received their theories with the most savage malice, the most furious hatred and the most unscrupulous campaigns of lies and slander. After their death, attempts are made to convert them into harmless icons, to canonize them, so to say, and to hallow their names to a certain extent for the “consolation” of the oppressed classes and with the object of duping the latter, while at the same time robbing the revolutionary theory of its substance, blunting its revolutionary edge and vulgarizing it. Today, the bourgeoisie and the opportunists within the labor movement concur in this doctoring of Marxism. They omit, obscure, or distort the revolutionary side of this theory, its revolutionary soul. They push to the foreground and extol what is or seems acceptable to the bourgeoisie. All the social-chauvinists are now “Marxists” (don't laugh!). And more and more frequently German bourgeois scholars, only yesterday specialists in the annihilation of Marxism, are speaking of the “national-German” Marx, who, they claim, educated the labor unions which are so splendidly organized for the purpose of waging a predatory war! " (Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 15, first paragraph of chapter 1)

Today, on the occasion of the 199th birthday, we are preparing ourselves for the ideological battle in the coming year 2018 against the Marx falsifiers of all directions. Let us concentrate on the struggle against the neo-revisionists. They withhold the truth, namely that the modern revisionists masked the restoration of capitalism with Marxism. The neo-revisionists try this, just for the purpose to prevent the restoration of socialism by means of the re-establishment of the power of the revisionists.

Let us learn from Lenin, who , exactly in October 1917, had unmasked those criminal "Marxists" who dared to "warn" of an alleged "military conspiracy" ( Blanquism) in a situation when the insurrection was already placed on the agenda:

"Marxism is an extremely profound and many-sided doctrine. It is, therefore, no wonder that scraps of quotations from Marx—especially when the quotations are made inappropriately—can always be found among the "arguments" of those who break with Marxism." (Lenin’s Collected Works, Volume 26, pp.214-215)

In vain attempts, the bourgeoisie defined the revisionist betrayal, the restoration of capitalism, an alleged "failure of Marxism". That is a lie. The correctness of Marxism will be proved by the restoration of socialism on a world scale.

Marxism is indelible.
Today the Comintern (SH) is the only true defender of Karl Marx and all other 4 Classics. We emphasize again, and we will continue to stress, namely that it is impossible even to defend a single Classic, without defending simultaneously all the other four classics.

Guided by the invincible teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism we are marching resolutely towards world socialist revolution, towards the dictatorship of the world proletariat towards world socialism and world communism.

We swear to fulfill the great legacy that Karl Marx has left us.

Long live Karl Marx' 199th birthday!

Let us commonly prepare the necessary activities for the "Karl-Marx-Year in 2018 !

Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

Proletarians of all countries - unite!

World proletariat - unite all countries!

Down with the open, reactionary anti-Marxism!

Down with the betrayal of the revisionists and neo-revisionists of Marxism!

Long live the Stalinist-Hoxhaism that enhanced teaching of Marxism-Leninism in the world today!

Long live the proletarian internationalism!

Long live the proletarian, socialist world revolution!

Long live the dictatorship of the world proletariat!

5th of May, 2017

On May 5, 1942, Qemal Stafa, Political Secretary of the Communist Youth organization, was killed in battle with the fascists in Tirana.
Qemal Stafa
The Party was shedding the blood of its finest sons and daughters for the cause of freedom. One and a half months later, three communists, Perlat Rexhepi, Branko Kadia and Jordan Misja, besieged in a house in Shkodra, fought the fascist troops with unprecedented heroism for hours on end.

"When the Communist Party of Albania issued the clarion call to save our beloved Homeland from the clutches of fascism, the Albanian youth were the first to respond to this call, were the first to hurl themselves into struggle, flocked into the guerilla units in the towns and the mountains, composed of the finest sons of our people, filled the ranks of the partisan bataillons which were expanded into brigades and divisions and which, today, constitute our regular National Liberation Army!" (ENVER HOXHA)

Although Albania then had a population of only one million, it made a valuable contribution to the cause to defeat fascism. It pinned down 15 Italian and German divisions, putting out of action 70,000 enemies killed, wounded and taken prisoner. 700,000 fascist tropps trampled the 28,000 square kilometres which is the total area of Albania. For every square kilometer one freedom fighter gave ~his life. Whole districts and cities were razed to the ground. The economy of the country was totally devastated. On the eve of liberation, the Albanian National Army had in its ranks 70,000 partisans incorporated in three army corps (six divisions). The great victories of the National Liberation War became the basis of the post-Liberation victories. Always under the leadership of the Communist Party (PLA) of Albania, Albania was marching with sure steps towards the complete construction of socialism.
"What we need in Albania, today, that is the revolutionary spirit, the confidence in victory and sacrifice of the communist heroes of the national anti-fascist liberation war."

Report of our Yugoslav Section

Storming of the Parliament in Skopje

The Comintern (SH) expresses solidarity with the protesters in Macedonia, who protest against the current ruling bourgeois regime in Macedonia.

Simultaneously, we proletarian internationalists fight against some reactionary nationalist protesters, instigated by the bourgeois political parties who try to spread hatred among the different nationalities in Macedonia. We strive for the friendship among the people of Macedonia, because we are for the re-unification of the Yugoslav peoples in a socialist Yugoslavia.

