Greeting message of the Comintern (SH)
on the 25th anniversary of death of Lazar Kaganovich
July 25, 1991 - July 25, 2016
After the death of Comrade Stalin, Kaganovich, one of his most loyal comrades, quitted the world-historical scene of the revolutionary class struggle of the world proletariat. Kaganovich did not correctly understand the task by which the world communist movement was faced after Stalin's death - namely the revolutionary destruction of the power of modern revisionists, the restoration of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the struggle for the restoration of socialism on an international scale. Kaganovich was not able to fight against the power of the modern revisionists in a proper Bolshevik way, and he capitulated. The new world-historical question of the struggle against the power of the modern revisionists could be solved only in a revolutionary way - namely full steam to rush forward and overthrow the new Kremlin Tsar, similar as Kaganovich did it against the old Czar in the October Revolution. After the murder of Stalin this would be the only way to fulfill the legacy of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin honorably. Kaganovich did not follow this Bolshevik path, so it is our duty to criticize him and to learn from his mistakes. None of the old Bolsheviks could thus take Stalin's place of honor as his successor. The successor of Comrade Stalin became Comrade Enver Hoxha, the 5th Classic of Marxism-Leninism. As the oldest survived Bolshevik, Kaganovich outlived even the Socialist Albania without wasting any words about comrade Enver Hoxha, the leader of the international struggle against modern revisionism, in general, and against Soviet revisionism, in particular.
Some comrades ask us about the correct attitude towards such former Bolshevik leaders who have, in the end, lost their revolutionary spirit . Our attitude is clear: we defend their merits, and we criticize their lost revolutionary spirit. No Bolshevik is born into the world as a master of Bolshevism. And not every Bolshevik leader died automatically as a Bolshevik. So, if we speak about "corpses of Bolshevism", we must ask us, ourselves, what kind of Bolshevist leader Kaganovich really had been, namely before he became a "corpse of Bolshevism". And this is the reason why we honour the Bolshevik period of Kaganovich's life on his 25th Anniversary of death.
The Comintern (SH) draws a demarcation line towards those who deny the correct attitude of comrade Enver Hoxha on Kaganovich and who try unavailingly to revive this "corpe of Bolshevism". The Comintern (SH) criticizes also those who want to forget the former merits of those Bolshevik leaders who proved to be not strong enough and who gave up the fight. The first attitude is a rightist deviation and the second attitude a "leftist" deviation. "Corpes of Bolshevism" must be burried, but Bolshevist merits will never die. Bolshevist merits can neither be forgotten, nor can they be burried.
We must criticize Kaganovich especially that he has not followed the path of Enver Hoxha, who had hoisted and defended the Stalin banner. If Kaganovich had really been a Bolshevik opponent of the Soviet revisionists, he would have supported socialist Albania and would strengthen a Hoxhaist opposition in the Soviet Union. Kaganovich has not done this, namely as opposed to the "Revolutionary (Bolshevik) Communists of the Soviet Union" [programmatic call, 1969 (?)].
Well, all has not been said and done on Kaganovich, and the last chapter of the history of Bolshevism is not yet written. We will continue to search for the historical truth, obtaining more knowledge and expand our horizons, to make us a more objective picture of all the collaborators of the Classics of Marxism-Leninism, and we will, of course, correct our misinterpretations necessarily.
New Bolsheviks will follow the old Bolsheviks, this is for certain - and history has shown that not all of them died or will die as Bolsheviks. This is inevitable, because we must never forget that the class struggle can not be carried out otherwise than under the harmful influence and anti-communist pressure of world capitalism. And that also applied to the class struggle in the former Soviet Union, against the power of the new bourgeoisie under the leadership of the Soviet revisionists. One must judge on Kaganovich according to his position and role opposite to the modern revisionists in the Soviet Union.
How do we fight today for Bolshevism, which was created by Lenin and Stalin ? We keep Bolshevism alive by firmly relying on its historical pillars which must be continuously further developed. We must learn to master the Bolshevist method for the destruction of the globalized world of capitalism, and after that, for the construction of the globalized world of socialism.
For us international Bolshevists it is always the duty to learn not only from the mistakes and weaknesses of the old Bolsheviks, but above all, from their great heroic deeds. Above all criticism we must not forget: Without the old Bolsheviks, there were no October Revolution. Without the old Bolsheviks there would be no emancipation of the working class from capitalism. Without the old Bolsheviks there would be no dictatorship of the proletariat. Without the old Bolsheviks there would be no socialist society. Without the old Bolsheviks there would be no victory over fascism. Without the old Bolsheviks Bolshevism could not be spread all over the whole, and so on ... Let's never forget the slogan of Lenin: "Bolshevism is a method for all."
We are not Trotskyists who demonize Stalin and the Stalinist leaders and who drag the Stalin-Era in the mud. And we are not Trotskyists who obtain the confidence of Stalin by fraud. Both the open anti-Stalinists and hidden anti-Stalinists collaborate for the purpose to vilify shamefully the Bolshevist achievements of Stalin and his close comrades at the top of the party before the masses. So there are a number of Trotskyite-bourgeois writers who dragged the name Kaganovich through the mire. We vehemently pillory these dirty writers and unmask their lies. Finally, it was also a merit of Comrade Kaganovich, having been at the forefront of the fight against the "Block of Rights and Trotskyites" and defended Bolshevism against opportunism honorably. Those who have forgotten this historical truth, can not be true Bolsheviks because this is grist to the mill of the anti-Bolshevists. And we criticize simultaneously those who have forgotten Enver Hoxha's meaningful characteristic words about the "corpses of Bolshevism". Kaganovich's gave up the Bolshevist fight against the social-fascist, social-imperialist Soviet Union, and therefore he became an accessory to the crimes of the modern revisionists. This debt remains and can not be extinguished. We Stalinist-Hoxhaists do not grant Kaganovich amnesty, and as well not similar veteran Stalinists. Nobody can repay historical debt through former merits. Nevertheless, Bolshevik merits can be extinguished by nothing and nobody, even not by fatal historical mistakes which have been made by Kaganovich and others later on. This is the reason why we Stalinist-Hoxhaists have the historical duty to defend the Bolshevik merits unconditionally, both in general and in particular - no ifs, no buts. Otherwise we would deny our own history of Bolshevism. And this is, what the Trotzskyite really aim for. But we will do this service neither to the bourgeoisie, nor to her fifth column ! We are the ones who hold high the banner of Bolshevism. And we defend the banner of Stalin against all those forces that try to drag it through the dirt - no matter directly or indirectly. The world bourgeoisie has not stopped and will never stop, blaming Kaganovich for incredible "crimes" in the period of Lenin and Stalin. We Stalinist-Hoxhaists, however, criticize first and foremost the mistakes that he had made after Stalin's death, thus under the dictatorship of the new Soviet bourgeoisie.
It belongs to the long-known warfare of bourgeois propaganda against communism to condemn the merits of the Bolsheviks as an alleged "crime". Therefore we must fight back such anti-communist attacks, in general, and especially concerning the name of Kaganovich. Kaganovich's great contributions to Communism will remain unforgotten and unassailable. The open enemies of Bolshevism deny the merits of the Bolsheviks while the hidden enemies praise them, however only as a means for camouflage. You can never be a Bolshevik if you do not fight for the defense of the history of Bolshevism. And you can not fight for the defense of the history of Bolshevism, if you deny simultaneously the history of the Bolshevik leaders, such as Kaganovich, who lived and fought for Bolshevism. After all, we defend Kaganovich for the period when he was called by the party of Lenin and Stalin on his post - namely with the date when he became a member of the Bolshevik Party in the year 1911.
Now, let us enumerate some stages of his Bolshevist life:
On November 22, 1893 Lazar Kaganovich was born. He was the oldest Bolshevik and reached the proud age of almost 100 years. His birthplace is the village Boars (Chernobyl region). He grew up in a poor family of dealers (suppliers of cattle to the slaughterhouse). He attended primary school and went to Kiev in search of work when he was 13 years old. He found work in a tannery (shoe factory). He played an active role in the unions of tanners.
In 1911 he participated in the revolutionary movement, together with his older brother Michael. Kaganovich was a member of the RSDLP (B) Kaganovich since 1911. Exactly 50 years later the Khrushchevites expelled him as a member of the "anti-party group" after the XXII Congress of the CPSU in 1961. And all his applications for reentry into the revisionist party were rejected.
In 1915, Lazar Kaganovich was arrested and deported to his native village Boars. From there, he went into hiding and moved with his wife Maria Yuzovka (marriage in 1924) to the city of Donetsk, where he was Deputy Chairman of Yuzovsky Council and Chairman of the unions of tanners after the February Revolution. In the spring of 1917, the party called Kaganovich to the army. In March and April 1917, he was the chairman of the military organization of the Bolsheviks in Samara. In June 1917 he participated in the meetings of the All-Russian conference of military organizations of the RSDLP (B) in Petersburg, where he was elected to the All-Russian military organization office. After he returned from the army, Kaganovich was arrested again. After his release, he was sent back to the front. Kaganovich became an active fighter of the Red October.
After the Great October Socialist Revolution L. M. Kaganovich in 1918 belonged to the organizers of the Red Army and was commissioner of organizational and propaganda department of the Red Army, where he could take personal contact with a number of prominent Bolsheviks. In midsummer 1918 Kaganovich was sent to Nizhny Novgorod, which was a frontline city then. Here he worked from May 1918 to August 1919 as chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional committee of the RCP (B) and Gouvernement's Executive Committee.
From September 1919 to August 1920 he defended the city of Voronezh, where he became chairman of the Voronezh Revolutionary Committee and the Executive Committee of the government.
In the years 1920 - 1921 he fought at the front in Turkestan, where he was a member of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the RCP (B), the CEC Turkestan, People's Commissar of the Workers 'and Peasants' Inspection of the Turkmen SSR and Chairman of Tashkent City Council.
Since 1921, he took over leadership roles in the union work as secretary of the Moscow Committee.
In his first publications he treated theoretical questions about ideology.
In 1922, after Stalin was General Secretary of the Central Committee of the RCP (B), Kuibyshev recommended him for work in the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the RCP (B). Kaganovich was entrusted with tasks of organization and supply. In this field he took over more and more responsible functions.
1923 L. M. Kaganovich was candidate of the Central Committee of the RCP (B) until he was taken as a full member in May 1924.
From June 1924 to December 1925 was Kaganovich member of the Organization Bureau of the Central Committee.
From June 1924 to April 1925 he was Secretary of the Central Committee of the RCP (B). Here, Kaganovich worked side by side with the other secretaries of the CC of the CPSU (B), such as Stalin, Molotov, Kuibyshev. He proved for Stalin as an indispensable aid in the top party leadership, especially in the fight against the "opposition". Kaganovich achieved great merit in the fight against the "Block of the Trotskyists and Rightists", in particular against Zinoviev, Kamenev, Bukharin and Rykov, against the Trotskyists.
In April 1925 L. M. Kaganovich was appointed General Secretary of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine. Concerning the solution of the question of NEP, Kaganovich was fully on the side of Stalin and paved the way to building a socialist economy in Ukraine. In particular, he headed there the major project of the Dnieper Power Station.
In June 1926, L. M. Kaganovich became candidate of the Politburo of the CPSU (B).
