Long live the
13th anniversary of
of the Red International of the Labour Unions !
May 1, 2003 - May 1, 2016
Today, we send militant greetings to all members of the RILU, to all revolutionary unionists all over the world.
Declaration of the Reconstruction of the RILU
effective date: 1st of May, 2003
Thirteen years have passed by when this historical re-foundation document was published -thus for the first time after dissolution of the RILU in 1937.
It was no coincidence that the Communist International (Stalinist Hoxhaists) had re-founded the Red International of Labour Unions, firstly for the purpose to support the proletarians with the creating of their independent revolutionary unions in their own country, and secondly for the purpose, to strengthen the global revolutionary union movement, as an instrument for the revolutionary overthrow of world capitalism.
The RILU was founded in the foresight, that the trade union movement against global capitalism will unavoidably generate its new global forms. The RILU is a globally centralized bulwark against the globalization of the Yellow Unions, these exploitive instruments in the hands of the world capitalists.
In the ongoing process of the internationalization of trade union struggle, the RILU has a dual purpose:
1. Under the terms of the domination of the global capital, the today's worker needs not only the solidarity of his colleagues in his own country, but the globally organized solidarity of the entire world proletariat.
The global competition and split among workers in different countries can only be counteracted by the basic principle of the Red International of the Labour Unions:
A global negotiating table for the enforcement of equal demands of the workers in exclusively every country of the world.
The Red International of the Labour Unions is the leader of the new globally unionized battle-field between global labour and global capital.
On this unionized global battle-field all the national revolutionary unions play their role as the detachments of the Red International of the Labour Unions which coordinates collectively all the global actions in every country of the world.
2. First, the organizing of solidarity with the revolutionary trade union struggle is needed, primarily in those countries where workers' rights are most cruelly trampled.
The current free fall of world wages ( wage dumping) must be stopped by global battle actions, organized by the RILU.
In the course of this global struggle for wages, the activity of the Red Trade Union International is expanding, such as the general improvement of working conditions, etc.
Eventually, the expansion of the influence of the global front of the revolutionary trade unions gains in importance over the whole global labor world. The struggle to improve the lives of the workers is turned by the RILU into a fight for the revolutionary bursting of all global chains of wage slavery.
By these world battles, the elements on the side of world labour, as well as the elements of the world capital become more and more polarized. Once arrived at this point, the Red International of Labour Unions will be able to fulfill its political tasks, namely to finally repeal the ruinous labour competition on a global scale, and to abolish the enslaving global capitalist labour market.
Without the international unification of the revolutionary trade union movement, the international labor movement is powerless. Any unorganized spontaneity is in the interest of the capitalists and doomed to the defeat. The international labour movement will stay on shaky ground. It is only as strong as the strength of its organizational global centralization.
The Red International of the Labour Unions is an organization that covers the world proletariat in its entirety, but it is not qualified to realize the world dictatorship of the proletariat. The RILU cannot replace the most decisive role of the Communist International. The RILU is only a part of various world-organizations of the proletariat, all of which are functioning as gears in the transmission of the international class struggle (=transformation belts of the world socialist revolution).
The world dictatorship of the proletariat can only be realized by means of the leadership of its vanguard, through the world-proletarian party, which is closely linked to the RILU.
Without this mutual mechanism, the transition from world imperialism to world socialism can not be achieved.
What is the dialectical relationship between the national and international revolutionary trade union movement, especially in the fight against the globally organized system of wage slavery ?
The yellow unions are instruments of imperialism for suppression and splitting of the revolutionary proletariat. The global capitalists need Yellow Unions to protect their global system of wage slavery. They need the Yellow Unions as bulwarks against revolutionary Unions whose goal it is to destroy the wage slavery globally.
In the interest of securing the global profit maximization, it is inevitable for the world bourgeoisie, to integrate the national Yellow Trade Unions in a global instrument for the regulation of wage slavery.
This globalized system of Yellow Trade Unions thus has the task of transforming the strike-breaking in the various countries into global strike-breaking.
This is the crucial feature of the present globalization of the system of Yellow Trade Unions.
The Yellow Trade Unions of individual countries must be integrated into a single, centralized instrument of the global capital. Only this way, labour force becomes more disposable and flexible for its global exploitation. This means that the barriers of their reactionary, national guild-system must fall, which has hampered tremendously the revolutionary development of the labor movement in each country and particularly on a global scale.
This is therefore not about the pure continuation of the old Amsterdam International, which acted mainly against the revolutionary, class-struggle unionism in the individual countries. An international umbrella organisation is no longer needed, where the single Yellow Trade Unions represented the preferred interests of their own national bourgeoisie who struggled for a hegemonial position among the imperialist "Great" powers. Today, it is rather a globalized Yellow Trade Union movement of the globalized world capitalism, ie. the formation of a new global system of Yellow Trade Unions for the purpose, to bridle the entire world of labour. This globalized system acts into the countries' unions, keeps them under pressure to deepen the international split of the world proletariat in each country.
What does this mean in regard to the future struggle of the world-revolutionary Trade Unions of the international working class ?
For the world revolutionary trade union movement it is very important that the nationalist backwardness of the Yellow Unions falls. The interests of the whole world proletariat are higher than the interests in a single country. The globalization of trade union movement helps us to spread the communist ideas of proletarian internationalism around the world. This concerns both the world proletariat as a whole and the revolutionary trade union movement in every country of the world.
The more the globalized world capital exercises pressure on individual unions, the more urgent is the global association of red unions. The globalization is the characteristic tendency of the changing world movement of the working class, including its revolutionary trade unions. Under the conditions of globalization, the centralized work of the RILU is indispensable for the revolutionary trade unions in every country. And without support of the red trade unions in the countries the RILU cannot defeat the world headquarters of the social-imperialist unions.
The spirit of proletarian internationalism must completely determine the red trade unions in individual countries. The world-revolutionary power of all red Trade Unions can not be fully unfolded without overcoming national isolation and without getting rid of stubborn national narrow-mindedness. The revolutionary trade unions of the countries are indivisible part of the internationalist world movement of the Trade Unions. This relationship is equal to the togetherness of the proletariat of different countries ( as parts), and the world proletariat (as a whole). The strengthening of the revolutionary Trade Unions in the countries and their integration into the whole revolututionary world movement is a task which can only be solved by mutual efforts of the red trade union of a country and the Red International of the Labour Unions. This way it is possible and necessary to destroy the global system of the Yellow Tradeunionism.
That - and only that - is the only guarantee of victory over the yellow union in one's own country under the present conditions of the globalized wage slavery!
So to speak, the world capital transforms all national yellow unions into a global system which is needed to cope with the sharpening contradictions and competition between national labor and global labor.
As a result of the creation of a yellow world union, the globalized revolutionary world union enters unavoidably the world arena.
Without the creation of the RILU can the yellow union neither disappear from the historical world stage, nor from the historical stage in individual countries. The world proletariat can not unite the countries for the socialist world revolution if the revolutionary trade unions of the countries are not united - in their struggle against Yellow Unionism:
"World proletariat - unite the revolutionary trade unions of all countries !"
This is the world revolutionary slogan to solve the union's world crisis.
Marxism-Leninism teaches that the world proletariat cannot adopt the apparatus of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie. In the contrary, the world proletariat must destroy it completely and must establish its own dictatorship upon the ruins of the bourgeois world dictatorship. From this it follows that:
The global apparatus of the capitalist reactionary Trade Unions (inclusively the reformist-revisionist and syndicalist ones !) is integral part of the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie. Therefore, this global system of bourgeois Trade Unions cannot be adopted by the world proletariat. In the contrary, the world proletariat has to destroy it completely and to establish a global system of socialist trade unions as part of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.
It cannot be excluded that the capitalist trade union can be defeated in one's own country. Certainly, but this costs much more sacrifices - namely as long as the capitalist trade union is backed by the whole world capitalist system.
It is a matter of fact that this defeat can not at all be guaranteed, because capitalist trade unions will be unavoidably be restored - namely as long as the dictatorship of the world bourgeoisie exists. If you want to abolish the inevitability of the restoration of reactionary trade unions, you need the word dictatorship of the proletariat.
We must combat those elements who only agree with us in words. These opportunist elements are neither able nor willing to follow us in our actions. We know only too well from our own experiences how heavy and dangerous it is to implement the revolutionary line within the reactionary trade unions. This struggle is sometimes harder than in a capitalist factory - particularly, if the reactionary labour leaders cooperate with the capitalist owners of a factory behind your back. That's why some "leftist" comrades withdraw from this indispensable struggle within the reactionary trade unions. They cannot stand the daily massive pressure. We must fight at the forefront , and that is always there where the workers are organized - in the trade unions !
And most difficult is the purification of agents of the Yellow Trade Unions who penetrate our ranks for the only purpose to degenerate and liquidate our trade union's organizations from inside.
Red trade union in words - yellow trade union in deeds - that's revisionism in the question of the trade unions !
The essential goal of the opportunists is this: Trying to adapt our Stalinist-Hoxhaist line to the revisionist-reformist line in the question of the trade unions.
The struggle between the revolutionary and the reactionary line in the question of the trade unions is one of the most difficult and sharpest battle-fields of communist class struggle. This requires a very high quality and a lot of experiences. All the leaders of the RILU should have passed many years of class-struggle in Trade Unions and factories in which class struggle is a profound school of communism. By the way, the re-founder of the RILU, himself, gained experience of class-struggle in a Yellow Trade Union for the period of nearly 20 years. For over 15 years he was elected shop chairman and was also chairman of a joint works council in a company with 310 workers. Moreover, he was elected shop steward in a company with 2000 workers for the period of nearly three years. Since over 35 years he is active member of the Revolutionary Trade Union Opposition in Germany (RGO), and for over 25 years its leader.
Only the victory of the RILU can guarantee the elimination of the inevitability of counter-revolutionary trade unions who are one of the most important instruments of protecting the interests of capital against the interests of labour by means of the so called "inner social peace".
The essential task of the RILU is wage an globally organized war against the Yellow Trade Unions with the goal to gain the power of the world proletariat. Thus, RILU is a central and indispensable instrument of the socialist world revolution.
Today, there is no more important task for a class-conscious trade-unionist than to propagate, prepare and implement the world-revolutionary class-struggle within the Yellow trade unions.
The creation of the Red Trade Union in any country, under conditions of globalization, can therefore not pass off straight-lined, and can not be separated from the development of the international trade union movement.
The RILU is a necessary global basis and lever for the creation of Red Unions in single countries, respectively for organizing Revolutionary Oppositions within the Yellow Trade Unions.
The yellow union survives in the labor movement as long as the workers hesitate, to create their Trade Union with ots own revolutionary class character. Daily and hourly, the yellow union leaders undermine the revolutionary class consciousness of the unionists by their bourgeois and petty-bourgeois ideology. Their anti-communism assumes shapes of social-fascism, discrimination, mobbing and expulsions. In some statutes of Yellow Trade Unions the communist workers are excluded from becoming members.
Despite their increasing social-fascist character, the bourgeois trade unions are still worshiped as an alleged "sacred cow" that are not allowed to be slaughtered. At least, bourgeois trade unions are still tolerated as a so called "petty evil" by many colleagues.
This superstition will be removed, and this myth is overcome only if the workers have completely understood, that a class union of the bourgeoisie can never represent the interests of the working class. Bourgeois trade unions are unions of strikebreakers, lackeys of the capitalists and the capitalist state !
For over 100 years, the bourgeoisie splits the trade unionists, and there are two lines in the world trade union movement - the revolutionary and the reactionary line. The RILU was and is again the most effective tool to overcome the split of the world proletariat.
A union can not serve two masters at the same time. The union has to serve exclusively the workers. Therefore, the yellow union must be beaten out of the hands of the capitalists.
Even some comrades, who call themselves "communists", shy away from this revolutionary task. This weakness of some communists is nowhere more obvious than in the question of the trade union. Some comrades refer to Lenin, who spoke of the "teething troubles" of communism 100 years ago ( and he was right at that time). Comrades ! 100 years have passed, and Lenin would have written about the "infirmities of old age". We Communists may not sin against the workers in the question of the trade union. 100 years of predomination of reformism and revisionism in the question of the trade union is enough! We need to act as genuine revolutionaries, and that is: to completely abandon all reformist and revisionist remainders.
If the question of the trade union paralyzes the unity of the Marxist-Leninist world movement, thenwe must "take the bull by the horns", that is, to find and implement a correct Marxist-Leninist solution which is valid in the present conditions of globalization.
When the RILU was re-established on May First 2003, it joined with its platform before the world proletariat:
„The Red International of the Labour Unions is an organization of the Comintern (SH), a school of world communism, which generally unites, educates and supports the revolutionary unionist-struggle of the world proletariat.
The RILU is led by the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha – particularly by their revolutionary line of trade unions – which have to be defended, applied and developed in the course of the daily international class-struggle.
The particular experiences and conclusions of the revolutionary trade unionist struggle in every single country is again the basis of centralized and concentrated analysis and generalization of the whole international workers movement for the further development of the general line of the RILU.
In the first line the aim is the mutual support and solidarity of all the revolutionary trade unionists all over the world to transform the struggle of the world proletariat as a big leverage for the victory of the socialist world revolution.
The RILU leads and organizes the struggle of the unification of all world revolutionary forces of the trade unionist world movement in demarcation of class-reconciliation, splitting, capitulationism, and liquidationism, especially all branches of revisionism and reformism, Trotzkyism, anarcho-syndicalism and every bourgeois influence within the trade-unionist world movement. The RILU is a proletarian international class organization independent and free from influences of the oppressing and exploiting class of the world bourgeoisie.
The RILU struggles for the world revolutionary destruction of the bourgeois and imperialist, revisionist and social-imperialist trade unions. Only on the ruins of these counter-revolutionary instruments of world capitalism it will be possible to establish revolutionary, socialist trade unions. The RILU strives for socialist trade unions as instruments for the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat and to establish socialism – on a national as well as on an international scale. The RILU struggles for the future up-building of an international organization of the trade unions of all world socialist countries all over the world."
What is the basic difference between the Red International of Labour Unions and all the other International Trade Unions ? What distinguishes our organisation from all the other?
First of all, it is class collaboration or class struggle. This is the root question.
It is this basic difference in view point that engenders all the other differences. Whoever upholds class collaboration, upholds the global and national bourgeoisie and opposes the dictatorship of the proletariat, supports reformism against the world revolution, supports world capitalism and opposes world socialism. Furthermore, these individuals support the imperialist policy of their Governments and oppose the independence of the colonial peoples, they stand for industrial peace against general strikes, and are definitely against any emancipatory movement among the oppressed peoples, and so on. If is precisely these features that characterise the theory and practice of the present International Trade Unions, which, throughout all the years oftheir existence, have never lost an opportunity to make hostile demonstrations against communism and the world revolutionary methods of the class struggle. On all these questions the International Trade Unions of today are the complete anti-thesis to the Red International of Labour Unions and this is precisely the reason why the struggle between these two principled lines of International Trade Unions are so sharp and acute:
The Red International of Trade Unions is a lever of the socialist world revolution in the hands of the world proletariat.
All the other International Trade Unions are a lever against the socialist world revolution in the hands of the world bourgeoisie.
In the 1920s of the last century, the RILU was a key instrument for the spread of international communism. In the end of the 20s, the number of followers of the RILU was estimated to nearly 17 million worldwide, more than half of them were members of the Soviet trade unions. In China, there were 2.8 million. "German section" was one of the strongest of the RILU in Europe. Important were also France, Czechoslovakia and Chile. In twenty-six countries "revolutionary minorities" struggled within the reformist unions.
The RILU was an achievement of the victory of the Great October Socialist Revolution and created by comrade Lenin.
The RILU was an independent international trade union and closely tied to the Communist International of Lenin and Stalin. The RILU, based on the achievements of the Socialist Great October-Revolution, was totally contrary to the social democratic influence of the International Federation of Trade Unions (yellow "Amsterdam" union ). Attempts were made to the commonality of both these great organisations, but failed because of the anti-communism of the ITUC in the mid 1920s. The anti-communist doctrine of social democracy led to the creation of "revolutionary" oppositions (RGO) in the early 1930s.
The unions were destroyed and prohibited by the Nazis who came into power in 1933. This had an impact on the RILU and its affiliated revolutionary union movement in Czechoslovakia, France, China and Great Britain. Thanks to support from the Soviet union, Rilu was supported in continuation of its class struggle.
In the beginning of 1934, the new Popular Front (Seventh World Congress, 1935) was proclaimed in contrast to the decisions of the proletarian unity front by the former Congresses of the Comintern. Caused by the new course of the 7th Congress of the Comintern, "leftist" social democracy and revisionism could spread its bourgeois influence within the world communist movement rapidly, so that the independent existence of all the international communist organizations was threatened. Finally, the dissolution of the RILU was unavoidable (1937) and later the dissolution of the Comintern (1943), too.
The World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) emerged under the terms of the anti-Hitler coalition, thus as a result of new conditions at the end of World War II. The First World Trade Union Conference was held on 6 to 17 February 1945, attended by 40 national unions and 15 international organizations who took part in the fight and the eradication of fascism. The struggle against imperialism was the main target. This changed after the death of comrade Stalin.
The imperialists tried to transform the WFTU into an anti-communist tool, and in 1949 it came to a split. After the death of Comrade Stalin (1953), the Khrushchev revisionists took effect on the WFTU. This led to the revisionist degeneration of the trade unions in the Soviet Union and other countries dominated by the revisionists. The unions were thus in the hands of the imperialists and social imperialists.
Until today, the WFTU does not support the socialist world revolution and follows an anti-Marxist-Leninist line. The WFTU does not condamn the crimes of the modern revisionists and social-fascists. In the contrary, the WFTU continues its criminal trade union policy. Thus the WFTU and RILU are representatives of two contrary lines, are hostile camps.
The Albanian trade unions condemned the annexation of the WFTU by the Soviet revisionists , and so the trade union federation of Albania played the leading role in the anti-revisionist, Marxist-Leninist, world revolutionary trade union movement. The Albanian trade union federation was supported by the Marxist-Leninist world movement, by anti-imperialist forces and organizations around the world.
What are the lessons ?
The real world revolutionary trade union movement is based solely on the teachings of the five classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. After all alone the world proletariat, the Communist International (SH) at the top, is the decisive force that will destroy the world bourgeoisie.
The experience of the world revolutionary trade union movement shows that it will not be infected by reformism and revisionism and destroyed if it is led by a Marxist-Leninist avantgard.
Opportunist, reformist, revisionist, neo-revisionist, Maoist, Trotskyist and anarcho-syndicalist influences and elements in the world labor movement are against the world proletariat and maintain its split. All these counter-revolutionary forces do everything possible to prevent the world proletariat from creating its own international world revolutionary trade union. Therefore, the struggle against these elements must be pursued vigorously, uncompromisingly and undiminished, and be led to the end. If we do not defeat these hostile elements, we will not be able to build up our world proletarian class union. Without a strong Red International of Labour Unions, the world proletariat cannot overthrow the global capitalist system of exploitation. Without it, we will not create world socialism. Ultimately, no one can stop communism in the world - and also not the communist trade unions.

