Venezuela, China Boost Joint Investment Fund to $12 Billion

On 5th March, 2013, Venezuelan bourgeois-capitalist anti-communist ruler Hugo Chavez died. Since then, revisionists from all tendencies and colours have been trying to deceive Venezuelan and world workers by depicting Chavez as having been some kind of “anti-imperialist fighter” or even a “socialist martyr”. Portuguese revisionists from the P “C” P affirm that:

Hugo Chavez’s objective was to construct a socialist society (…) he was always firmly opposed to imperialist aggression.” (www.avante.pt/pt/2049/pcp/124163/, Avante!, Morreu Hugo Chávez, March 2013, translated from version in Portuguese language)

And the neo-revisionists from the CIPOML-affiliated Italian “Communist” Party (“Marxist-Leninist”) qualify reactionary Chavez as a “genuine and valiant anti-imperialist” and declare that:

Chavez defended the independence of Venezuela and of all other Latin American countries and peoples by (…) having triumphed over American imperialist.” (http://pcmlv.blogspot.de/2013/03/hugo-chavez-un-verdadero-y-valiente.html, Documents of the ICP (ML), Hugo Chávez, un verdadero y valiente anti-imperialista, March 2013, translated from Spanish language)

In truth, Chavez’s so-called “Unified Socialist Party of Venezuela” claims to be leading “the socialist process in Venezuela”, but the truth is that there is absolutely nothing of “anti-imperialist” and much less “socialist” neither about it, neither about Chavez. Hugo Chavez’s ascension to power can be included in the context of so-called “Latin American leftist movements” that managed to achieve power in the late 90’s and early 2000’s in some Latin American countries (Chavez’s Venezuela is far from being the only example, besides it we have Morales’ Bolivia, Correa’s Equator, etc.).

These “leftist” regimes (which in fact are completely capitalist, wage slavagist and anti-socialist) appeared in a certain historical and economic context.

Since the late XIXth and early XXth century, Latin America was always under the exclusive domination of American imperialist oligarchs who are never tired of plundering, stealing, abusing, corrupting, exploiting and oppressing Latin American workers more and more in order to maximize profits. During this time, American imperialist oligarchy never hesitated in installing even the most bloodthirsty compradore fascist colonial regimes in various countries of the continent with the goal of repressing Latin American workers’ aspirations to freedom and socialism, on one side, and of keeping Latin American economy, resources and workforce as their absolute domain, on the other side. And during many decades, everything went right for American oligarchic imperialist interests in the region.

However, in 1997, a crisis of capitalist-imperialist world system broke out in Asia, more precisely in South Korea. This crisis was due to the indebtedness of South Korean multinationals towards American imperialism and it quickly spread to other countries. Millions of speculative credits fabricated by American imperialist oligarchs rapidly fell apart. Outside Asia, the most affected countries were those of Latin America, specially Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and, most particularly, Venezuela, because the crisis caused oil prices to decrease and the country is one of Latin America’s most prolific oil producers. In fact, the ascension of the “Latin American leftist movements”, of which Hugo Chavez regime is one of the most illustrative examples, was a consequence of this 1997 crisis of capitalist-imperialist world system which harshly affected these neo-colonial nations most dependent on American and Western imperialisms and which severely impoverished the already miserable and ultra-exploited Latin American working masses.