These nationalist and chauvinist elements try to insite the people for their aims of '"Greater Albania". The rights of the Albanian people, their uniqueness, originality, equality, their unique ethnic area are abused for daily political purposes. Albanians are not and can not be a minority, but an equal nation, fairly represented by the peoples power. Also, Macedonia, one of the successor states of Yugoslavia, must face up to its past after Second World War, and that is that the UDBA, with Rankovic headed, responsible for a series of crimes against the Albanian population, deportation, harassment, etc.

We fight for friendship and not nationalist hatred among the different nationalities in Macedonia !

For a Socialist Macedonia in socialist Yugoslavia!

Down with the bourgeois government in Macedonia!

Long live the socialist revolution in Macedonia and all over the former Yugoslavia !

Nationalist hatred can only be overcome by the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat !

Long live proletarian internationalism in Macedonia and all over the world !

Long live the

14th anniversary of

the re-foundation

of the

Red International of the Labour Unions !

May 1, 2003 - May 1, 2017

Today, we send militant greetings to all members of the RILU and to all revolutionary unionists all over the world.

To the same degree as the economic crisis endangers the

basic survival needs of the working class in the long run, the political crisis endangers increasingly the global political system of capitalist exploitation and causes further fascist degeneration which will inrease in 2017.

Shortages can be bridged for a certain time but not sustainably.

Sustainable shortages of the basic survival needs of the working class cause inevitably shortages in the hopes and trusts in capitalism and its political system. The mistrust in capitalism and its political system increased enormously in the years since the beginning of the world crisis in 2008.

Also in 2017, broadest mass movements take place on all continents against the aggravation of livelihood, worsening of working conditions, unemployment, shortage of income and wages, and emergency in education and health-care. The peoples defend themselves in mass-actions on the street against austerity measures of the capitalist states. In many countries strikes and even general strikes are on the agenda organized by reformist and revisionist organizations which have still dominating influence on the mass-movements. This influence has to be unmasked and combated.

In the next years we will unfold our revolutionary activity within the largest industrial companies of the world. We will concentrate on the international workers of the heavy industry.

We will not limit our organizational aims on Stalinist-Hoxhaists revolutionary cells in the single countries but directly and globally organize the workers in the world largest industrial monopolies!

We plan for the beginning of the year 2018 to create special (global) websites on the most important fields of industry, such as the "Website of the global oilworker" - "Website of the global miner" - "Website of the global car worker" (etc.) in which we will represent the demands and interests of these industrial workers on a global scale and support the global solidarity and unification of their struggle against the tripple alliance between global state-systems, capitalist multi-national companies and international organizations of yellow trade unions.

The world capitalists have already begun with the so-called "Fifth technological level" which is characterized by reduction of a share of workers in production and increase in a share of industrial robots. It will even more aggravate the current disgusting position of industrial workers, and their considerable part leaves without work. On a global scale rationalization will lead to the unemployment of hundreds of millions industrial workers. This challenge of global class struggle must be tackled in the coming years.

"The Communist International attaches great importance to the question of the solution of the danger of a new imperialist war. We must mobilize the wide proletarian masses in the struggle against war.

We are just before the outbreak of a new world war. If we strengthen work directly with workers of the largest industrial monopoly of the world, we will be able quicker to develop our forces, to attract new shots, and also to create our cells in these plants and to use them in the future as levers for strikes that will undermine the main income of the capitalist states which they use for kindling and conducting military operations. In a word - the key to easing of danger of world war lies in centralizing the struggle within the nations on a global scale. The key role will be played by the world industrial workers. And it is our duty to unite their struggle globally.

This must be the main task of the RILU from now on.

* * *

Forteen years have passed by when this historical re-foundation document was published -thus for the first time after dissolution of the RILU in 1937.

It was no coincidence that the Communist International (Stalinist Hoxhaists) had re-founded the Red International of Labour Unions, firstly for the purpose to support the proletarians with the creating of their independent revolutionary unions in their own country, and secondly for the purpose, to strengthen the global revolutionary union movement, as an instrument for the revolutionary overthrow of world capitalism.

The RILU was founded in the foresight, that the trade union movement against global capitalism will unavoidably generate its new global forms. The RILU is a globally centralized bulwark against the globalization of the Yellow Unions, these exploitive instruments in the hands of the world capitalists.

In the ongoing process of the internationalization of trade union struggle, the RILU has a dual purpose:

1. Under the terms of the domination of the global capital, the today's worker needs not only the solidarity of his colleagues in his own country, but the globally organized solidarity of the entire world proletariat.
The global competition and split among workers in different countries can only be counteracted by the basic principle of the Red International of the Labour Unions:

A global negotiating table for the enforcement of equal demands of the workers in exclusively every country of the world.

The Red International of the Labour Unions is the leader of the new globally unionized battle-field between global labour and global capital.

On this unionized global battle-field all the national revolutionary unions play their role as the detachments of the Red International of the Labour Unions which coordinates collectively all the global actions in every country of the world.