Messages of Solidarity
Message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of comrade Lenin’s 146th anniversary
Today we celebrate the 146th birthday of Lenin.
We greet the Leninists all over the world.
The deep change since the victory of the October Revolution - which was led by Lenin - proves the invincible, revolutionary force of the ideas of Leninism. All the great victories of the period under the leadership of Stalin, under the leadership of the Comintern, and also of the period of socialist Albania under the leadership of Enver Hoxha took place under the great banner of Leninism.
In the present situation of the world crisis of capitalism and the deep contradictions within the camp of world imperialism, the revolutionary communist world movement will develop increasingly. The victory of the proletarian world revolution which began under the banner of Marxism-Leninism will be crowned under the banner of Stalinism-Hoxhaism.
Lenin and his work are immortal. They will live on everywhere and forever. On the 146th birthday of Lenin we put in the center one of his greatest books: IMPERIALISM, THE HIGHEST STAGE OF CAPITALISM, which he wrote exactly one hundred years ago, in 1916. We published this famous work of Lenin in 25 languages. Moreover, we pay tribute with a special comment on occasion of the 100th anniversary of this book. This book was the basis of our general-line and our theoretical text: "Is Brazil an imperialist country?" It is necessary that we Stalinist-Hoxhaists have to consider the new conditions, after 100 years of the imperialist world, namely the conditions of the globalization of the imperialist world system.
Let us defend the Leninist banner against all revisionists, neo-revisionists and other anti-communists who try to slander comrade Lenin and to destroy his immortal teachings on imperialism. But just as the modern revisionists failed to accomplish this in the past, the neo-revisionists will also fail to accomplish this in the future.
Today, the Comintern (SH) is the only true defender not only of comrade Lenin, but also of all other Classics, because it is impossible to defend one of the Classics without equally defending also all others without exception. To reject one of them means to reject all of them, it means to reject the lessons of all them as a whole. Based on the invincible teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, we march resolutely towards the socialist world revolution, towards the world proletarian dictatorship, towards world socialism and world communism.
Long live comrade Lenin, the 3rd Classic of Marxism-Leninism!
Long live Leninism – an infallible signpost for the world socialist revolution!
Down with all anti-Leninists, revisionists and neo-revisionists!
Let’s rebuild the Comintern, let’s continue comrade Lenin’s work!
Long live the 1917 Great October Revolution!
Long live world armed, proletarian, socialist revolution!
Long live world proletarian dictatorship!
Long live world socialism and world communism!
Long live the Comintern (SH) – the only authentic defender and follower of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