In July 1928, the party called him back to Moscow, in order to work there again as a secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B).
In the first half of the 30s Kaganovich was at the height of his career.
With Molotov he participated in the all-Ukrainian Party Conference, in 1930, when he supported the collectivization policies of Stalin.
Since July 1930 he had been a member of the Politburo of the CPSU (B) (until 1952 !).
In December 1930 Stalin appointed him as deputy of the party, after Molotov was appointed Chairman of People's Commissars of the Council of the USSR. Lazar took over the top position in the Organization Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B) and in a number of key departments of the Central Committee. He even took over the chairmanship of the sessions of the Politburo of the CPSU (B) while Stalin was on vacation. Kaganovich chaired numerous committees of the Politburo.
In the years 1930 - 1935 L. M. Kaganovich was first secretary of the Moscow Committee of the CPSU (B).
In this responsible position, he mobilized the party organization and the working people of Moscow and the Moscow region for the implementation of the decisions of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B) concerning the capital master plan of reconstruction.
In 1931 Kaganovich brought the construction of the famous Moscow Metro into being. On May 13, 1935 it was decided on a proposal by Stalin CEC, to name the Moscow Metro "Kaganovich". Since 1955, under Khrushchev, the name "Kaganovich" was deleted . During his tenure as Secretary of the Moscow Committee of the Communist Party Kaganovich changed considerably the overall picture of the city of Moscow and its environment.
From 22 to 23 June 1931, the session of economists was held at the CC CPSU (B). At the consultation attended representatives of the Supreme Economic Council of the USSR, all its subordinated economic organizations and also the People's Commissariat for Supply of the USSR. Stalin delivered the speech. The work of the consultation was supported by Molotov, Voroshilov, Andreyev, Kaganovich, Mikoyan, Shvernik, Kalinin, Ordzhonikidze and Kuibyshev.
On October 25, 1931
Stalin, Voroshilov, Ordzhonikidze and Kaganovich received in the Kremlin the delegation of shock workers of the "Stalin" car factory (formerly "AMO" car factory) who produced the first trucks and buses in the USSR.
In the summer of 1932 Kaganovich traveled as head of a large government delegation to the North Caucasus, where he threw light on the sabotage of supplying the state with wheat and rye.
From 15 to 19 February 1933, the first Union Congress of shock workers of collective farms took place in Moscow. The Congress discussed the issue of Bolshevisation of collective farms and the tasks of the spring sowing. At the congress spoke Stalin, Molotov, Kaganovich, Kalinin, Voroshilov and Budenny.
In 1933, Kaganovich headed the agricultural department of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B). He led among others the political departments of the MTS and state farms, and this with great success.
On October 3, 1933
Stalin, Molotov, Voroshilov and Kaganovich congratulated the team of Stratostats "USSR" for the fulfillment of the governmental order to explore and conquer the stratosphere.
In October 1933
Stalin, Molotov, Voroshilov and Kaganovich welcomed the participants of the motor race on the route Moscow - Kara-Kum - Moscow.
On October 17, 1933
Stalin, Molotov, Voroshilov and Kaganovich congratulated the members of the expedition for undersea work for successful salvage of the icebreaker "Sasdko" from the seabed of the Arctic.
On November 20, 1933 Stalin, Molotov, Kalinin and Kaganovich received the delegation of shock workers of collective farms of the Odessa area and they had a talk with them on the work of the collective farms.
On December 23, 1933 Stalin and Kaganovich received the delegation of shock workers of collective farms of the Dnepropetrovsk region and they had a talk with them about the collective-farm construction and the supply of the village with industrial goods.
He was chairman of the Central Commission for controlling the ranks of the party. Kaganovich headed the purification of the party in the years 1933-1934.
From January 26 to February 10, 1934, the XVII. Congress of the CPSU (B) took place. At the XVII. Congress of the CPSU (B), L M. Kaganovich spoke on "Organizational matters of the party and the Soviets." L. M. Kaganovich's report was adopted by the congress and also the decisions on organizational questions (Party and Soviet construction). The new party statute was adopted, too.
After the XVII Congress of the CPSU (B), the Secretary of the CC of the CPSU (B), Kaganovich, was elected Chairman of the Party Control Commission of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B). Later, in the years 1937 - 1939, Kaganovich was significantly involved in the party purges.
In 1934 he directed the Transport Committee of the CPSU (B) and the Council of People's Commissars, later the Transport Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B).
In the years 1935 - 1944, L. M. Kaganovich was People's Commissar of Railways of the USSR.
Since 1937 he was also People's Commissar of Heavy Industry.
From January 1939 he was appointed to the post of People's Commissar of the fuel industry.
From October 1939 to July 1940 he was people's commissar for the oil industry.
From August 1938 to 1946, he officiated at the same time as deputy chairman of the Council of People's Commissars.
During the Great Patriotic War (1941 – 1945) L. M. Kaganovich was member of the State Defense Committee, and he was a member of the Military Council of the North Caucasus. He fought at the Transcaucasian fronts. His brilliant feats of arms against the fascist invaders in the Caucasus were legendary. The victory of the Battle of Stalingrad was possible, not least, through the defeats of the Nazis in the Caucasus. The war years were a difficult time for all Soviet peoples and the leaders of the Soviet state. Lazar Kaganovich was primarily responsible for the smooth operation of railways, which had a special meaning in the war. The widely diversified rail network in the USSR served in the war not only for the huge military transports but also for the relocation of thousands of factories to the eastern regions of the country (Siberia). It is thanks to organizational skills of Kaganovich that the railway functioned trouble-free during the war and that all the difficulties were mastered brilliantly. Undoubtedly, this was a personal merit of the "Iron Commissar", L. M. Kaganovich. During the Great Patriotic War, Kaganovich performed prodigies of logistics.
On November 5, 1943, Kaganovich was honored by decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for his outstanding achievements in the field of rail transport under the difficult conditions of war. Kaganovich was bestowed with the title "Hero of Socialist Labor", and he reveived the Order of Lenin and the gold medal "hammer and sickle" (number 56). In the party, Kaganovich was considered the "fireman" or the "locomotive" of the Politburo, who solved problems and difficult situations with Bolshevik hardness and steely determination.
In December 1944 , L. M. Kaganovich was deputy chairman of the Transport Committee of Ministers of the USSR.
1946 - 1947 he was Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
In 1947, L. M. Kaganovich was elected first secretary and member of the Politburo of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine.
1947 - 1953 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
From 1947 he was responsible for the control of the Ministries of the complex of heavy industry, transport and reconstruction as Deputy Prime Minister.
1950, Kaganovich was deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
L. M. Kaganovich was elected as a member of the Presidium of the CPSU Central Committee by the Plenum of the CC of the CPSU in October 1952 (after the XIX. Congress of the CPSU).
1953 - 1957 was Kaganovich first deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR (thus, beside other leading posts in service under the revisionist leadership of Khrushchev after the death of Stalin !!)
* * *
It is known that Stalin, shortly before his death, was not contented with the old guard of the Bolsheviks (including Kaganovich). He sharply criticized them. Therefore they had to take a back seat, and were replaced by a younger leading group (among others: Khrushchev).
In regard of Khrushchev and Brezhnev, it is important to know that Kaganovich wasn't uninvolved in promoting their career and in their coming to power. Kaganovich knew Khrushchev quite good in the Ukraine - long before the October Revolution. In his memories, Kaganovich mentioned that Khrushchev was exposed even as an active Trotskyist in the years 1923 and 1924 .
What does that mean ? This means that Khrushchev was not on Stalin's side but on the hostile side of Trotsky. And this in the face of the critical moment of the decision on the successor of Lenin.
Secondly, Khrushchev rehabilitated the enemies of Stalin after his death (among others the Trotskyites). Khrushchev even manipulated the Collective Works of Lenin in defence of Trotsky (the alleged "Lenin's Testament")
Khrushchev fought against Stalin before he became leader of the Bolshevik party, and Khrushchev fought against Stalin after the death of Stalin. This proves that Khrushchev was fighting against Stalin secretly in the Stalin era, too [ "for Stalin in words - and against Stalin in deeds"].
It was possible to prepare the overthrow of Stalinism only behind the mask of the personality cult which was promoted and accelerated, especially by Khrushchev.
So, if the personal promotion of Khrushchev by Kaganovich was already a serious error in the early days, then the capitulation of Kaganovich after the death of STAlin is all the more grievous. It was a gross misjudgment of Kaganovich that this Trotskyist Khrushchev would have "perceived his error" and allegedly on track to Stalinism. Kaganovich did not realize, or underestimated the danger that this was just a deception of the enemies of Stalin. In consideration that Kaganovich was extraordinarily skilled in the struggle against the enemies of the party, especially in his responsible function as Chairman of the Party Control Commission of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B), his underestimation of the danger of Khrushchev was unpardonable.
Admittedly, we must give credit to Kagonovich that he removed Khrushchev from the post of the First Secretary of the Ukrainian Party organization, in the years 1946 and 1947 - when Kaganovich had to intervene for the reconstruction of agriculture after a drought.
Whether Kaganovich has or has not acted "in good faith", in the result Kaganovich had contributed to Khrushchev's career.
Kaganovich informed Stalin in time about the Trotskyist background of Khrushchev, that's right. And it is also true that Stalin was warned about Khrushchev. And it is also true that the "anti-Party group" succeeded to depose the Trotskyite revisionist Khrushchev, but only for "a few hours" as Comrade Enver Hoxha had described it in his book "The Khrushchevites" :
"The positions of the revisionist reactionaries were becoming stronger and their opponents in the Presidium, Malenkov, Molotov, Kaganovich, Voroshilov and others, now began to see more clearly the revisionist intrigue and the diabolical plans which Khrushchev hatched up against the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the state of the dictatorship of the proletariat. At a meeting of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the party in the Kremlin, in the swnmer of 1957, after many criticisms, Khrushchev was left in the minority, and, as Polyansky told us from his own mouth, Khrushchev was dismissed from the task of the first secretary and was appointed minister of agriculture, since he was an «expert on kukuruza»*. *(maize (Russian in the original) However, this situation did not last more than a few hours. Khrushchev and his supporters secretly gave the alarm, the marshals surrounded the Kremlin with tanks and soldiers and gave orders that not even a fly was to leave the Kremlin. On the other hand, aircraft were sent to the four corners of the Soviet Union to gather up the members of the Plenum of the CC of the CPSU. «Then,» said Polyansky, this product of Khrushchev, «we entered the Kremlin and demanded admission to the meeting. Voroshilov came out and asked what we wanted. When we told him that we wanted to enter the meeting, he cut us short. When we threatened to use force he said: 'What does all this mean?' But we warned him: 'Mind your words, otherwise we shall arrest you.' We entered the meeting and changed the situation.» Khrushchev was restored to power.
Thus, after this forlorn attempt, these former co-fighters of Stalin's, who had associated themselves with the slanders made against his glorious work, were described as an «anti-party group» and received the final blow from the Khrushchevites. No one wept over them, no one pitied them. They had lost the revolutionary spirit, were no longer Marxist-Leninists, but corpses of Bolshevism. They had united with Khrushchev and allowed mud to be thrown at Stalin and his work; they tried to do something, but not on the party road, because for them, too, the party did not exist.
All those who opposed Khrushchev, in one way or another, or were no longer necessary to him, were to suffer the same fate."