2. First, the organizing of solidarity with the revolutionary trade union struggle is needed, primarily in those countries where workers' rights are most cruelly trampled.
The current free fall of world wages ( wage dumping) must be stopped by global battle actions, organized by the RILU.
In the course of this global struggle for wages, the activity of the Red Trade Union International is expanding, such as the general improvement of working conditions, etc.
Eventually, the expansion of the influence of the global front of the revolutionary trade unions gains in importance over the whole global labor world. The struggle to improve the lives of the workers is turned by the RILU into a fight for the revolutionary bursting of all global chains of wage slavery.

By these world battles, the elements on the side of world labour, as well as the elements of the world capital become more and more polarized. Once arrived at this point, the Red International of Labour Unions will be able to fulfill its political tasks, namely to finally repeal the ruinous labour competition on a global scale, and to abolish the enslaving global capitalist labour market.

Without the international unification of the revolutionary trade union movement, the international labor movement is powerless. Any unorganized spontaneity is in the interest of the capitalists and doomed to the defeat. The international labour movement will stay on shaky ground. It is only as strong as the strength of its organizational global centralization.

The Red International of the Labour Unions is an organization that covers the world proletariat in its entirety, but it is not qualified to realize the world dictatorship of the proletariat. The RILU cannot replace the most decisive role of the Communist International. The RILU is only a part of various world-organizations of the proletariat, all of which are functioning as gears in the transmission of the international class struggle (=transformation belts of the world socialist revolution).

The world dictatorship of the proletariat can only be realized by means of the leadership of its vanguard, through the world-proletarian party, which is closely linked to the RILU.
Without this mutual mechanism, the transition from world imperialism to world socialism can not be achieved.

What is the dialectical relationship between the national and international revolutionary trade union movement, especially in the fight against the globally organized system of wage slavery ?

The yellow unions are instruments of imperialism for suppression and splitting of the revolutionary proletariat. The global capitalists need Yellow Unions to protect their global system of wage slavery. They need the Yellow Unions as bulwarks against revolutionary Unions whose goal it is to destroy the wage slavery globally.

In the interest of securing the global profit maximization, it is inevitable for the world bourgeoisie, to integrate the national Yellow Trade Unions in a global instrument for the regulation of wage slavery.

This globalized system of Yellow Trade Unions thus has the task of transforming the strike-breaking in the various countries into global strike-breaking.

This is the crucial feature of the present globalization of the system of Yellow Trade Unions.

The Yellow Trade Unions of individual countries must be integrated into a single, centralized instrument of the global capital. Only this way, labour force becomes more disposable and flexible for its global exploitation. This means that the barriers of their reactionary, national guild-system must fall, which has hampered tremendously the revolutionary development of the labor movement in each country and particularly on a global scale.

This is therefore not about the pure continuation of the old Amsterdam International, which acted mainly against the revolutionary, class-struggle unionism in the individual countries. An international umbrella organisation is no longer needed, where the single Yellow Trade Unions represented the preferred interests of their own national bourgeoisie who struggled for a hegemonial position among the imperialist "Great" powers. Today, it is rather a globalized Yellow Trade Union movement of the globalized world capitalism, ie. the formation of a new global system of Yellow Trade Unions for the purpose, to bridle the entire world of labour. This globalized system acts into the countries' unions, keeps them under pressure to deepen the international split of the world proletariat in each country.

What does this mean in regard to the future struggle of the world-revolutionary Trade Unions of the international working class ?

For the world revolutionary trade union movement it is very important that the nationalist backwardness of the Yellow Unions falls. The interests of the whole world proletariat are higher than the interests in a single country. The globalization of trade union movement helps us to spread the communist ideas of proletarian internationalism around the world. This concerns both the world proletariat as a whole and the revolutionary trade union movement in every country of the world.

The more the globalized world capital exercises pressure on individual unions, the more urgent is the global association of red unions. The globalization is the characteristic tendency of the changing world movement of the working class, including its revolutionary trade unions. Under the conditions of globalization, the centralized work of the RILU is indispensable for the revolutionary trade unions in every country. And without support of the red trade unions in the countries the RILU cannot defeat the world headquarters of the social-imperialist unions.

The spirit of proletarian internationalism must completely determine the red trade unions in individual countries. The world-revolutionary power of all red Trade Unions can not be fully unfolded without overcoming national isolation and without getting rid of stubborn national narrow-mindedness. The revolutionary trade unions of the countries are indivisible part of the internationalist world movement of the Trade Unions. This relationship is equal to the togetherness of the proletariat of different countries ( as parts), and the world proletariat (as a whole). The strengthening of the revolutionary Trade Unions in the countries and their integration into the whole revolutionary world movement is a task which can only be solved by mutual efforts of the red trade union of a country and the Red International of the Labour Unions. This way it is possible and necessary to destroy the global system of the Yellow Tradeunionism.
That - and only that - is the only guarantee of victory over the yellow union in one's own country under the present conditions of the globalized wage slavery!

So to speak, the world capital transforms all national yellow unions into a global system which is needed to cope with the sharpening contradictions and competition between national labor and global labor.

As a result of the creation of a yellow world union, the globalized revolutionary world union enters unavoidably the world arena.
Without the creation of the RILU can the yellow union neither disappear from the historical world stage, nor from the historical stage in individual countries. The world proletariat can not unite the countries for the socialist world revolution if the revolutionary trade unions of the countries are not united - in their struggle against Yellow Unionism:

"World proletariat - unite the revolutionary trade unions of all countries !"

