Greeting Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the

125th Birthday of

Vyatcheslav Molotov

25. 2. 2015

Molotov, once a faithful comrade of Stalin, finally resigned from the world-historical scene of the leadership of the communist world movement, latest after whose death. Molotov had not understood the new task which arose for the world communist movement after the death of Stalin. He was not the qualified revolutionary leader for the necessary relentless struggle of the destruction and abolition of the power that the modern revisionists had seized. Molotov was neither able nor willing to restore socialism in the Soviet Union according to the tradition of Lenin and Stalin. Molotov could not make his way and capitulated - pressurised by all the revisionist leaders. He let happen the restoration of capitalism and the sell-out of the Soviet Union which Stalin had prophesied.
Even during his lifetime, Stalin had harshly criticized him and revoked Molotov's power of attorney.
So, finally, it was not Molotov but Enver Hoxha who deserved the place of honor as Stalin's successor. Enver Hoxha called Molotov rightly a "corpse of Bolshevism".

Crucial for our opinion is that Molotov had not contributed to prevent the betrayal of the modern revisionists. On the contrary, he committed the crime of collaboration with the Soviet revisionists in the most critical moment of the Soviet Union, of the socialist world camp and of the whole communist world movement. This is a historical fact that nobody can deny.

We stipulate clearly and precisely our demarcation line to Molotov's turning away from Bolshevism.

And nevertheless:

Molotov deserves a prominent place among the old Bolshevik leaders. Molotov's struggle at the side of Lenin and Stalin will always remain of great world-historical significance. Therefore, there is no reason for the Comintern (SH), to refuse the acknowledgment of all the great merits that Molotov deserves in spite of his betrayal at Lenin and Stalin.

We will do our part and not bury Molotov into oblivion. We will forget neither his nearly 50 years long struggle for communism nor that he had crossed the Rubicon.

We defend Molotov only for the period of time in history when he had fought shoulder at shoulder with Lenin and Stalin as a leading Bolshevik. And in equal measure, we condemn his turning to revisionism.

The good part of Molotov is a good role model for us. And the bad part of Molotov is a warning for us, namely, never betray the world proletariat, the socialist world revolution and world communism.

Conscious about these particular circumstances of Molotov's split personality, we celebrate the February 25 (9 March) 1890, the 125th birthday of Vyacheslav Molotov.
As an old great Bolshevik who he doubtlessly was, and obviously the closest brother-in-arms of Lenin and Stalin, Molotov became Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, the People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs and as representative of the CPSU (B) one among the faithful leaders of the Communist International.

For decades, Molotov was a vivid example of selfless service to the revolutionary cause of the working class, for boundless devotion to the cause of communism. He was an outstanding fighter for the high ideals and principles of Bolshevism. He was an international leader of the world communist movement of the type of Leninism-Stalinism.

The revolutionary activity Molotov began during the Russian Revolution, 1905 - 1907. As a young man Molotov headed to the noble path of struggle against the autocracy, the struggle to overthrow capitalism.

1909 Molotov was arrested for political agitation and banned to the province of Vologda .
Molotov comes in touch with the works of Marx, Engels and Lenin and joins the Bolsheviks.

In 1911 he is released from exile. He began to study at the Technological Institute in St. Petersburg.

In 1912 he became a co-founder and a director of the editorial board of the party organ of the RSDLP "Pravda" (Truth).

1913 1914 and 1915 is repeated arrests, (1915 banishment to Irkutsk / Siberia).

1916 Molotov flees from exile to Petrograd.

For decades, he followed the Bolshevik road under the direct guidance of the greatest leaders of the Revolution - Lenin and Stalin. He was operating illegally in the Kazakh Social Democratic Bolshevik, in Vologda. In the days of reaction, he participated in the drafting of the "Pravda". In the first imperialist world war and during the bourgeois-democratic revolution of February he was everywhere in the front row of the revolutionary fighters. Even at this stage of his life he manifests himself as an outstanding leader of the party. He was among those revolutionary Leninists who implemented the Bolshevik principles wisely and skillfully both in depth and in width. Molotov had a high theoretical Marxist-Leninist training and practical skills of organizational and political work among the masses. One of the most important and urgent tasks of the work among the masses was at that time the task of arming the workers, the task of preparing the workers for the violent overthrow of capitalism.

Molotov was one of the outstanding leading cadres of the Bolshevik Party, trained under the leadership of Lenin and Stalin. Day after day, he prepared the working masses for the decisive battle, for the battles in the glory days of the October storm.

As a member of the Petrograd Military Revolutionary Committee Molotov participated in the victorious insurrection in the armed struggle of the workers. About his work in the Petrograd Military Revolutionary Committee Molotov reported:

"The Military Revolutionary Committee, which led the uprising in Petrograd, was a pure fighting organization. It had to restore order, and repel the enemy attack on the city to conduct a comprehensive and tirelessly military defense and to strengthen our revolutionary positions near Petrograd, against the White Guards."

"Based on the relatively small combat groups of Red Guards and some military units, he directed the immediate defense of Petrograd" ("Pravda", November 7, 1925).

In the Military Revolutionary Committee Molotov was responsible for the propaganda department. Day and night he shuttled between departments to and fro in the Smolny. A steady stream of delegates came from factories and military units of the Red Guard. The word of the Bolshevik agitation was no less sharp than the sword or the gun in those days. And Comrade Molotov had equipped with these agitational weapons the revolutionaries in the struggle against the bourgeoisie, in the struggle for the victory of the proletariat.

As the closest collaborator of Lenin and Stalin, Molotov stood at the cradle of the armed forces of the victorious October Revolution.

* * *

As an organizer and leader of the Northern industrial zone, Molotov applied lots of energy and work for the procurement of arms for the new divisions of the Red Army.

Molotov campaigned for the supply of the Red Army and the mobilization of industry by new organizations. In his speech he said at a plenary session on December 8, 1918:

"Before our eyes Russia became a forge, a forge of the proletarian revolution in the fight against the most powerful imperialist countries such as England, France and America. We need an army to fight against these predators. And for this, first of all, we must organize the war industry . It is the central task that increase a million-strong army to three million. This task must be carried out under rather difficult conditions. We, the Council of the National Economy of the North District, shall spare no effort in the fight against the imperialists and the mobs of the White Guards . We put all our energy only in organizing the production of armaments and in supplying the army with food. We must do everything possible to mobilize the working masses for this purpose.

At first we were against the war, but now things have changed. Most important was the realization of military programs were the military tasks of the revolution. We must fully implement the plan for the military industry. We must disarm the saboteurs in the military authorities who still try to destroy the entire supply of the army (Main Force Office, Commissioner, and so on.) We need proletarian heroism for the supply of the army. The question of the supply of the army should be resolved only by those in charge of the Economic Council, which is placed under the control of the whole economic life of the country."

The Bolshevik Party and its best representatives such as Molotov succeeded even in these difficult years to equip the Red Army with weapons and ammunition. This was an important and necessary condition to ensure the victory over the numerous and powerful enemies.

* * *

For the Red Army, Molotov was one of its most famous political figures during the Civil War.

On June 27, 1919, Lenin appointed him personally to the Commissioner of the Central Executive Committee of the trainers on the steamer "Red Star" in the Volga region. Here (near the front, just freed from Kolchak) Comrade Molotov made a huge organizational work to strengthen the local organs of Soviet power and the party organizations. At the same time, he made propaganda work in the units of the Red Army. He led the newspaper "Red Star". With NK Krupskaya he speaks at rallies and meetings of the Red Army. During a trip to the Volga region visited Molotov Nizhny Novgorod, Cheboksary, Kazan, Chistopol, Izhevsk, Perm, Simbirsk, Samara, Saratov and other cities of the front lines where he guided zivil and military organizations.

Comrade Molotov described the role of the Bolshevik propaganda and agitation in the Red Army, the organizational role of the party and the establishment of commissioner's offices for the victory of the Civil War as follows:

"The military-political organization of the party has played an extremely important revolutionary role in party work within the Red Army -especially the so-called 'Office of Military Commissioners', 'the Political Administration of the Republic (PUR)'. The political detachment of the Red Army united the Communists in the army, completely subordinated to the military command. In this way, all the Communists were connected in the Red Army with the Party organizations and thus with the party life. The most difficult military tasks could only be solved with the help of these political departments. This was a revolutionary innovation which did not exist previously. They proved to be indispensable for the proletarian revolution - namely for all future. The victory of the revolutionary Red Army in the Civil War would be impossible without political departments. They will always remain of great importance for the victorious defense of the Soviet Union.

A political commissar will always take pride of place as a hero of the revolution in the history of the liberation of the proletariat."

These meaningful words Molotov will not lose their significance for the upcoming worldwide Red Army, when the socialist world revolution must be solved as a military question. The commissioners and political organizations within the Red World Army will be essential for the effectiveness of the proletarian army of world socialism, for the establishment of the armed dictatorship of the world proletariat.

* * *

In March 1921, at the Tenth Party Congress, Molotov was elected as a member and chief secretary of the Central Committee of the RCP (B) and also to the candidate of the Politburo. Thus began for him a new period of his work in the leadership of the party and the state - along the side of the two great leaders of the proletarian revolution - Lenin and Stalin.

In his high office as secretary of the Communist Party (a position he held until December 19, 1930) and as a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee (since 1926), Molotov had the major political role of building up the Red Army and national defense.

These were difficult years for the Red Army. The traitor and spy Trotsky (Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic) led a sneaky counter-revolutionary struggle against the Party and its Central Committee, to bring about the defeat of the Soviet country during the war.

Under the leadership of Comrade Stalin, Molotov stood at the head of the party to purify the Red Army from the Trotskyist influence. In 1923 he directed the work of the Central Committee of the Party together with Dzerzhinsky. A commission was formed to review the senior management staff of the army, and a military academy of the Red Army was created (named after MV Frunze). That was the start of a crucial turning. The Military Academy forged the Bolshevik cadres - namely as Soviet military specialists.

* * *

Molotov did an excellent job of creating and implementing the Five-Year Plan.

It is also worth to mention Molotov's merit in the implementation of the Stalinist collectivization of agriculture. Molotov led a consistent and relentless struggle against all opponents of collectivization.

* * *

Molotov also played a significant role in the Comintern in particular from 1928 to 1934. In particular, he enjoyed the confidence of Comrade Stalin in the fight against the Bloc of Rights and Trotskyites within the Comintern.

It is largely thanks to Molotov that Stalin was able to free the ECCI from the influence of Trotsky, Zinoviev and Bukharin.

An enlarged meeting of the Presidium of the ECCI took place in February 1930. Molotov delivered a detailed report. In his report of the delegation of the CPSU (B) within the Comintern (on 25 February 1930), he said:

"Comrades,
since the XV. Congress of the world communist movement has changed remarkably. This is due, above all, on the one hand to the profound changes in the economic and political development of the capitalist states and on the other hand, by the rapid development of the Soviet Union.
The onset of the economic crisis of capitalism has undermined the capitalist stabilization. In the working masses consciousness matures about the necessity of the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism and the need to fight for socialism. The successes of the socialist revolution in the Soviet Union increasingly motivated the proletariat of all countries. And at the same time the world proletariat sees in the world revolution, the only way to resolve the contradictions of capitalism. It is the duty of the Communists to do everything possible to make use of the incipient revolutionary upsurge of the proletarian revolution. "

We don't want to leave unmentioned that Molotov worked for the dissolution of the Comintern (on behalf of Stalin).