IMPERIALISM, THE HIGHEST STAGE OF CAPITALISM
- A tribute to one of the greatest books of Marxism-Leninism -
Comment of the Comintern (SH) April 20, 2016
written by Wolfgang Eggers
Lenin's famous work, Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, gives a Marxist analysis of imperialism, as the final stage of capitalism, and shows that "imperialism is the eve of the socialist revolution of the proletariat". On the strength of this analysis, Lenin put forward the new theoretical proposition that initianally socialism could triumph in one single capitalist country, and could not triumph in all at once.
Of great importance to the working class of the world was Lenin's theoretical work during the war. In the spring of 1916 Lenin wrote a book entitled 'Imperialism the Highest Stage of Capitalism'. In this book he showed that imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism, a stage at which it has already become transformed from "progressive" capitalism to parasitic capitalism, decaying capitalism, and that imperialism is moribund capitalism. This, of course, did not mean that capitalism would die away of itself, without a revolution of the proletariat, that it would just rot on the stalk. Lenin always taught that without a revolution of the working class capitalism cannot be overthrown. Therefore, while defining imperialism as moribund capitalism, Lenin at the same time showed that "imperialism is the eve of the social revolution of the proletariat."
Lenin showed that in the era of imperialism the capitalist yoke becomes more and more oppressive, that under imperialism the revolt of the proletariat against the foundations of capitalism grows, and that the elements of a revolutionary outbreak accumulate in capitalist countries. Lenin showed that in the era of imperialism the revolutionary crisis in the colonial and dependent countries becomes more acute, that the elements of revolt against imperialism, the elements of a war of liberation from imperialism accumulate.
Lenin showed that under imperialism the unevenness of development and the contradictions of capitalism have grown particularly acute, that the struggle for markets and fields for the export of capital, the struggle for colonies, for sources of raw material, makes inevitable periodical imperialist wars for the redivision of the world.
Lenin showed that it is just this unevenness of development of capitalism that gives rise to imperialist wars, which undermine the strength of imperialism and make it possible to break the front of imperialism at its weakest point.
From all this Lenin drew the conclusion that it was quite possible for the proletariat to break the imperialist front in one place or in several places, that the victory of Socialism was possible first in several countries or even in one country, taken singly, that the simultaneous victory of Socialism in all countries was impossible owing to the unevenness of development of capitalism, and that Socialism would be victorious first in one country or in several countries, while the others would remain bourgeois countries for some time longer.
Here is the formulation of this brilliant deduction as given by Lenin in two articles written during the imperialist war:
1) "Uneven economic and political development is an absolute law of capitalism. Hence, the victory of Socialism is possible first in several or even in one capitalist country, taken singly. The victorious proletariat of that country, having expropriated the capitalists and organized its own Socialist production, would stand up against the rest of the world, the capitalist world, attracting to its cause the oppressed classes of other countries. . . ." (From the article, „The United States of Europe Slogan“, written in August, 1915. -- Lenin, Selected Works, Vol. V, p. 141.)
2) "The development of capitalism proceeds extremely unevenly in the various countries. It cannot be otherwise under the commodity production system. From this it follows irrefutably that Socialism cannot achieve victory simultaneously in all countries. It will achieve victory first in one or several countries, while the others will remain bourgeois or pre-bourgeois for some time. This must not only create friction, but a direct striving on the part of the bourgeoisie of other countries to crush the victorious proletariat of the Socialist country. In such cases a war on our part would be a legitimate and just war. It would be a war for Socialism, for the liberation of other nations from the bourgeoisie." (From the article,“War Program of the Proletarian Revolution', written in the autumn of 1916. -- Lenin, Collected Works, Russ. ed., Vol. XIX, p. 325.)
This was a new and complete theory of the Socialist revolution, a theory affirming the possibility of the victory of Socialism in separate countries, and indicating the conditions of this victory and its prospects, a theory whose fundamentals were outlined by Lenin as far back as 1905 in his pamphlet, „Two Tactics of Social-Democracy in the Democratic Revolution“.
This theory fundamentally differed from the view current among the Marxists in the period of pre-imperialist capitalism, when they held that the victory of Socialism in one separate country was impossible, and that it would take place simultaneously in all the civilized countries. On the basis of the facts concerning imperialist capitalism set forth in his remarkable book, Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, Lenin displaced this view as obsolete and set forth a new theory, from which it follows that the simultaneous victory of Socialism in all countries is impossible, while the victory of Socialism in one capitalist country, taken singly, is possible.
The inestimable importance of Lenin's theory of Socialist revolution lies not only in the fact that it has enriched Marxism with a new theory and has advanced Marxism, but also in the fact that it opens up a revolutionary perspective for the proletarians of separate countries, that it unfetters their initiative in the onslaught on their own, national bourgeoisie, that it teaches them to take advantage of a war situation to organize this onslaught, and that it strengthens their faith in the victory of the proletarian revolution.
Such was the theoretical and tactical stand of the Bolsheviks on the questions of war, peace and revolution.
(History of the CPSU[B] - Short Course)
This vast research was completed in June 1916 and is still regarded as one of the greatest works of Marxism-Leninism.
Marx analyzed the foundations of capitalism in his "Capital" - a book of world- historical importance. Lenin continued the "Capital" of Marx in brilliant fashion. Lenin, who mastered the dialectical method brilliantly, was the first Marxist who worked out a comprehensive Marxist analysis of imperialism, namely imperialism as the highest and last stage in the development of capitalism. Lenin uncovered the festering sores, and the conditions of inevitable decay of imperialism. He defined imperialism as moribund capitalism, as the eve of the social revolution of the proletariat.
Lenin gave us a classic definition of imperialism:
"Imperialism is capitalism in that stage of development in which the dominance of monopolies and finance capital has established itself; in which the export of capital has acquired pronounced importance; in which the division of the world among the international trusts has begun; in which the division of all territories of the globe among the biggest capitalist powers has been completed".
Lenin showed that in the political field for imperialism the turn from democracy to political reaction is characteristic. The tremendous power of finance capital, the domination of the political apparatus of the bourgeois states by finance capital, the system of lies and political fraud at the masses, the predatory and warlike character of imperialism, all this leads to the "general transition of all the propertied classes to the side of imperialism". The imperialist ideology also penetrates the working class and demoralized the topsheet that labor aristocracy, and turns them into "labor lieutenants" of the bourgeoisie.
Lenin unmasked completely Kautsky's anti-Marxist theory of "ultra-imperialism".Kautsky claimed that a peaceful agreement between the capitalist states would be possible under imperialism, which would eliminate the war and would lay the foundation for the organized world economy. According to this "theory" it would be possible to resolve all the contradictions of capitalism by peaceful means, through reforms, thus without the proletarian revolution. Lenin explained, that this "theory" of Kautsky was a "lifeless abstraction", a "silly fairy tale," the "reactionary attempt of a frightened philistine to defy the cruel reality".
By exposing the lie of Kautsky, who insured, that the international cartels would allegedly lead to peace between peoples, Lenin emphasized that - in reality - these cartels, they themselves, cause the extreme intensification of the contradictions between the capitalist countries and the inevitability of imperialist wars.
Lenin taught us that it is impossible to defeat imperialism without the defeat of opportunism. Lenin defeated the Kautskyism of the II International, Stalin defeated the Kautskyism of the Bukharinists and Enver Hoxha defeated the Kautskyism of the modern revisionists. Today it is our task to defeat Kautskyism of the neo-revisionists.
Lenin characterized imperialism as a specific historical stage of capitalism. The imperialism emanated from the whole pre-imperialist development of capitalism.
According to Lenin, the peculiarity of the imperialist stage is that imperialism
1. monopoly capitalism,
2. parasitic or decaying capitalism and
3. moribund capitalism.
This does not mean that capitalism will die by itself, thus without proletarian revolution.
Lenin showed in his book, that all contradictions of capitalism reach the most extreme degree of intensification in the era of imperialism. Precisely therefore, Lenin was of the opinion that the imperialism is the eve of the socialist world revolution. The predatory capitalist exploitation of the masses gets stronger and at the same time grows the revolt of the proletariat against capitalism, grow the elements of a revolutionary outbreak in the capitalist countries. The brutal exploitation and inhuman oppression of hundreds of millions of people in the colonies and dependent countries is increasing, and at the same time the elements of the liberation war against imperialism increase in these countries.
The work of Lenin on imperialism is of world historical significance. It represents a new stage in the development of the economic theory of Marx. Lenin further advanced the Marxist theory and enriched it with new content, helped to review the practical questions of the proletarian revolution and to solve it in a new way.
By studying imperialism Lenin discovered the law of uneven economic and political development of capitalism.
He showed that the unevenness of development and the contradictions of capitalism exacerbate under the conditions of imperialism.
The development of capitalism assumes an extremely uneven, erratic, conflict-laden character. The furious fight between the imperialist robbers at the world markets, the struggle for colonies and sources of raw material sharpens, which makes imperialist wars inevitable for the redistribution of the world. The imperialist wars weaken the forces of imperialism. They provide an opportunity to break the front of imperialism at its weakest chain link. From this Lenin concluded that the old formula of Marx Engels, namely the necessary simultaneous revolution in all countries, did no longer correspond with the new historical conditions. Lenin was the creator of the formula of the possibility of the victory of socialism in one country.
That was the most important discovery of our epoch and became the guiding principle for the entire additional work of Lenin, for all further activities of the Bolshevik Party. Stalin developed further Leninism and created the socialist camp as a powerful basis for spreading socialism all over the world. The imperialists were afraid of Stalinism, because it was the most powerful ideology of the grave-diggers of world imperialism.
After the death of Stalin, world imperialism survived with support of the modern revisionists at power.

In his famous book "Imperialism and Revolution", comrade Enver Hoxha defended the teachings of Lenin on imperialism and developed further the lessons of Marxism-Leninism. (THE STRATEGY OF IMPERIALISM AND MODERN REVISIONISM; THE THEORY OF "THREE WORLDS" A COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY CHAUVINIST THEORY)
Enver Hoxha unmasked the modern revisionists who followed in the traces of Kautsky und Bernstein, beginning with Browder and Tito, continued by Khrushchev and the "Euro-Communists", up to the Maoists with their infamous "Three-World-Theory". Enver Hoxha rejected all the opportunist theses and views on the present period of the world historical processes, namely to defense of capitalist exploitation and denial of the socialist revolution. In his book "Imperialism and Revolution", Enver Hoxha confirmed that the lessons of Lenin are still valid, in contrast to diverse "theories" of the imperialists which tried to prove that Lenin's theory of imperialism would be allegedly "outdated". Moreover, Enver Hoxha unmasked the true nature of social imperialism: Social imperialism is "socialism" in words and imperialism in deeds.
Hoxhaism is the ideology of the struggle against the two imperialist superpowers, USA and Soviet Union, against the emerging Chinese superpower, against all the other imperialists and reactionary forces of the whole imperialist-revisionist world. Enver Hoxha proved that the theory of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin is always young and that it is a reliable compass for all future victories over world imperialism.
In Chapter II, "THE LENINIST THEORY ON IMPERIALISM RETAINS ITS FULL VALIDITY" Enver Hoxha analyzed convincingly the present world imperialism on the basis of the Leninist theory of imperialism.
Enver Hoxha had studied the brilliant work of Lenin thoroughly and realized that the revisionists, including the Chinese revisionists leaders, had falsified Lenin's lessons of imperialism:
"If we study this work of Lenin's carefully and faithfully adhere to his analysis and conclusions of genius, we shall see that imperialism in our days fully retains those same characteristics that Lenin described, that the Leninist definition of our epoch as the epoch of imperialism and proletarian revolutions remains unshaken, and that the triumph of the revolution is inevitable."
Enver Hoxha defined the world's situation as follows:
"Today we are living in the period of the decay of capitalism, of the weakening, disintegration and bankruptcy this system, this degenerate society". Today's crisis-ridden world capital proves fully the accuracy of this definition.
“Our Marxist-Leninist theory teaches us that the deepening of crises within the capitalist world is the beginning of the death agony and coma of this world. Therefore, world capital is making desparate efforts to escape from this terrible grip which has it by the throat and is strangling it. But escape is impossible, because it is the capitalist system itself which gives birth to the crisis, which fosters it and intensifies it to the higher degree. The temporary or relatively long-term treaties and agreements between imperialists are only palliatives, they are built on sand” (Enver Hoxha, “The Superpowers”, page 542.543,English edition).
Enver Hoxha emphasized:
"The trend towards the weakening of capitalism and imperialism is the main trend of world history today. Marx and Lenin argued this on the basis of concrete facts, historical events, and materialistic dialectics."
"Our epoch, as Lenin teaches us, is the epoch of imperialism and proletarian revolutions. We Marxist-Leninists must understand from this that we have to combat world imperialism, any imperialism, any capitalist power, which exploits the proletariat and the peoples, with the greatest severity. We stress the Leninist thesis that the revolution is now on the order of the day. The world is going to advance towards a new society which will be the socialist society. World capitalism, imperialism and social-imperialism will become even more decayed and will come to an end through the revolution."

The general-line of the Comintern (SH) is based on the lessons of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.
We base the teachings of the world revolution especially on Leninism as can be studied in Chapter II of our general-line:
And in the Program of the Comintern (1928) can be read (Chapter: 4. IMPERIALISM AND THE DOWNFALL OF CAPITALISM):
"Hence, international proletarian revolution logically emerges out of the conditions of development of capitalism generally, and out of its imperialist phase in particular. The capitalist system as a whole is approaching its final collapse. The dictatorship of finance capital is perishing to give way to the dictatorship of the proletariat."
* * *
The Comintern (SH) applies correctly to the lessons of Lenin on imperialism. In our Theoretical Organ we published the article: "
In this article we base on the 5 typical features of imperialism which were worked out by Lenin:
I) the concentration of production and capital has developed to such a high stage that it has created monopolies which play a decisive role in economic life;
2) the merging of bank capital with industrial capital, and the creation, on the basis of this "finance capital," of a financial oligarchy;
3) the export of capital as distinguished from the export of commodities acquires exceptional importance;
4) the formation of international monopolist capitalist combines which share the world among themselves, and
5) the territorial division of the whole world among the biggest capitalist powers is completed.
Our article on imperialism in Brazil is an important contribution to the theory on the new imperialist "emerging countries". These "emerging countries" increase the contradictions among the imperialist "great"-powers, and the struggle between the old and new imperialist countries weakens the world imperialist system in a whole and simultaneously strengthens the anti-imperialist forces.
The Comintern (SH) has also analysed Chinese imperialism which strives for domination of the world as the dangerous newcomer among the superpowers.
We also made some important contributions to the phenomenon of imperialist globalization in our "Platform" (2009).
Globalization led to a new quality of the imperialist world system through the gigantic centralization and concentration of world capital. However, the exploitive nature of imperialism has not changed in the least. On the contrary: In the course of the globalization the oppression, exploitation and impoverishment of the world proletariat and the peoples of the world accelerated much faster than in the whole previous history of imperialism. The globalized contradiction between labour and capital determines the global solution of this contradictions by the socialist world revolution. The gigantic centralization and concentration of world capital determines unavoidably the gigantic centralization and concentration of the grave-diggers of globalized world imperialism led by the Comintern (SH).
In our general-line, we wrote:
"Every moment of further decay of imperialism is simultaneously a moment for the further prospering of the proletarian world revolution. This trend means that our epoch reaches the stage of world socialism by means of the socialist world revolution. The trend of imperialism's decay is connected indivisibly with the trend of the restoration of socialism. Word socialism is the highest stage of socialism, is - in view of world history - the replacement of the epoch of imperialism by the epoch of socialism".
* * *
"The world economic law is the law of the global relations of production in harmony with the global character of productive forces. The current world capitalist crises is characterized by the deepest disharmony of this world economic law. Today, the globalized capitalist private property at the means of global production is violating the social character of the global process of production to such degree that this brings about unavoidably the world revolution which destroys globally the current global capitalist relations of production. The world economic law teaches us that only socialist relations of world production are able to harmonize with the social character of the developing global productive forces."
* * *
"The world bourgeoisie is unable to master the economic law of the world because of her striving for profits – that's the reason for the dying imperialism. In the hands of the world proletariat, however, the economic law can be far more developed than by the proletariat of a single country (under conditions of pre-dominant world capitalism). The economic law comes to full power by the maximum of centralization of the global world production in accordance with the global socialization of the world's property at the means of production ( as the highest and last stage of property - at all)".
* * *
"The inequality of the development of capitalism in different countries determines unavoidably the inequality of the degenerating process and of the dying process of capitalism in different countries. This different development of imperialism is essentially for the different development of the world revolution in different countries. The increasing inequality of degeneration of imperialist powers accelerates the dying process of the whole world imperialism."
* * *
"Imperialism dies a horrible painful death under conditions of the hardest global class-struggle in history of mankind. Capitalism will not die only in a hail of bullets in the world revolution, but goes through - before and after the world revolution - a long process of dying, which lasts over the entire period of world socialism. Dying capitalism is a contradictory global process of the struggle of opposites in different countries, a struggle to the global death in every country of the world".
* * *
"The world revolution shortens the dying process of imperialism and therein lies its strength and its vested mission for the proletariat in all countries. The dialectics of the development process of world revolution is based on the acceleration of the dying process of imperialism. Without Marxist-Leninist analysis of the dying process of world imperialism - no victory of the socialist world revolution. The Leninist teachings on decaying, parasitic and dying process of imperialism is in direct proportion to the Leninist teachings of the world revolutionary development of the world proletariat and thus – later on - related to the teachings of the continuation of the world-socialist processes. It follows that the victory of socialism is not only possible in a single country under world-imperialist conditions, but that global socialism is also possible in the present period of globalized imperialism".
* * *
"The possibility of socialism 'in one country' was created as a result of the first World War and realized by the October Revolution of the Russian proletariat. That was the time of dying capitalism in one country. In the Second World War we have a further development of the dying process in other countries, thus world socialism was possible thanks to the socialist world-camp of comrade Stalin. This possibility was deprived of revisionist betrayal. Today, when the dying-process runs through the entire globalized capitalism, we must speak of the possibility of socialism on a world scale."
The epoch of world imperialism will be transformed into / superseded by the epoch of world socialism. This is the iron law of the future development of the world society.
As Lenin put it:
"From all that has been said in this book on the economic essence of imperialism, it follows that we must define it as capitalism in transition":
“Capitalism in its imperialist stage leads directly to the most comprehensive socialisation of production; it, so to speak, drags the capitalists, against their will and consciousness, into some sort of a new social order, a transitional one from complete free competition to complete socialisation” (Lenin, Collected Works, Volume 22, page 205, “Imperialism, the highest stage of capitalism”).