Besides, it can't be denied that Kaganovich (in his speech at the XX. Congress of the CPSU), did not open the fire against Khrushchev, who slung mud at comrade Stalin in his criminal secret speech to the Congress.
The lesson is that the enemies of Stalin had secretly prepared their seizure of power for many years, aiming for the transformation of the dictatorship of the proletariat into the dictatorship of the new bourgeoisie, the greatest damage in the history of world communism.
Even the criminal Brezhnev began his path to power, on the recommendation of Kaganovich. Once come to power, the leaders of the Soviet expelled Kaganovich from the party as a member of the " hostile party group". Who was suspected to be a Stalinist, was eliminated by the modern revisionists in one way or another.
How should Kaganovich have lead the fight against the modern revisionists? To this end, there is only one clear answer:
Kaganovich should have to follow the Stalinist-Hoxhaist way, latest after he had been expelled in 1961. However, Kaganovich didn't do this.
A revisionist degenerated party can never be turned back into a Bolshevik Party. A revisionist party needs to be smashed and on its ruins the Bolshevik Party must be re-established. That is the only correct Bolshevik way to reconquer the power of the proletariat. The Bolshevik party can not be rebuilt with the revisionists, but only in the fight against the revisionists. Of course, you also have to try to penetrate the Revisionist Party. As a Bolshevik you must "take the fortress from inside." But Kaganovich submitted his applications for accession to the revisionist party is not with the intention of weakening and decomposing the Revisionist Party from the inside, and with the aim to gain suitable members for the reconstruction of the Bolshevik Party. Kaganovich was afraid of the necessary violation of the "unity", was afraid of the inevitable split, did not practice the tactics of factionalism with the revolutionary aim of destroying the revisionist party. Lenin was a hundred times right when he used the method of split and factionalism in the case if the majority in the party was lost. And this happened not only for one time in the history of the Bolshevik Party. Kaganovich did not practice this important Leninist doctrine of the Bolshevik Party after Stalin's death. Capitulation is tantamount to betrayal because, without the restoration of the Bolshevik Party, the proletariat can never escape from the clutches of the modern revisionists, can not win the socialist revolution to overthrow the new bourgeoisie, can the dictatorship of the proletariat not be restored, can the restoration of capitalism not be transformed into the restoration of socialism, etc., etc..
All this is not done. After the death of Stalin there is no longer a Bolshevik Party in Russia. Therefore, it is very important to create a Russian Section of the Comintern (SH). These are the main lessons from Kaganovich mistakes and failures.
The Comintern (SH) is well advised to always reckon with the risk of being transformed into a revisionist International and therefore we must always be prepared for such a dangerous situation. We must always be vigilant. If the revisionists have already penetrated into our party, then it is much harder to get rid of them afterwards. If the Comintern (SH) actually would fall into the hands of neo-revisionists, then we must not repeat the mistake of Kaganovich. A revisionist degenerated Comintern (SH) must necessarily be smashed by us. And if necessary, we would have to start again from scratch for the reconstruction of the Comintern (SH). However, if we always rely on the party doctrine of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism, then our Bolshevik world party will ultimately remain as the winner over all kinds of revisionists.
Let's always defend the Stalinist merits of Comrade Kaganovich, but simultaneously let us never forget to learn from the mistakes that Kaganovich has committed especially after Stalin's death.

Messages of Solidarity
Greeting message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of the 90th anniversary of the death of
from 20th of July 2016
Feliks Dzerzhinsky was a courageous Bolshevik leader who organized the protection of the October Revolution against the counter-revolution. Already during his lifetime his name became legendary. Feliks Dzerzhinsky - some loved and adored him - and others hated him. But even those who feared his name, could not deny their respect for this ardent revolutionary and consistent fighter for the cause of the working class and communism.
The Comintern (SH) has published a "Dzerzhinsky - Archive" in English, German and Russian to mark the 90th anniversary of his death.
In 1926 it was the Comintern which had published an appeal on occasion of the death of comrade Dzerzhinsky. The Comintern (SH) shares its content wholeheartedly which reads as follows:
Executive Committee of the Communist International
To all communists and the workers of all countries
On July 20, 1926 Feliks Dzerzhinsky died of a heart attack.
With him losing the Russian and world revolution one of its bravest and most determined fighters, one of their biggest organizers, one of their most important leaders.
From his early youth until his last breath was Dzerzhinsky in the ranks of the Bolsheviks at the front of the proletarian revolution. His life - that are decades memorable was sacrified for the emancipation of the working class.
As a member and leader of the Social Democratic Party of Poland and Lithuania - later the Polish Communist Party - Dzerzhinsky was in the time of illegality under czarism the illustrative example of a steadfast, stalwart party functionary. He bears misery of imprisonment, forced labor and exile. He emigrated to Austria and Germany. He was repeatedly in court. However, the toughest punishments could not break him. Though arrested, exiled, sentenced and deported, Dzerzhinsky did never interrupt his revolutionary struggle. He escaped from prison, from Siberia and came back from emigration in order to embark on the most dangerous Abschmitte the proletarian class struggle.
Freed from prison by the February Revolution, Dzerzhinsky actively participated in the preparation and execution of the Bolshevik Revolution. As a member of the Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party and the Military Revolutionary Committee of the Petrograd Soviet, he was one of the greatest military leaders in October 1917.
In the fight for the defense of the proletarian dictatorship, Dzerzhinsky founded and led the Russian Cheka, this, unerring, mortal weapon against all enemies of the working people.
The hatred of all traitors was inextricably linked with the name of Dzerzhinsky, the hangmen of the White Guards. He endured the blind rage of the shattered counter-revolution, but also the pride, the respect and love of the working people of all countries.
After the Civil War, Dziezynski devoted all his forces to the socilaist construction of the Soviet country, the restoration and development of the economy. As Commissar of Transportation, he recovered the destroyed transport. As chairman of the Supreme Economic Council, he was in the fight for the building of socialism, namely in the first rows.
His last words, spoken just a few hours before his death, were dedicated to the legacy of Lenin - the victory of socialism, the cause of the international proletarian revolution.
Feliks Dzerzhinsky, the closest comrade Rosa Luxemburg, the faithful pupil and campaigner of Lenin, was not only an outstanding Bolshevik leader of the Russian, Polish and Lithuanian workers, but of the whole international proletariat.
His iron energy, his organizational skills, his bravery, his loyalty to the party, his exemplary, martial fulfilled life must be remembered by all Communists, all workers, all working people. After Lenin and Frunze we have lost Dzerzhinsky. Irreplaceable losses! But the cause of the revolution lives and will live forever. Leninism is invincible.
Long live the Bolshevik Party!
Long live the international proletarian revolution! "
ECCI of the Comintern
* * *
The legendary revolutionary spirit of the Cheka, which was founded and conducted by Comrade Dzerzhinsky under the guidance of Lenin, faded away when the motherland of communism was eliminated. Dzerzhinsky himself had taught:
"The Cheka must be a member of the Central Committee, otherwise it is harmful, otherwise it degenerates into an Okhrana or in an organ of the counter-revolution from."
He was proved right. The new bourgeoisie took possession of the Bolshevik Party, of the socialist state and its security forces and transformed them into organs of the counter-revolution - as a weapon against the true Stalinists, against the socialist working class, against the Soviet peoples, against the world proletariat, against the world socialist revolution, against communism.
The Soviet revisionists killed Stalin, staged a coup, seized power and turned the first dictatorship of the proletariat into a dictatorship of the new bourgeoisie.
One of Stalin's murderers was the class-enemy Beria. Immediately after Stalin's death, Beria became the most dangerous social-fascist traitor at Stalinism, in general, and at the glorious Cheka of Dzerzhinsky, in particular. Beria released class-enemies from prisons, and in return he arrested, locked away and eliminated faithful Stalinists.
The state security service became an instrument of Russian social imperialism, in general, and a social-fascist instrument of oppression of the Soviet peoples, in particular. Not only the Soviet revisionists but also the present-day Russian imperialists bask in the light of fame of the Cheka and misuse the name of Dzerzhinsky for their fascist interest. Therefore it is very important to draw our demarcation-line between the Cheka of Dzerzhinsky under the dictatorship of the proletariat in times of Lenin and Stalin and the misuse of the name of the "Cheka" by the social-fascists at power. "For the Cheka of Dzerzhinsky in words - however against the Cheka of Dzerzhinsky in deeds" - that is the uncovering of the social-fascist method to cheat the working class, for the only purpose to justify the restoration of the political power of the revisionists.
In his former whereabouts as a KGB officer in Dresden, today's dictator Putin was among others also with the StaSi of the social-fascist Honecker clique in contact, which liquidated our GDR-Section of the KPD / ML "on behalf" of the Cheka of Dzerzhinsky. And "in the name of" the glorious Cheka, social-fascist crimes were committed against communists, against revolutionaries, against the working class and the working people throughout the world. However, the world bourgeoisie denies not only her anti-communist crimes but moreover, turns the tables. Since the lifetime of Dzerzhinsky until his 90 anniversary of death, the whole anti-Communist world keeps on linking with the word "Cheka", with the name Dzerzhinsky, the social-fascist terror of the modern revisionists. The anti-communists sully this name by claiming that he would have been "executioner of the terror regime of Lenin and Stalin."But the Cheka of Comrade Dzierzynsky was not a terrorist organization against the working class and her allies, but an instrument of the dictatorship of the proletariat, an instrument of the counter-terror against terror of the imperialists, the capitalist, an instrument of defense and protection against bloody counter-revolution which wanted to strangle the young Soviet Union. Comrade Dzerzhinsky's Cheka was the guarantee for the victorious defense of the October Revolution, the Soviet Union, and the achievements of socialism. The history of the transformation of the Cheka into an instrument of terror of the bourgeoisie against the Soviet working class proves that the Cheka was still too mild to the enemies of communism. This must serve us as a lesson if we really want to prevent the restoration of world capitalism.
Today, the Comintern (SH) is the only organization in the world, who holds high the banner of Comrade Dzerzhinsky in the struggle against all open and hidden anti-Communists. As the Comintern had emphasized:
"His iron energy, his organizational skills, his bravery, his loyalty to the party, his exemplary, martial fulfilled life must be remembered by all Communists, all workers, all working people".
We follow this appeal of the Comintern also after 90 years. This is a great honor and grateful commitment for us. The Comintern (SH) is always conscious about the fact that there will be no victory of the world socialist revolution without the establishment of our own international Cheka. We will name it "Dzerzhinsky" -International.
If we recognize the great merits and the great revolutionary life of Comrade Dzerzhinsky, then we do this above all, in view of the coming world socialist revolution and the protection of the future socialist world republic.
What can we learn from Comrade Dzerzhinsky?
First. What is the main lesson of Dzerzhinsky's Cheka ? The main lesson is its re-establishment on a world scale - modified according to the conditions of the coming socialist world revolution.
Learning from Dzerzhinsky, that is, to create a Cheka as an instrument of the dictatorship of the world proletariat, for the purpose to defend the socialist world revolution and world socialism, for its protection against all subversive activities of the counter-revolution of the world bourgeoisie. The object of the Cheka of the Comintern (SH) is to foil the international counter-revolution, namely:
1. to stop the advance and triumph of the world socialist revolution
2. to destroy the dictatorship of the world proletariat and to overthrow the socialist world republic.