* * *

Molotov was chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, the supreme executive authority in the Soviet Union. With its titanic government work, he made a great contribution to the strengthening of the defense, for the growth and strengthening of the Red Army and the Navy.

Under the leadership of Comrade Stalin, Molotov was a true Leninist-Stalinist statesman who gained great merit not only for defense, but also for the problems of the Soviet economy and foreign policy.

In March 1931, in his report to the VI. Congress of Soviets of the USSR, Molotov pointed out :

"Our advance of the socialist economy and defense of the country serves the unwavering struggle for world peace and for peaceful relations for the further construction of the Soviet Union. We need to strengthen our position, in order to fight back any attack of our opponents."

Further victories of the socialist economy and all-round development of the armed forces to increase the defense of the country - this was the synthesis of the general-line of the Bolshevik policy which was undeviatingly implemented by Molotov.

"We must not forget," said Comrade Molotov in his report to the 21st anniversary of the October Revolution, "that as long as there is still a capitalist encirclement in our struggle against capitalism, the first Soviet state in the world must not weaken its preparedness of defense. We must take the severest measures. Therefore, we must work even harder to defend our country. We need to develop and master our own martial art against the hostile capitalist encirclement. We must overcome all the shortcomings in our state apparatus that hinder us in fulfilling this task.
It is important to understand the instructions of Comrade Stalin in regard of the capitalist encirclement. We must implement them properly. This means to fight to strengthen our position against our class enemies in all its forms. This means: working for the complete victory of socialism."

Comrade Molotov devoted to the defense fleet wide attention. In May 1934, he visited the cruiser of the Black Sea Fleet "Red Caucasus". He familiarized himself with the powerful weapons of the ship.

He made the following entry in the ship book:

"I welcome the sailors and commanders on this wonderful ship. From you, comrades, the Soviet Union demands a conscious control of the complex machinery of the ship. We expect highest standard of discipline and organization, which is worthy for our country, for serving the construction of socialism and for our Bolshevik Party.
Be well prepared for the coming glorious battles - long live our Red Fleet - yours, Molotov".

During a visit to the submarine fleet Comrade Molotov appointed Burmistrov to a "Hero of the Soviet Union". He also visited one of the shore batteries of Sevastopol. At the same time Molotov studied the state of the military equipment and gave some valuable guidelines for cooperation with industry.

Over the decades, Molotov led the Soviet ship of state through the international waters of imperialism - especially prepared for the coming military attacks against socialism.

Already in 1931, during the First Five-Year Plan, Comrade Molotov warned all the enemies of the Soviet state that "... an armed attack on the Soviet Union is now the main danger especially for those who disturb the peace." How prophetic these words were, shows the total victory over Nazism.

* * *

Molotov bore the brunt of diplomatic battles during the war.

The name of V. M. Molotov is always associated with a number of historical international conferences of Heads of State and Government, such as in Tehran in 1943, Yalta, San Francisco and Potsdam in 1945.

With the signing of the German-Soviet Non-Aggression Treaty of 1939, Molotov remained faithful to the principles of Lenin and Stalin.

He deviated not a single step from the Leninist conception of the partition of the world - in the socialist and capitalist world.

The Leninist-Stalinist foreign policy Molotov was determined by the balance of power in international relations, arising from the coexistence of two world camps.

The peoples of the USSR were over 20 years in the position to build their socialist state peacefully, to strengthen the economic and military power of the Soviet Union, and assert themselves all over the world.

It is thanks to the Stalinist leadership that the Soviet country, at the moment of the treacherous attack of Hitler's Germany, was not only able to resist the most advanced military technology of the world German fascist hordes, but to strike them with crushing blows, to chase them away from the Soviet homeland, to kill the fascist beast on its own territory, and to hoist the Stalinist flag of victory over the imperial capital of Berlin.

It is thanks to Molotov, personally, that the Soviet Union did not stay alone in the moment of bitter struggle against the fascist enemy.

Under the guidance of Stalin, Molotov succed in convincing the Western Allies to side with the Soviet Union and with the oppressed peoples.

On 22 June 1941, the day of the fascist attack on the Soviet Union, Molotov said in his famous speech: "Our cause is just, the enemy will be defeated. Victory will be ours..."

From September 29 to October 1, 1941, the Moscow conference was held with the participation of the USSR, the USA and the UK. Military supplies to the Soviet Union and the opening of the Second Front were agreed.

Late May - early June 1942 Molotov traveled to the United Kingdom and to the United States, where he met with Roosevelt.

On May 26, he signed the agreement in London on "the alliance in the war against Nazi Germany and its allies in Europe and on cooperation and mutual assistance after the war."

Stalinism has impressively demonstrated in theory and practice that the world imperialism was not able to defeat the socialist proletariat and its allies on the open battlefield. The proletarian weapons triumphed over the weapons of the bourgeoisie. However, it was the modern revisionists, the agents of the world bourgeosie within the world-socialist camp who destroyed or rather hindered the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and thus deprived the world proletariat from the basis and lever of the world socialist revolution.

The enemies of the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin did not only criticize the Molotov-Soviet non-aggression pact with Nazi Germany, but also the anti-Hitler coalition with the Anglo-American imperialism in the Second World War:

firstly, this was not a coalition in the sense of "association of like-minded", but a deal with enemies of communism, which was based on the 5 correct Marxist-Leninist principles of peaceful coexistence;

secondly, it is well-known that this agreement was ratified by Molotov not before but during the Second World War ;

thirdly, this was a fair agreement for uniting and strengthening the forces in war against Hitler's fascism;

fourthly, Stalin and Molotov did never appeal for unification with the bourgeoisie, neither towards the workers nor towards the oppressed peoples;

fifthly, Stalin and Molotov supported the peoples against the fascist occupiers and against traitors who sabotaged the national and social liberation struggle;

sixthly: neither Stalin nor Molotov cherished illusions about the true goals of the United States and Britain, who were urged by the Soviet Union to fight against fascism.

On 8 May 1945 Molotov said at a conference of the United Nations in San Francisco at the signing of the unconditional surrender of Germany:

"The victory over German fascism is of the utmost historical importance. Under the leadership of the great Stalin, we have earned this glorious victory."

In his speech on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution Molotov emphasized:

"It is our good fortune that, in the difficult years of the war, the Red Army and the Soviet people were guided by the wise and experienced leader of the Soviet Union, the great Stalin. With the name of Generalissimo Stalin, the glorious victories of our army will go down in history of our country and of the world."

Molotov headed the Soviet delegation at most meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers - the USSR, USA, UK, France and China, at the Paris Peace Conference in 1946, where he actively defended the territorial demands Albania, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia. He also fought for Stalin's demand for a united Germany based on democratic principles.

* * *

On March 4, 1949 Molotov was removed from the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and replaced by Vyshinsky.

Molotov was, inter alia, criticized by Stalin because of his mistakes in his speech at the 19th Congress of the CPSU (B) and because of the collaboration of his wife with the Zionists.

Molotov withdrew from his revolutionary work up to his day of death, on November 7, 1986. Since the 50s, he put himself into service of the Soviet revisionists, albeit with his critical distance to Khrushchev in some cases. After all, he supported generally this social-fascist party, otherwise he would not have applied for the resumption of his party membership. Instead of the indispensable and necessary liquidation of the power of the modern revisionists on the basis of the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, thus by means of the socialist revolution, he limited his "criticism" within the completely rotten party. Later in his life, Molotov was in solidarity neither with the illegal Bolshevik Group in the Soviet Union, nor outside with the Marxist-Leninist World Movement of comrade Enver Hoxha who defended Stalin against the slanders and defamations of the Soviet revisionists. When comrade Enver Hoxha visited Moscow in times of Stalin, Molotov adored extraordinarily the correct Stalinist line of the Albanian communists. And after the death of Stalin ? Molotov remained silent on comrade Enver Hoxha and the PLA ! This is nothing but ugly opportunism ! (1)

(1) This opportunism of Molotov was impressively described by comrade Enver Hoxha in his book "The Krushchevites, Chapter 1; " IN-FIGHTING AMONG THE TOP SOVIET LEADERS"

Molotov sided with the one revisionist clique, to "fight" the other. However, one can fight the revisionist leaders and their groups only alltogether, namely exclusively on the basis of the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism. Molotov did not chose this only correct way. First, he was in opposition of the Berianists but spared the Khrushchevites. Later the putsch against Krushchev, in 1957, failed despicable. The so-called "anti-Party group" to whom Molotov belonged, was indeed easily eliminated by Khrushchev. As comrade Enver Hoxha has said, this "anti-Party group" was nothing but a group of the "corpses of Bolshevism", "toothless lions". But that did not prevent Molotov from getting back to become a member of this anti-Leninist-Stalinist "CPSU".

Molotov became a typical representative of the revisionist line of "peaceful coexistence." For this crime he was praised by the West, while his Stalinist past was demonized up today. Is it not clear that we Stalinist-Hoxhaist, in contrast, defend Molotov in times of Lenin and Stalin and simultaneously criticize Molotov in times when the Soviet revisionists had been in power ?

We have selected a collection of quotations of Enver Hoxha on Molotov. It goes without saying that we defend the criticism of Comrade Enver Hoxha. Comrade Enver summed up his criticism of Molotov in the following striking and unambiguous words as follows:

"Thus, after this forlorn attempt, these former co-fighters of Stalin's, who had associated themselves with the slanders made against his glorious work, were described as an «anti-party group» and received the final blow from the Khrushchevites. No one wept over them, no one pitied them. They had lost the revolutionary spirit, were no longer Marxist-Leninists, but corpses of Bolshevism. They had united with Khrushchev and allowed mud to be thrown at Stalin and his work"

(Enver Hoxha - "The Krushchevites")

We also add to our greeting address some critical remarks about Molotov two excerpts from the book of Comrade Wolfgang Eggers - "On the Foundations and the questions of Stalinism":

Excerpt 1:

"After the death of Stalin, Beria commissioned the closing of the case of the doctors' conspiracy. These investigations were burked in Stalin's lifetime. Beria's intention was to incriminate comrade Stalin directly after his death. This concerned especially the criminal case of Michoels, but also the criminal case of the wife of Molotov, who "visited" often her rich Jewish family in America. The wife of Molotov negotiated with the Zionist mafia in Europe and America and so she was rightly arrested in January 1953. As a belated gift on occasion of Molotov's birthday, his wife was set at liberty by Beria - Stalin was not even one week dead ! Beria closed this criminal case arbitrarily, infringing not only Stalin's orders, but also making himself a cosmopolitan and Zionist agent of Molotov's wife. Incidentally, the wife of Molotov was active in the business of perfume and she was also a fishmonger. The vernacular said about her:.. 'Her perfume reeks of fish and her fish reeks of perfume'. "

Excerpt 2:

Whoever still believes that Molotov would have "bravely defended the line of Stalin against Khrushchev", will be disabused. We studied the speeches of Molotov after the death of comrade Stalin critically. Khrushchev and Molotov were already connected to each other for decades - in essence they were both traitors to Stalin. Krushchev was the open traitor and Molotov a hidden traitor. Their collaboration was most noticeable in their joint 1953 coup. Let's take Molotov's speech: "The international situation and the foreign policy of the government of the USSR", held at the session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 8. 2. 1955. We have already mentioned that Molotov had wasted no single word on comrade Stalin during his whole speech. Molotov implemented a revisionist foreign policy in contrast to the Stalinist foreign policy which he had implemented in times of comrade Stalin. We want to demonstrate this fact with an example. In his speech Molotov defined the following thesis: "The international isolation of the Soviet Union is a thing of the past." Is this theory based on Marxism-Leninism or on revisionism ? Of course it is revisionist, because Marxism-Leninism teaches: The isolation of the USSR can belong only to the past, when the world imperialism is eliminated, when socialism has triumphed on a world scale. This cannot seriously be argued because - while in the time of his speech - the world was still divided into the capitalist and socialist world. And the capitalist encirclement still existed even more after the Second World War. This is a major fact which can not be hidden as "a thing of the past". The revisionist thesis of the so-called "final victory against imperialist encirclement" corresponds exactly with the revisionist thesis of the VII. World Congress of the Comintern on the so-called "final victory of socialism in the USSR" which we have already exposed in 2001 (general-line of the Comintern [SH]). This thesis was directed against the foreign policy of Stalin, because the modern revisionists have claimed that a proletarian world revolution would be no longer necessary. The thesis of Molotov is therefore nothing more than the continuation and further development of the revisionist thesis of the VII. World Congress of the Comintern, namely the so-called "finality of the victory of the socialist world camp". This thesis is revisionist because the world-historical mission of the world proletariat was denied. Molotov's thesis is therefore a counter-revolutionary thesis which was in the service of collaboration with world imperialism. And this was undoubtedly a terrible betrayal at the socialist world revolution.