Messages of Solidarity
- Immortal son and leader of the world proletariat -
Greeting message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of the 130th birthday
16. 4. 2016
Throughout his life, Ernst Thalmann has implemented the Communist Manifesto of Marx and Engels:
“The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a communist revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win. WORKERS OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITE!"
Ernst Thalmann was not only the best son and leader of the German working class, but also the best German disciple of Lenin and Stalin.
Ernst Thalmann proved to be a great son and leader of the world proletariat in the Comintern.
Ernst Thalmann embodied the world proletarian banner of Stalin's 6th World Congress of the Comintern.
Unlike the right opportunists in the Comintern, Ernst Thalmann implemented the program of the Comintern (1928) in Germany, especially according to the conditions of the seizure of power by the Hitler fascists.
The Comintern program states [which is – for us - valid until the present day of the 130th birthday - and of course beyond] :
“When the revolutionary tide is rising, when the ruling classes are disorganised, the masses are in a state of revolutionary ferment, the intermediary strata are inclining towards the proletariat and the masses are ready for action and for sacrifice, the Party of the proletariat is confronted with the task of leading the masses to a direct attack upon the bourgeois State. This it does by carrying on propaganda in favour of increasingly radical transitional slogans (for Soviets, workers’ control of industry, for peasant committees, for the seizure of the big landed properties, for disarming the bourgeoisie and arming the proletariat, etc.), and by organising mass action, upon which, all branches of Party agitation and propaganda, including parliamentary activity, must be concentrated. This mass action includes: strikes; a combination of strikes and demonstrations; a combination of strikes and armed demonstrations and finally, the general strike conjointly with armed insurrection against the State power of the bourgeoisie. The latter form of struggle, which is the supreme form, must be conducted according to the rules of war; it presupposes a plan of campaign, offensive fighting operations and unbounded devotion and heroism on the part of the proletariat. An absolutely essential condition precedent for this form of action is the organisation of the broad masses into militant units, which, by their very form, embrace and set into action the largest possible numbers of toilers (Councils of Workers’ Deputies, Soldiers’ Councils, etc.), and intensified revolutionary work in the army and the navy. "
This revolutionary situation prevailed in Germany especially after the Great Depression of 1929. Consequently, Ernst Thalmann prepared the communist insurrection in Germany: The seamless transition from mass uprisings against the seizure of power of fascism up to to the proletarian revolution - that was the Bolshevik line of Ernst Thalmann, which the right opportunists have betrayed so shamefully.
The traitor wanted to get rid of Ernst Thalmann, but their instigated Wittorf affair against Ernst Thalmann was shattered by Stalin! Finally, it was the Nazis who withdrew Ernst Thalmann from the proletarian leadership of the Comintern – a valuable basis for the liquidation of the Comintern which took place ten years later.
Ernst Thalmann opposed the right opportunists and Trotskyites who condemned – more or less openly - his proletarian path of armed revolution. They wept some crocodile tears and demonstrated hypocritically their "solidarity" with Ernst Thalmann. But the truth was, that they better liked him in prison than in freedom. Dimitrov, Ulbricht, Pieck and all the other rightist traitors were enemies of Ernst Thalmann, enemies of the Stalinist 6th Congress and violated the Comintern's program. They purified the Communist International from all Stalinists under the pretext of their alleged "sectarianism". All enemies of Stalinism condemned the Third Period of the Comintern, in which Ernst Thalmann was one of the greatest and most popular leaders of the world proletariat.
At the 7th World Congress the line was drawn under the Comintern program in general, and under the revolutionary line of Ernst Thalmann in particular. The enstrangement from Ernst Thalmann marked the birth of modern revisionism which later seized power. All this happened hiddenly: “For Ernst Thalmann in words - and against him in deeds !” This hypocrisy has not changed until today. In Spain, there is a revisionist group called “BITÁCORA ML” which slings mud at Ernst Thalmann but this is the exception that proves the rule.
Hitler assessed the situation in his proclamation from September 1, 1933 as follows: "It is a fallacy to think that Marxism will ever renounce its terrorist tendencies in the last consequence. For two decades, the Jewish-Bolshevik rulers from Moscow have tried to put not only Germany but all of Europe on fire. There were some weeks in the spring of this year, when we escaped from the Bolshevik Chaos (!!!) by a hairsbreadth. The threatening political situation arose from a critical economic situation. We will nip in the bud any attempt to overthrow our National Socialist movement. Over the next thousand years, no revolution will take place anymore in Germany ! " In the last sentence, the revisionists are in line with Hitler.
However Stalin broke Hitler's neck; and not Hitler, but Ernst Thalmann was proved right !!
What were these so called "Bolshevik weeks" in which Hitler stood at the abyss? Why do the revisionists remain silent on these heroical “Bolshevik weeks” and why can be read nothing on it in their history books their distorted "Thalmann-biographies"?
The Comintern (SH) is a firm believer in the world shistorical significance of this Bolshevik weeks under the leadership of Ernst Thalmann. This were undoubtedly the most glorious weeks in the entire history of the German Communist Party.
Ernst Thalmann analyzed the defeat of the Hamburg uprising in 1923 by means of the dialectical principle of the negation of the negation, as a valuable lesson to overcome all those difficulties and weaknesses in future that led to the defeat. Ernst Thalmann believed in the teaching of the inevitable victory of the proletarian revolution, namely to the last breath. The lessons from the armed uprising of the period 1918-1923 was extended by that of the period of 1924-1929 and eventually served as the basis for the period of 1930-1933. Under the leadership of Ernst Thalmann, the KPD prepared the German proletariat for the armed uprising against Hitler's seizure on power on January 1933. That's why the Nazis were forced to stifle this armed rebellion in the bud. And these counter-revolutionary measures for the protection of capitalism were designated as a victory of the "national revolution" of the Nazis. The Nazis turned upside down revolution and counterrevolution. Demagogically, they presented themselves as the “revolutionaries”, and us communists as the “counter-revolutionaries”. In truth the transformation of the Weimar Republic into the “Drittes Reich” was a counterrevolutionary act of the German imperialists with which they brought disaster upon the peoples of the world.
Above all, we write this in memory of the 130th birthday of Ernst Thalmann, because it was the greatest merit of Ernst Thalmann, in 1932-1933, having prepared the armed uprising as the last resort out of the fascist terror regime.
We Stalinist-Hoxhaists speak out the truth on Ernst Thalmann which is strictly kept under lock, and remains unmentioned in history books. Ernst Thalmann was incarcerated by the Nazis at the very moment, when the new revolutionary crisis had matured, when the bourgeoisie was forced to etsablish her open fascist dictatorship.
The uprising did not only corresponded completely to the guidelines of the 6th World Congress of the Comintern, but was also in accordance with the decisions of the ECCI in early September 1932 in Moscow:
"... the revolutionary upsurge in Germany grows under conditions of a revolutionary crisis."
"... The German revolution decides on the fate of the proletarian revolution in Western and Central Europe."
Ernst Thalmann combined armed overthrow of the Hitler regime with the perspective of the world revolution. Ernst Thalmann acted in the consciousness that the German dictatorship of the proletariat was tantamount to an anticipated victory of the world revolution.
Both the ECCI and Ernst Thalmann were convinced that the victory of the German Revolution - next to the victorious October 1917 - would represent the most important step for the world revolution.
So the necessary measures have been taken by Ernst Thalmann, based on the decisions and policies of the 3rd party workers conference of the KPD in October 1932.
The immediate mobilization of civil war should take place in mass actions in which the working class should be trained, organized and armed for the conquest of power. The only way was henceforth quite concretely - armed insurrection! On 1 May 1932, the KPD coined the slogan of the dictatorship of the proletariat.
According to the degree of political maturity the Communists in germany were organized as follows in 1932:
1) Basic organizations:
KPD - membership 300 000.
KJVD - membership 50 000.
RFB – membership ?
2) united front organizations:
RGO - membership 300 000.
RHD - membership 235 000
IAH - membership of 120 000
Association of Proletarian Freethinkers - membership 160,000
United Association for Proletarian Sexual Reform and maternity membership?
Kampfbund against fascism - membership 25,000
3) outposts organizations
Red pioneers membership 30 000
Women delegates 10 000
Delegates of Unemployed 20 000
Cultural organizations (athletes, musicians, etc.) - membership?
It is estimated that there were over 1 million communists in Germany (1932) !!! About 6 million people elected the KPD !!!!! This figure was even surpassed by those millions of masses, who sympathized with the Communists secretly.
That was the awesome organizational communist forces ratio which justified the proletarian revolution in this most critical situation of German history. Ernst Thalmann prepared the armed insurrection as a historical necessity, namely as the inevitable decisive battle between a future Soviet Germany and the fascist Third Reich. And the Social democrats tried in vain to revive the corpse of the Weimar Republic. The social democrats voted for the banning of the Communist Party and helped thereby the Nazis coming to power. The Social democrats feared the dictatorship of the proletariat more than the dictatorship of the fascists. While Ernst Thalmann tried to transform the anti-fascist struggle into a struggle for the dictatorship of the proletariat, the rightist opportunists misused the anti-fascist struggle for the re-establishment of bourgeois democracy.
Long before the actual searches of communist rooms, the Communist Party, herself, had already prepared for illegality. For this purpose, the KPD had executed own house searches. In November 1932, a practice alarm was carried out in Berlin. On 23 of November, by order of the Party, all organizations in Greater Berlin had to switch to illegality within 3 days. The organizational connections within the party were maintained only by courier. The meetings took place not anymore at fixed venues, but only at permanently changing places. The head of the mass organizations were no longer elected, but determined by the CP, namely without that the members got to know the name of the conductor. The official bureaus were henceforth only occupied by front men, while the actual representatives were staying at an undisclosed location. Also, no one was allowed to know the name of the person of the courier. Every organization had its own illegal information network, for example a business shop. From September 1932 nothing more was sent via public post offices. The KPD organized her own internal mailroom, namely all over a national scale. Party's Cells were instructed only verbally. Instead of addresses and names, henceforth only numbers were used, for example in Berlin the numbers 1- 100 for factory cells, the numbers 101-200 for street cells and the numbers 201 -. 300 for rural cells, eg "12/106" meant: street cell 106 in the subdistrict 12. Gatherings of more than 5 people did not take place any longer. Sensitive or incriminating material were either destroyed, or outsourced in illegal archives. All Party accounts were cleared, and party's assets were protected against the raid of the Nazis. The comrades abandoned their homes and went underground without police registration. A substitute has been determined in the case of any arrest of party functionaries. The propaganda had been decentralized, thus independently from the central AP-department of the KPD. The activity emphasis was shifted from the flats and streets to the factories. In addition to the organizational preparations for illegality, special trainings were conducted for binding rules of conspiracy (against talkativeness and boastfulness; caution during phone calls, camouflage and adaptation to the environment in the fields of action; hidden signals and signs; encrypted correspondence; coordination of statements before the police in case of arrest, etc., etc..)
These conspiratorial rules had to be constantly modified because of the sniffer dogs.
Among the illegal actions were, for example, illegal radio stations of the KPD, disarmings of the SA [Sturmabteilung (= paramilitary branch of the NSDAP)] etc.
The KPD organised counter-espionage and the fight against traitors in the own ranks ( "blacklisting"). Any benevolence towards the class enemy during the armed uprising, produces difficulties which can escalate to a disaster in unfavorable conditions.
In the end of December 1932, the KPD founded the OSNA (coordination of different investigative detachments and protective detachments). Only the most reliable party members were included in the O.S.N.A (about 10%). The connection between the O.S.N.A. and the RFB (Alliance of Red Front-Fighters) was prepared several weeks before the date of commencement of the civil war.
Parallel to the illegal party apparatus there was the so-called "AM-apparatus" (Anti-military counterintelligence) which fulfilled the following tasks: spying and decomposition of the right-wing parties and left-wing parties; Spying and decomposition of the police, the Reichswehr and the Navy; Procurement of arms and explosives; Defence against state other hostile attacks; Spying on the authorities, industrial espionage, intelligence services; undercover work for the recovery of police officers and members of the army.
Finally all the crucial political and organizational preparations were completed The KPD was ready for the uprising. The uprising apparatus was ready and everyone was instructed about the necessary measures, namely measures during and after the uprising, and also measures of retreat in case of the failure of the uprising.
In February 1932, there was a call of the RFB in Hamburg:
"Workers, antifascists of Hamburg!
Hitler's brown gangs of murderers are marching! Alarm! Red Hamburg - mobilize! Police officers! You too are proletarians in uniform. Do not fire on workers, on their fathers, brothers, mothers and sisters! We warn you! Hamburg remains red! In defiance of all the terror ! The Red Front-Fighters are on watch. We are now stronger than ever after years of prohibition. Antifascists watch out ! The day is not far when our victorious Red Army sends packing the mortal enemies of the working people !" (RFB)
The RGO (Revolutionary Opposition in the Trade Unions) mobilized the factories:
"Make preparations. The timings for the beginning of the revolutionary crisis are really very short." Prepare for the general strike."
The ball was set rolling. In the last half of 1932, the KPD organized the Red Army (RMSS).The RMSS was a bipartisan summary of all anti-fascist workers and workers.
[Already in 1923 approximately 250 000. Red Guards were recruited in the course of a few weeks – and organized in “Proletarian Hundreds”].
In connection with the anti-fascist action, the semi-military "Battle League against Fascism" (KgF) was built. On January 15, 1933, the youth assault troops were erected. In the 36th edition of the illegal organ of RFB it was stated:
"Call-up of militant young workers for the entry into the formations of red Young Front. From today until March 15, the call to muster is in force. .. With Luxemburg, Liebknecht and Lenin - we will now attack! All you former militants of the red army of the Ruhr area, and all you members of the Proletarian Hundreds! Organize yourselves in new formations and join the Red Front-Fighters."
And in a special edition of the organ "Red Front" was stated:
Organize a permanent alarm service, organize day and night patrols and a guard duty! Watch the the SA Local ... Stay together in groups, be ready by day and night of struggle. Organize yourselves in the battle formations of the RFB, rally round the RFB !"
All in all, resulted in the following organizational scheme for the period of the armed uprising: the RFB as a central core organization of the KPD and governing body of all combat units; KfG with the task of attracting broad masses for the struggle against fascism; the RMSS as direct mass fighting organization, and finally many small uprising units for special military operations.
Since mid-December 1932, Germany was in the period of the communist armed uprising. In a statement of the KPD in September 1932, was said: "Now, courage and boldness is needed, to break the terror of the enemy by appropriate means and to give the struggle of the workers a higher form."
On occasion of the anniversary of the Soviet Red Army, on 23 February 1933, the RFB wrote:
"We are now faced with the great offensive, a storm will sweep through Germany. There is no peace or rest, until the Red Storm-banner of Peoples Liberation is blowing all over our Soviet-Germany!"
With 10 000 additional new fighters, the RFB was an uprising organization on a grand scale, unparalleld in the history of the world communist movement. Despite the ban, the RFB was the most organized fighting force of the civil war against Hitlerism.
The "Red Sailor" writes:
"Go in and win! The victory will be ours. New cartridges in the gun, pull the detonator of grenades on the barricades ... onto lampposts with the fascist murderers and arsonists ... we do not shout: "Germany awake!" We shout: "Workers to the barricades!" Forward to victory! "
On February 25, the first shots were fired.
On the orders of the Comintern the uprising should begin in the demilitarized zone of the Rhineland. Then all major transmitter stations to be occupied, to proclaim the revolution. Vital enterprises and public institutions, as well as strategic points should be occupied. The next stage of the uprising was the Upper Silesian industrial area, while Berlin, briefly thereafter be integrated into the action. All parts of the empire were mobilized for the uprising.
Exactly on the date, the Reichstag in Berlin was set in fire. This was the signal of the counter-revolution to nip the armed uprising in the bud. A nation-wide terrorist campaign began against the KPD, namely on an unprecedented scale.
That was no accident! Treachery in our own ranks !!!
Immediately, 10,000 functionaries of the KPD were arrested, kidnapped, abused and tortured. The incendiary was organized by the Nazis, for the purpose to forestall the armed uprising. In 1933, on March 3, at 15.30, Ernst Thalmann was arrested - the leader of the uprising against Hitler fascism.
That was a severe blow to the cause of world communism.
The uprising was suppressed within 2 days. This was not only a defeat for the Communist Party and the proletarian revolution in Germany, but also for the Comintern and the world revolution of the world proletariat.
The fascists gained the upper hand, and with the betrayal against Ernst Thalmann began the birth of modern revisionism, which ended with the collapse of social fascism in 1989. We wonder: Isn't it strange that the heroical preparations of comrade Ernst Thalmann for the armed uprising were swept under the carpet ? This proves how much the Nazis were afraid of the communist uprising ! And in the same moment - a great show was made about the "heroism" of Dimitrov who was accuesed as the fire raiser. This was part of a diversionary tactic - a political stage-play, initiated by the Nazis in which Dimitrov played the star role. Dimitrov was rewarded with his extradition to Moscow and got the post of the leader of the Comintern, while the revolutionary Ernst Thalmann was shot. The Anti-Komintern was delighted with Dimitrov, who liquidated the Comintern by himself.
Ernst Thalmann was himself a worker and was beloved by the whole world proletariat. Every worker understood of what he said. He wowed the world proletariat, and especially the Russian workers with all his rousing speeches. He was principled and subordinated himself only to party discipline. Until his assassination he remained a courageous anti-fascist and principled communist, a fighter for the world socialist revolution, for world socialism and world communism.
Ernst Thalmann was a great proletarian internationalist.
One of the famous International Brigades bore the honorable name "Ernst Thalmann Battalion" in the Spanish Civil War.
Ernst Thalmann's name is a symbol of the highest qualities of character of the revolutionary world proletariat.
We swear, that we will continue the heroic struggle of Ernst Thalmann until the very end, until we gained the victory.
Let's keep high the red banner of Comrade Ernst Thalmann!
Let's defend it against the revisionists and neo-revisionists!
Learning from the struggle of comrade Ernst Thalmann against fascism, is to strive for the removal of the inevitability of fascism, is to sweep away the rule of the world bourgeoisie!
We will finnish the struggle that Ernst Thalmann begun - the struggle for the dictatorship of the world proletariat !
We will transform world fascism into world socialism by the victory of the socialist world revolution !
We want to be a fighter like Ernst Thalmann !
Long live the 130th birthday of Comrade Ernst Thalmann !
- this our great beloved son and leader of the world proletariat !