3. to restore the power of the world bourgeoisie
4. to restore world capitalism.
It is the task of the counter-revolution to protect/maintain/restore the power of the world bourgeoisie, especially the power of the international finance capital. For this purpose the world bourgeoisie uses the ideology of cosmopolitanism, the ideology of the globalized world order of capitalists. This ideology emerged from the bourgeois ideology of nationalism, and it will always emerge from it inevitably. It is the ideological weapon of the world bourgeoisie in her struggle against our proletarian internationalism, our ideology of the unification of the proletarians of all countries.
In order to defeat and destroy world imperialism, the world proletariat must establish its globalized dictatorship, and lead an international struggle against the international counter-revolution, on the ideological, political and economic, as well as on the military battlefield of the international class struggle. [See: general line of the Comintern (SH), Chapter II, "The world socialist revolution and the international counter-revolution"].
After the revolutionary world proletariat has defeated the counterrevolution on the open global battlefield, it does not mean that the counter-revolution is finally destroyed. The international counter-revolution disappears off the face of the earth, but it will still exist in the underground, namely trying with much greater efforts to overthrow the young socialist world republic. Against these subversive activities of the counter-revolution, we will install our "Dzerzhinsky" -International. It will be our armed protection organization under the command of the Comintern (SH). Our "Dzerzhinsky" - International will consist of the most loyal and most revolutionary workers, peasants and soldiers and be recruited by the leaders of the Comintern (SH). The "Dzerzhinsky" - International remains indispensable for the entire socialist period of transition from world capitalism to world communism. It will quit its service not until the class society has finally ceased to exist.
In his speech to the 5-year anniversary of the Cheka, Dzerzhinsky said:
"Five years ago, the Council of People's Commissars has created an organization to fight against counterrevolutionaries, espionage, sabotage and speculation, an organization of the proletarian dictatorship in the fire of the victorious proletarian storm - the All-Russian Cheka. And as our great Red Army destroyed all the enemies and freed the Russian land for the worker-peasant power, for a free life of the peoples of all nations, also the all-Russian Cheka fought at the inner front against the enemies of Soviet power. You all remember the long chain of conspiracies, bandit raids, acts of terrorism against the Soviet power, against its leaders and the sabotage at our economy.
Where are these conspirators?
They do not exist any longer, we have destroyed our enemies. But the counterrevolution may still not be abolished. There will be even more enemies in the economic reconstruction of the country. Against them the GPU will fight - the successor to the All-Russian Cheka".
Our new Cheka will be built on a world scale in response to the organized resistance of the world bourgeoisie against the socialist world republic.
Our new Cheka will be a vanguard of the world proletariat in the struggle against world capitalism, against the White Terror, against sabotage, against shots at the leaders of the world revolution, against counter-revolutionary uprisings, against the sabotage of our world socialist construction, against attacks on the dictatorship of the world proletariat.
Our new Cheka will be the guardian of world socialist revolution.
Our new "Dzerzhinsky" -International will be the most reliable and hard-hitting organisation of the Comintern (SH) in the struggle against the international counter-revolution.
You capitalists around the world! What do you expect of us, how we will respond to your sabotage against our peaceful constructive work of world socialism? Is it not clear to you that we will - by ALL means - defend ourselves against your intrigues and wiles, agaunst your subversions and your conspiracies ? You will fail to strangle the world revolution and to overthrow us ! You will feel the lash of the world proletariat and of all its allies ! The revolution is not a game for us. We do not waste any time and will punish you severely - namely immediately at the location of your crime. We will never forget your crimes against the October Revolution, and we know very well that the dictatorship of the world proletariat could not survive a single day without our armed "Dzerzhinsky"-International. Whatever you will do against the dictatorship of the world proletariat - the world proletariat will not hesitate to defend it with ALL means. Well, you capitalists will hate us, but your hatred will fill us with pride.
The name of Felix Dzerzhinsky was and is still linked with “The terror of the bourgeoisie”. (Stalin)
Long live Feliks Dzerzhinsky !
Long live the Cheka!
Long live the "Dzerzhinsky" -International - the future guardian of the world socialist revolution!

Brief Statement of the Comintern (SH)
BREXIT - and now what?
1. The BREXIT will change basically nothing at continuation of capitalism in Britain, not of capitalism in Europe and throughout the world. Like any imperialism, also the European, and especially British imperialism is characterized by rotting, parasitic and moribund capitalism. The BREXIT does not only speed up the process of disintegration of the former British Empire and the crisis-ridden imperialist Europe, but also the decay process of the whole world imperialism - and thus creates always better conditions for the coming world socialist revolution.
2. The capitalist exploiters - and suppression system - whether in the national or global scale - can be eliminated either by voting or by election. This is impossible by means of parliamentarism , no matter whether in England, in Europe or throughout the world. The destruction of world imperialism is only possible by means of irreconcilable class struggle, of the socialist revolution - only under the leadership of the Comintern (SH) on a world scale, on the European scale, led by the European Sections of the Comintern (SH) and on the national scale under the leadership of the English Section, which is urgently needed to be founded. Without our English Section of the Comintern (SH), the English proletariat can not be victorious over exploitation and oppression.
3. The main enemy in Britain is the imperialist bourgeoisie, which remains part of the counter-revolutionary world bourgeoisie even after the BREXIT. It is the main task of the British proletariat to defeat this main enemy - with the support and solidarity of the entire world proletariat and the anti-imperialist struggle of the oppressed and exploited peoples of the world.
4. British imperialism is not only the main enemy of the British proletariat, but also of all the peoples who are exploited and oppressed for centuries by this old English colonial system.
5. That is why the world proletariat and the peoples will not support any strengthening of the English bourgeoisie, not any strengthening of British imperialism, but struggle for its weakening, for the destruction of the dictatorship of the British bourgeoisie and for the liberation from the neo-colonial chains. This revolutionary goal can be realized only in the united struggle of the world proletariat and the exploited and oppressed peoples of the world.
6. BREXIT must now be transformed into a common struggle of the European proletariat to throw off imperialism in England, in Europe and all over the world.
7. The self-determination of the UK population includes the international unity of the proletarian class struggle and presupposes it. We are against bourgeois separations. In the contrary: we are for tearing down national barriers. We are for the unity of the entire British proletariat and against any nationalist divisions in consequence of the BREXIT. We fight bourgeois nationalist slogans and fight for the union and fusion of workers of all nations in uniform international proletarian organizations - in Europe and around the world. The BREXIT is only useful for the proletariat if it is transformed into the fight for the dictatorship of the proletariat. The struggle for the socialist revolution, this is now the most important task of all upright British Communists.
8. We are not against a united Europe per se, but against the European exploitation and oppression system. We are not against globalization per se, but only against the globalized exploitation - and oppression system. We support the inevitable trend of unification of the world proletariat and the merger of the peoples in the struggle against bourgeois nationalism and cosmopolitanism, in the fight for the power of the working class on a world scale. Not the construction of border posts between nations, but the assimilation of nations is the driving force for the transformation of world capitalism into the world socialism.
We are for the internationalist unification of the entire European proletariat for tearing down all fences at the borders of imperialist Europe in general and against all the border fences between European countries in particular.
BREXIT is an expression of the political crisis in Britain, in Europe and throughout the world, inevitably emerged from the crisis of world capitalism. The BREXIT is an expression of the coming end of the old English colonial power.
The BREXIT is in fact a further step of disintegration of the imperialist European Union. This decay process has begun with Greece and will not be ending with the BREXIT. Imperialism can not be rescued, even not in Europe.
The disintegration of the European Union is an expression of the intensification of class contradictions between the European proletariat and the European bourgeoisie, and thus also between the world proletariat and the world bourgeoisie, because today we have to deal with a globalized exploitation- and oppression system.
The economic crisis has worsened the living conditions of the working people dramatically throughout the world. The exploitation has intensified and will continue to increase. This is impossible without appropriate measures of repression. That's why the political crisis can be "solved" by the bourgeoisie not otherwise than by an increasingly open, brutal dictatorship of the bourgeoisie - fascism.
The Brexist weakens not only the European bourgeoisie but provides benefits at the same time for all the other competitors in world markets. Europe loses its former importance in the globalized system of world capitalism in economic and political terms.
"United States of Europe are synonymous with agreements on the division of colonies among the capitalists".
And for that reason British imperialism is trying to save its crumbling empire. But the old power relations change with the course of economic development. In Europe no longer England, but Germany plays a leading economic role and therefore the growing counterrevolutionary role, which can not be stopped or removed by the BREXIT. German imperialism can be smashed only in the revolutionary struggle of the German proletariat, supported by the European proletariat, the world proletariat, the anti-imperialist struggle of the oppressed and exploited peoples. To check the actual power of a capitalist state, until today there is no other way and it can give no other means than war, beginning with the economic war, a war for the spheres of influence of the markets, particularly the financial markets. Frankfurt will replace London. Even in capitalist Europe, under the pressure of global financial markets, there is no other means, than to restore the disturbed balance of crises in industry and wars in politics, from time to time.
One can not smash the imperialist Europe, by supporting British imperialism. And vice versa, one can not defeat the British imperialism, if one supports the imperialist Europe. They are both enemies of the proletariat. The Comintern (SH) fights consequently against every imperialism, thus both against the imperialist Europe in general and against all imperialist and capitalist countries, which exit the European Union, in particular. What we are interesting in, however, that is taking advantage of the capitalist contradictions in Europe and throughout the world, namely in favor of the world proletariat and the oppressed and exploited peoples, in the interest of the socialist world revolution, in the interests of world socialism and world communism.
"The United States of Europe is possible, agreement between the European capitalists ... but to what end? Only for the purpose of a common Europe ... in capitalism to suppress socialism. The United States of Europe is an organization of reaction . "
But what conclusion do the English revisionists and neo-revisionists draw from this? They do not fight for a socialist Europe. Whoever fights for a socialist Europe, can not be for strengthening national barriers which hinder the Comintern (SH) to unite the European proletariat. Undoubtedly the BREXIT hampers and complicates the necessary centralization of the class struggle of the European proletariat while the tearing down of national barriers, on the other hand, facilitates the socialist revolutions in Europe. This teaches us the 1x1 of world Bolshevism.
As social-chauvinists, they propagate the fascist slogan: "Britain First!" Fascists and social fascists - hand in hand - also in England! Everybody knows that BREXIT will worsen Xenophobia, racism and further discrimination of refugees. It is also known that the British social fascists do support Putin, who has welcomed the BREXIT as a defeat of European imperialism. Why ? Because Brexit plays into the cards of the hegemonial striving of Russian imperialism. And so it is no wonder that the British social fascists make propaganda for the mass murderer Assad. Similarly they support the Chinese imperialists, the Korean and Cuban, Venezuelan and social fascists of all other countries. The British social fascists are trying to fool the British proletariat with the BREXIT,while their true intention is to restore the political power of revisionism for the purpose to rescue world imperialism. So one can not defeat the British imperialism, without defeating the British fascist and social-fascist twins.
The Brexit polarizes not only the British society, but the entire world society. This is positive for the world socialist revolution, and we communist must take advantage of it.