Nobody should think that this revisionist thesis would be an "exceptional fault" of Molotov. This was not an isolated incident, but corresponded to the entire revisionist line in the foreign policy of the Soviet Union after Stalin's death. This demonstrates another example, namely Molotov's thesis of the "reduction of the policy of tensions". We quote Molotov: "What is the policy of reduction of tension in international relations?" With this policy, "we tried to find such solutions that would contribute to a significant relaxation of international relations" (Molotov, ibid, page 11). History taught us the true meaning of the so-called "détente" of the modern revisionists. Molotov was active at the Berlin Conference in 1954, he was active at the Geneva Conference etc. But what was the result of all his activities ? Nothing. Molotov confessed that the SEATO pact of the United States at the Manila Conference was totally in contrast to all his previous Conferences with the West, namely directed against the Soviet Union and the socialist camp. These treaties of the United States were also directed against the liberation movement in the former colonies. The praised "relaxation thesis" resulted in the betrayal of the revolutionary struggle against imperialism. Molotov's thesis favored the restoration of colonialism also in the interest of the Soviet social-imperialism. In regard of a social-imperialist country like the Soviet Union, the restoration of capitalism in the socialist camp was in dialectical context with the restoration of colonialism. Both these facts can not be separated from each other. They depend on each other and they are complementary tools for the re-establishment of the sole world capitalist rule.

Stalinism teaches, however, that you can not leave the path of Leninism, because "Leninism is Marxism of the era of imperialism and proletarian revolution. More precisely, Leninism is the theory and tactics of the proletarian revolution in general, the theory and practice of the dictatorship of the proletariat in particular "(Stalin, Foundations of Leninism).

Molotov deviated from this principle and his foreign policy was directed against Leninism-Stalinism, against the theory and tactics of the proletarian revolution. He was that what Stalin had called him - a "capitulationist". Molotov's foreign policy was the policy of capitulation to world imperialism, a genuflection to the Khrushchevites, betrayal of Stalin and his revolutionary foreign policy.
Peace is not merely a breathing space between the wars, but also a breathing space to prepare for the coming revolution, for the world revolution. The foreign policy of Lenin and Stalin served no other purpose than to proletarian internationalism. The world revolution must not be sacrificed in favor of the "détente" of the modern revisionists. Peaceful Co-existence must serve for the victory of socialism on a world scale which is impossible without the whole world proletariat and the world revolution. That is the kernel of the teachings of Lenin and Stalin in regard of peaceful coexistence between opposite social formations.

(From: Wolfgang Eggers "On the Foundations and the questions of Stalinism")

For the 125th birthday we are temporally not yet able to study the extensive biographical material fully and seriously evaluate from the standpoint of Stalinism-Hoxhaism. We believe it is important to learn from both the positive and negative aspects of life and work of Molotov . Therefore, we will further work on the completion of the picture of Molotov.

Greeting Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the 175th Birthday of August Bebel

22nd of February 2015

Today we celebrate the 175th Birthday of August Bebel, the "Father" of the revolutionary social democracy.

We greet all comrades all over the world who defend the revolutionary heritage of August Bebel, together with us, against reformism and revisionism, against Lassallianerism and all hues of opportunism.

August Bebel was the co-founder of the first Marxist party of the world in 1869.

He was one of the great leaders of the social democratic world movement, member of the First International since 1866, and one of the revolutionary leaders of the Second International since its founding in 1889.

He was over 44 years active in leading the international class struggle of the world proletariat.

August Bebel was born in Deutz, nearby Cologne, and learnt a trade as a turner. As a complete orphan he grew up in poor circumstances.

As a young man Bebel settled in Leipzig, the hub of German political activity, and became politically active with the radical Gewerblicher Bildungsverein (Industrial Educational Association). He studied Marx and Engels and other prominent figures in economic and social history, which contributed to his growing socialist worldview. Bebel developed a reputation as a powerful speaker, and was elected to the North German Constituent Reichstag in 1867, representing the Saxon People's Party.

August Bebel created the first Tactics and Strategy of the revolutionary workers' movement of the world.

Under his leadership the Marxist Mass Party gained a significant victory in the illegal struggle against the Anti-Socialist-Law.

A total of 57 months, August Bebel was sentenced to imprisonment in a fortress .

August Bebel was not only an excellent organizer, public speaker and workers' politician on all battle-fields ( struggle for the emancipation of women among other things).

August Bebel was also a great theoretician and philosopher.

He developed further the science of historical and dialectical materialism on nearly all fields of ideological class-struggle.

The Comintern (SH) started a campaign against religion, in the beginning of this year. Therefore we like to highlight the contribution of August Bebel to the struggle against christianity.

"Christianity is the enemy of liberty and civilization. It has kept mankind in slavery and oppression. The Church and the State have always fraternally united to exploit the people."

“We aim in the domain of politics at republicanism; in the domain of economics at socialism; in the domain of what is today called religion, at atheism.”

"Anti-Semitism is the socialism of fools."

August Bebel has dealt extensively with issues of religion, their ideas and historical, and social roots and their social function. In his essay "Glosses Ives Guyot's and Sigismond Lacroix's" (1878) he examined primarily the class character of the various forms of consciousness, revealing the relationship between religion and philosophy (Clericalism and the Socialist Attitude Thereto, 1903).

Religious organisations and with them the churches will gradually disappear without any violent assault or any suppression of beliefs.

Religion is the transcendental reflection of prevailing social conditions. In the measure that human development progresses, and society is transformed, religion is transformed along with it; to use Marx's phrase, religion is the striving after an illusory happiness for the people that stems from the social condition, necessitating such are illusion, and it disappears as soon as the masses understand what genuine happiness is and see the possibility of its realisation. The ruling classes endeavour, in their own interests, to obstruct this understanding and, therefore, seek to preserve religion as a means of upholding their domination, which is most clearly expressed in the well-known statement: "Religion must be preserved for the people. " In a society based on class domination this for becomes an important official function. A caste forms which assumes this function and devotes all its ingenuity to preserving and enlarging this edifice, since it thereby enhances its own power and prestige. Fetishism at the lowest stage of civilisation, in primitive social conditions, gives way to polytheism at a higher stay of development, and monotheism at a still higher stage. It is not the gods that create men, it is men who make the gods or God for themselves. "In his own image he (man) created Him (God)", not the other way round. Monotheism, too, has already dissolved in an all-embracing, all-permeating pantheism and continues to fade away. The natural sciences have reduced the dogma of the creation of the Earth in six days to a myth; astronomy and mathematics have made heaven into a mere structure of air, and the stars in the firmament, on which the angels are enthroned, into planets and fixed stars, the nature of which excludes all angel life.

The ruling class, finding that its existence is threatened, clings to religion as the prop of all authority, just as every ruling class in the past has done. The bourgeoisie itself does not believe in anything; in the whole course of its development, by means of modern science to which it itself gave birth, the bourgeoisie has been destroying faith in religion and all authority. Its faith is only a pretence, and the Church accepts the aid of this false friend because it is in need of it. "Religion is necessary for the people." No such considerations move the new society. Constant human progress and unadulterated science are its motto. If someone should still have religious requirements, let him satisfy them in the company of like-minded people. Society does not concern itself with the matter. The priest, too, must work in order to live and since he learns in doing so, the day will come when he too realises that the highest aim in life is to be a man. Ethics and morality exist also without religion; the opposite can be asserted only by the simple-minded or hypocrites. Ethics and morality are the expression for concepts which govern both relations between men and their actions. Religion embraces the relations of men with supernatural beings. As religion, so concepts of morality stem from the prevailing social conditions in which men live. Cannibals regard man-eating as highly moral, the Greeks and Romans considered slavery moral, the feudal lord of the Middle Ages considered serfdom moral; and today to the modern capitalist wage-labour relations, the exploitation of women and the demoralisation of children by industrial labour all appear moral. Four stages of society and four concepts of morality, and yet the highest moral sense prevails in none. The highest moral condition is when men stand to one another as free and equal beings, that in which the principle "As ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise" rules all human relations. In the Middle Ages it was man's genealogical tree that determined everything, now it is his property; in future man will be respected because he is man. And the future belongs to socialism." (Bebel: Women and Socialism)

On December 31st, 1878, Bebel, in the presence of the entire Reichstag, declared: “In the area of religion, we aspire to atheism”; and on September 16th, 1878, he expressed “a firm trust that socialism will lead to atheism.”

Bebel called himself the enemy of all religion, “of which people of high quality have no need.”

The denial of immortality is one of the main conditions for the success of socialism, “because with the weakening of belief in heaven, socialist demands for heaven on earth will be strengthened” (Bebel). August Bebel suggested that “the threats of hell be mocked, and that pointing to heaven be disdained.”

As a Marxist, August Bebel sought the basic reasons of all social changes and revolutions not in the heads of men and not in their views on eternal righteousness and justice, but in changes in the means of production and distribution. The views on law, custom, morality is only the consequence of the existing social relations, and not their causes.

August Bebel was one of the early advocates of separation of church and state, one of the most popular program points of all revolutionary social democratic parties in the world.

On occasion of the 175th Birthday, the Comintern (SH) has published the biggest Bebel-Internet-Archive all over the world - namely in 7 languages. And we plan to add some more languages to our Bebel-Archives in the next time.

We close our message with a quotation of comrade Stalin who said:

"Only the militant proletariat could have produced a man like Bebel, virile, eternally young and eternally forward looking, as it is itself."

Long live the 175th Birthday of August Bebel !

Long live the heritage of the revolutionary social democratic world movement of the 19th century !

Long live August Bebel, one of the greatest Marxist leaders of the world proletariat !

70 Years

Founding of the

Albanian Trade Unions

Messages of Solidarity:

Greeting message to the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of the 70th anniversary of the foundation of the Albanian Trade Unions - February 11, 1945

Dear Comrades of the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH)!

The Comintern (SH) congratulates you to today's 70th anniversary of the founding of the Albanian Trade Unions (ATU).

We remember all veterans and heroes of socialist work, the old activists and members of the Albanian Unions and the heroic working class of Albania.