We are, we remain the party of the armed surrection, the socialist revolution, the proletarian dictatorship.

Messages of Solidarity
Message to the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of the 31st anniversary of death
of comrade Enver Hoxha
April 11, 1985 – April 11, 2016
We greet all comrades
of the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH),
all Albanian communists, workers and poor peasants,
all Stalinist-Hoxhaists, revolutionaries, workers and toilers all over the world !
Today, we are in mourning over the grave loss of Comrade Enver Hoxha, the Fifth Classic of Marxism-Leninism, whose heart stopped beating on April 11th 1985.
Comrade Enver Hoxha is the beloved son and leader of the heroic Albanian working class and the Albanian people. Comrade Enver Hoxha was supreme commander of the Liberation Army which defeated the fascist occupation, transformed the people's revolution victoriously into the socialist revolution, established the dictatorship of the proletariat and guided Albania to full developed socialism.
Comrade Enver Hoxha, the 5th Classic of Marxism-Leninism, was the leader of the world proletariat and the Marxist-Leninist world movement after the death of Stalin.
Comrade Enver Hoxha created the theory and tactics of the anti-capitalist, anti-revisionist, anti-imperialist and anti-social-imperialist struggle in the period of capitalism and revisionism in power (in general), and (in particular) the theory and tactics of the dictatorship of the proletariat and that of the Marxist-Leninist world movement under the conditions of capitalist-revisionist encirclement in the last period of world imperialism.
Comrade Enver Hoxha created the doctrine of the anti-fascist struggle for liberation and the people's revolution against fascism, its transition to the socialist revolution, the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the building of socialism in a feudal and mainly underdeveloped agricultural country.
The teachings of Enver Hoxha are the teachings for the victorious construction of socialism in the period of the restoration of capitalism, are the teachings of full developed socialism by relying on one's own forces and successful struggle of breaking through the capitalist-revisionist encirclement, in particular by means of the Marxist-Leninist World Movement and the anti-imperialist forces of the peoples.
Comrade Enver Hoxha created the theory and tactics of the dictatorship of the proletariat in the period of its encirclement through the capitalist-revisionist world.
Comrade Enver Hoxha has proven that not only the weakest imperialist power can sucessfully be broken away from the world imperialist chain (as the Leninist theory has proven) but even a country in which capitalism was still not developed, thus the transition to socialism without the intermediate stage of capitalism.
Comrade Enver Hoxha has proven historically that the proletarian dictatorship of even a small country like Albania can become the world centre of communism, the lever and basis of the socialist world revolution.
Comrade Enver Hoxha created the ideological weapon for holding high the banner of Marxism-Leninism and for its defense of over 40 years against the whole capitalist-revisionist world.
Comrade Enver Hoxha is the internationalist leader of the organized revolutionary world proletariat in general, and especially the organizer of the autonomy of the Marxist-Leninist world movement and its independent proletarian class organizations.
Comrade Enver Hoxha created the guiding ideology for the world-revolutionary destruction of the whole capitalist-revisionist world and all its counter-revolutionary organizations.
The ideology of Comrade Enver Hoxha is highest expression of the universality of the world proletarian ideology as a guideline for the direct and prompt creation of a socialist world. Comrade Enver Hoxha has proven the successful prospering of socialism during over 40 years - even under the worst and most difficult conditions of capitalist-revisionist encirclement against one of the smallest and most underdeveloped countries of the world.
In Albania, Comrade Enver Hoxha created a model of socialism which is suitable on a world scale. The teachings of comrade Enver Hoxha are globally invincible - no matter how difficult and complicated the global circumstances are.
Nothing and nobody can disprove Enver Hoxha's teachings, not even by means of dirty tricks can this goal be achieved. We are not afraid of physical liquidation, we do not fear fascist persecution and torture, we are not scared of social fascists and their lackeys, and we are not in the least afraid of enemies who pretend to have suddenly started 'liking' Enver Hoxha. These people just say so to win our confidence whereas in reality they are trying to undermine our organizations from within by means of neo-revisionist 'Troyan Horse tactics' in order to liquidate us.
Socialist Albania – lest we forget ! You are immortal ! We proletarian internationalists don' t give up the fight for your rebirth !
We do not capitulate as the Neo-Revisionists have done so shamefully ! We are the invincible and true banner bearers of Comrade Enver Hoxha !
The victory is ours!”
We swear that we will victoriously continue the struggle of Comrade Enver Hoxha.
We raise the global banner of Comrade Enver Hoxha !
We raise our internationalist fist for Comrade Enver Hoxha!
Long live comrade Enver Hoxha – the glorious 5th Classic of Marxism-Leninism!
Comrade Enver is immortal – his red revolutionary genius enlightens our path towards the victorious world socialist revolution!
He will live forever in hearts and minds of every oppressed and exploited worker and of every communist!
All capitalist-revisionist lies and calumnies will never erase comrade Enver's glorious legacy!
Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism:
Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!
Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!
Death to world capitalist-imperialist order and to its revisionist, neo-revisionist and social-fascist lackeys!
Long live world armed proletarian, socialist revolution!
Long live world proletarian dictatorship!
Long live world socialism and world communism!
Long live the Comintern (SH) – the only authentic defender of comrade Enver’s revolutionary, proletarian legacy!
Long live the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH)