This is the world revolutionary slogan to solve the union's world crisis.

Marxism-Leninism teaches that the world proletariat cannot adopt the apparatus of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie. In the contrary, the world proletariat must destroy it completely and must establish its own dictatorship upon the ruins of the bourgeois world dictatorship. From this it follows that:

The global apparatus of the capitalist reactionary Trade Unions (inclusively the reformist-revisionist and syndicalist ones !) is integral part of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie. Therefore, this global system of bourgeois Trade Unions cannot be adopted by the world proletariat. In the contrary, the world proletariat has to destroy it completely and to establish a global system of socialist trade unions as part of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.

It cannot be excluded that the capitalist trade union can be defeated in one's own country. Certainly, but this costs much more sacrifices - namely as long as the capitalist trade union is backed by the whole world capitalist system.

It is a matter of fact that this defeat can not at all be guaranteed, because capitalist trade unions will be unavoidably be restored - namely as long as the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie exists. If you want to abolish the inevitability of the restoration of reactionary trade unions, you need the word dictatorship of the proletariat.

We must combat those elements who only agree with us in words. These opportunist elements are neither able nor willing to follow us in our actions. We know only too well from our own experiences how heavy and dangerous it is to implement the revolutionary line within the reactionary trade unions. This struggle is sometimes harder than in a capitalist factory - particularly, if the reactionary labour leaders cooperate with the capitalist owners of a factory behind your back. That's why some "leftist" comrades withdraw from this indispensable struggle within the reactionary trade unions. They cannot stand the daily massive pressure. We must fight at the forefront , and that is always there where the workers are organized - in the trade unions !
And most difficult is the purification of agents of the Yellow Trade Unions who penetrate our ranks for the only purpose to degenerate and liquidate our trade union's organizations from inside.

Red trade union in words - yellow trade union in deeds - that's revisionism in the question of the trade unions !

The essential goal of the opportunists is this: Trying to adapt our Stalinist-Hoxhaist line to the revisionist-reformist line in the question of the trade unions.

The struggle between the revolutionary and the reactionary line in the question of the trade unions is one of the most difficult and sharpest battle-fields of communist class struggle. This requires a very high quality and a lot of experiences. All the leaders of the RILU should have passed many years of class-struggle in Trade Unions and factories in which class struggle is a profound school of communism.

Only the victory of the RILU can guarantee the elimination of the inevitability of counter-revolutionary trade unions who are one of the most important instruments of protecting the interests of capital against the interests of labour by means of the so called "inner social peace".
The essential task of the RILU is wage an globally organized war against the Yellow Trade Unions with the goal to gain the power of the world proletariat. Thus, RILU is a central and indispensable instrument of the socialist world revolution.

Today, there is no more important task for a class-conscious trade-unionist than to propagate, prepare and implement the world-revolutionary class-struggle within the Yellow trade unions.

The creation of the Red Trade Union in any country, under conditions of globalization, can therefore not pass off straight-lined, and can not be separated from the development of the international trade union movement.

The RILU is a necessary global basis and lever for the creation of Red Unions in single countries, respectively for organizing Revolutionary Oppositions within the Yellow Trade Unions.

The yellow union survives in the labor movement as long as the workers hesitate, to create their Trade Union with its own revolutionary class character. Daily and hourly, the yellow union leaders undermine the revolutionary class consciousness of the unionists by their bourgeois and petty-bourgeois ideology. Their anti-communism assumes shapes of social-fascism, discrimination, mobbing and expulsions. In some statutes of Yellow Trade Unions the communist workers are excluded from becoming members.

Despite their increasing social-fascist character, the bourgeois trade unions are still worshiped as an alleged "sacred cow" that are not allowed to be slaughtered. At least, bourgeois trade unions are still tolerated as a so called "petty evil" by many colleagues.

This superstition will be removed, and this myth is overcome only if the workers have completely understood, that a class union of the bourgeoisie can never represent the interests of the working class. Bourgeois trade unions are unions of strikebreakers, lackeys of the capitalists and the capitalist state !

For over 100 years, the bourgeoisie splits the trade unionists, and there are two lines in the world trade union movement - the revolutionary and the reactionary line. The RILU was and is again the most effective tool to overcome the split of the world proletariat.
A union can not serve two masters at the same time. The union has to serve exclusively the workers. Therefore, the yellow union must be beaten out of the hands of the capitalists.

Even some comrades, who call themselves "communists", shy away from this revolutionary task. This weakness of some communists is nowhere more obvious than in the question of the trade union. Some comrades refer to Lenin, who spoke of the "teething troubles" of communism 100 years ago ( and he was right at that time). Comrades ! 100 years have passed, and Lenin would have written about the "infirmities of old age". We Communists may not sin against the workers in the question of the trade union. 100 years of predomination of reformism and revisionism in the question of the trade union is enough! We need to act as genuine revolutionaries, and that is: to completely abandon all reformist and revisionist remainders.