This day is not only of great importance for the construction of socialism in your home country , but also of great importance for the international revolutionary trade union movement. With their courageous struggle against international bourgeois reformist and revisionist trade unions, the Albanian unions became leader of the world revolutionary trade union movement. We assure you that the Comintern (SH) and the Red International of Labour Unions defend this revolutionary banner of the Albanian unions not only faithfully, but carry it forward in today's struggle for world socialism.

In October 1945, a few months before the founding of the Albanian Unions, the World Federation of Trade Unions was established. The Albanian Unions led a heroic struggle for the revolutionary union line against the union revisionist line within the WFTU.

It is now to continue this heroic struggle for the destruction of the revisionist WFTU until the final victory of the Red International of Trade Unions. Our basic objective is clear:

In world socialism there is no place for bourgeois reformist-revisionist unions. If we want to smash world capitalism, then we must also smash its capitalist unions.

The aim of the RILU is to fight for the construction of world socialism in the same way as the Albanian Unions have fought for the construction of socialism in Albania.

The international leadership of the Albanian Unions in the world revolutionary trade union movement was based on the Hoxhaism.

The Hoxhaist tactics of the struggle of the trade unions is the most advanced and universal tactics - valid for all countries all over the world.

Although the Albanian working class was numerically small and inexperienced in the trade union struggle, she succeeded immediately after the victorious war of liberation against the fascist occupiers in one of the smallest and least developed countries in the world not only to lead the people's revolution to victory, but also to build an own independent red socialist union. This great historical event expresses the universality of the teachings of the 5th Classic of Marxism-Leninism.

The Hoxhaism in the union question is that Hoxhaism formed the ideological basis for the revolutionary breakthrough of the reformist-revisionist encirclement of the bourgeois world trade union movement.

Hoxhaism is the ideological basis of the revolutionary line of the union in the fight against the reformist trade unions and against the revisionist line on an international scale. The Hoxhaist Union is the school of anti-reformist-revisionist struggle for world communism. That is the international significance of Hoxhaism on the issue of trade unions.

The 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism taught:

the first and most important transmission belt, connecting the party with the working class, that is the union:

"The main mass organizations, the trade unions"

(Enver Hoxha, "Imperialism and Revolution")

In close contact and under the leadership of the Party of Labour of Albania - with Comrade Enver Hoxha at the top -, the Albanian trade unions contributed significantly to establish and consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat.

The Albanian Unions were established on the basis of the principles of Marxism-Leninism.

They fulfilled their role as the main lever of the party, as a central link of the dictatorship of the proletariat, as a transmission belt of the party with the toiling masses.

In the Albanian Unions thousands of innovators grew up, who were loyal to the party. The cadres of the Union played both in production and in daily life an exemplary role in building socialism and in fulfilling their duty to the proletarian internationalism.

The Albanian unions were a school of communism in general, and a school of anti-revisionist struggle in particular.

According to their position of the vanguard of the revolutionary Trade Unions of the world, the Albanian Unions have led a principled struggle against the revisionist unionson a world's scale. Of great importance was the solidarity of the Albanian unions with the trade union struggle of the revolutionary workers around the world.

In capitalist countries, the Albanian Unions were a guiding star for the young Marxist-Leninist parties, for their revolutionary trade union activities inside and outside the bourgeois-reformist trade unions. The Albanian state was the only state in the world which has supported the organizations of the revolutionary trade union opposition (RGO) .

But the Albanian Unions fulfilled a trend-setting position also for the workers in the revisionist countries . As an example we mention the revolutionary trade union struggle of the KPD / ML against the revisionist trade unions in the GDR, which was - without exception - performed on the basis of Hoxhaism.

The Albanian Unions took always a revolutionary stance against the exploitation and oppression around the world, against imperialism and social-imperialism, against the old and new colonialism, against reformism and revisionism and against all opportunist currents in the trade union movement (anarcho-syndicalism, Trotskyism , Maoism, etc.).

The Albanian Unions fought constantly for the triumph of the world revolution, of world socialism and world communism.

In this exemplary fight the Albanian Unions were not alone.

The whole Marxist-Leninist world movement stood in solidarity with them. Many friends and allies in all countries of the world supported the Albanian Unions jointly and followed invitations to convince themselves with their own eyes about the victorious construction of socialismin Albania.

The congresses of the Albanian Trade Union were attended by delegates from revolutionary trade union organizations around the world.

In the history of the revolutionary trade union movement, the Albanian Unions occupied a place of honor.

But it's not just about evaluating the historical merits of the Albanian Unions.

It's moreover about to learn from them and to follow their example in today's global class struggle.

And how is the situation of the workers of Albania today ?

Whom do the Albanian unions serve ?

With the fall of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the Albanian Unions were smashed and replaced by new reformist trade unions.

Thus, today's Albanian unions are agents of the capitalists and the capitalist state, thus reactionary trade unions in the service of the bourgeoisie. Today's Albanian unions do not differ substantially from all the other capitalist trade unions around the world. They all do not serve the interests of the world proletariat, but the interests of global capital.

The Albanian working class and the other Albanian toilers became wage-slaveries and have the hardest to suffer under the world capitalist crisis in Europe. There is deepest unemployment in Albania, a very low standard of living, poor working conditions and a corrupt government that ruthlessly sucks the blood of the Albanian people.

As at the time of the fascist occupiers, as at the time of the founding of the Albanian trade unions, the Albanian workers must now again take their revolutionary weapons in their hands for shaking off the yoke of foreign and domestic capitalists, to rise to the socialist revolution, to smash the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat again.

The Albanian working class needs a revolutionary union again today - more than ever.

The revolutionary task in Albania is made clear:

The issue today is, to build a new revolutionary trade union under the leadership of the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH), which is linked to the revolutionary tradition of the Albanian Unions of Comrade Enver Hoxha. The issue is to continue its revolutionary mission until victory.

For this purpose, it is inevitable to take up the fight against the Albanian reformist trade unions, not only from within but also from outside. It is above all a question of uniting the most advanced Albanian trade unionists in the Albanian Section of the Red International of Labor Unions. The foundation of the Albanian Section of the RILU is of highest importance for all advanced workers in Albania. We must convince them that they can overcome their miserable condition only by fighting again for being masters of their own factories, masters of their own beloved Albanian homeland.

It is necessary to wage a principled struggle in factories and trade unions against all reformist, revisionist and other opportunistic tendencies.

The union question can only be solved on Stalinist-Hoxhaist basis.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism in the union question is about creating revolutionary unions as transmission belts for the world socialist revolution.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism in the union question can mean nothing else than to support the proletarian internationalism of the Red International of Labour Unions under the leadership of the Comintern (SH) and her Albanian Section.

Long live the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Albanian unions!

Let's build up new Albanian trade unions, which are guided by Stalinism-Hoxhaism!

We rely on the Albanian Section of the Red International of Labour Unions!

Long live the revolutionary Albanian working class!

Long live the proletarian internationalism!

Long live the revolutionary world trade union movement!

Long live the socialist world revolution!

Long live the dictatorship of the proletariat in Albanian and of the world proletariat!

Long live the socialist Albania in a socialist world!

Long live world socialism and world communism!

Messages of Solidarity:

Message of the Comintern (SH) on occasion of the 91th anniversary of comrade Lenin’s death day

January 21, 1924 – January 21, 2015

91 years ago, comrade Lenin died - on 21st of January 1924.

This was 19 years after the Bloody Sunday of 1905, that happened in Russia 110 years ago, on 22nd of January 1905.

On occasion of the First Russian Revolution, in 1905, comrade Lenin continued the theoretical works of Marx and Engels on the principles of the armed uprising.

Comrade Lenin taught:

''Revolution is war.

Of all the wars known in history it is the only lawful, rightful, just and great war.

In Russia this war has been declared and begun.''

Lenin, 1905.

"The struggle of December 1905 proved that armed uprising can be victorious in modern conditions of military technique and military organisation. As a result of the December struggle the whole international labour movement must henceforth reckon with the probability of similar forms of fighting in the coming proletarian revolutions. These are the conclusions which really follow from the experience of our revolution: these are the lessons which the broadest masses of the people should assimilate." (Lenin, Volume 15, page 60).

"The proletariat must carry to completion the democratic revolution, by allying to itself the mass of the peasantry in order to crush by force the resistance of the autocracy and to paralyse the instability of the bourgeoisie. The proletariat must accomplish the socialist revolution, by allying to itself the mass of the semi-proletarian elements of the population in order to crush by force the resistance of the bourgeoisie and to paralyse the instability of the peasantry and the petty bourgeoisie" (Lenin, Volume 9, page 100).

These principles of transforming the democratic revolution into the socialist revolution is still valid for many peoples who struggle for the democratic revolution today, and this must be applied to the democratic revolutions, specially in the Arab World, also in Kurdistan and Ukraine.

Without transformation of democratic revolutions into socialist revolutions, especially in the Arab World, the world proletariat cannot march forward to the victory of the socialist world revolution. The study of the lessons of comrade Lenin on the First Russian Revolution, 1905-1907, are indispensable for the success of the coming revolutions all over the world.

On occasion of the 91st Day of Death, the Comintern (SH) publishes the works of comrade Lenin on the First Russian Revolution, 1905-1907, in several languages of the world. Besides we publish this historical event on the following new website:

"The First Russian Revolution, 1905 - 1907"

On the 28th of January 1924, comrade Stalin called Lenin:

"THE GENIUS OF REVOLUTION"

"Lenin was born for revolution. He was, in truth, the genius of revolutionary outbreaks and the greatest master of the art of revolutionary leadership. Never did he feel so free and happy as in a time of revolutionary upheavals. I do not mean by this that Lenin approved equally of all revolutionary upheavals, or that he was in favour of revolutionary outbreaks at all times and under all circumstances. Not at all. What I do mean is that never was the genius of Lenin's insight displayed so fully and distinctly as in a time of revolutionary outbreaks. In times of revolution he literally blossomed forth, became a seer, divined the movement of classes and the probable zigzags of the revolution, seeing them as if they lay in the palm of his hand. It was with good reason that it used to be said in our Party circles: "Lenin swims in the tide of revolution like a fish in water. Hence the "amazing" clarity of Lenin's tactical slogans and the "breath-taking" boldness of his revolutionary plans. The insight of genius, the ability rapidly to grasp and divine the inner meaning of impending events this was the quality of Lenin which enabled him to lay down the correct strategy and a clear line of conduct at turning points of the revolutionary movement. "

We, Stalinist-Hoxhaists, must always remember that the First Russian Revolution of 1905 was the forerunner of the October Revolution, and the October Revolution of 1917 was the forerunner of world socialist revolution which must be continued and completed until its final, total and definitive triumph! But this can only be achieved if we remain faithful to comrade Lenin’s immortal and invincible teachings. Comrade Lenin will live forever in the hearts and minds of the world’s exploited and oppressed classes. He will live forever in the mind and heart of every communist. To uphold and defend Leninism means to uphold and defend Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism as a whole.

Long live immortal comrade Lenin, the 3rd Classic of Marxism-Leninism!

Long live Leninism – an infallible signpost for the world socialist revolution!

Long live the First Russian Revolution, 1905 - 1907 !

"January

the month of Lenin, Liebknecht and Luxemburg. Three great dead - we honor this month.

On January 15, 1919, the brave fighters
against the war and against the German imperialism were killed in Berlin: Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg.

On January 21, 1924 in Gorki outside Moscow, the sublime and beautiful heart of our teacher, the first soldier of the victorious socialist revolution, Lenin's heart stopped beating.