Messages of Solidarity
Message of the
of the Comintern (SH)
6. April 1941.
Nazi Germany and fascist Italy attacked Yugoslavia.
In a few days, the Yugoslav army was defeated.
The Communist party, despite the fact that it is considered that this and such royal Yugoslavia hegemonic and undemocratic, urged the people to armed resistance. Some days earlier, on March 27, the people took to the streets, and clearly said what he thought about the pact with the Belgrade regime with Hitler.
People cheered freedom slogans was' 'better war than the pact,' 'chanted the great Soviet Union'. However, part of the military nomenclature used a popular revolt to get his hands the power.
Intelligence services of Western countries have taken advantage of the moment to the representatives of their interests led to power in Yugoslavia. Moreover, the formation of the new government, all agreements with the Tripartite Pact remained in force. National bunt annoyed Hitler. Attack from all sides, resistance is broken. For a few days, on April 17, Yugoslavia capitulated. Its territory was fragmented and divided. Germany set Quisling regimes in their new colonies.
Treason, capitulant Belgrade regime contributed defeat. Greaterserbian bourgeoisie, clero-fascists, bourgeois parties, etc. were directly responsible for the defeat in the war, known as the April war.
The Communist Party of Yugoslavia, its members and supporters did not hesitate, but in this war have shown all the courage and determination, as it will later, during the uprising to call the people to fight against fascism and its satraps.
A shameful role of betrayal played the Tito clique already on April 6, 1941.
From the very beginning of Yugoslavia's invasion and occupation by the Hitler-fascists, the Titoites betrayed the heroical fighters of the Yugoslav peoples and the Yugoslav communists. The heroical liberation army of Yugoslavia spilled its bood for the freedom which was betrayed by the Tito-Clique.
During the Yugoslav liberation war, the Titoites demonstrated increasingly their megalomania and arrogance, their bourgeois-nationalist tendencies and their anti-Soviet and anti-Albanian attitude. The Titoites were anti-Marxist-Leninists and in the service of world capitalism.
The betrayal of the Titoites was pilloried with the Resolution of the Inform-Bureau in 1948, in the Stalin-Letters to the Titoites and documented by the anti-Titoist struggle of the PLA and comrade Enver Hoxha at the head.
Comrade Stalin wrote in his letter to the CP Yugoslavia:
"After the destruction of the General Staff of the Yugoslav partisans by German paratroops, as the liberation movement of the people in Yugoslavia was going through a crisis, the Soviet army came to the peoples of Yugoslavia to help, broke the resistance of the German occupying forces and liberated Belgrade, thus creating the conditions, thanks to which the Yugoslav Communist Party was able to take the helm. "
(J. V. Stalin - MAY 4 1948 - Letter of the CPSU Central Committee to the Central Committee of the CPY)
And comrade Enver Hoxha wrote:
"The treacherous Belgrade clique has pursued a policy worthy of the imperialists towards the glorious Soviet Army, which played a major role in saving the world and Yugoslavia herself from the terrible slavery of German fascism, and created favourable conditions in Europe for the people’s democracies to be set up and consolidated, and to develop along the road of socialist construction. The leaders of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia, blinded by their nationalism, have tried to deny the liberating role of the Soviet army and have despised its military art.
In their megalomania and arrogance they have tried to claim that the military art of the Yugoslav army was at a much higher level than that of the army of the Soviet Union, claiming that they have “added something new to Marxism-Leninism” in this field. Such an anti-Soviet line was intended to create distrust among the people of Yugoslavia, in the Yugoslav Communist Party and army, towards the Soviet Union and her glorious army. The Anglo-American imperialists and all world reaction are doing the same thing.
These anti-Marxist views have placed the treacherous leaders of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia in opposition to the unity of the world socialist camp. They have tried by every means to weaken and destroy this unity, to weaken the socialist camp itself and the anti-imperialist and democratic front of the people in the world.

On March 8, 1921, the Tenth Party Congress opened.
On March 8, 1921, the Tenth Party Congress opened. The congress was attended by 694 delegates with vote, representing 732,521 Party members, and 296 delegates with voice but no vote.
In opening the congress, Lenin said that the discussion had been an inexcusable luxury. He declared that the enemies had speculated on the inner Party strife and on a split in the ranks of the Communist Party.
Realizing how extremely dangerous the existence of factional groups was to the Bolshevik Party and the dictatorship of the proletariat, the Tenth Congress paid special attention to Party unity. The report on this question was made by Lenin. The congress passed condemnation on all the opposition groups and declared that they were "in fact helping the class enemies of the proletarian revolution."
The congress ordered the immediate dissolution of all factional groups and instructed all Party organizations to keep a strict watch to prevent any outbreaks of factionalism, non-observance of the congress decision to be followed by unconditional and immediate expulsion from the Party. The congress authorized the Central Committee, in the event of members of that body violating discipline, or reviving or tolerating factionalism, to apply to them all Party penalties, including expulsion from the Central Committee and from the Party.
In this resolution, the congress reminded all Party members that unity and solidarity of the ranks of the Party, unanimity of will of the vanguard of the proletariat were particularly essential at that juncture, when a number of circumstances had, during the time of the Tenth Congress, increased the vacillation among the petty-bourgeois population of the country.
"Notwithstanding this," read the resolution, "even before the general Party discussion on the trade unions, certain signs of factionalism had been apparent in the Party, viz., the formation of groups with separate platforms, striving to a certain degree to segregate and create their own group discipline. All class-conscious workers must clearly realize the perniciousness and impermissibility of factionalism of any kind, for in practice factionalism inevitably results in weakening team work. At the same time it inevitably leads to intensified and repeated attempts by the enemies of the Party, who have fastened themselves onto it because it is the governing party, to widen the cleavage (in the Party) and to use it for counter-revolutionary purposes."
"The way the enemies of the proletariat take advantage of every deviation from the thoroughly consistent Communist line was most strikingly shown in the case of the Kronstadt mutiny, when the bourgeois counter-revolutionaries and Whiteguards in all countries of the world immediately expressed their readiness to accept even the slogans of the Soviet system, if only they might thereby secure the overthrow of the dictatorship of the proletariat in Russia, and when the Socialist-Revolutionaries and the bourgeois counter-revolutionaries in general resorted in Kronstadt to slogans calling for an insurrection against the Soviet Government of Russia ostensibly in the interest of Soviet power. These facts fully prove that the Whiteguards strive, and are able to disguise themselves as Communists, and even as people "more Left" than the Communists, solely for the purpose of weakening and overthrowing the bulwark of the proletarian revolution in Russia. Menshevik leaflets distributed in Petrograd on the eve of the Kronstadt mutiny likewise show how the Mensheviks took advantage of the disagreements in the R.C.P. actually in order to egg on and support the Kronstadt mutineers, the Socialist-Revolutionaries and Whiteguards, while claiming to be opponents of mutiny and supporters of the Soviet power, only with supposedly slight modifications."
The resolution declared that in its propaganda the Party must explain in detail the harm and danger of factionalism to Party unity and to the unity of purpose of the vanguard of the proletariat, which is a fundamental condition for the success of the dictatorship of the proletariat.
"These enemies," read the resolution, "having realized the hopelessness of counter-revolution under an openly Whiteguard flag, are now doing their utmost to utilize the disagreements within the R.C.P. and to further the counter-revolution in one way or another by transferring the power to the political groupings which outwardly are closest to the recognition of the Soviet power." (Resolutions of the C.P.S.U.[B.], Russ. ed., Part I, pp. 373-74.)
The resolution further stated that in its propaganda the Party "must also teach the lessons of preceding revolutions in which the counter-revolutionaries usually supported the petty-bourgeois groupings which stood closest to the extreme revolutionary Party, in order to undermine and overthrow the revolutionary dictatorship, and thus pave the way for the subsequent complete victory of the counter-revolution, of the capitalists and landlords.
Closely allied to the resolution on "Party Unity" was the resolution on "The Syndicalist and Anarchist Deviation in our Party," also moved by Lenin and adopted by the congress. In this resolution the Tenth Congress passed condemnation on the so-called "Workers' Opposition." The congress declared that the propaganda of the ideas of the anarcho-syndicalist deviation was incompatible with membership in the Communist Party, and called upon the Party vigorously to combat this deviation.
The resolution of the congress dealt with the substitution of a tax in kind for the surplus-appropriation system. The tax in kind was to be lighter than the assessments under the surplus-appropriation system. The total amount of the tax was to be announced each year before the spring sowing. The dates of delivery under the tax were to be strictly specified. All produce over and above the amount of the tax was to be entirely at the disposal of the peasant, who would be at liberty to sell these surpluses at will. In his speech, Lenin said that freedom of trade would at first lead to a certain revival of capitalism in the country. It would be necessary to permit private trade and to allow private manufacturers to open small businesses. But no fears need be entertained on this score. Lenin considered that a certain freedom of trade would give the peasant an economic incentive, induce him to produce more and would lead to a rapid improvement of agriculture; that, on this basis, the state-owned industries would be restored and private capital displaced; that strength and resources having been accumulated, a powerful industry could be created as the economic foundation of Socialism, and that then a determined offensive could be undertaken to destroy the remnants of capitalism in the country.
War Communism had been an attempt to take the fortress of the capitalist elements in town and countryside by assault, by a frontal attack. In this offensive the Party had gone too far ahead, and ran the risk of being cut off from its base. Now Lenin proposed to retire a little, to retreat for a while nearer to the base, to change from an assault of the fortress to the slower method of siege, so as to gather strength and resume the offensive.
The Trotskyites and other oppositionists held that NEP was nothing but a retreat. This interpretation suited their purpose, for their line was to restore capitalism. This was a most harmful, anti-Leninist interpretation of NEP. The fact is that only a year after NEP was introduced Lenin declared at the Eleventh Party Congress that the retreat had come to an end, and he put forward the slogan: "Prepare for an offensive on private capital." (Lenin, Collected Works, Russ. ed., Vol. XXVII (p. 213.)
The oppositionists, poor Marxists and crass ignoramuses in questions of Bolshevik policy as they were, understood neither the meaning of NEP nor the character of the retreat undertaken at the beginning of NEP. We have dealt with the meaning of NEP above. As for the character of the retreat, there are retreats and retreats. There are times when a party or an army has to retreat because it has suffered defeat. In such cases, the army or party retreats to preserve itself and its ranks for new battles. It was no such retreat that Lenin proposed when NEP was introduced, because, far from having suffered defeat or discomfiture, the Party had itself defeated the interventionists and Whiteguards in the Civil War. But there are other times, when in its advance a victorious party or army runs too far ahead, without providing itself with an adequate base in the rear. This creates a serious danger. So as not to lose connection with its base, an experienced party or army generally finds it necessary in such cases to fall back a little, to draw closer to and establish better contact with its base, in order to provide itself with all it needs, and then resume the offensive more confidently and with guarantee of success. It was this kind of temporary retreat that Lenin effected by the New Economic Policy. Reporting to the Fourth Congress of the Communist International on the reasons that prompted the introduction of NEP, Lenin plainly said, "in our economic offensive we ran too far ahead, we did not provide ourselves with an adequate base," and so it was necessary to make a temporary retreat to a secure rear.
This prime object was served by yet another decision of the congress -- the decision on the national question. The report on the national question was made by Comrade Stalin. He said that we had abolished national oppression, but that this was not enough. The task was to do away with the evil heritage of the past -- the economic, political and cultural backwardness of the formerly oppressed peoples. They had to be helped to catch up with Central Russia.
Comrade Stalin further referred to two anti-Party deviations on the national question: dominant-nation (Great-Russian) chauvinism and local nationalism. The congress condemned both deviations as harmful and dangerous to Communism and proletarian internationalism. At the same time, it directed its main blow at the bigger danger, dominant nation chauvinism, i.e., the survivals and hangovers of the attitude towards the nationalities such as the Great-Russian chauvinists had displayed towards the non-Russian peoples under tsardom.
excerpt of Stalin's "History of the CPSU (B)"
Now 10th Congress of Lenin and Stalin time has come a storm of iron in the sky,
imperialists wars and murders come again, lucky that dictatorship of proletariat died.
No way to rescue capitalist destiny, bourgeoisie scream and curse in vain,
You will ever be remembered, every one knows the Congress' of bolshevism name.
When Lenin and Stalin works are changed and revised , all is broken down,
Mighty Sowjetunion and Albania laid by revisionism to ruin, burning to the ground.
maximization of profits has become the law; Maoists and Trotskyists cannot make a stand,
state monopoly capitalism rules the world now mortal, against brotherhood of working class man.
Lying press cannot hide the truth from working class, they know the 10th Congress in your heart,
Greed and jealousy each equal, all state monopoly world capitalism days are dark.
the 10th Congress of CPSU(B) let mighty mountains fall in dust the imperialist world falls into hell,
Faith in lying revisionists and esoteric prophets, no one to lift the bolshevist spell.
Monsters of banks and concerns rule the world, Maoists and Trotskyists are too scared to understand
Putin -asskisser and neo-Tsarists shall be forever judged and they shall surely hang,
oppressed peoples live and scrape in misery; we die by imperialist counterrevolution's hand,
And still revisionsim / Trotskyism murder our Bolshevism , but the 10th Congress is the brotherhood of working class man.
Blood on all social-fascists hands, Putin-asskisser cannot hope to wash them clean,
Historical materialism is no mystery, social-fascists and neo-Tsarists do not know what it means
imperialist Slaughter, kill and fighting still and murdered until workers and peasants united stand,
Lenin and Stalin our legacy is no lunacy, therefore brotherhood of working class man.
state monopoly capitalism is worse than hell, imperialist war hunger for the kill.
world capital put our faith in imperialist maniacs , socialist world revolution is the triumph of the will,
world bourgeoisie kills for money and profit , overvalue and wealth, for this proletariat is be damned.
Lenin/ Stalin 10th Congress prevented disease upon the world, brotherhood of working class man.
18th of March
International Day of solidarity with political prisoners
Have died in the struggle,
Chained in prisons,
We don't fear
Either tortures or death.
Be ready, be strong!
The capitalist crisis turned into a global political crisis. Consequence of which are worldwide mass arrests, a rapid increase of political prisoners, and inhuman treatment of political prisoners. Measures of "Anti-terror laws" and conditions of detention are tightened and imprisonment increases with every new day. All this shows: Today we live in a world which is more and more characterized by brutal fascism.
The international anti-fascist solidarity is more necessary than ever.
This solidarity can not and will not stop at the prison gates.
The struggle for the release of political prisoners is crucial for the victory of anti-fascist class struggle.
1923, one year after its founding, the International Red Aid declared the 18th of March to be the "International Day of aid to political prisoners."
On the 18th of March, the Comintern (SH) commemorates the "Day of the Paris Commune", as well as the "International Day of the political prisoners".
We insist on this day of active solidarity with political prisoners, in spite of any prohibitions or other means of pressure.
Today we remember all the political prisoners who perished behind bars. And we swear that their sacrifices and sufferings were not for nothing.
The world proletariat, as the only revolutionary class, will defeat the counter-revolution. Only the world proletariat is able to create a new world without exploitation and oppression, thus a world without prisons.
The world proletariat will be free from capitalism, not before the last political prisoner has been freed.
In the entire capitalist world there is no single country in which the revolutionary freedom fighters are not murdered, tortured, imprisoned or treated inhumanly in any other way. The current world is one big prison, a prison of peoples. Those who do not obey the laws of capital, are mercilessly suppressed by capital. And those who fight for the revolutionary overthrow of the rule of the bourgeoisie, are mercilessly persecuted and imprisoned by the capitalist State.
But what is intended to act as a deterrent, produces even more resistance and solidarity of all the exploited and oppressed. Political prisoners are not only victims, but above all our heroes!
The Comintern (SH) expresses her solidarity with political prisoners.
We encourage you to strengthen your revolutionary spirit !
We demand for better conditions of detention.
We struggle against class justice.
We struggle for the release of every single revolutionary prisoner.
We demand primarily class amnesty for all proletarian political prisoners!
What we are fighting for, above all, this is for the elimination of the inevitability of class rule of the bourgeoisie.
The socialist world revolution will free the mankind from the yoke of the whole capitalist world system.
Upon the ruins of the world capitalist world we want to build socialism in order to pave the way to a classless society:
"In place of the old bourgeois society, with its classes and class antagonisms, we shall have an association in which the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all" (Marx and Engels, Manifesto of the Communist Party ").
In the capitalist world, the class justice is maintaining the rule of the bourgeoisie. In the socialist world, the class justice is maintaining the rule of the proletariat. The rule of the proletariat is unavoidable for the abolition of class society!
With the abolition of classes is also class justice abolished.
In a communist world, there are no political prisoners or political prisons.
Comrades in prison!
Raise your voice! Do not give up! Do not stop fighting!
You are and will remain a part of us, part of our world revolutionary movement!
You are not forgotten!
Let's raise the flag of solidarity with political prisoners !
Victory will be ours!

