When was the date of the formation of Hoxhaism ?

This website is dedicated to a comrade who asked us this question

The letter from the comrade:

Dear teacher! We disagreed inside! When the Hoxhaism was formed, please tell us?

According to wikipedia, most Chinese comrades believe that it was formed in 1978, major publication is the "Imperialism and Revolution!"

Personally, I think it was formed in 1948, starting from the critique of Tito's revisionist, it has formed, representative is Hoxha's speak at the communist party's intelligence! We are looking forward to your answer! Thank you very much! Hold your hands! Long live the Communist International.

ANSWER

Dear comrade,

thank you for your question.

At first our comment:

You can answer this question of the date of the beginning of Hoxhaism - NOT WITHOUT understanding the definition of Hoxhaism.

Asking such your question shows us that you have still not understood what Hoxhaism really is.

The reason is simple:

You have not yet carefully and comprehensively studied our documents on Hoxhaism (definition).

You have already made progress in studying the teachings of comrade Enver Hoxha. This is very good. But this is not enough. You need also to study the basic documents of the Comintern (SH) on Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

Most of our Sections have translated the main ideological documents of the Comintern (SH) into their native language. This is not yet the case with the Chinese comrades. It is urgently needed that the Chinese comrades translate the key documents of the Comintern (SH) on Hoxhaism in Chinese language.

Coming now back to the concrete answer of your question:

Hoxhaism emanates from Stalinism.

The "date" of Hoxhaism can therefore not be separated from the "date" of Stalinism.

We are a Stalinist-Hoxhaist party, namely guided by the most advanced development of Marxism-Leninism - thus by Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

So, if you want to answer the question:

When was Hoxhaism formed ?

Then you must at first be able to answer the question: When was Marxism formed, Leninism formed, and when was Stalinism formed ?

Neither Marxism, nor Leninism, nor Stalinism nor Hoxhaism by no means was formed and had consolidated its position all at once.

Marxism began in the fourties of the 19th Century before it was completed in the nineties, thus Marxism needed half a Century (!) for its complete development.

The ideology of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism passes the entire historical period of development of the proletariat to whom this ideology belongs. Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism is ONE AND ONLY proletarian ideology, developing from one stage to another in a whole period of approximately nearly 150 years.

Every new stage of the proletarian ideology passed a period of decades for its development on a higher stage.

Also Hoxhaism needed decades of its own development, before it was completed as the further advanced ideology of the proletariat.

And also Stalinism-Hoxhaism, the ideology of the present communist world movement, needed two decades in the beginning of its development.

The answer of the question of the formation of the teachings of the 5 Classics can neither be limited in dates of their personal development nor dates of its formation on a national scale.

Decisive for the date of the formation of Hoxhaism (as well as the date of the formation of Marxism, Leninism, and Stalinism) is the date when they became the most advanced guideline of the communist world movement.

Marxism BEGAN its formation as the first independent ideology of the proletariat in the 40ies, namely in a sharp struggle of demarcation against all pre-Marxist (Utopian) branches of so called "proletarian" ideology which all did originate from the bourgeois and petty-bourgeois ideology (pre-proletarian ideology).

Leninism developed after the death of Marx and Engels.

Stalinism developed after the death of Lenin.

Hoxhaism developed after the death of Stalin.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism developed after the death of Enver Hoxha.

If we assume that Hoxhaism developed after the death of Stalin then it is wrong to date the beginning of Hoxhaism in 1948.

Many comrades had made the mistake in characterizing the development of Stalinism. Most of them characterize Stalinism falsly with features which were in truth already developed by Lenin. So to say, these comrades are unable to make a difference between Leninism and Stalinism and they are also unable to present a correct definition of Stalinism. They simply do not know what Stalinism is ( Stalinism was globally put down by the Titoites, the Soviet revisionists - and last not least by the Chinese revisionists).

Only the Comintern (SH) was able to give a complete answer to the question what Stalinism really is [see our book: "On the foundations and concerning questions of Stalinism"].

This phenomenon can be compared with Stalinism and Hoxhaism. Many comrades had made the mistake in characterizing the development of Hoxhaism. Most of them characterize Hoxhaism falsly with features which were in truth already developed by Stalin. So to say, these comrades are unable to make a difference between Stalinism and Hoxhaism, and they are also unable to present a correct definition of Hoxhaism. They simply do not know what Hoxhaism is ( Hoxhaism was globally put down by the neo- revisionists).