This three great dead we commemorate today - and we remember them on the march. The memory of their dear name has never meant stalling for us, never meant withdrawl. Their banner is blowing AHEAD. Even in the crying of the sirens and the infinite sadness of millions over the open coffin of Lenin came the word of life, the forward-looking, famous Stalin word: "Lenin is dead - Leninism lives!".

Lenin, Liebknecht, Luxemburg are dead,

but their work lives! "

NOTES FROM THE GALLOWS (Chapter IV)

"It so happens that killing a man is not the greatest evil that one can do that man. The Nazis were specialists, not only in murder and physical torture, but also in man's degradation and debasement, in the extermination of his hope, his attachment to life and his faculty of reasoning."

"I would like people to know that there were no nameless heroes. That they were human beings who had their names, their faces, their longing, and their hopes, and that for that reason, even the pain of the last one among them was no less than the first one's pain, whose name remains. I would like them all to stay close to you always, like acquaintances, like kin, like you yourselves."

"Mankind, we loved you — be vigilant."

* * *

"I press the hand of every comrade who lives through this last battle, and those who come after us. A handclasp for Gustina and for me; we who did our duty.

"And I repeat, we live for happiness, for that we went to battle, for that we die. Let grief never be connected with our name."

* * *

You who survive these times must not forget. Forget neither the good nor the bad... I want this to be known: that there were no nameless heroes here; that they were people with names, faces, longings and hopes, and that the pain of the very last of them was no less than the pain of the very first... Man's duty does not end with this fight, for to be a man will continue to demand a heroic heart as long as mankind is not quite human.

OUR TASKS

IN 2015

December 31, 2000 – December 31, 2014

Long live the 14th anniversary of the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) !

We wish all communists across the world a militant and successful new year 2015 under the glorious banner of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha !

We look back to a extraordinary successful year 2014.

The Comintern (SH) thanks all comrades and Sections for their great contributions of activities for the Comintern (SH) in the year 2014.

Long live the Comintern (SH) and her Sections !

Amidst the dark sea of revisionism, opportunism and anti-communism, our world party emerges as a true shining light that will lead world workers and all other exploited and oppressed classes towards their complete liberation. Always based on the invincible and indivisible teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, we march resolutely towards world socialism and world communism.

The whole activities of the Comintern (SH) are based on the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, is aimed to the preparation, propagation and acceleration of the proletarian, socialist world revolution.

The Comintern (SH) is not only known as the true defender of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism but also as the innovator of the future ideas of the world proletariat. World revolutionary innovation is the strongest driving force of the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) that distinguishes us from every other organization on this planet. And we will strengthen this driving force with the creation of new world communist ideas which will ease and help to change the capitalist world into a socialist world.

In which period of party-development is the Comintern (SH) now, in 2015 ?

According to the lessons of Stalin we are still in the very first period of party-building.

According to Stalin we distinguish three periods of the Comintern (SH):

first period = formation of the world party

central task = the party herself - creation of program, general-line, creation of Sections and other party-organizations (YCI etc), recruitment, education forging of cadres ( primarily proletarian cadres), = forming the party as the central global propagandist, agitator and organizer of the communist world movement; creation of basic requirements for the formation of the avant-guard of the world proletariat)

second period = world party of revolutionary destruction

winning and leading the proletarian and peasant masses and soldiers in the class-struggle for the overthrow of the world bourgeosie ; central task = leading the masses on the global battlefields of the proletariat.

Transition from the second to the third period by means of the socialist world revolution.

third period = seize proletarian world power and defend it - establishing the dictatorship of the world proletariat - party of world-socialist construction = transition from destruction of world capitalism to construction of world socialism.

Here is the original quotation of Stalin:

"The first period was the period of formation, of the creation of our Party. It embraces the interval of time approximately from the foundation of Iskra to the Third Party Congress inclusively (end of 1900 to beginning of 1905).

In this period the Party, as a driving force, was weak. It was weak not only because it itself was young, but also because the working-class movement as a whole was young and because the revolutionary situation, the revolutionary movement, was lacking, or little developed, particularly in the initial stages of this period (the peasantry was silent or did not go beyond sullen murmuring; the workers conducted only partial economic strikes or political strikes covering a whole town; the forms of the movement were of an underground or semi-legal character; the forms of working-class organisation were also mainly of an underground character).

The Party's strategy—since strategy presupposes the existence of reserves and the possibility of manoeuvring with them—was necessarily narrow and restricted. The Party confined itself to mapping the movement's strategic plan, i.e., the route that the movement should take; and the Party's reserves—the contradictions within the camp of the enemies inside and outside of Russia—remained unused, or almost unused, owing to the weakness of the Party.

The Party ‘s tactics, since tactics presuppose the utilisation of all forms of the movement, forms of proletarian organisation, their combination and mutual supplementation, etc., with the object of winning the masses and ensuring strategic success, were also necessarily narrow and without scope.

In this period the Party focussed its attention and care upon the Party itself, upon its own existence and preservation. At this stage it regarded itself as a kind of self-sufficing force. That was natural: tsarism's fierce attacks upon the Party, and the Mensheviks' efforts to blow it up from within and to replace the Party cadres with an amorphous, non-Party body (recall the Mensheviks' campaign for a labour congress launched in connection with Axelrod's notorious pamphlet A People's Duma and a Labour Congress, 1905), threatened the Party's very existence and, as a consequence, the question of preserving the Party acquired paramount importance in this period.

The principal task of communism in Russia in that period was to recruit into the Party the best elements of the working class, those who were most active and most devoted to the cause of the proletariat; to form the ranks of the proletarian party and to put it firmly on its feet. Comrade Lenin formulates this task as follows: "to win the vanguard of the proletariat to the side of communism" (see "Left-Wing" Communism..).

The second period was the period of winning the broad masses of the workers and peasants to the side of the Party, to the side of the vanguard of the proletariat. It embraces the interval of time approximately from October 1905 to October 1917.

In this period the situation was much more complex and rich in events than in the preceding one. The defeats tsarism sustained on the battlefield in Manchuria and the revolution of October 1905, on the one hand, the termination of the Russo-Japanese war, the triumph of the counter-revolution and the liquidation of the gains of the revolution, on the other, and thirdly, the imperialist war, the revolution of February 1917 and the famous "dual power"—all these events stirred up all classes in Russia and pushed them into the political arena one after the other, strengthened the Communist Party and awakened the broad masses of the peasants to political life.

The proletarian movement was enriched by such powerful forms as the general political strike and armed uprising.

The peasant movement was enriched by the boycott of the landlords ("smoking" the landlords out of their country seats) which developed into insurrection.

The activities of the Party and of other revolutionary organisations were invigorated by the mastery of such forms of work as the extra-parliamentary, legal, open form.

Working-class organisation was enriched not only by a tried and important form like the trade unions, but also by such a powerful form of working-class organisation as the Soviets of Workers' Deputies, a form unprecedented in history.

The peasants followed in the footsteps of the working class and set up Soviets of Peasants' Deputies.

The Party's reserves were also enriched. It became clear in the course of the struggle that the peasantry could and would constitute an inexhaustible reserve for the proletariat and its party. It also became clear that the proletariat and its party would play the leading role in overthrowing the rule of capital.

In this period the Party was by no means as weak as it was in the preceding one; as a driving force, it became a most important factor. It could now no longer be a self-sufficing force, for its existence and development were now definitely assured; it changed from a self-sufficing force into an instrument for winning the masses of the workers and peasants, into an instrument for leading the masses in overthrowing the rule of capital.

In this period the Party's strategy acquired wide scope; it was directed primarily to gaining and utilising the peasantry as a reserve, and it achieved important success in this work.

The Party's tactics also acquired wide scope as a result of the enrichment of the movement of the masses, of their organisation, and of the activities of the Party and other revolutionary organisations, by new forms which had previously been absent.

The Party's principal task in this period was to win the vast masses to the side of the proletarian vanguard, to the side of the Party, for the purpose of overthrowing the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie, for the purpose of seizing power. The Party now no longer focussed its attention upon itself, but upon the vast masses of the people. Comrade Lenin formulates this task as follows: "disposition of the vast masses" on the social front in such a way as to ensure victory "in the forthcoming decisive battles" (see the above-mentioned pamphlet by Comrade Lenin).

Such are the characteristic features of the first two periods in the development of our Party.

The difference between the first and the second period is undoubtedly great. But there is also something in common between them. Both in the first and in the second period the Party was nine-tenths, if not entirely, a national force, effective only for and within Russia (one of the detachments of the international organised proletariat). That is the first point. The second point is that both in the first and in the second period the Russian Communist Party was a party of upheaval, the party of revolution within Russia, hence in these periods the elements of criticism and destruction of the old order predominated in its work.

An entirely different picture is presented by the third period, the one we are in now.

The third period is the period of taking and holding power with the object, on the one hand, of drawing all the working people of Russia into the work of building socialist economy and the Red Army, and, on the other hand, of applying all forces and resources for rendering assistance to the international proletariat in its struggle to overthrow capital. This period embraces the interval of time from October 1917 to the present day.

The fact that the proletariat in Russia has taken power has created a very distinctive situation, both internationally and within Russia, such as the world has never seen before (...)"

[Stalin Works, Volume 5 - "The Party Before and After Taking Power" - August 28, 1921 ]

Thus we are still in the very first period of the Comintern (SH) BEFORE TAKING POWER - namely the period of formation, of the creation of our Party.

"In this period the Party focussed its attention and care upon the Party itself, upon its own existence and preservation. At this stage it regarded itself as a kind of self-sufficing force." (Stalin)

The Year 2015 will therefore orientate and focus on the further development of the formation of the Comintern (SH) according to the lessons of Stalin.

I

Our ideological tasks in 2015

In the moment,we build up the Comintern (SH) primarily ideological.

The ideological upbuilding of the Comintern (SH) is still the primary task and the propaganda for the socialist world revolution, for world socialism and world communism will be our central activity in 2015.

Ideologically, the Proletarian International has primarily to fulfill four basic tasks in the coming year:

1. - to further organize the re-issue of all the treasures of the proletarian ideology, first of all the treasures of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninismus, - namely in as many languages as possible.

2. - to equip the Comintern (SH) with new advanced and further developed ideological weapons for both the imminent ideological class struggle and our perspectives at long sight.

3. - to struggle against the double-strategy of open and hidden bourgeois ideology, in general, and the double-strategy of open and hidden anti-communism, in particular.

- to form a concept of our ideological struggle against all parties of the world, especially against all the opportunistic, neo-revisionist and centristic organizations.

4. - to master the Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory.

Stalinism – Hoxhaism is the theory and tactics of the world proletarian revolution, in general, and the theory and tactics of the world dictatorship of the proletariat, in particular.

The Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory is the science of the development of the globalized society of today, is the science of the workers' world movement in the period of the globalization of world capitalism, is the science of the socialist world revolution and the dictatorship of the world proletariat, is the science of the construction of world socialism and world communism.

In 2015, the main stroke against the ideology of the "4 and a half Heads" will be continued with undiminished relentlessness, in particular against the ICMLPO. Between Comintern (SH) and ICMLPO there is no place for centrist positions. Between the neo-revisionist "4 heads" and Stalinist-Hoxhaist "5 heads" there can never be tolerated the "4 1/2" heads.