Message of the Comintern (SH) on occasion
of the 133rd anniversary of comrade Marx’s death day
March 14, 1883 – March 14, 2016
Today, we celebrate the 133rd death day of Karl Marx.
Marx’ legacy is immortal. Karl Marx will live forever on the minds and in the hearts of every worker and of every true communist. Marx is the 1st Classic of Marxism-Leninism and, thus, he is the major theorisers of communist ideology. We cannot pay tribute Karl Marx without to pay tribute to Frederick Engels. They both created the famous "Communist Manifesto" in 1847/48. Two years earlier, exactly 170 years ago, these two founders of Marxism published the "German Ideology", one of their major joint works.
This was the period when Marxism was finally evolved as the scientific world outlook of the revolutionary proletariat. Marx and Engels had arrived at the decisive stage in working out the philosophical principles of scientific communism.
Frederick Engels wrote later:
"It was our duty to provide a scientific foundation for our view, but it was equally important for us to win over the European and in the first place the German proletariat to our conviction."
The new revolutionary outlook of Marx and Engels was hammered out in struggle with bourgeois and petty-bourgeois ideology.
They directed their criticism in the first place against the idealist conception of history inherent in German post-Hegelian philosophy, including that of Ludwig Feuerbach, whose materialist views were inconsistent and essentially metaphysical.
The condition for eliminating religion, the "Feuerbach Theses" (part of "German Ideology") underline, is the revolutionary elimination of the social contradictions which give rise to it.
The eleventh Thesis is engraved in Marx' grave stone in Highgate
"The philosophers have only interpreted the world in various ways; the point is to change it"
The Marxist philosophy - in contrast to all pre-philosophy- concentrates into this single sentence the effective,
transforming character of the revolutionary theory created by
Marx and Engels, its inseparable connection with revolutionary
It was in this work that for the first time the materialist way of understanding history became an integral conception of the structure of society and of historical periodisation. By virtue of the general dialectical law of the transformation of theory into method and of the unity of world outlook and method, organically inherent in the new revolutionary teaching, this conception appears in The German Ideology not only as the theory of society, but also as the method of understanding social and historical phenomena. Marx and Engels gave science a powerful weapon for the knowledge of social life, a means of elucidating both the general course of social development and the existing social relations. Thus they made possible the
comprehension of social processes which is necessary for active and revolutionary interference in them.
The German Ideology is a polemical work. Criticism of views
hostile to the proletarian world oudook occupies a predominant
place in it, often couched in a biting satirical form which gives it particular force and expressiveness. In the course of their attacks, Marx and Engels continually counterposed their own point of view to the views they were criticising.
First of all Marx and Engels formulate the "premises" of the
materialist conception of history. These premises are the real living people, their activity and the material conditions under which they live, both the conditions which they find already existing and those produced by their activity. Thus, what is underlined here is the historical character of the material conditions themselves, which are increasingly influenced by people's activity. And there are two sides to it. First, production (people's active relation to nature, their influence on it), and, secondly, intercourse (people's relations to one
another in their activity). Production and intercourse determine each other, but the decisive side of this mutual action is production.
Subsequently, Marx and Engels introduced the term "relations of
production" to distinguish the social relations people enter into in production, which are the basic relations underlying everything included under the term "intercourse".
This discovery can be reduced to the following propositions. The productive forces determine the form of intercourse (social relations).
At a certain stage of their development, the productive forces
come into contradiction with the existing form of intercourse. This contradiction is resolved by social revolutions. In the place of the previous form of intercourse, which has become a fetter, a new one is evolved which corresponds to the more developed productive forces.
Subsequently, this new form of intercourse in its turn ceases to
correspond to çhe developing productive forces, turns into their
fetter and is replaced by an ensuing, historically more progressive form of intercourse. Thus, in the course of the entire historical development a link of continuity is established between successive stages. In disclosing the laws of social development, Marx and Engels arrived at a conclusion of immense significance:
"... All collisions in history have their origin, according to our view, in the contradiction between the productive forces and the form of intercourse"
Proceeding from production to the sphere of intercourse, i.e., of social relations, the social system, Marx and Engels gave a materialist interpretation of the class structure of society and demonstrated the role of classes and the class struggle in social life.
It was demonstrated that the division of society into antagonistic classes and the existence of classes are connected with; definite stages in the development of production, that the development of the class struggle must necessarily lead to a communist revolution carried out by the proletariat, and that this revolution will result in the abolition of classes and the creation of a classless society.
For the first time the essence of the state in general and the bourgeois state in particular was revealed.
"... The state is the form in which the individuals of a ruling class assert their common interests, and in which the whole civil society of an epoch is epitomised"
Of particular importance is the classical formulation of the
materialist solution to this basic question of philosophy:
"Consciousness [das Bewusstsein] can never be anything else than conscious being [das bewusste Sein], and the being of men is their actual life-process....
It is not consciousness that determines life, but life that determines consciousness."
In their work Marx and Engels disclosed the class origins
of the various forms of consciousness and showed that in a class society the dominating consciousness is the consciousness of the ruling class.
"Not criticism but revolution is the driving force of history, also of religion, of philosophy and all other kinds of theory."
The principal conclusion from the materialist conception of history, already substantiated in The German Ideology, is the historical necessity of a proletarian, communist revolution. Marx and Engels stressed that
"for the practical materialist, i.e., the communist, it is a question of revolutionising the existing world, of practically coming to grips with and changing the things found in existence."
The development of the productive forces within bourgeois society, Marx and Engels pointed out, provides the two basic material premises of a communist revolution. These are: first, a high level of production, which is incompatible with private property and at the same time is necessary for the organisation of society on a communist basis; and, secondly, mass proletarianisation, the formation of the proletariat, the most revolutionary class in modern society. This definition of the premises of a communist revolution is one of the fundamental conclusions of scientific communism contained in The German Ideology.
It was in The German Ideology that Marx and Engels first spoke of the necessity for the proletariat to conquer political power as the only way of carrying out a communist revolution. They pointed out:
"... Every class which is aiming at domination, even when its
domination, as is the case with the proletariat, leads to the abolition of the old form of society in its entirety and of all domination, must first conquer political power".
Thus we find expressed for the first time the idea of the dictatorship of the
proletariat, though as yet only in a most general form.
Marx and Engels stressed that a communist revolution is a dual
process: a change in people's conditions of life, and at the same time a change in the people themselves who carry out the revolution. This thought was given its classical formulation in The German Ideology:
"... The revolution is necessary, therefore, not only because the ruling class cannot be overthrown in any other way, but also because the class overthrowing it can only in a revolution succeed in ridding itself of all the muck of ages and become fitted to found society anew."
The German Ideology expounds the basic features of future
communist society—the abolition of private property, of the class division of labour and of classes themselves, the transformation of production and all the social relations, and the disappearance of the state, the instrument of class domination. People's own activity will cease to confront them as a power alien to them. The antagonism between town and country and between mental and physical labour will be eliminated. Labour will be transformed from activity people
perform under compulsion into the genuine self-activity of free
people. The real liberation and all-round development of every
individual will be the highest aim of the communist organisation of society.
This view of the future communist society is presented in The
This work signified a decisive stage in the philosophical and
sociological grounding of the theory of scientific communism, in the scientific demonstration of the world-historic role of the working class as the social force whose historical mission is to overthrow the exploiting capitalist system and create the new communist society.
The Comintern (SH) recommends to all communists and revolutionaries to study "The German ideology" of Marx and Engels. Therefore, we have published this famous work in many languages.