If the question of the trade union paralyzes the unity of the Marxist-Leninist world movement, then we must "take the bull by the horns", that is, to find and implement a correct Marxist-Leninist solution which is valid in the present conditions of globalization.

When the RILU was re-established on May First 2003, it joined with its platform before the world proletariat:

The Red International of the Labour Unions is an organization of the Comintern (SH), a school of world communism, which generally unites, educates and supports the revolutionary unionist-struggle of the world proletariat.

The RILU is led by the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha – particularly by their revolutionary line of trade unions – which have to be defended, applied and developed in the course of the daily international class-struggle.

The particular experiences and conclusions of the revolutionary trade unionist struggle in every single country is again the basis of centralized and concentrated analysis and generalization of the whole international workers movement for the further development of the general line of the RILU.

In the first line the aim is the mutual support and solidarity of all the revolutionary trade unionists all over the world to transform the struggle of the world proletariat as a big leverage for the victory of the socialist world revolution.

The RILU leads and organizes the struggle of the unification of all world revolutionary forces of the trade unionist world movement in demarcation of class-reconciliation, splitting, capitulationism, and liquidationism, especially all branches of revisionism and reformism, Trotzkyism, anarcho-syndicalism and every bourgeois influence within the trade-unionist world movement. The RILU is a proletarian international class organization independent and free from influences of the oppressing and exploiting class of the world bourgeoisie.

The RILU struggles for the world revolutionary destruction of the bourgeois and imperialist, revisionist and social-imperialist trade unions. Only on the ruins of these counter-revolutionary instruments of world capitalism it will be possible to establish revolutionary, socialist trade unions. The RILU strives for socialist trade unions as instruments for the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat and to establish socialism – on a national as well as on an international scale. The RILU struggles for the future up-building of an international organization of the trade unions of all world socialist countries all over the world."

What is the basic difference between the Red International of Labour Unions and all the other International Trade Unions ? What distinguishes our organisation from all the other?

First of all, it is class collaboration or class struggle. This is the root question.

It is this basic difference in view point that engenders all the other differences. Whoever upholds class collaboration, upholds the global and national bourgeoisie and opposes the dictatorship of the proletariat, supports reformism against the world revolution, supports world capitalism and opposes world socialism. Furthermore, these individuals support the imperialist policy of their Governments and oppose the independence of the colonial peoples, they stand for industrial peace against general strikes, and are definitely against any emancipatory movement among the oppressed peoples, and so on. If is precisely these features that characterise the theory and practice of the present International Trade Unions, which, throughout all the years oftheir existence, have never lost an opportunity to make hostile demonstrations against communism and the world revolutionary methods of the class struggle. On all these questions the International Trade Unions of today are the complete anti-thesis to the Red International of Labour Unions and this is precisely the reason why the struggle between these two principled lines of International Trade Unions are so sharp and acute:

The Red International of Trade Unions is a lever of the socialist world revolution in the hands of the world proletariat.

All the other International Trade Unions are a lever against the socialist world revolution in the hands of the world bourgeoisie.
In the 1920s of the last century, the RILU was a key instrument for the spread of international communism. In the end of the 20s, the number of followers of the RILU was estimated to nearly 17 million worldwide, more than half of them were members of the Soviet trade unions. In China, there were 2.8 million. "German section" was one of the strongest of the RILU in Europe. Important were also France, Czechoslovakia and Chile. In twenty-six countries "revolutionary minorities" struggled within the reformist unions.

The RILU was an achievement of the victory of the Great October Socialist Revolution and created by comrade Lenin.

The RILU was an independent international trade union and closely tied to the Communist International of Lenin and Stalin. The RILU, based on the achievements of the Socialist Great October-Revolution, was totally contrary to the social democratic influence of the International Federation of Trade Unions (yellow "Amsterdam" union ). Attempts were made to the commonality of both these great organisations, but failed because of the anti-communism of the ITUC in the mid 1920s. The anti-communist doctrine of social democracy led to the creation of "revolutionary" oppositions (RGO) in the early 1930s.

The unions were destroyed and prohibited by the Nazis who came into power in 1933. This had an impact on the RILU and its affiliated revolutionary union movement in Czechoslovakia, France, China and Great Britain. Thanks to support from the Soviet union, Rilu was supported in continuation of its class struggle.

In the beginning of 1934, the new Popular Front (Seventh World Congress, 1935) was proclaimed in contrast to the decisions of the proletarian unity front by the former Congresses of the Comintern. Caused by the new course of the 7th Congress of the Comintern, "leftist" social democracy and revisionism could spread its bourgeois influence within the world communist movement rapidly, so that the independent existence of all the international communist organizations was threatened. Finally, the dissolution of the RILU was unavoidable (1937) and later the dissolution of the Comintern (1943), too.

The World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) emerged under the terms of the anti-Hitler coalition, thus as a result of new conditions at the end of World War II. The First World Trade Union Conference was held on 6 to 17 February 1945, attended by 40 national unions and 15 international organizations who took part in the fight and the eradication of fascism. The struggle against imperialism was the main target. This changed after the death of comrade Stalin.