We are the only communist party in the world which is based on correct ideological ground. Therefore the ideological pressure of our class-enemies against the Comintern (SH) is growing and the ideological encirclement of the world bourgeoisie and her neo-revisionist lackeys becomes more dangerous for us with every new year. The neo-revisionist organisations of today are the 5th column within the world revolution. Our enemies try to do everything possible to inflict damage on our party. And, indeed, we felt these increasing effects in the year 2014 and will never under-estimate them in the future. The neo-revisionists and the centrist reconciliation between Stalinism-Hoxhaism and Neo-Revisionism is a threat which we will have to resist also in 2015. The main task of the Comintern (SH) in 2015 and in future will be the ideological class-struggle against neo-revisionist influences on our party. Stalinism-Hoxhaism is only invincible by means of our growing ideological consciousness, our heroic work for the party, our internationalist sense of responsibility and our readiness to make sacrifices for the proletarian internationalism. There is only the ideology of the world bourgeoisie and the world proletariat. There is nothing in between. Every diminution of Stalinism-Hoxhaism, every centristic deviation, is simultaneously a strenghtening of the neo-revisionist ideology !

We enter now a new phase of our ideological party-building. Why ?

Particularly, it is the phase of ideological party-building when we are not only appreciably confronted with increasing disputes and conflicts with our ideological opponents and their neo-revisionist ideology, respectively with the quarrels of centrist and reconciliationist positions, but also with the increasing amount of new comrades who are interested to get in contact with us and who have, of course, their own opinions which are not always our opinion, thus opinions in which correct ideas and wrong ideas are mixed up. We thus help all these new interested comrades to clear up their mind and raise their Stalinist-Hoxhaist consciousness. It will be our task in 2015 to raise their level of world-communist consciousness patiently.

Since 14 years, the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) is the World Communist Party and struggles for world communism. Finally, this became manifest in our program "What does the Comintern (SH) want ?"

Henceforth 2014 we have thus created our own communist world program ! The Program of the "World Commune No 1" is correctly based on the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism and a consistent further development of the ultimate aim of the Comintern-Program of Lenin and Stalin - world communism. This is a great step forward in fulfilling the prior-ranking task of the construction of the Comintern (SH) - namely ideologically.

We created the world communist program according to comrade Stalin who said that the program of the Comintern is not a program for the proletariat in this or that country but a program for the entire world proletariat.

Since 1848 ( Marx-Engels: "Communist Manifesto") and 1928 (when the Stalinist Comintern-Program was masterminded) our Stalinist-Hoxhaist Program is the third program in the history of communism which defined the ultimate aims of the whole world proletariat and all the peoples of the world.

More precisely, it is the world communist program for a globalized world.

In a globalized world there are no isolated proletarian revolutions anymore. The globalized world is characterized by the globalized proletarian revolution, by the socialist world revolution which paves the way directly to world socialism and world communism. The march towards the socialist world revolution is pre-condition for the march towards world socialism and world communism.

1.

The dictatorship of the world proletariat paves the way towards construction of world socialism but this does not simultaneously mean that this transformation from world capitalism to world socialism could go without a global NEP ?

Comrade Stalin taught us that the "NEP is a policy of the proletarian dictatorship which is designed to overcome the capitalist elements and to build a socialist economy by utilising the market and through the market, and not by direct products-exchange, without a market and apart from the market. In one degree or another, the New Economic Policy, with its market connections, and the utilisation of these market connections, will be absolutely essential for every capitalist country in the period of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

NEP is an inevitable phase of the socialist revolution in all countries. " (Plenum of the CC of the CPSU (B) / 4. - 12. July 1928)

And this is also absolutely valid for the period of the dictatorship of the world proletariat, especially for the first phase after the victory of the socialist world revolution. The period of the dictatorship of the world proletariat is the continuation of the dictatorship of the proletariat on new conditions of globalization. Thus the NEP will inevitably be implemented on a world scale as the only basis for beginning with the construction of world socialism.

2.

The Program of the "World Commune No1" is only the maximum program of the Comintern (SH). Does this simultaneously mean that it replaces the Minimal Program of the Comintern (SH) ?

Of course not. Maximal and Minimal Program are complementary programs (see: Lenin on the "revision of the Party's program"). We can set aside neither the Maximum Program nor the Minimal Program - we need both for the socialist world revolution.

In our "12 main MEASURES for the overthrow of world capitalism and for the construction of world socialism " (which we defined on May First and which were excellently applied in our article against the elections of the European Parliament) we have already defined concrete measures for changing the capitalist world. It is a good programmatic basis for the general demands of the European proletariat.

We have also defined measures for overcoming the world capitalist crises on May First ("Due to the world crisis ...12 measures").

This is already our answer to the most burning questions in its general form. However, these answers must be concretized in a Minimal Program of the Comintern (SH) which still does not exist.

We have fulfilled a lot of ideological tasks in solving theoretical, programmatic questions and questions of strategy and tactics.

For short:

we have further developed the ideological line of the Comintern (SH) in demarcation to neo-revisionism.

However, the tasks of our party are not limitted in ideological tasks.

The ideological tasks serve the correct determination of the revolutionary political tasks, thus to strenghten the Comintern (SH) for leading the world proletariat to political power namely on the road towards the socialist world revolution.

The ideological and political tasks form a dialectical relationship. We learn Stalinism-Hoxhaism not only from the archives of the Comintern (SH). We are learning by participating actively in the daily class-struggle of the proletariat, against the neo-revisionist influence with which the proletariat is confronted in its daily live.

We have to continue the fight for the political interests of the world proletariat in 2015.

We do not wait until the workers come to the Comintern (SH) - the Comintern (SH) goes to the workers - even in weakest phases of party-building! We can only strengthen the Comintern (SH) by means of new members which must be educated as reliable cadres. This is only possible if we participate actively in class-struggle. And this is the only political correct way to protect us from sectarianism and isolation from the working class - namely in the first period of the formation of the Comintern (SH).

In the next years our Sections should expand seriously the activity among working large factories, and also among peasants and soldiers. And work in bourgeois armies should become the third main direction.

We concentrate our propaganda on the most acute problems of workers.

What is our current main task ?

Our task is still to win and form the vanguard of the world proletariat (first ideologically).

It is necessary that the Comintern (SH) knows how to take the best elements of revolutionary fighters

- who possess enough dedication to become authentic representatives of the revolutionary ambitions of the world proletariat,

- who have sufficient experiences to really become leaders of the socialist world revolution,

- and who possess the ability to implement the theory and tactics of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

Without recruitment of such leaders - the further party-building of the Comintern (SH) is unthinkable.

II

Our political tasks in 2015

In 2015, we will further use the crisis of world imperialism for the preparation, propagation and acceleration of the socialist world revolution.

World crisis can never be finished by the world capitalists.

World crisis can only be finished by the world proletariat.

If

- all over the world - every labourer, every unemployed worker, every cook, every poor peasant sees - not from the internet but with his own eyes -,

- that the world-state of the proletariat does not strive for "global wealth", but is helping the poor on this planet,

- that this world-proletarian state does not hesitate, to adopt world-revolutionary measures,

- that it confiscates ALL surplus stocks of provisions from ALL parasites on the globe and distributes them to the world's hungry,

- that it forcibly installs every homeless on earth in the houses of the rich,

- that it compels the rich to pay for milk, (but does not give them a drop until the children of ALL poor families are sufficiently supplied),

- that the land of the whole world is being transferred to the working people and the factories und banks all over the world are being placed under the control of the world proletariat,

- that immediate and severe punishment is meted out to every single millionaire who conceals his wealth,

- when the poor in every country see and feel all this,

then, never again, world capitalist forces, no forces of world finance capital, no forces of countries' finance capital, no force of exploiters in the countries which manipulates millions of millions, will tantalize the peoples,

then, the socialist world revolution will triumph all over the world and shall mature in all countries.

* * *

Useful for analyzing the current world crisis is the publication of the Comintern on occasion of the world crisis in 1929 (Molotov- Report of 25th of February 1930).

We quote some important excerpts and have formed them into following theses:

1. "Marxism teaches that 'in times of crisis, the contradiction between social production and capitalist appropriation get extremely worse and that these two opposing forces violently collide'" (Engels).

2. "The economic crisis has already triggered political crises in individual countries.

3. Based on the growing crisis of global capitalism, all the contradictions of the capitalist system worsened.

4. In the field of international relations between capitalist countries are now growing more and more acute contradictions. The struggle for world domination exerts unprecedented pressure. The contradiction between the imperialist countries, the contradiction between the imperialist powers and the colonies and dependent countries increased simultaneously."

5. "At the same time there is a further intensification of the contradictions within the capitalist countries. This is expressed in the growing fascization of the bourgeois states."

6. "The class struggle in the capitalist countries receive a sharper character. The struggle of the proletariat against the bourgeoisie goes on the offensive. The growth of the elements for a new revolutionary upsurge is an indisputable fact."

7. "The Comintern must adapt to these new conditions and redefine the tasks of the revolutionary struggle."

8. "The monopoly of capital imposes the burden of the crisis upon other industries, above all, the small farmers, workers, etc. And that is the biggest obstacle to a recovery from the crisis."

9. "Poverty forces the masses to curb their consumption, which has a negative impact on economic growth. Capitalism can not solve the contradiction between the growth of high technology and the decline in the living standards of the broad masses of the people."

10. "The narrowing of the market and the lack of prospects for the expansion of capitalism always creates more difficulties - namely the huge, ever-rising unemployment as the most prominent appearance of the development of the general crisis of capitalism. It has become a chronic phenomenon with increasing tendency. All this leads to an increase in the decay of capitalism and increase its parasitic nature."

remark:

In 2016 world capitalists begin transfer of the world industry on so-called "The fifth technological level" which will be characterized by reduction of a share of workers in production and increase in a share of industrial robots. It will even more aggravate the current disgusting position of industrial workers, and their considerable part leaves without work. On a global scale it will concern one hundred millions industrial workers.

11. „Stabilisation, the fact that production is growing, that trade is growing, that technical progress and production potentialities are increasing, whereas the world market, the limits of that market, and the spheres of influence of the individual imperialist groups, remain more or less stable—precisely this is giving rise to a most profound and acute crisis of world capitalism, a crisis which is fraught with new wars and which threatens the existence of any stabilisation at all.

Partial stabilisation is giving rise to an intensification of the crisis of capitalism, and the growing crisis is upsetting stabilisation—such are the dialectics of the development of capitalism in the present period of history." [Stalin XV Congress of the CPSU(B - 1927 - (2 years befor the world capitalist crisis)]

12. "The struggle for markets is accompanied by a rise in protectionism, that is, the activities of foreign capital are sanctioned in the internal market. Based on this, in turn, the battle for foreign markets increases."

13. "The Communist International attaches great importance to the question of the solution of the danger of a new imperialist war. The Comintern mobilized the wide proletarian masses in the struggle against war."

14. "The global economic crisis has led to a huge intensification of the contradictions between the imperialist countries on the one hand, and the colonies and dependent countries on the other side.

In a time when the revolutionary movement assumes huge proportions in the colonies, it poses an acute threat to the rule of imperialism."

15. "The current economic crisis is intensifying, above all, the contradictions between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat. In a time of increasing general crisis of capitalism the bourgeois increases her counter-revolutionary state power.

"The economic crisis led to the growth of the elements of revolutionary upsurge. This is mainly due to the fact that the economic crisis triggered inevitably the capitalist offensive against the working class. The pressure on the workers was increased by the reduction of wages, by increasing working hours, through cuts in the social network and so on. The capital campaign is driven at breakneck speed ahead."

16. The class character of bourgeois power is now more and more naked form to the fore. The current ministers are coming and going to the leaders of the capitalist monopolies and vice versa. The leaders of the capitalist monopolies are transformed into the actual ministers and heads."