"Bourgeois nationalism and proletarian internationalism - these are two irreconcilably hostile slogans that correspond to the two great class camps throughout the capitalist world, and express two types of policies (even more: two world views) in the national question." (Lenin)
We observe the aggravating nationalist-fascist trends everywhere in Europe. This will inevitably lead to a leftist internationalist trend and will strengthen the proletarian anti-fascist class struggle against the whole international counter-revolution. The class contradictions will absolutely increase not only in Britain but throughout the world, the proletariat will go to the barricades, and the signals of the socialist world revolution will nowhere be unheard.
The Comintern (SH) is for a "WEXIT" - for exiting the entire world imperialist system of exploitation and oppression. The Comintern (SH) is for the entry into the world of socialism - not with the ballot, not by peaceful means of class conciliation - as the revisionists and neo-revisionists preach - but solely by means of the armed world socialist revolution!
Proletarians of all countries, unite !
World proletariat - unite all countries against world imperialism!
Let's build in Britain the Section of the Comintern (SH)!
Long live the Comintern (SH)!

Messages of Solidarity
Greeting Message of the Comintern (SH)
to our Albanian Section
on occasion of the 110th Birthday of comrade
born on 30th of June 1906
The Albanian social-fascists threw comrade Shefqet Peci in prison in Tirana. This brave hero of the people died in the result of his hunger strike. Until his last breath, comrade Shefqet defended Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism. His last words were:
"Death to Fascism!"
We bow today at the 110th birthday of this great hero of the Albanian people.
We swear to struggle in solidarity until the victory of the re-establishment of the dictatorship of the Albanian proletariat. We encourage the comrades of the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH) and all the other true Albanian communists not to give up the fight against all the class enemies who are responsible for the death of comrade Shefqet Peci. We Stalinist-Hoxhaists brand those criminals who murdered Shefqet Peci, the former chairperson of the National Committee of Veterans of the Albanian liberation war. The death of Shefqet Peci was a crime against communism, against all heroes of the Albanian people, against the Albanian working class and against the whole world proletariat. In the years of 1991-97, in Albania took place a mad rush against the Communists according to the anti-communist slogan: "We are destroying Enverism and communism in Albania down to the roots."
A quarter-century has already passed but the anti-communists were not able to - and will never be able - to realize their slogan. In the contrary Enverism cannot be destroyed, neither in Albania nor all over the world. Enverism is invincible because it is true. The foundation of the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH) is the best example for the further strengthening of Enverism in Albania. Our answer to the Albanian bourgeoisie is clear: We will destroy capitalism in Albania and disempower the dictatorship of the Albanian bourgeoisie by means of the socialist revolution under the banner of Stalinism-Hoxhaism, under the banner of the Comintern (SH) !
And it is not only the Albanian bourgeoisie who fears the socialist revolution. It is the whole world bourgeoisie who fears the socialist world revolution.
Especially the German imperialists are evil revanchists. They ritaliate against the Albanian communists who have defeated the fascist occupiers in the National Liberation War. Therefore, the German imperialists were actually the string pullers of the destruction of socialism in Albania. The Albanian bourgeoisie is nothing but a watchdog of the imperialists on the Balkans. The power of the Albanian bourgeoisie depends on serving to the imperialists, namely to prevent Albania from the restoration of communism.
The "Law on Genocide from 20 September 1995" is nothing else than one of the anti-communist deterrent weapons of the capitalists - a law to discourage all communist efforts in the restoration of socialism in Albania. Comrade Shefqet Peci was arrested on 11 October and falsly accused of "ordering the execution of 21 villagers from Buzemadhi in 1944". This is one of the many anti-communist lies which are already known from the Soviet revisionist leaders who accused comrade Stalin of "genocide". The offender-victim relationship is completely turned upside down. We ask:
Who are responsible for Genocide in Albania and the Soviet Union during the Second World war ? The communists or the fascists ? Who occupied Albania and who raided the Soviet Union ? The communists or the fascists ?
The death of comrade Shefqet Peci is nothing but a sacrificial offering of the Albanian bourgeoisie to the imperialist-revisionist world. The Albanian bourgeoisie is the bootlicker of the imperialist powers.
Let us never forget that comrade Shefqet became a victim of the traitors within his own ranks. The traitors within the PLA paved the way to bourgeois social democracy. Social democrats are anti-communists to the core. They are "democrats" only in words but social-fascists in deeds. They are the murderers of comrade Shefqet and of many other communists in Albania. These social-fascists are still active within the communist movement in Albania. They are still hunting communists under the guise of "Enverism". Fascism and Social-fascism are twins. Our struggle for the defense of comrade Shefqet is therefore a struggle against open and hidden fascism in Albania. Without the defeat of the social-fascists there will be no restoration of socialism in Albania. Struggling for comrade Shefqet means struggle against the social-fascists who killed him.
Comrade Shefqet is a hero of the Albanian people and nobody on earth can destroy this historical truth.
He always lives in our mind and in our heart !
Long live comrade Shefqet Peci !
Long live the PLA with comrade Enver Hoxha at the head !
Long live Stalinism-Hoxhaism !
Long live the socialist Albania - the beacon of socialism all over the world !
Long live the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH) - the only true defender of communism in Albania and all over the world !
Long live the socialist revolution in Albania !
Long live the socialist world revolution !
Long live world socialism and world communism !

On Maxim Gorky -
the founder of Soviet literature
"The name of Maxim Gorky is familiar to the working people of the Soviet country and far beyond its borders, and dear as the name of a very great revolutionary artist, a fighter against tsarism, against capitalism, for the international proletarian revolution, for the liberation of the working people of all countries from the yoke of capitalism." ["Welcome letter of the CC of the CPSU (B) on the 40th anniversary of the beginning of his literary activity -". Pravda "No. 266, in 1932, page 1.]
The great Soviet nation that rose up in gigantic, revolutionary enthusiasm and that had shown to the world the miracle of energy, will and talent in the construction of socialist society - images of the struggle of millions of people for a new life without capitalism - inspired the great writer Gorky. Under Gorky's influence, the Soviet people gave birth to a Pléiade of new Soviet poets and writers.
Gorky raised the banner of classical Russian literature, followed their best social and artistic tradition, and at the same time he created a new literature, a literature of revolutionary ideas, of revolutionary attitude toward the world and creating heroes of the socialist society which hitherto never and nowhere existed.
Gorky is not only the father of Soviet literature. His extraordinary influence determined the major methods and contents throughout its whole development.
This is not just about that many Soviet writers, including Ivanov, F. Gladkov, K. Fedin, L. Leonov, who grew up under the direct influence of Gorky and who received his personal, loving support. Gorky's type of attitude, or more specifically, the Bolshevik attitude, became a characteristic feature of Soviet literature. Whether workers or writers, we must follow the footsteps of the great Gorky and become participants of the great matter of the world proletariat, which is absolutely necessary for the future of humanity, for world socialism and for the socialist world revolution.
The affinity to Lenin had steered the literary rebellion of Gorky into the track of the revolution of the proletariat.
The affinity to Stalin characterized his work in recent years - thus the focus on the construction of socialism.
Gorky put himself at the head of the whole literary life of the Soviet country.
He was not only writer but also founder and editor of a number of journals, and he was chairman of the Association of Soviet Writers. Gorky was not only the great Creator, but also the excellent worker of the book - a tireless editor. There was hardly a literary project at which Gorky would not have been involved. The mere listing of publications that have been undertaken at the instigation of Maxim Gorky, is astonishing by its diversity.
Even in the early days of Lenin, Gorky supported the Bolsheviks with his contributions to their newspapers and magazines. Above all, thanks to the personal friendship with Lenin and his suggestions and initiative.
Later, under Stalin, Gorky's publications took shape of mass character.
This includes both mass editions of magazines such as "Our achievements"; "From abroad"; "Literary doctrine"; "The collective farm"; "Work of the people" etc.;
- As well as serial publications such as:
"The lives of great men"; "The story of a young man of the XIX. Century", "The Library of the poet"
- And also collective works like: "A day in the world";
- Further releases were dedicated to the past of the home - books about the historical development of farms and factories, the story of the Civil War, the history of the village, the almanac, "The year XVI", "The Library of the collective farmers", "The USSR under construction", a huge library of magazines and books. Each page had gone through the hand of a man who was in love with the creative work - in the truest sense of the word.
Many of these activities represented a realization of old dreams and plans of Gorky. Even before the revolution Gorky had, for example, the idea of collections of literary works of various peoples. But this was difficult to achieve in those times, and the whole project was stuck in its beginnings.
Along with the huge amount of work in the field of organization of Soviet Literature, Gorki took part in the creation of new scientific institutions. He was closely monitoring the achievements of folk art, corresponded with inventors and engineers, studied the lives of the working communities of the children (see his correspondence with Anton Makarenko) and worked out a number of practical initiatives. All these activities took him a great deal of energy and time, but in spite, Gorky continued his creative literary activity. He wrote the sequel to his novel "Life of Klim Samgins", a series of articles, plays, under which "Yegor Bulychev" was among the most important and most outstanding creations of the artist.
Already in his difficult childhood, Gorky had to care for himself. He had to struggle for his pure survival. Gorky learnt everything laboriously, shifting for himself. His freedom of writing was realized through performing the heaviest and dirtiest odd jobs - here, there and everywhere. Gorky: "I do not have time to write much, I'm working up to 12 hours a day until I spit blood."
This way, Gorky did not only learn much from famous Russian writers, but also from the daily destiny of the working people. He internalised the language of enslaved people, while he shared their fate, whether farmers, artisans, soldiers, merchants, sailors, choristers ... etc. He got around everywhere and so he learned the tradition of oral poetry not only of his own people, but also those of other peoples (e.g. from Italy). Gorky was inspired by the creative power of the people. He was indeed an internationalist personality - with body and soul. He went among the people in the teaching and thus achieved the highest level of art, namely the international merging of beautifulness, elementariness and truthfulness.
Maxim Gorky has not only theoretically recognized the role of literature in its full scope, but also rendered exemplarily evidence as a writer through his poetic creativity. Of course, he possessed great life experience, and that was because he himself participated in the life of the proletariat. Moreover, in youth he came in touch with the revolutionary theory. Better than any other writer, Gorky was able to understand the revolutionary tasks and demands of literature. But that alone was not enough. There were a lot of other people who possessed knowledge about the worker's life and revolutionary theory. However, in order to detect and understand the gathering storm of the revolution in the first steps of the revolutionary movement, one must have an extraordinary farsightedness which must be reflected and transformed into creative literary work. Gorky did not only understand the daily events but moreover their future sense which is still hidden. Maxim Gorky understood the historical significance of current events and expressed it artistically. For Gorky, his appreciation of the very essence of the tasks of Russian literature was a precondition of its further development.
At the very beginning Gorky tried to find new creative ways. He opposed the confined limits of the old realism. He demanded that the writer works out the ideals which are already embodied in life through the whirlwind of revolution. However, this is possible only through truly Bolshevik partisanship. Only under this condition, the writer could create works that are of importance for the liberation of the people.
Gorky demanded that literature must serve the people and their homeland. For Gorky never existed any contradictions between patriotism, working class and love for all mankind.
The main task of literature was the partisan presentation of life, namely by artistically carving out the figure of the new man. Gorky developed the artistic forms of the most valuable features of the socialist man. He described the traits of the people who fight for the new, socialist world. Gorky's hero figures are full of humanistic ideals, of the will to fight for the happiness and the liberation of all mankind. His positive heroes embody the new, socialist ideals of the working class.