The imperialists tried to transform the WFTU into an anti-communist tool, and in 1949 it came to a split. After the death of Comrade Stalin (1953), the Khrushchev revisionists took effect on the WFTU. This led to the revisionist degeneration of the trade unions in the Soviet Union and other countries dominated by the revisionists. The unions were thus in the hands of the imperialists and social imperialists.
Until today, the WFTU does not support the socialist world revolution and follows an anti-Marxist-Leninist line. The WFTU does not condamn the crimes of the modern revisionists and social-fascists. In the contrary, the WFTU continues its criminal trade union policy. Thus the WFTU and RILU are representatives of two contrary lines, are hostile camps.

The Albanian trade unions condemned the annexation of the WFTU by the Soviet revisionists , and so the trade union federation of Albania played the leading role in the anti-revisionist, Marxist-Leninist, world revolutionary trade union movement. The Albanian trade union federation was supported by the Marxist-Leninist world movement, by anti-imperialist forces and organizations around the world.

What are the lessons ?

The real world revolutionary trade union movement is based solely on the teachings of the five classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. After all alone the world proletariat, the Communist International (SH) at the top, is the decisive force that will destroy the world bourgeoisie.

The experience of the world revolutionary trade union movement shows that it will not be infected by reformism and revisionism and destroyed if it is led by a Marxist-Leninist avantgard.

Opportunist, reformist, revisionist, neo-revisionist, Maoist, Trotskyist and anarcho-syndicalist influences and elements in the world labor movement are against the world proletariat and maintain its split. All these counter-revolutionary forces do everything possible to prevent the world proletariat from creating its own international world revolutionary trade union. Therefore, the struggle against these elements must be pursued vigorously, uncompromisingly and undiminished, and be led to the end. If we do not defeat these hostile elements, we will not be able to build up our world proletarian class union. Without a strong Red International of Labour Unions, the world proletariat cannot overthrow the global capitalist system of exploitation. Without it, we will not create world socialism. Ultimately, no one can stop communism in the world - and also nobody can stop the communist trade unions.

Strengthen the revolutionary trade union movement all over the world !

First May, 1917 - in Russia

- an important step on the way towards the victory of the October Revolution -

It took 100 years to pay tribute to the great international importance of this world event.
In 1917, the first time, the May Day was officially recognized as an official holiday in Russia. This was one of the first great achievements of the February revolution.
At the same time, May Day 1917 in Russia was the most powerful May Day in world history.

For the first time the Russian workers gathered in Warsaw on May 1 and not in Russia, where May 1 was forbidden. This was in 1890. All mass demonstrations, strikes and rallies on 1 May had to be organized as illegal actions since then and were massively suppressed by the tsarist counterrevolution - until Tsarism was overthrown by the February Revolution in 1917. With the liberation from Czarism, the 1st May Day in Russia became the most progressive May Day in the world.

Hundreds of thousands of workers, soldiers, civil servants, people of different professions walked in the streets of Russia, even the peasants in villages. Above their heads the red flags and the "Marseillaise" on their lips - namely in Russian language. May 1, 1917, became a symbol of international proletarian solidarity- coming from Russia. Everywhere on the squares in Petersburg, Moscow and other cities, the demonstrators met on rallies. May 1 (April 18) in Russia was officially called "World's Day of Labour and Fraternity of Peoples".

On the banners was read:

"Fight for the 8-Hour Day"

"Long live international solidarity!"

"Proletarians of all countries, unite!"

"For land and freedom!"

"Peace to the shacks! War on the palaces!"

"Down with the imperialist war!"

"Down with the Constituent Assembly and the Mensheviks!"

"Peace without annexations and contributions!"

For most Russians it was the first time in 1917 that they participated in the demonstrations and rallies on May 1. It was mainly the overthrow of Tsarism which was celebrated on May Day. This event left a deep impression not only on the active participants, but moreover on the whole people and among all nationalities. We like to mention the unique event in the history of the revolutionary world movement that representatives of the clergy and the bourgeoisie were marching under the revolutionary banners and red flags of the Bolsheviks. On that day, the workers had carried along even some class enemies. But not everywhere. There were also a wide spread amount of groupings with hostile political positions, namely from the followers of the Mensheviks, to the "defenders of the fatherland" and the entire bourgeois camp, up to the monarchists who carried the banner: "War until the bitter end!"

May Day was celebrated all over the country, especially at symbolic places of the revolutionary workers' movement. These were not a few sad places of the massacres of tsarist counterrevolution against the Russian labor movement. Thus, May 1, 1917 in Russia was in particular a memorial day to the victims of the revolution.

There were also celebrations in unusual places, as for example on the Volga - on specially chartered Volga ships.

The 1st of May was held in times of war, which is why a great many Russian soldiers gathered on May 1st. The movement of the workers, peasants and soldiers began on May 1, 1917, in Russia and from here, the Councils Movement spread throughout the world.

Until today, the May Day 1917 in Russia, is of great importance for all following May Days which took place in the period of imperialist wars. Instead of being able to take part in the May celebrations in their homeland, the workers of the belligerent countries shed their blood for the profit of the capitalists. At the front, the Russian soldiers organized May meetings, and not infrequently together with delegates of soldiers of the enemy armies, especially the German soldiers. And, for example, in the French army, the soldiers on the Russian front, together with the Bolsheviks, held rallies with the call for peace and the brotherhood of the peoples. The French soldiers wrote on their banners: "For a free, democratic and socialist Russia!" The fraternization of the soldiers on the front - this was one of the most important factors in the struggle for peace, for revolution and socialism.