Only the Comintern (SH) was able to give a complete answer to the question what Hoxhaism really is [see our book:

"Enver Hoxha – the 5th Architect of Marxism-Leninism and the re-foundation of the Comintern"]

Concerning 1948:

By which ideology was Titoism unmasked and exposed ? By Stalinism or by Hoxhaism ?

In 1948, Titoism, as the first revisionism in power, was unmasked and exposed by Stalinism and not by Hoxhaism.

In 1948, Stalinism was in power and the only correct guideline of the communist world movement, and not Titoism thanks to Stalin.

It was Stalinism which paved the way towards the development of Hoxhaism especially on the battlefield against Titoism. So the date of 1948 is not the correct date of the formation of Hoxhaism as an independent higher stage of the development of the proletarian ideology.

We already said above that Hoxhaism developed after the death of Stalin and not in lifetime of Stalin. The date of Stalin's death is 1953. But this does not automatically mean that Hoxhaism was formed exactly on the deathday of Stalin. This would be obviously an idealistic thesis for the formation of Hoxhaism.

This idealistic thesis would mean that the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin could still exist, namely without the seizure of power by the Soviet revisionists.

However, the truth is that it needed at least 7 years after the death of Stalin when Hoxhaism was born as the only correct ideology against Soviet revisionism. The struggle for the unity of the international communist and workers' movement against its revisionist degeneration began with the historical speech of comrade Enver Hoxha that he delivered at the Meeting of 81 Communist and Workers' Parties in Moscow on November 16, 1960.

Enver Hoxha rejected the revisionist theses of the XX Congress of the CPSU and the anti-Marxist stand of Khrushchev's group and upheld Marxism-Leninism. From now on, Hoxhaism was formed as the guideline of the communist world movement.

In this historical moment, when the communist world movement was already in the hands of the Soviet revisionists, comrade Enver Hoxha became the leader of the new anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist World Movement which is nothing other than the formation of the new upper stage of further development of the communist world movement. The proletarian ideology is an international ideology, as international as the proletarian class in itself. Therefore all stages of Marxism, Leninism, Stalinism, Hoxhaism are stages of the ideology of the further development of the international communist world movement.

By the way, this means, that you can only be a true Hoxhaist if you acknowledge Hoxhaism as the ideology of the world proletariat.

Hoxhaism - especially confronted with the mistakes within the current communist movement in Albania - is not at all a national ideology of Albanians, just as Marxism is not at all a German ideology, and Leninism-Stalinism not at all a Russian ideology.

Concerning the date of 1978:

Hoxhaism saved the communist world movement from the replacement of its Soviet-revisionist occupation by means of the Chinese revisionist occupation.

1978 was the date of the liberation of the Marxist-Leninist World Movement from the danger of its degeneration through Maoism, namely Maoism as the predominant international ideology of Chinese revisionism. The victory over Maoism would be possible not without Hoxhaism that - logically - was already developed during the formation of the anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist World Movement in the 60ies. More than that, In the 60ies, Hoxhaism was already the predominant ideology of the anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist World Movement with comrade Enver Hoxha at the head.

Hoxhaism is not an ideology which was formed in the struggle against Maoism but completed in the struggle against Maoism. Formation or completion is a big difference which must not be mixed up.

So in the end:

What is Hoxhaism ?

Hoxhaism is Marxism-Leninism about the victory of the people’s revolution against fascist occupation and its successful transition into the socialist revolution and building up socialism in a small country under conditions of the socialist world camp of Comrade Stalin;

Hoxhaism is furthermore the Marxist-Leninist theory and tactics of antirevisionist, anti-imperialist and antisocial-imperialist struggle in the period of revisionism at the power, in general, and the theory and tactics of the dictatorship of the proletariat under conditions of capitalist-revisionist encirclement, in particular;

Hoxhaism is the ruling ideology of the proletariat even under the worst and most difficult conditions of global capitalist-revisionist encirclement against the only existing socialist country which was one of the smallest and most underdeveloped countries of the world;

Hoxhaism is therefore suitable for the construction of socialism in every other country and thus applicable on a global scale;

Hoxhaism is highest expression of the universality of the world proletarian ideology and guideline for the direct and prompt establishment of the dictatorship of the world proletariat.