Greeting Message of the CWI (SH)
on occasion of the 105th International Women’s day
On the occasion of the 105th International Women's Day and the 5th Anniversary of the founding of the Communist Women's International, the CWI(SH) sends militant, world revolutionary greetings to all revolutionary women all over the world and to all those who support their struggle.
On the International Women 's Day the proletarian women all over the world raise their collective voice against their exploitation and oppression!
On this particular 105th World Women 's Day the proletarian women begin to organize their world-revolutionary global fight for the overthrow of world capitalism with the goal of world communism, and thus the final liberation of women. The International Woman’s Day is a means of winning the women’s labor reserves to the side of the world proletariat. The struggle for women’s emancipation directly involves a struggle against world capital itself.
The inevitability of oppression and exploitation of women can only be eliminated by means of the removal of the inevitability of capitalism - that is, by the dictatorship of the world proletariat and the establishment of world socialism. Only in the world communism the woman is free.
It is the foundation of the Communist International which was the world-historical starting point of the revolutionary Communist Women 's World Movement:
"The Communist International can only fulfill its tasks, can only secure the final victory of the world proletariat and the abolition of the capitalist system through the closely related common struggle of women and men of the working class. The dictatorship of the proletariat can only be lively and active, can only be achieved and maintained by the participation of women of the working-class"
(See Minutes from March 2 to March 19, 1919, Hamburg 1921).
Today, the common world-revolutionary organization of proletarian women of all countries is the
COMMUNIST WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL (SH).
Revolutionary women all over the world - join the Communist Womens' International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) !
Exploited and oppressed women - rise up!
It is impossible to eliminate sex-slavery without eliminating class slavery!
Long live the 8th March - the International Women's Day!
Long live the proletarian internationalism of women!
Long live the world communist women's movement!
Long live the revolutionary struggle of women against hunger, war and fascism!
Long live the great achievements of socialist women in the Soviet Union and Albania!
Long live the world violent socialist revolution!
Long live global armed proletarian dictatorship!
Long live world socialism and world communism!

Message of the Comintern (SH)
on occasion of the 63nd day of death
of comrade Stalin
March 5, 1953 – March 5, 2016
Today, 63 years ago, comrade Stalin, the 4th Classic of Marxism-Leninism, was murdered by Soviet revisionists at the service of world bourgeois class.
More than 6 decades after his murder, comrade Stalin continues to be vilified by the world bourgeoisie. World capitalists-imperialists and all their revisionist, neo-revisionist, fascist, social-fascist and anti-communist lackeys try to discredit comrade Stalin. We condemn all those forces which pay only lip service to Stalin. Talk is cheap and fulfilling his legacy is dear.
We will not allow that the Russian bourgeoisie misuses the remembrance of Stalin for the justification of their fascist crimes in Russia and for the justification of their imperialist crimes at the exploited and suppressed classes all over the world !
And we will also not allow that the Russian revisionists of all hues misuse the remembrance of Stalin for the justification of the restoration of Soviet modern revisionism !
All these two-faced forces perfectly know that the day when world proletarians finally understand what Stalinism truly is will forcibly mean that the end of the global wage slavagist order will be very close. They know that far from having been a “reign of terror”, comrade Stalin’s times was one of the epochs when workers enjoyed the greatest freedom, they were living in a genuine proletarian dictatorship and they were successfully building socialism and communism.
Above all, Stalinism has created two new excellent conditions for the final liberation of the world proletariat:
1. With the founding of the Stalinist world camp, Stalinism created the first ideological basis for a new socialist world in the service of the world proletariat, namely for its liberation from the clutches of the capitalist world.
2. With the transition from a socialist to a communist Soviet Union, Stalinism created the first ideological basis for the transition from the socialist world to the communist world.
Therefore, we define Stalinism as Marxism-Leninism
1. of the transition from the first period of socialism in "one" country to the second period of socialism on a world scale - in general.
2. as Marxism-Leninism of the period of transition from socialismin "one" country to communism in "one" country - in particular.
To deny comrade Stalin’s lessons means to deny socialist revolution in itself and transform the achievement of a stateless, propertyless and classless world into an impossible chimera.
Comrade Stalin represents the heroic industrialization of the Soviet Union, the successful collectivization of the country’s agriculture, its independence from capitalist-imperialist world and the fearless combat against all kinds of anti-socialist ideas (Trotskyism, Boukharinism, Titoism, among many others), the firm consolidation of the CPSU as a veritable Bolshevist party of Leninist-Stalinist type and the consolidation of a fierce proletarian dictatorship which was able to defeat Nazi-fascist aggression, Anglo-American machinations and also all kinds of internal enemies.
Comrade Stalin personifies the struggle for the liberation of hundreds of millions of workers from ruthless exploitation and ideological oppression, he embodies revolutionary audacity, he symbolizes the path towards socialism and communism not only in theory, but also in practice. For all this, comrade Stalin will live forever in the minds and hearts of every worker and of every communist.
It is up to us, Marxists-Leninists-Stalinists-Hoxhaists, to honour the legacy of comrade Stalin by correctly applying his immortal teachings in today’s conditions.
Stalin’s infallible and undying teachings are an authentic guiding light for all those who follow the path towards world socialist revolution, world proletarian dictatorship, world socialism and world communism.
We, Stalinist-Hoxhaists, swear to protect and to apply comrade Stalin’s lessons, whose defence, development and advancement were later brilliantly ensured by comrade Enver Hoxha - Stalin’s greatest disciple and 5th Classic of Marxism-Leninism – in the context of the struggle against modern revisionism during capitalist-imperialist-revisionist world encirclement.
Long live comrade Stalin– the glorious 4th Classic of Marxism-Leninism!
Comrade Stalin is immortal – his red genius enlightens our path towards the victorious world socialist revolution!
He will live forever on hearts and minds of every oppressed and exploited worker and of every communist!
All capitalist-revisionist lies and calumnies will never erase comrade Stalin's glorious legacy!
Long live glorious Bolshevist CPSU!
Long live Soviet Union of comrades Lenin and Stalin!
Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!
Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!
Death to world capitalist-imperialist order!
Long live world violent proletarian socialist revolution!
Long live world armed proletarian dictatorship!
Long live world socialism and world communism!
Long live the Comintern (SH) – the only authentic defender of comrade Stalin’s revolutionary and proletarian legacy!
Long live comrade Stalin, the 4th Classic of Marxism-Leninism!
Learning with comrade Stalin means learning to be victorious!
Stalinism is a guiding light against all kinds of capitalism, imperialism, fascism, revisionism, neo-revisionism, opportunism and anti-communism!
Long live world socialist revolution!
Long live world proletarian dictatorship!
Long live socialism and communism at a global scale!
Long live the Comintern (SH) – the world party which is the only authentic defender and follower of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

on occasion of the 63rd day of death of J. V. Stalin 12. 21. 1879. - 03. 05. 1953.
The name of Joseph Stalin, the fourth Classic of Marxism-Leninism, is inextricably linked with the famous period of the world communist and revolutionary movement. J. V. Stalin was a prominent Bolshevik leader, participated in the founding of the revolutionary movement in Russia that, as a member of Lenin leadership, was one of the leaders of the Great October Revolution.
His name is linked to a famous victory in the defense of the revolution, when Tsaritsin, Perm, Petrograd ..
The period of peaceful socialist construction is impossible to assess without mentioning his name. This period is another glorious victory, the first country of socialism. With the construction of the country and industrialization, Stalin is carrying out a correct Leninist line against the Trotskyists, Rikovs, Bukharins and other enemies of socialism.
Great Patriotic War (1941 to 1945).
It is impossible to regard it without the personality and thoughts of J. V. Stalin. As supreme chief he raised the nation to fight, to resist. He organized a great victory at Moscow, Stalingrad, Kursk ...
With his name on the lips the brave soldiers of the Red Army sacrificed their life for bringing freedom, peace, independencethe to the peoples.
Stalin's works are a major contribution to the theory of Marxism-Leninism. Works as: 'Marxism and the national colonial question ''; '' Questions of Leninism ''; '' Economic Problems of Socialism '' ... are now mandatory for every connoisseur of the theory of Marxism.

Communist International !

Greeting Message of the Comintern (SH)
Today, we celebrate the 97th Anniversary of the foundation of the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin.
The Comintern (SH) sends militant greetings to all communist internationalists around the world.
The III. International was founded by significant support of the Bolshevik party of Lenin and Stalin after the betrayal of the Second International.
The III. International took over the fruits of the First and Second International and freed them from opportunistic refuse, in order to carry the dictatorship of the proletariat from Russia to the whole world - up to the colonial countries. The foundation of the III. International was the precursor to the international Soviet Republic.
While the Comintern was founded after the end of the First World War- thus with the beginning of the socialist revolutions -, it ceased to exist in the end of the Second World War. This happened just in a time when its necessity for the world revolution and the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat hit its peak. In the moment, when the Soviet Union was in the very act of becoming a world power, and when world imperialism reached its weakest point in history, when the victory of the socialist world revolution was thus in its grasp - just in this time, when the Comintern was about epoch making, it was liquidated by the prevailing forces of the right opportunists. The dissolution of the Comintern was a disservice of the revisionists for the survival of world imperialism.
The treacherous pact with social democracy facilitated the subsequent later takeover of power by the modern revisionists. The restoration of capitalism was the second disservice of the revisionists in favor of world imperialism - the destruction of socialism.
The general-line of the Comintern (SH) is the synthesis of the revolutionary experiences, spirit and content of the general-line of the I., II. and III. International and the anti-revisionist line of the Cominform - and last not least of the revolutionary experiences, spirit and content of the Marxist-Leninist World Movement guided by comrade Enver Hoxha.
The Comintern (SH) was founded in the struggle against several neo-revisionist camps, which liquidated the Marxist-Leninist world movement after the fall of the socialist Albania. There was no other way than to recreate the Comintern for the construction of a new communist world center.
This new communist world center had to fulfill the task of the preparation of the ideological, political and organisational revival of the communist world movement - the creation of the new Stalinist-Hoxhaist world movement, nam ely in the tradition of the Marxist-Leninist World Movement of comrade Enver Hoxha. The Comintern can only develop through class struggle with the whole capitalist-revisionist world.
The Comintern (SH) is the anti-revisionist vanguard of world revolution in the present stage of globalized class struggle:
a) The Comintern (SH) defends the communist world movements in the time of both the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin and the socialist Albania of Enver Hoxha. The defense of the Marxist, Leninist, Stalinist and Hoxhaist type of socialism can be nothing else, than the world-socialist completion in the conditions of the world dictatorship of the proletariat.
The Stalinist-Hoxhaist World movement needs to base its struggle for world socialism on the lessons of the Communist World Movement of the former period of socialism in "one" country. But moreover, we must be conscious about the fact that the Stalinist-Hoxhaist World Movement is the leading movement of the current revolutionary world proletariat and not of the revolutionary world proletariat in the former time of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism. The Stalinist-Hoxhaist World Movement is a movement of world socialism.
b) The Comintern (SH) considers the achievements, experiences and lessons of the communist movement from the whole first period of socialism in "one" country as an essential component for the preparation, implementation and protection of the socialistworld revolution. However, all these former lessons, in itself, are not sufficient. We are in uncharted globalized waters, and the renewed Communist World Movement has to learn to swim like a fish in the water.
c) The Comintern (SH) uses the destroyed system of the Stalinist world camp as a model for the purpose of complete destruction of the capitalist world camp. Breaking through the sole reign of world capitalism is totally insufficient for us. We will not stop halfway. Our goal is not the restoration of two co-existing world camps. The Stalinist-Hoxhaist World Movement is the movement for the unrestricted world domination of socialism - thus a movement for the total removal of the existence of capitalism.
d) The Comintern (SH) crowns the October Revolution with the victory of the socialist revolution and the establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.
Long live the 97th Anniversary of the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin !
Long live the socialist world revolution !
Long live Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha !
Long live world socialism and world communism !

World crisis can never be finished by the world capitalists. World crisis can only be finished by the world proletariat.
If - all over the world - every labourer, every unemployed worker, every cook, every poor peasant sees - not from the internet but with his own eyes -,
- that the world-state of the proletariat does not strive for "global wealth", but is helping the poor on this planet,
- that this world-proletarian state does not hesitate, to adopt world-revolutionary measures,
- that it confiscates ALL surplus stocks of provisions from ALL parasites on the globe and distributes them to the world's hungry,
- that it forcibly installs every homeless on earth in the houses of the rich,
- that it compels the rich to pay for milk, (but does not give them a drop until the children of ALL poor families are sufficiently supplied),
- that the land of the whole world is being transferred to the working people and the factories und banks all over the world are being placed under the control of the world proletariat,
- that immediate and severe punishment is meted out to every single millionaire who conceals his wealth,
- when the poor in every country see and feel all this,
then, never again, world capitalist forces, no forces of world finance capital, no forces of countries' finance capital, no force of exploiters in the countries which manipulates millions of millions, will tantalize the peoples,
then, the socialist world revolution will triumph all over the world and shall mature in all countries.
After the establishment of the Socialist World Republic
every citizen of the world will receive a universal and uniform world passport
- globally valid in all countries -