Those who did not receive a home leave on 1 May decorated the trenches with red ribbons and flags on the day of the world proletariat. All hopes of the soldiers were concentrated on the ending of the war.

Where had the German revolutionary leaders been on May 1, 1917?

Rosa Luxemburg spent three years and four months in prison between 1915 and 1918. Karl Liebknecht was confined to gaol from 23 August 1916 to 23 October 1918. Ernst Thälmann was at the war front from where he deserted in October 1918. Later on, they all were killed by the counter-revolution. It was above all the revolutionary comrades, the workers and peasants in the armor-gown on the front, who became the driving force for ending the war, for a lasting peace between the peoples and thus for the transition of all countries to socialism. They were the bravest pioneers of the world revolution, and many of them lost their life at the fronts of the imperialist world war. These comrades, these workers and peasants must never be forgotten in our today's struggle for the socialist world revolution.

The May demonstrations had been still relatively peaceful - the end of tsarist tyranny was finally celebrated by all together. But immediately after that, the various political camps polarized increasingly. There were unrest, protests, armed conflicts, revolts, and insurrections, which had been mainly provoked by the increasing brutality of the counter-revolutionary actions of the new bourgeois Provisional Government.

May 1, 1917, in Russia, is one of the rare and short moments in the history of the class struggle, which are extremely instructive for the lessons of scientific socialism. The tsarist regime had been overthrown by the revolution of the oppressed and exploited classes and had to be replaced by the rule of the bourgeoisie. For a short transitional period, the February Revolution had created a certain "power vacuum" between the exploiting classes and the exploited classes. The terrorist regime of Tsarism had indeed been crushed, and the bourgeoisie (Provisional Government of the Capitalists) was not yet strong enough to stop the revolutionary storm of the oppressed and exploited classes of Russia. But the working class, on its part, was still too weak at that moment to establish its own political power. In this situation of "double domination," Lenin prepared the Bolsheviki for the transition from the bourgeois to the socialist revolution.

In a fraction of a historical period, that is to say, in the time of the double domination of April 1917, Lenin took in consideration the possibility of a peaceful victory in the revolution , namely on certain conditions. At the Petrograd city conference of the SDAPR (B), Lenin stated:

"The Conference takes cognisance of the fact that in no other belligerent country in the world is there such freedom as there now is in Russia, or such revolutionary mass organisations as the Soviets of Workers’, Soldiers’, Peasants’, and other Deputies; and that nowhere else in the world, therefore, can the transfer of the entire state power to the actual majority of the people, i.e., to the workers and poor peasants, be achieved so easily and so peacefully. (Lenin, collected works, Volume 24, page 165).

Lenin did not call to an uprising against the Provisional Government, which at that moment still enjoyed the confidence of the majority of the Soviets. He did not propagate its armed overthrow. Lenin's tactics, in consideration of the concrete historical situation, consisted in winning the majority in the Soviets by agitation and propaganda, so as to change the policies of the Soviets by the Soviets themselves - against the government. This was Lenin's attitude toward a peaceful development of the revolution. However, when the Provisional Government ordered its armed counter-revolution against the people and thus entered into its crisis of confidence, Lenin immediately demanded the end of double domination under the slogan "All power to the Soviets." In view of the changed situation, the Bolshevik Party decided to change her tactics and prepared the armed October uprising in order to overthrow the power of the bourgeoisie and to establish the Soviet power. This was Lenin's revolutionary way of ending the imperialist world war , namely by the violent socialist revolution and the establishment of the armed dictatorship of the proletariat.
And this is also our Stalinist-Hoxhaist revolutionary way of preventing a new imperialist world war and paving the way to the violent socialist world revolution.

Do we again have such a short historical transitional situation of a certain "power vacuum" between the exploiting classes and the exploited classes - as can be compared with the time of 1 May 1917 in Russia? Of course not. In the contrary. Capitalism is world wide in the offensive against the exploited and oppressed classes who alone have to bear the heavy burdens of the world crisis.

Today we are witnessing in the world the imminent outbreak of a new world war and the transition to world fascism - thus the Coming Up of the darkest period in history of mankind.

The slogan of May 1, 2017, the 100th anniversary of the Russian May 1, 1917, can therefore not be others than this:

"The only way out is a world workers’ revolution"

(Lenin, 22. April [5. May] 1917)

The world revolution cannot please everybody on earth.

The Comintern (SH) always supports only the exploited and oppressed, while we combat the overt and covert enemies of the exploited and oppressed.

It is therefore necessary to choose:

either with us, with the world proletariat and poor peasants for the world revolution, or with the World Capitalists and Agrarian Mafia against the world revolution.

The Negroes in a Soviet America

The Jobless Negro

In 2017, the main decision of the Comintern (SH) is the Centenary of the October Revolution as the most significant milestone towards the World October.