So Gorky found the artistic creation principle which was later defined by Stalin, on the 26th of October 1932 ( in an interview with writers): the method of socialist realism.
Gorky had already begun to develop the basis of this artistic method, when the working class was fighting for her liberation (in his famous novel "Mother"). It is clear that this principle could not already appear in its completeness at the first attempt. This method was developed in the course of the creative work of Gorky, namely in proportion with the maturing of his heroes, according to the growing revolutionary movement, especially after the October Revolution, thus from the soil which paved the way of Gorky's life and work.
Thus the principles of socialist realism, as they were created by Lenin and realized Gorky with consummate mastery, became later the revolutionary basis for literary mass movement, the basis for the development of Soviet literature in its entirety. The socialist ideal, the positive hero, the dialectic and patriotic character - these are the essentials of the method of Soviet literature, as they have been theoretically developed by Lenin and first applied in practice by Gorki. The best example of the application of socialist realism is Gorky's novel "The Mother".
Gorky was a hard-edged literature critic. But he did not criticize some petty-bourgeois writers for the sake of criticism in itself but because of their subservience towards the bourgeoisie. For him, literature was a weapon on one of the manifold battle fields of class struggle.
He particularly criticized the writers of symbolism. In the revolutionary years the Symbolists represented the rejection of the revolution, they remained passive and sceptical towards the working class, and they appeared as opponents of Socialist Realism. Gorky saw in Symbolism "a malicious, reactionary phenomenon which must be absolutely combatted."
Gorky defined the mysticism of the Symbolists as a "subtle knack of the bourgeois society, troubled by the ever clearer contradictions of the chaos of life. They want to soothe their consciences by protecting themselves against the looming logic of the disaster of the coming events. They praise divine mercy under the guise of the Pharisees."
Gorky practiced not only criticism, but also self-criticism: "I am not a good Maxist". Selfcritically, Maxim Gorki admitted this weakness frankly. The petty-bourgeois intellectuals tried to misuse his authority against the Bolsheviks, especially after the revolution of 1905 (Machism and Otzovism), shortly before, during and after the October Revolution. In March 1917, Lenin criticized Gorky’s social-pacifist appeal and deplored the fact that the great writer was indulging in politics and reiterating petty-bourgeois prejudices: "There can be no doubt that Gorky’s is an enormous artistic talent which has been, and will be, of great benefit to the world proletarian movement. But why should Gorky meddle in politics?"
And Stalin wrote about Gorky on the 20th (!!) of October 1917 :
"There is a whole string of such 'celebrities' whom the revolution has rejected—Plekhanov, Kropotkin, Breshkovskaya, Zasulich and all those old revolutionaries in general who are noteworthy only for being old. We fear that Gorky is envious of the laurels of these 'pillars'. We fear that Gorky feels a 'mortal' urge to follow after them—into the museum of antiquities. Well, every man to his own fancy. . . . The revolution is not disposed either to pity or to bury its dead. . . ." (Stalin, Volume 3; "Strong bulls of bashan have beset me round")
The anti-Communists try to make believe that Gorky and communism would be an "antagonism". And they try to substantiate this with quotes from Gorky, where he had allegedly argued against Lenin and Stalin, against Bolshevism.
Well, the bourgeoisie would have liked Gorky to part with the Bolsheviks. But for decades, there was never a falling-out with the Bolsheviks - in spite of several political mistakes that Gorky had made. Gorky's friendship with Lenin and Stalin proved to be stronger than all the ideological-political influence of petty-bourgeois intellectualism.
A special characteristic of Gorky is his close connection to the workers' movement in Russia and all over the world. He participated in the Second Congress of the Communist International. Concerning the dialectical relationship between patriotism and internationalism on the field of literature, Gorky learnt from Stalin. J. V. Stalin had found that the folk culture retains its national form after the October Revolution. But at the same time folk culture gets an international socialist content: "Proletarian in content, national in form - this is the general human culture, socialist culture. Proletarian culture does not abolish national culture, which now receives a socialist content and vice versa: The national culture does not remove proletarian culture, which receives its form." (Stalin).
The magazine "Letopis", with which Gorky was connected, was the only legal organ of the anti-war propaganda in Russia during the First World War.
Gorki fought against the imperialist world and its slanders of Soviet literature, against its intention to denigrate the achievements of Soviet culture as worthless, against any attempt to discredit the Soviet writers, against all those who tried to deny the independent development of Soviet culture. With the dirtiest means, socialist consciousness of the Soviet people should be unsettled by the bourgeois cosmopolitans. And finally they blamed the Bolshevik Party of Lenin and Stalin for the death of Gorky. According to the old Trotskyist method Gorky's early works were praised by the bourgeoisie, until he returned to the Soviet Union in 1928 (the "good" creative period and his "evil Stalinist" period after 1928). In this way, one tried to play out "Gorki against Gorki" and to misrepresent him as seedy "figure". Until this day, the bourgeoisie does not hesitate to accuse Stalin that he would Gorky allegedly turned into his "puppet". And that shameless anti-communist lie is today still maintained, namely that Stalin would have allegedly killed Gorky. In truth, it was the anti-Stalinists who murdered Gorky. The bourgeoisie has never stopped to liberate Gorky "from the clutches" of communism and to present him as "one of their own", thus as a famous writer of the bourgeois world literature. Therefore no late works are published by the bourgeois publishers, in which Gorky has directly promoted the cultural construction of the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin. And therefore the Comintern (SH) decided to care especially for the publication of Gorky's late works - in spite of all that ! A Gorky as a revolutionary against enslavement of tsarism and capitalism can be tolerated by the bourgeoisie, however not a Gorki, who has strengthened the dictatorship of the proletariat in struggle against the imperialist encirclement and internal enemies of the Soviet Union. No one will ever be successfull to drive a wedge between Gorky and the world proletariat. Gorki was a revolutionary and belongs to the socialist world revolution.
It is now the duty of us Stalinist-Hoxhaists to defend Gorky against all bourgeois-revisionist slanders. For this, the Comintern (SH) has made a modest contribution and created the world's largest Gorky archive in the Internet - in honor to the 80th Day of Death. Gorky's works can now be read in 20 languages. And we will soon publish his works in many more languages.
The literary heroes of Gorky embody the ideal of the people in the future era of world socialism. Gorky's work is a torch that enlightens the way for world socialist revolution.
Gorky was and will always be the most revolutionary writer of the world. The socialist world literature of the past, at present and in the future will always be based on his work.
What characterizes the world-revolutionary writer of today?
The world-revolutionary writer of today is equipped with the treasures of the works of Maxim Gorky.
A world-revolutionary writer is a deliberate and passionate advocate for the cause of world communism.
The world-revolutionary writer draws critically on all the negative phenomena of world capitalism, rebels against the misery of the entire human race into which the world capitalism has engulfed it.
Only the writer who encourages humanity to overcome world capitalism and to fight for the realization of the long-desired world communism, is a true world-revolutionary writer.
The world-revolutionary writer praises the struggle of the world proletariat, the victory of the global class-struggle against the misery of mankind, especially by the literary promotion of the socialist world revolution.
It is the true heroes of the international class struggle, which serve as a model to the creation of the literary heroes of the world-revolutionary writers. Out of the revolutionary world proletariat itself, the world-revolutionary writer creates his artistic heroes. He creates the positive hero of proletarian internationalism, which is imbued with revolutionary world-consciousness.
The world-revolutionary writer is not exclusively working for his homeland. The homeland of the world-revolutionary worker is nothing but the world in a whole. The future world-socialist literature is both in form and content a socialist literature. The world-revolutionary writer writes in the service of the merger of all peoples throughout the world, he writes for the future classless world community in which there will be no borders of man against man anymore. The socialist world literature is free from any privileges or discriminations of nations. It is the literature determined by the dictatorship of the world proletariat and under the guidance of the Communist International.
The writer of the future is not only a writer but simultaneously a world revolutionary who participates oneself directly in the class struggle against world capitalism and its vestiges. He scatters the way towards world communism not with flowers, but describes it as a way of mortal combat, as a most burdensome path that bears toughest global examinations.
He abhors the world of arrogant intellectualist literatism and accepts the subordinate role to the world-collectivism of the proletariat, to the party-line of the Communist International.
A world-revolutionary writer is modest in ones international authority and sober in his humility towards the great cause of the world proletariat.
A world-revolutionary writer learns daily from the living and working experience of the world proletariat. He writes the truth about the world proletariat and nothing but the truth. He raises his world-revolutionary voice on every continent.
He fights for the strengthening of a global association of writers of the new world communist literature.
No matter in which language he writes - he writes always with all other world revolutionary writers together at the boundless class-front of the mighty word of world communism which is everywhere understood by the whole world community.
There is no comparable honorable duty in world history, as to educate humanity in the spirit of communism. This is above all the duty of all world-revolutionary writers.
Socialist realism emerged from and is based on the Great October Socialist Revolution. And as well, it is clear that the world-socialist realism emanates from the Great Socialist world revolution, which was heralded by the October Revolution, which is based upon the literary achievements of the October Revolution. The victory of the October Revolution opened up the intellectual and cultural world of the socialist Soviet peoples, and as well, the socialist world revolution will be the soil upon which the intellectual and cultural world of all socialist peoples will blossom.
The new method of the world-socialist realism is based on the scientific principles of Stalinism-Hoxhaism and can only develop during the struggle against neo-revisionism, particularly in the field of world-revolutionary literature.
Only with the communist ideology the global life can be study properly, namely in the great battles of the new socialist life against the old life under capitalism. A world-revolutionary writer who is not equipped with the lessons of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, is not at all a world-revolutionary writer. A world-socialist literature can emerge only under the leadership of the Communist International. One can develop the world socialist literature only by the strengthening of the Comintern (SH).
One must be primarily aware about the ideological-cultural position of the bourgeois and petty bourgeois littérateurs, and find out those elements which try to hide behind the mask of "communism". One must settle up with all these open and hidden anti-communists, namely exclusively on the basis of Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

We will never forget that the Rightists and Trotskyites - these agents of the world imperialists - had murdered Gorky on 18 June 1936, those against whom he had fought so bravely. On June 20, Gorky was buried in Red Square in Moscow. Among the carriers of the coffin there was also Stalin, of whom Gorky wrote:
"Continuous and more rapidly growing in the world is the importance Josef Stalin, the man who has adopted the energy and boldness of his teacher and comrade in arms. Stalin was the best Leninist, and now worthy, during 10 years, to occupy the most serious post as the leader of the party ... The excellent organized will, the penetrating mind of a great theorist, the boldness of a talented pool administrator, the intuition of a true revolutionary who understands brilliantly how to navigate through the difficult characteristics of the people, who cultivates the best of these features, who fights relentlessly against those who form a hindrance for achieving the utmost level of development, all this has placed Stalin on Lenin's position." (Maxim Gorky: "About the homeland", page 154/55)
In the days of his illness Gorky read Stalin's draft of the new constitution. Deeply moved, told Gorky: "In our country, even the stones sing."
The traditions of Gorky are dear to us for all times. May "all stones around the whole world begin to sing" when the Constitution of the Socialist World Republic enters into force.
Long live Maxim Gorky!