17. "Social democracy is treading faster fascist way through the adaptation of social democratic and reformist trade union apparatus to the fascist nature of the bourgeois state."

"Social democracy is the mainstay of the imperialist bourgeoisie within the working class. She's backers of fascism. It has been developed for this purpose an own ideology. The essence of this ideology is the unconditional subordination of the working class to the bourgeois state."

"The social fascism, the "left" wing of fascism, the last reserve of the bourgeoisie in the workers' movement."

18. "In connection with the deepening crisis of capitalism and the growing threat of the proletarian revolution, the bourgeoisie uses more and more methods of fascism, to suppress the revolutionary movement."

19. "The question of self-management of the economic struggle of the workers is not only in the Communist Party of Germany, but also in a number of other countries. Only on this basis can develop the Bolshevik tactics of the proletarian united front from below, our parties can stand up for the self-activity of the economic struggle of the workers in order to overcome the strike breaking -Social Democracy and the reformist trade union leadership. The focus of activities is the organization of their own strike committees and committees of struggle against the will of the reformist trade unions, the strengthening of the revolutionary opposition in the reformist trade unions, the strengthening of relations with non-unionized workers, the compound of the trade union struggles of the workers and the unemployed etc."

"In the implementation of our main goals - winning a majority of the working class for communism - we need to collect more practical experience in the self-organization of the economic struggle of the workers."

20. "-Initially, the agitation and propaganda of the Communist Party was generally in the foreground. Now the agitation and propaganda must be connected directly to the organization and leadership of the struggles of the working class. Class against class !"

21. The whole development of the crisis of world capitalism creates the conditions for the victory of the proletariat. The working class has the ability to practically solve this problem of crises. She is the class that performs the strongest and self-sacrificing struggle that creates its communist organizations constituting the vanguard of the proletariat and equips with the Communist consciousness. The main task of the Communist International and the Communist parties are now to take advantage of the world capitalist crisis for the victorious world revolution."

In the centre of 2014 had been the events in the Ukraine. The Comintern (SH) has taken a clear Stalinist-Hoxhaist position. We are conscious about the need of supporting the Ukranian proletariat in its struggle for the socialist revolution and thus the support of Ukranian comrades to found an Ukranian Section of the Comintern (SH). Important is our clear position in continuation of the correct struggle of comrade Enver Hoxha against both the super powers, USA and Russian social-imperialism. Especially our demarcation-line against the social-fascists in the Ukraine and against those international social-fascist organisations which openly and hiddenly support Russian imperialism as an alleged "anti-fascist, anti-imperialist force".

Also remarkable were the events in Kurdistan in 2014. We demonstrated our solidarity with the armed struggle for the right of self-determination of the Kurdish people. It is a national revolutionary war.

Most important is the confirmation of the Marxist-Leninist truth that the people can only liberate themselves by means of the revolutionary weapons in their own hands. In 2015 we must focus on propagating the necessity of the armed struggle - particularly using the example of Kurdistan. The Arab peoples can learn from the Kurdish people.

The Kurdish struggle is a qualitative leap in comparison with the beginning of the "Arab Spring" - 4 years ago. The weapons were not in the hands of the Arab peoples but in the hands of the bourgeois army.

Another qualitative difference is the participation of Kurdish women in the armed liberation war whereas most of the Arab women are far not reaching such status of Kurdish women's emancipation.

The formation of autonomous councils based on democratic grounds is a great victory and an example for other peoples in the world who struggle for their right of self-determination.

Of course, the formation of these councils are not comparable with the formation of Soviets which are guided by the communists. Every democratic struggle which is not led by the proletariat ends up unavoidably in bourgeois positions. It is important that the democratic struggle has to be further developed in direction of the socialist struggle. This is impossible without the Kurdish proletariat as long as there does not exist a Section of the Comintern (SH). However, the support of the Kurdish people in their struggle for freedom is an indispensable requirement to pave the way towards the foundation of a Kurdish Section which guides the Kurdish proletariat for the transition of the democratic struggle into the socialist struggle.

The revolutionary development in the Ukraine and Kurdistan - but not to forget the solidarity with the Palestine people - in 2014 is expression of the development on a world scale. World imperialism has increasing problems to stop this development.

We are witnessing a remarkable rise in global protests

Protests are getting bigger worldwide.

From 2004 to 2014 there were 2 Million people participating in global protests - mostly demonstrations of solidarity..

We list only some selected events:

Protest against TTIP - a further stept of the sell-out of Europe to multi-national monopolies.

Political struggle in Turkey

Protests in Hong Kong

17th November 2014 - Hundreds of thousands of students participated in Global Protests in 97 countries of the world.

millions of people protested in Madrid on March 22nd 2014

14th may 2014 protests of fast food workers took place in 80 cities in more than 30 countries, from Dublin to Venice to Casablanca to Seoul to Panama City (to raise wages to $15 an hour) and global solidarity movements in solidarity with the striking fast food workers in the USA.

Uprising in Bosnia and Herzegovina that started in early February 2014

G8 protests

World Cup Protests in Brazil and all over the world

Women and Youth protests in India and Pakistan

There are overwhelming indications that the current world crisis will worsen even further in 2015 and our struggle against imperialist wars will be increased.

To the same degree as the economic crisis endangers the basic survival needs of the working class in the long run, the political crisis endangers incresingly the global political system of capitalist exploitation and causes further fascist degeneration which will inrease in 2015. The exposure of the NSA-Scandal and the tortures-report of the US-government are only the tip of the iceberg. The total capitalist-fascist internet-control will cause global resistance which will be supported by the Comintern (SH) at a new global front of class-struggle.

Shortages can be bridged for a certain time but not sustainably.

Sustainable shortages of the basic survival needs of the working class cause inevitably shortages in the hopes and trusts in capitalism and its political system. The mistrust in capitalism and its political system increased enormously in 2014.

Also in 2014, broadest mass movements took place on all continents against the aggravation of livelihood, worsening of working conditions, unemployment, shortage of income and wages, and emergency in education and health-care. The peoples defend themselves in mass-actions on the street against austerity measures of the capitalist states. In many countries strikes and even general strikes are on the agenda organized by reformist and revisionist organizations which have still dominating influence on the mass-movements. This influence has to be unmasked and combated in 2015, too.

What is missing is the uniform centralized globalized protest movement which is to a great extent influenced by elements of petty-bourgeoisie. There is no organization in the world that is able to make the world protest movement to a force that can change the world society - except the world proletariat and the Communist International.

Most of the protests extend to some degree and disappear after a while. As World revolutionaries, we must convince people that protests must not stop half way. Existing structures of rule must break through - with the aim of its total destruction on a global scale. It is needed to break the frame of the protest movements. We need to tell people what to do to change the existing situation fundamentally. The global structure of oppression and exploitation can only be destroyed under the leadership of the world proletariat and its socialist world revolution. Centrally organizing the joint activities of the proletarians of all countries of the world will become more significant in 2015 than ever.

III

Our organizational tasks in 2015

The world proletariat has no other weapon in the socialist revolution and for the dictatorship of the world proletariat than its world organization.

The organizational task, in particular, is organizing the class struggle of the proletariat on all battle fields of the world - closely linked with the struggle for the socialist revolution:

- the economical struggle ( organizing improvements of the living conditions of the world proletariat and the opressed and exploited peoples)

- the struggle against fascism and reaction (organizing the struggle against the counter-revolution its revolutionary overthrow on a global and national scale)

- the anti-imperialist struggle against world imperialism, especially against both the superpowers USA and China ( organizing the liberation of all countries from all foreign enemies).

- organizing the support of the closest class ally of the proletariat – the poor peasants.

- organizing revolutionary soldiers.

At the first step it was and still is our task to create, consolidate and propagate our Stalinist-Hoxhaist ideas and basic Bolshevik organizational principles.

At the second step we must create the organizational instruments which are required for their implementation into practice.

What we will need in future is an operative Bolshevik party-apparatus – suitiable for preparing centralized political activities on a global scale.

If we want to master the organizational tasks according to the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism and the experiences of the Comintern and the Marxist-Leninist parties in times of comrade Enver Hoxha, then we must handle this in a scientifical manner - applied to the objective and subjective conditions of present global class-struggle.

The Party-apparatus does not develop spontaneously, not by itself, not automatically. Creating and establishing the indispensable Boshevik party-apparatus is connected with enormous expenditure of all our collective energy.

Who can become member of the Comintern (SH) ?

The Comintern (SH) and her Sections do not reject contact with people, groups and parties that desire to confer with us and that like to know our opinion.

Member of the Comintern (SH) can be every communist all over the world who dedicates his/her life in words and deeds to the revolutionary liberation and emancipation of the world proletariat, who actively supports the political-ideological line of the Comintern (SH) – [both locally and globally] , who takes actively part in the class-struggle of the Comintern (SH) - [also in financial regard], and who acts unconditionally according to all the rules, directives and decisions of the Comintern (SH).

Strict periodicity for dialogue between all members of Comintern (SH) is to be established and guaranteed. Every member of the Comintern (SH) has the right to be informed about the inner life of the Comintern (SH), to say freely his/her opinion and to take actively part in decision-making and has simultaneously the duty of giving report on the work for which he/she is responsible. The Bolshevist principle of criticism and self-criticism and mutual control is indispensable for the strengthening of the Comintern (SH), in general, and that of the individual comrades, in particular. Every member of the Comintern (SH) maintains the maximum discipline and responsibility in work. Each comrade of the Comintern (SH) is an exemplary example of high conscious and heroic work!

The principles, norms and rules of the members of the Comintern (SH) are based on proletarian internationalist collectivism. They are discussed and decided collectively, apply uniformly to all and they are all equally authentic and obligatory. Each member of the Comintern (SH) is not only responsible for his own work but moreover for the work of all the other comrades - above all, responsible for the work of the entire collective. We combine individual with collective work while always giving priority to the later.

Everything we do, serves the world proletariat and therefore we take over fully joint responsibility to the revolutionary matter of the world proletariat, for both the positive and negative results of our work. We conduct ourselves in solidarity with each other, as models of genuine proletarian internationalists. We are all together guided by the teachings of the five classics of Marxism-Leninism and we educate and support each other in their spirit. This is and remains a firm bond that binds us inseparable. Our collective energy of proletarian internationalism which we share is the inexhaustible source for the successful development and the further strengthening of the Comintern (SH).

The Comintern (SH) does not accept hierarchy in our ranks. We neither accept "big" nor "small" comrades, neither "guided" nor "leading" comrades. All comrades in the Comintern (SH) are equal, independent of each other, each to its ultimate consequences in solidarity with the great cause of the proletarian, socialist world revolution. We provide each other mutual aid and assistance, we advise each other and work together, coordinate our thoughts and actions to achieve our common goal. We should prove the boundless fidelity to ideas of Marxism-Leninism and ideas of Communism.

The unity of the Comintern (SH) with her Sections in the countries

The strengthening of the Sections is indispensable for the strenghtening of the Comintern (SH).

All our Sections know very well their important role for fulfilling the revolutionary mission of the world proletariat and its vanguard of which the Sections are a part.

Sections must primarily serve the revolutionary matter of the world proletariat and the strenghtening of its world party - the Comintern (SH), in general, and especially in their own country.

The preparation, creation and development of our Sections is essentially and exceptionally based on our correct application of the theory, principles and rules of Bolshevist party-building.

The party-building of the World party requires highest standard of rules and principles of Bolshevist party-building in general.