Decision of the Comintern (SH)

concerning the

Centenary of the "Red October"

1917 - 2017

For us, the Centenary of the World October is not only an important international communist fighting day, but moreover a great opportunity and obligation for mobilizing and uniting all revolutionary forces of the world to jointly continue the struggle for the victory of the World Socialist Revolution.

The decision of the Comintern (SH) points out that all party activities and party life of the year 2017 will be aimed at the Centenary of the World October.

This campaign is centrally organized by the Comintern (SH) and we hope that it is jointly supported by all her Sections. The Comintern (SH) and her Sections will learn from their experiences by means of a report on this party-campaign after we have fulfilled our tasks.

The 7 central tasks

(They can be also helpful for planning Sections' own obligatory campaign activities).

All events of the whole "Red Calendar 2017" deal directly and indirectly with their special meaning in context with the Centenary of the Red October .

(For example: When demonstrating on occasion of the killing of Rosa and Karl, on 15th of January 2017, we propagate their sympathy for the October Revolution, their struggle for the Third International, for the World Socialist Revolution).

All greeting messages should deal directly and indirectly with their special meaning in context with the Red October (resp. Socialist World Revolution).

All our statements and appeals on current events of the world, in 2017, refer to the Red October.

All our theoretical work will be concentrated on the current meaning of the October Revolution

All our organizational work will be related to the slogan "Red October Contingent", namely a slogan for summoning and recruiting new comrades and sympathizers under the banner of the October Revolution. In last consequence, struggle for the continuation of the Red October can mean nothing but organizing in our Bolshevik World Party.

Foundation of a Russian Section on the 8th of November 2017. This goal must be achieved by support of the whole party and all her Sections. There is no better date of founding the Russian Section than the centenary of the October Revolution !!

All our "mass"-organisations must actively support our Red October Campaign:

Other possibilities for the implementation of our campaign:

If our limitted forces would allow us to organize our own "Red October" – Meeting in modest frame, then this would be great, but this seems not to be realistically in regard of our current organizational weakness.

If there are organisations which organize meetings on occasion of the October Revolution, then we should think about using them for our own agitation and propaganda, especially winning new sympathizers for our World Party.

* * *

Dear comrades,

We are no sectarians and dogmatists who implement our tasks for the Centenary of the Red October in a mechanic way. Not every task of our party can be labled with "Red October" for a period of one year. Exceptions confirm the rule. With other words: Our campaign should not lead to neglecting all the other tasks of our party. Our campaign should not replace all other activities of the party but help us stepping forward in our struggle for the World Socialist Revolution.

We are not forced to implement our campaign "on a gut level". We can resort to a lot of excellent sources of our previous work on the October Revolution. It is our task in 2017 to make use of our achieved treasures of publications on the October Revolution. We have already published the worldwide best collection of materials about the October Revolution, namely in more than 16 languages. This proves that our campaign in 2017 is not at all a "one-year wonder". Moreover, this does not mean that we will stop or close our propaganda for the October Revolution after having fulfilled our tasks of the 2017-Campaign. No, we will continue it for any time!

All our "Red-October treasures" which we have already collected and published, should be optimally used and applied for our 2017-Campaign.

The Comintern (SH) is available for all your questions, critiques proposals and improvements.

As a contribution to the implementation of party activities we have already published a new facebook site:

1917 - 2017

new facebook site

For 2017, especially the struggle against the revisionist attacks against the ideas of the October Revolution will be one of the central ideological tasks of the Comintern (SH)

We follow the lessons of the 5 Classics on the October Revolution and exclude unity with the enemies of the of the Red October, with the opportunists, with centrist, revisionist and neo-revisionist lackeys, also with Trotskyites and Anarchists.

The Stalinist-Hoxhaist defence of the Red October is a battlefield which does not only last for the whole year 2017, but moreover for all future of struggle.

World crisis can never be finished by the world capitalists. World crisis can only be finished by the world proletariat.

If - all over the world - every labourer, every unemployed worker, every cook, every poor peasant sees - not from the internet but with his own eyes -,

- that the world-state of the proletariat does not strive for "global wealth", but is helping the poor on this planet,

- that this world-proletarian state does not hesitate, to adopt world-revolutionary measures,

- that it confiscates ALL surplus stocks of provisions from ALL parasites on the globe and distributes them to the world's hungry,

- that it forcibly installs every homeless on earth in the houses of the rich,

- that it compels the rich to pay for milk, (but does not give them a drop until the children of ALL poor families are sufficiently supplied),

- that the land of the whole world is being transferred to the working people and the factories und banks all over the world are being placed under the control of the world proletariat,

- that immediate and severe punishment is meted out to every single millionaire who conceals his wealth,

- when the poor in every country see and feel all this,

then, never again, world capitalist forces, no forces of world finance capital, no forces of countries' finance capital, no force of exploiters in the countries which manipulates millions of millions, will tantalize the peoples,

then, the socialist world revolution will triumph all over the world and shall mature in all countries.

After the establishment of the Socialist World Republic

every citizen of the world will receive a universal and uniform world passport

- globally valid in all countries -

[Decision of the Comintern (SH)]

"The social revolution must be the united action of the proletarians of all countries for the simple reason that most of the countries and the majority of the world’s population have reached the capitalist stage of development in which the revolutionary solution of the main contradiction between capital and labor is on the agenda."