Greeting message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of the 70th anniversary of the death of
from June 3, 2016
Mikhail Kalinin was one of the outstanding representatives of the old guard of the Bolsheviks, the party of Lenin and Stalin, a great leader and teacher of the Russian proletariat and the poor peasants.
M. I. Kalinin was born in 1875 in the Tver province. He was a toiling peasant and later worked as a machinist in the Putilov works, where he distinguished himself as a particularly good agitator among colleagues. Late 90s Kalinin was at the head of the group "Combat League for the liberation of the working class" of the Putilov plant and initiated practical revolutionary work in the two largest proletarian districts of the capital Petersburg. In 1898 he joined the RSDLP. In 1899 he was first arrested and sent into banishment. Kalinin supported Lenin's "Iskra" as a correspondent. The "Iskra" fulfilled the function of the cadre factory of the party, where Kalinin was formed as a professional revolutionary. From the outset, he struggled since 1904, with Lenin against Menshevism.
At the outbreak of the 1905 revolution he returned from his second banishment illegally to St. Petersburg and struggled at the head of the Bolshevik organization in the Putilov plant.
1912 Kalinin was a candidate of the Central Committee of the RSDLP. In the spring of 1917, he is one of the leaders of the struggle of the workers and soldiers of Petrograd to overthrow the Tsarist regime. He is a member of the Petrograd Party Committee and the editorial board of "Pravda". Since 1914 Kalinin was in constant contact with Lenin. The Petersburg party committee was more than 30 times smashed by the police, and the Duma faction was arrested. Nevertheless, Kalinin was engaged in maintaining the function of the Russian Bureau of the Central Committee, which could be completely recreated in the autumn of 1916.
In Jahre1920 Kalinin took part as a Russian delegate at the 2nd World Congress of the Communist International in Moscow. He was elected into the presidium and participated actively in the discussion. At the 5th World Congress of the Comintern Kalinin gave a speech on Lenin.
At the VIII. Congress of the RCP (B), Kalinin elected into the Central Committee and became candidate of the Politburo on March 23, 1919. Kalinin spoke as a representative of the Central Committee and the Central Executive Committee in April 1919, to the Red Army soldiers and commanders of the troops who were stationed in Ryazan Governorate. He headed agitation and Instruktionszug "October Revolution" as chairman of the CEC.
In 1919 he traveled throughout Russia. He held 241 lectures and discussions and participated in 290 rallies, on which were a total of 652 510 people in attendance. Before his first ride Kalinin explained:
"My main objective is to approach directly to the counties and districts, to the working people, who are living far from the center, and to meet their needs, and to hear the voice of life itself." ( "Izvestia" [News of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee] - from 1 May 1919)
In the winter of 1920, Kalinin worked for the "Communist subbotnik" in Kharkov. Snowdrifts had brought rail traffic to a halt. Kalin helped to get the track free again, and to load and unload the waggons.
1920 fights Kalinin on behalf of the Central Committee on the southern front against Wrangel, whose troops were completely destroyed.
From 1925 to his death in 1946. He was permanently member of the Politburo of the CC of the CPSU (B). After the death of Sverdlov, Kalinin was elected as chairman of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee - according to the proposal of Lenin. Since 30th of March 1919, Kalin executed the highest organ of the Soviet state, namely for 27 years up to his death.
In his speech in March 1919 Kalinin said:
"For millennia the best minds of mankind wrestle with the theoretical problem of finding forms that enable the peoples to live in friendship and brotherhood, without anguish and mutual fight. Only now and today the first stone is practically placed in this direction. " (Kalin, Volume 1, Moscow 1960, page 359)
On June 3, 1946, Kalinin died from cancer. Kalinin was honored with a large state funeral and Stalin and Molotov carried his coffin towards the Kremlin wall, where he was buried.
During his nearly 50 years of revolutionary activity in the service of the Russian working class and the Bolshevik Party M. I. Kalinin has made a significant creative work in various fields of economic and political life. His special attention was paid to questions of agitation and propaganda, the communist education and the development of culture and science in the first state of workers 'and peasants' government. In particular, Kalinin made in the fight against illiteracy deserves, because without reading and writing, there is no revolutionary progress. Kalinin was president of "Doloi Negramotnosti", founded in the fall of 1923, in which Lenin and Krupskaya were active.
As Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet to Kalinin also made in Great Patriotic War deserves.
Kalinin's speeches and essays also contain for us today a lot of lessons for the educational work among the youth, for the questions connected with the masses a living and creative agitation and propaganda.
The Comintern (SH) takes the 70th anniversary of Kalinin as an opportunity to publish the largest photo collection and the works of Kalinin in different languages of the world. , the Comintern (SH) has created the world's largest online archive in honor of Kalinin. We close our message of greetings with the words of Kalinin:
"The whole history of my life, and above all the entire history of the working class is that we fought under the leadership of Lenin and Stalin."
Long live Mikhail Kalinin!
Long live the Bolshevik Party of Lenin and Stalin!
Long live the motherland of communism - the Soviet Union!

What is Revisionism ?

The political economics of
What is the revisionist economics of modern revisionism ?
The economics of modern revisionism is nothing else than bourgeois economics of parasitic and dying socialism, is the economics of bourgeois socialism, is the economy of the state monopoly capitalism of a new type.
The revisionist political economics is the bourgeois revision of the Marxist-Leninist political economics on its (formal) ground , is its adaption to the capitalist political economy, for the purpose of the restoration of capitalism, for the purpose of the replacement of the socialist order through the capitalist order.
The political economics of modern revisionism is the conciliation of the antagonistic contradiction between the socialist and capitalist political economics as a condition precedent to the "peaceful" overcoming of socialism economy by economic "reforms".
the next translation of Part IV is in preparation:
The main branches of modern revisionism:
a) Yugoslaw Revisionism
b) Sowjet Revisionism
c) Modern Revisionism in the Western World – in particular Euro“Communism“
d) Chinese Revisionism
e) Revisionism in Albania

African Liberation Day !
May 25, 1963
Messages of Solidarity
Message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of May 25, 1963
African Liberation Day
The history of African class society is the history of heroic class struggle against slavery, subjugation and plundering, the history of defeats and victories of liberation. The peoples of Africa are rich in experience from which they draw lessons for their total liberation and emancipation. And also the African proletariat is capable to draw lessons from the recent history of the workers movement in Africa. And that goes also for the lessons of the communist movement and, especially for the anti-revisionist struggle in Africa.
Africa has suffered (and still suffers) the worst genocide and holocaust at the hands of the architects of slavery and colonialism. Slave owners and slaves - this was the first major African separation of classes. The second major African class division was between the lords of the manor and serfs. And finally - today - the capitalist Africa polarizes the class of proletarians and the bourgeoisie.
The imperialists involved the African continent into a new, larger and even bloodier battle - namely re-division of their spheres of influence, sources of raw materials and markets. Thus, the African peoples were drawn into the imperialist wars ... First World War - Second World War. Then followed wars among the African bourgeois nations which are instigated and controlled by the world imperialist powers both jointly and as rivals – in the interest of squeezing out maximum profits through exploitation of the African working class and the African peoples. The old colonial power are replaced by new one's - but colonialism still remains. Neo-colonialism is the highest stage of colonialism - is parasitic, decaying, dying colonialism. Imperialism, itself, destroys its own hinterland. And without its hinterland imperialism is doomed to die.
"The policy pursued by the big landowners, the reactionary bourgeoisie, the imperialists and the neo-colonialists is intended to keep the African peoples in permanent bondage, in ignorance, to hinder their social, political and ideological development, and to obstruct their struggle to gain these rights.” (Enver Hoxha, Imperialism and the Revolution, Tirana, 1979, edition in English)
Today's crises of world capitalism have devastating consequences for the poor people in Africa. Exploiting ruthlessly the world crisis for the purpose to extract more and more riches from Africa - that is the essence of today's imperialist parasitism of neo-colonialism (the monopolization of financial and industrial capital, business with starvation, with water, with resources, with proxy wars and the blood of the African peoples, with wage-slavery, with refugees etc).
The history of imperialist wars in the period of the redivision of Africa is the heroic history of anti-imperialist wars and liberation struggles of the Africans which will be crowned by the victory of the socialist revolutions all over Africa, by the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the creation of the African Union of Socialist Republics.
The African Liberation Day stands for a socialist Africa in a socialist world !
The weakening of the chain of world imperialism means strengthening the anti-imperialist chain in Africa. Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the teaching of the preparation, recruitment, centralized organization and mobilization of the international proletarian army, in general, and the transformation of the reserves of the imperialist hinterland into new proletarian detachments of the world socialist revolution, in particular. The Comintern (SH) is the global revolutionary organization which combines the African socialist revolutions as parts and attachments of the socialist world revolution.
Africa is only free by means of the dictatorship of the African proletariat and peasants which has totally purified world-bourgeoisie's neo-colonialism on the whole African continent and which has victoriously defeated all African national bourgeoisie !
Without a revolutionary organization, which is guided by the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, there will be no communism in Africa. It is time for African proletariat to finish what it was left half-way through constructing a Section of the Comintern (SH) in each African country and through faithfully applying the invincible teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. Only in this manner, the African proletariat will become part of the glorious global red proletarian army that will defeat world capitalism-imperialism once for all and march towards world socialism and world communism.
Long live the 53nd anniversary of the African Liberation Day!
Long live the struggle of African and world workers for their liberation from exploitation and oppression!
Long live the socialist revolutions in Africa and the dictatorship of the African working class !
For a united, independent and socialist Africa in a socialist world!
Workers of all continents of the world – solidarity with the African working class and the exploited and oppressed African peoples !
Unite in the world-revolutionary struggle for smashing world imperialism !
Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!
Long live the socialist world revolution and the violent dictatorship of the world proletariat!
Long live world socialism and world communism!
Long live the African Sections of the Comintern (SH)!
Long live the Comintern (SH) – the only true Bolshevist world party!

The hungry working masses, driven to desperation, are rising to the struggle against their oppressors and exploiters. Their hatred of capitalism is growing. THEY will change the world !
Everywhere the urge to form a united fighting front against the capitalist offensive, against fascism and the danger of imperialist war, is growing. More and more, the working people are coming to see that they will be able to resist their exploitation by capital and bar the road to fascist reaction and imperialist war by creating a united fighting front.

Long live the victory of the Red Army and the victory of all peoples over the Hitler-fascism!
Comrade Stalin was the greatest leader of world socialist revolution on the battlefield of the Great Patriotic War.
Learning from Stalin is, to transform the victory on May 9, 1945, in a final and complete victory over current world fascism and world imperialism.
9 May 1945, the greatest victory of the entire world proletariat over the world bourgeoisie throughout the recent period of world imperialism and the socialist world revolution, a victory of socialism over capitalism on a world scale.
With the victory over Nazism Comrade Stalin paved the way to the final victory over imperialism on a world scale. Stalin paved the way to world socialism by creating a solid anti-fascist, anti-imperialist bastion - the mighty Stalinist world camp. This Stalinist world camp was defeated only by means of the modern revisionists.
9 May 1945, known as Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, was not a national, but above all an international one. The homeland of the Soviet peoples was also the homeland of the world proletariat and always will be the homeland of all exploited and oppressed classes all over the world. That is why this day is celebrated by the entire world proletariat as a day of anti-fascist / anti-imperialist victory of all the exploited and oppressed classes throughout the world who have suffered under the Hitler fascism and who now suffer under world fascism.