And in particular, the type of the party-building of the Bolshevist world party is different from every other type of Bolshevist party-building:

The upbuilding of the Comintern (SH) as the central head quarter of the world proletariat must be dialectically combined and be brought into accordance with the upbuilding of the Sections as the Comintern' s detachments and head quarters of the proletariat in the countries.

Every interruption, every error and mistake, every failure and delay of the necessary combination and harmonization of these two inseparable elements of the party-building of the Bolshevist world party (central head quarter and Sections' head quarter) can lead to complications, to weaknesses, and in the worst case to the total liquidation of the Communist International, and thus to the defeat of the world proletariat in its struggle for getting rid of world capitalism and for establishing its global dictatorship.

How do we define the "self-dependence" of the party-building of the Sections ?

The word "Section" is defined as an inseparable, immanent part of the Communist International. Consequently, the self-independence of the Section is defined as part of the self-independence of the world party.

The self-independence of the party-building of the Sections is needed for building up the Comintern (SH) in their own countries, in general, and in taking part in the global party-building, in particular. This is in accordance with the self-independence of the proletariat in single countries which strengthens the self-independence of the world proletariat.

The self-independence of the world party is needed for its global party-building in general, and for building up its Sections, in particular - according to the self-independence of the world proletariat.

The self-independence of the proletariat of the countries is part of the self-independence of the world proletariat.

There is no self-independence of the Comintern (SH) without the self-independence of the Sections. And vice versa, there is no self-independence of the Sections without the self-independence of the Comintern (SH). Both form an inseparable unit.

The relationship between the self-independence of the party building of the Comintern (SH) and that of its Sections is generally defined by the Bolshevist rules and norms of democratic centralism.

The democratic centralism of the World party requires highest standard of rules and principles of democratic centralism in general.

And in particular, the type of the democratic centralism of the Bolshevist world party is different from every other type of Bolshevist democratic centralism:

The democratic centralism of the Comintern (SH) as the central head quarter of the world proletariat must be dialectically combined and be brought into accordance with the democratic centralism of the Sections as the Comintern' s detachments of the proletariat in the countries.

Centralism is the crucial principle of the Bolshevik world party. However, strict centralism of the Comintern (SH) does not exclude or replace the own initiative, the own democratic centralism of the Sections. In the contrary, the one requires the other.

The democratic centralism of the Sections is immanent and inseparable part of the democratic centralism of the world party. There is no Chinese wall between the democratic centralism of the Comintern (SH) and that of its Sections.

There is no democratic centralism of the Comintern (SH) without the democratic centralism of the Sections. And vice versa, there is no democratic centralism of the Sections without the democratic centralism of the Comintern (SH).

Every interruption, every error and mistake, every failure and delay of the necessary combination and harmonization of these two inseparable elements of the democratic centralism of the Bolshevist world party can lead to complications, to weaknesses, and in the worst case to the total liquidation of the Communist International, and thus to the defeat of the world proletariat in its struggle for getting rid of world capitalism and for establishing its global dictatorship.

Just as the proletariat in a single country is an inseparable part of the world proletariat, so are the Sections inseparable part of the Comintern (SH). We strengthen our global unity not only ideologically but consequently also organizationally.

Who is a Section of the Comintern (SH) ? The Sections are the representatives of the Comintern (SH) in their own countries and fight in their particular situation.

The revolution in every country is indivisible part of the world revolution. The Section is therefore indivisible part of the world party.

The Comintern (SH) has its Sections who act independently and self-reliant in their own country in accordance with all the other Sections and in accordance with the Comintern (SH) as a whole world party. Every Section proudly joins the world proletarian army of the revolution ! The enemy in every country has become a global enemy and therefore we must organize ourselves globally if we want to overthrow world capitalism inclusively the capitalism in our own country.

Fraternal trust and unity are gradually being restored among the communists of different countries by means of the cooperation of the Sections of the Comintern (SH).

This in turn, will create conditions for united revolutionary actions by the workers of different countries.

Only such actions - organized by the world party and its Sections - can guarantee the most systematic development and the most likely success of the world socialist revolution.

That is the essence of the organizational question of the Sections of the Comintern (SH).

In the first period of the Bolshevist party-building, the Comintern (SH) is the driving force for the Bolshevist party-building of the Sections. In the advanced period of the party-building of the world party, the party-building of the Sections will become the decisive driving force of the further development of the whole Comintern (SH).

What are the criteria for the foundation of a new Section of the Comintern (SH) ?

1. There is no Section of the Comintern (SH) which is not guided by the lessons of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

The first and formost criterion for the foundation of a new Section is the total clearness and guidance by the lessons of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

The foundation of the Comintern (SH) was based on the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism and this concerns automatically also to the foundation of the Sections of the Comintern (SH).

2. The Comintern (SH dictates imperatively and without exception the complete break with neo-revisionism as well as the complete break with any centrist position towards the neo-revisionists as a precondition for the foundation of a new Section of the Comintern (SH).

The 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism are our incontrovertible demarcation-line from any other comrades, groups and organizations, and superior criterion for founding a Section of the Comintern (SH).

3. One of the basic and indispensable tasks of every Section is the unconditioned, permanent and actual propagation of the Comintern (SH), its ideas, its theoretical documents , its central organ ... including statements etc. - namely translated in the native language.

This concerns also to the obligatory participation of every Section in central actions of the Comintern (SH).

Every Section supports the propaganda and actions of all the other Sections.

Vice versa, the Comintern (SH) and the other Sections - on their part - support the propaganda and actions of every single Section obligatory.

4. The preparation, creation and development of our Sections is essentially and exceptionally based on our correct application of the theory, principles and rules of Bolshevist party-building according to the teachings of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

5. The upbuilding of the Sections as the Comintern' s detachments of the proletariat in the countries must be dialectically combined and be brought into accordance with the upbuilding of the Comintern (SH) as the central head quarter of the world proletariat.

6. The self-independence of the proletariat of the countries is part of the self-independence of the world proletariat. Consequently: The self-independence of the Sections is part of the self-independence of the Comintern (SH).

7. The democratic centralism of the Sections is immanent and inseparable part of the democratic centralism of the world party.

8. New Section can be founded annually only on the 8th of November (foundation day of the PLA). This is a historical date and we impose an obligation on the comrades of the new Section to follow the path of the PLA in words and deeds.

9. A certain probationary period is indispensable to examine candidates in practice if they are eligible and reliable candidates BEFORE the Comintern (SH) decides on the foundation of a new Section.

10. The Comintern (SH) decides on the foundation of a Section.

The delineation of these criteria for the creation of Sections will be decided by the Comintern (SH).

11. We actively prepare and educate candidates for the nomination of the foundation of a new Section by supporting them in their countries - for example by giving them a public platform for their propagation in their native language on our web-sites which are, last not least, all completely controlled by the Comintern (SH) which decides on what is published or not.

12. Last not least, we can check up on candidates if they only propagate their "own ideas of their country" or if they also propagate the ideas of proletarian internationalism, the socialist world revolution and the internationalist character of socialism and communism, the texts of the Comintern (SH) in general, and the texts of the other Sections in particular.

Candidates who do not propagate the basic and topical ideas and statements of the Comintern (SH) and Sections - namely in the native language of their country - can hardly be eligible candidates for creating a Section of the Comintern (SH).

LONG LIVE THE 14th ANNIVERSARY OF THE COMINTERN (SH) !

Ernst Thälmann _- Ernst Aust

Message of Solidarity:

Greeting message
of the German Section of the Comintern (SH)
on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Ernst Thalmann and

the 46th anniversary of the founding of the KPD / ML of Ernst Aust

Dear comrades around the world!

We greet you with a strong
"Red World Front !"

We wish you a militant New Year with new great victories for the

preparation, propagation and acceleration of the proletarian world revolution !

Today, the German Section of the Comintern (SH) celebrates the 96th anniversary of the founding of our party - the Communist Party of Rosa Luxemburg, Karl Liebknecht and Ernst Thalmann.

Exactly on the same day - 50 years later - the KPD was newly established , after the modern revisionists got hold of the party.

So we also celebrate today the 46th anniversary of the KPD / ML of Ernst Aust, the only party of the Marxist-Leninist world movement of comrade Enver Hoxha that has defended Marxism-Leninism and prevented the liquidation of the party.

For us this is not just a holiday but also a day of affirmation of our vow to fight as proletarian internationalists for the revolutionary liberation of the world proletariat, for the liberation of all the exploited and oppressed, for world communism - even after 46 years of our tireless struggle for proletarian revolution .

The KPD / ML lives !!

We are the party of Ernst Thalmann and Ernst Aust !

Our party was committed from the beginning to proletarian internationalism and holds an honorable place in the entire history of the world communist movement.

Our party is the successor organization of the first Communist Party of the World, which was founded by Marx and Engels. Marx and Engels wrote the famous "The Communist Manifesto" in November 1847.

The "Communist Manifesto" is not only the birth certificate of the first Communist Party of the world, but the most important programmatic cornerstone of all communists in the world.

We German Communists have not only distinguished ourselves in that we laid the foundations for the first Communist Party in the world. Our historical importance consists above all that we have done our outstanding contribution to the creation and development of the Proletarian International - until this day, December 31, 2014.

Today, 14 years ago, it was the German Communists, who founded the Comintern (SH) and thus we gained a decisive victory over the revisionist betrayal against the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin. After 57 years the Comintern was re-founded on 31st of December 2000.

Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels were the founders of the First International.

After the death of Karl Marx, it was Friedrich Engels who continued the work of the First International by the founding of the Second International.

Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg were treacherously murdered before they could realize the founding of the Communist International.

Shortly after the murder of Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg, the founder of the Comintern , Lenin opened the First World Congress with the words:

"I ask all present to rise of the seats to the memory of the best representatives of the III. International, Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg ."

The most outstanding representative of the German Communists in the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin was our comrade Ernst Thalmann. He was one of the best leaders of the Comintern, until he was assassinated by the counter-revolution. After his death the revisionists dissolved and liquidated the Comintern .

Loyalty to the Soviet Union - on this basis Ernst Thalmann established his friendship to Lenin and Stalin.

Fidelity to the socialist Albania - on this basis Ernst Aust established the Friendship to Enver Hoxha.

Ernst Aust was an ardent defender of the Comintern and he assigned us the task to do everything for the re-establishment of the Comintern. Our comrade

Ernst Aust died before we could fulfill our duty of founding the Comintern (SH).

Today we promise to the Comintern (SH) and all her Sections that we will struggle in 2015 faithfully for the socialist world revolution and the triumph of world communism.

We are proud of our party, and we will not allow anyone to assault our party. We have protected our party for 46 years and we will also protect it in 2015 - against anyone who attacks us.

We have protected the Comintern (SH) for 14 years and we will do so until the 15th anniversary of the Comintern (SH).

Long live Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels!
Long live Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg!
Long live Ernst Thalmann and Ernst Aust!
Long live the 96th anniversary of the KPD !
Long live the 46th anniversary of the KPD / ML!
Long live the 14th anniversary of the Comintern (SH)!
Long live the Comintern of Lenin and Stalin!
Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism:

Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!
Long live the liberation of the world proletariat by the armed socialist world revolution!
Long live the dictatorship of the world proletariat!
Long live the proletarian internationalism!
Long live the world socialism and world communism!

World crisis can never be finished by the world capitalists. World crisis can only be finished by the world proletariat.

If - all over the world - every labourer, every unemployed worker, every cook, every poor peasant sees - not from the internet but with his own eyes -,