Out of the struggle of the bourgeoisie against the proletariat, out of the struggle of imperialism and fascism against socialism, socialism emerged as the winner. The fascists killed millions of people with their bestial war. But socialism could not and cannot be defeated by fascism. Through the Great Patriotic War, the Soviet Union emerged even stronger. Socialism spread over one-third of the earth. The defeat of socialism was only possible for the imperialists because they could rely on their secret ally in their enemy camp - on the most dangerous enemies within the world communist movement - namely the modern revisionists.
The 9th of May 1945 teaches us that the world proletariat can only be victorious over fascism if it defeats simultaneously social-fascism which both paves the way towards fascism and the restoration of fascism.
Therefore, defending comrade Stalin and the Red Army, defending world peace of today, that can mean nothing but creating the red world army of the oppressed and exploited classes under the leadership of the world proletariat for the complete destruction of world imperialism as the source of fascism and social-fascism.
Fascism and social-fascism can only be defeated by the elimination of imperialism and social-imperialism.
The final defeat of fascism and social-fascism can only be guaranteed by the socialist world revolution and the construction of world socialism.
The imperialist wars are expression of the indispensable redivision of the world through extreme measures of fulfilling the law of imperialism – namely maximum of profit by the blood of millions of people.
The anti-fascist struggle is only victorious if it is based on the armement of the anti-fascists.
History proved that fascism cannot be overcome peacefully by means of the pact with the bourgeoisie – namely "peaceful path towards socialism" by means of the people's front.
This experiment failed historically and those who want to repeat this failure of the people's front, are only anti-fascists in words but social-fascists in deeds.
All the merger of the social-democratic parties and the communist parties led to social-fascism. Only the CPSU and the PLA struggled successfully against peaceful co-existence or even merger of Bolshevism and Menshevism.
Only the communist party which is guided by Bolshevism is able to hinder the development towards fasicm and social-fascism, is able to defeat fascism and social-fascism, is able to hinder the restoration of fascism and social-fascism.
And also the merger of revisionist and neo-revisionist parties with communist parties will unavoidably lead to the same result – fascism and social-fascism.
Albania succeeded to transform anti-fascist war into socialist revolution and construction of socialism. This is the anti-fascist lessons that we have learnt from comrade Enver Hoxha.
Implementation of the anti-fascist lessons of Stalinism-Hoxhaism this means:
armed anti-fascist/antisocial-fascist struggle on a world scale and its transition in to the armed socialist world revolution.
Only on the basis of Stalinism-Hoxhaism we will win over fascism and social-fascism on a world scale, today.
Therefore, we must strengthen the Stalinist-Hoxhaist world movement. For this we need the Comintern (SH) and her Sections in every country in the world as a leading battlestaff for publicity and creating an anti-fascist, anti-imperialist world army and its further development to the socialist army of the world proletariat.
Only in the coming epoch of world socialism the elimination of the unavoidability of imperialist wars are guaranteed, however not their avoidability. As long as classes exists, the danger of the restoration of imperialist wars cannot be excluded. Peace is a matter of class struggle which continues as long as classes exists – even in the period of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.
Therefore, peace of mankind needs the armed anti-fascist and anti-imperialist dictatorship of the world proletariat during the entire socialist period between the epoch of capitalism and communism.
Down with the anti-communist propaganda of the world bourgeoisie and bourgeois-revisionist falsification of history on occasion of the 9th of May 1945 !
Putin drags the honor of the Red Army of Comrade Lenin and Stalin in the mud. Today, the Russian army is in essence nothing more than the Hitler's army, namely an army in the bloodstained hands of the Russian imperialists. For us, the Western imperialism and the Eastern imperialism differ only in that the one exploits the peoples openly. They suppress the peoples and let them bleed for their predatory wars, while the other one commits the same crimes against the peoples, however the Eastern imperialist powers hide their crimes behind an "anti-imperialist" facade with which they justify their crimes. That's why the world proletariat will only be able to triumph over world imperialism if it has both defeated - the open and the capped imperialists. The destruction of Russian imperialism is a crucial part of the destruction of the entire world imperialism. This helps the exploited and oppressed peoples of the world to break through the world imperialist chain at its weakest point and then tearing it down piece by piece, until the last chain link is permanently shattered.
Turn around the guns and aim them against all imperialists in the West AND the East, thus including against Putin!
The honor of the Red Army of Comrade Lenin and Stalin will only be restored when it has battered Russian imperialism in the second socialist revolution, when the Red Army of the Russian proletariat re-establishes the proletarian dictatorship. Then, the Soviet banner of Lenin and Stalin will blow all over the Kremlin. The Soviet flag has to be taken out of the hand of the revisionists, neo-revisionists and social-fascists.
Who are the Russian neo-revisionists ? The Russian neo-revisionists are those forces which are "anti-revisionists" in words, but forerunners of the re-establishment of the revisionist Soviet Union, in deeds.
Therefore, the Soviet flag can only be defended by the Stalinists-Hoxhaists in Russia and around the world. The Soviet flag of today is the banner of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, the banner of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha in Russia and in all re-established Soviet republics!
The honor of the Red Army of Comrade Lenin and Stalin will only be restored if all the roots of revisionism, neo-revisionism and social fascism have been eradicated completely and entirely in Russia.
Let's build in Russia a strong Section of the Comintern (SH), which fights in the spirit of the glorious Comintern and the Bolshevik Party of Lenin and Stalin - for a socialist Soviet Union in a socialist world !!
Learn from Generalissimo Stalin !

Long live the 198th birthday of
Karl Marx !
Messages of Solidarity
Message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of
Karl Marx’s 198th anniversary
May 5, 1818 – May 5, 2016
We greet all the Marxists throughout the world, because today we celebrate the 198th birthday of Karl Marx, the birthday of our first classic of Marxism-Leninism.
Today is the birthday of one of the greatest revolutionaries of human history.
Karl Marx has put all his revolutionary thinking and his selfless revolutionary activities in the service of the liberation of the international working class.
Karl Marx was the founder of scientific communism. He created the ideology of the proletariat and became the great leader and teacher of the world proletariat.
Karl Marx did not "interpret the world", he "changed" it - that is the point of his famous "Theses on Feuerbach".
Stalin defined Marxism as follows:
« Marxism is the science of the laws of nature `s and society `s development, the science of the revolution of oppressed and exploited masses, a science of socialism `s victory in all countries, the science of building the communist society»
Lenin described the German philosophy, the English economy and French socialism as "3 Sources and Component Parts of Marxism".
1. The philosophy of Marxism is dialectical materialism. The discoveries of nature were transformed into discoveries of the society - historical materialism. Political institutions are a superstructure on the economic base.
2. The doctrine of surplus value is the cornerstone of economic theory of Marx. The Political Economy of Marx has explained the true position of the proletariat in the whole system of capitalism. The social productive forces burst their fetters of relations of production through a revolutionary process of the socialization of private property at the means of production.
3. Marxism is the doctrine of the class struggle, of the conquest of political power by means of the proletarian revolution, of the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat and its transition to free associations within the classless, communist society.
Karl Marx lived in a time when the capitalist system had just begun to conquer the world and to dominate it.
The great merit of Marx is, that he proved scientifically that this capitalist world order will not last forever, that it is doomed to its inevitable downfall through its objective insoluble contradictions between capital and labour. This proves the present world crisis very clearly. Marxism is the scientific reflection of reality and that is why Lenin called the doctrine of Marx as "omnipotent because it is true."
Karl Marx pointed to a special class which enters the stage of world history in the epoch of capitalism - the proletariat - "the grave-digger of the bourgeoisie". The world proletariat is the only revolutionary class that is capable of and called to sweep off the capitalist world order. The world proletariat does not only liberate itself, but also all other oppressed classes.
Karl Marx designated the proletariat as a class that abolishes the class society forever. Marx called the inevitable stage of development between capitalism and communism - the world dictatorship of the proletariat. The realization of the revolutionary role of the world proletariat as the builder of a classless social order - that is the powerful weapon which Karl Marx bequeathed the international working class.
Comrade Enver Hoxha said:
"The giant Marx and his comrade Engels, the founders of our glorious teachings, recorded with their studies all the centuries and worked for centuries. That is, they generalized in an ingenious way the history and the work and thinking of mankind, it initiated the development of laws of human society, its standards and methods, and showed possible forms of transformation of society, the abolition of capitalism and the building of socialism and communism and established these laws. Therefore, Marxism is always young, vital and immortal. "
Marxism is a guide to revolutionary action. And so "we Albanian Marxist-Leninists came to the philosophy of Marx by the revolutionary practice", so recalls Comrade Enver Hoxha.
In vain attempts, the bourgeoisie defined the revisionist betrayal, the restoration of capitalism, an alleged "failure of Marxism". That is a lie. The correctness of Marxism will be proved by the restoration of socialism on a world scale.
Marxism is indelible.
Today the Comintern (SH) is the only true defender of Karl Marx and all other 4 classics. We emphasize again, and we will continue to stress, namely that it is impossible even to defend a single classic, without defending simultaneously all the other four classics.
Guided by the invincible teachings of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism we are marching resolutely towards world socialist revolution, towards the dictatorship of the world proletariat towards world socialism and world communism.
We swear to fulfill the great legacy that Karl Marx has left us.
Long live Karl Marx - the first classics of Marxism-Leninism!
Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!
Proletarians of all countries - unite!
World proletariat - unite all countries!
Down with the open, reactionary anti-Marxism!
Down with the betrayal of the revisionists and neo-revisionists of Marxism!
Long live the Stalinist-Hoxhaism that enhanced teaching of Marxism-Leninism in the world today!
Long live the proletarian internationalism!
Long live the proletarian, socialist world revolution!
Long live the dictatorship of the world proletariat!
Long live world socialism and world communism!
Long live the Comintern (SH) - the only authentic defender of Karl Marx and his revolutionary, proletarian heritage!

World crisis can never be finished by the world capitalists. World crisis can only be finished by the world proletariat.
If - all over the world - every labourer, every unemployed worker, every cook, every poor peasant sees - not from the internet but with his own eyes -,
- that the world-state of the proletariat does not strive for "global wealth", but is helping the poor on this planet,
- that this world-proletarian state does not hesitate, to adopt world-revolutionary measures,
- that it confiscates ALL surplus stocks of provisions from ALL parasites on the globe and distributes them to the world's hungry,
- that it forcibly installs every homeless on earth in the houses of the rich,
- that it compels the rich to pay for milk, (but does not give them a drop until the children of ALL poor families are sufficiently supplied),
- that the land of the whole world is being transferred to the working people and the factories und banks all over the world are being placed under the control of the world proletariat,
- that immediate and severe punishment is meted out to every single millionaire who conceals his wealth,
- when the poor in every country see and feel all this,
then, never again, world capitalist forces, no forces of world finance capital, no forces of countries' finance capital, no force of exploiters in the countries which manipulates millions of millions, will tantalize the peoples,
then, the socialist world revolution will triumph all over the world and shall mature in all countries.
After the establishment of the Socialist World Republic
every citizen of the world will receive a universal and uniform world passport
- globally valid in all countries -
[Decision of the Comintern (SH)]