Of course, the “nationalist” wings of Latin American bourgeoisie soon took advantage of this crisis to overthrow explicitly pro-American compradore bourgeoisie and to present it as being the cause of the terrible levels of destitution that Latin American workers were enduring in consequence of the crisis. This way, Latin American national bourgeoisie in general and Venezuelan national bourgeoisie in particular managed to win toiling masses’ favours through directing their legitimate grievances towards a very convenient scapegoat: pro-American bourgeoisie compradore which, by the way, had always been national bourgeoisie’s main rival in the struggle for political-socio-economic-ideological dominance over the nations’ resources, workforce and profit maximization. At the same time, by depicting themselves as “anti-imperialist forces”, Latin American national bourgeoisie is also doing its utmost to keep workers and proletarians away from authentic communist ideology; even because the labourers revolts that happened during the crisis (as for example, in Argentina, but also in Venezuela, where popular masses fought against bourgeois-capitalist pro-American military and armed forces) made Latin American national bourgeoisie understand the danger that Washington’s openly greedy and predatory dictate represented to their own dreams of finally be free to exploit and plunder Latin American workers and richnesses at their own will and without having to share the profits with no one else. After all, the explicit neo-colonial servile allegiance of Latin American compradore bourgeoisie towards American imperialist oligarchy could seriously encourage Latin American pauper workers and proletarians to acquire a genuine communist conscience and to make a truly socialist revolution, thus turning national bourgeoisie into pieces and making their dreams impossible. In face of this jeopardizing of social stability of Latin American bourgeois-capitalist order, the propertied elites started to try to take advantage of formal political rights granted by American and western imperialisms since the 90’s to try to loosen the grip of their economic plunder by putting themselves under the protection of new imperialist powers (mainly China) in a market that was previously under the exclusive control of U.S. imperialism (and to a much lesser extent of European imperialism) through reliance on the huge natural resources, energy and mining at their disposal hoping to be able to develop their own internal market for their benefit and not just to the exclusive benefit of plundering by foreign imperialist multinationals (although this last purpose was never accomplished, as American imperialist yoke was ultimately replaced by Chinese imperialist yoke). This is also what happens in Venezuela. Therefore, far from being socialist, Chavez was in fact the representative of the class interests of the Venezuelan “national” bourgeoisie (later turned into a pro-Chinese bourgeoisie compradore) that diverged increasingly from those of the pro-American bourgeoisie compradore.

Contrary to what social-fascists and revisionists affirm, the “Latin American leftist movements” don’t do anything to combat Latin America’s dependence towards world imperialism. On the contrary, indebtedness of Latin American nations towards world finance capitalist-imperialists oligarchs never stopped growing. All Latin American countries (including Venezuela) are heavily indebted to imperialism. External debt of Latin America was US$ 32 billion in 1970, rising to US $ 650 billion in 1995 and to US$ 760 billion in 2001. In 2004, the level of external debt reached US$ 891 billion and today it is even much higher. These figures show clearly that for Latin America, the beginning of the 21st century is not reflected in any real reduction of its external debt, even in recent years.

The neo-revisionists of the CIPOML affirm that:

Chavez had the merit of using his brave nationalizations in benefit of the interests of his own people against imperialist multinationals, thus allowing Venezuelan government to manage the country’s oil and natural resources in order to improve life conditions of Venezuelan working and popular masses.” (http://pcmlv.blogspot.de/2013/03/hugo-chavez-un-verdadero-y-valiente.html, Documents of the ICP (ML), Hugo Chávez, un verdadero y valiente anti-imperialista, March 2013, translated from Spanish language)

But life itself denounces the falsity of such claims.

And what could we expect from the representatives of the dangerous anti-communist currents that try to reconcile Hoxhaism with neo-revisionism? One of their main features is its opportunistic denial of recognition of Comrade Enver Hoxha as the 5th Classic of Marxism-Leninism. This phenomenon can be compared with the old line of the so called "2 and 1/2 International": after the betrayal of the II. International Lenin whipped off the mask of the "2 and 1/2 International”, of the Kautskyites. And today we will whip off the mask of the defenders of the so called: "4½" Classics of Marxism-Leninism!”

We Stalinist-Hoxhaists, we, the defenders of the "5 Heads" will triumph over the defenders of the so called "four and 1/2 heads" - behind which the renegades have entrenched themselves! One of our main ideological slogans is “Down with the "4½ -ists”! Therefore, we, Stalinists-Hoxhaists, take this opportunity to confront and denounce CIPOML’s neo-revisionist positions relatively to Chavist bourgeois-capitalist, exploitative, oppressive, wage slavagist, pro-imperialist and anti-communist social-fascism.

In truth, as time passed, it was clearly revealed that Latin American national bourgeoisie, of which Hugo Chavez is the Venezuelan representative, were never truly anti-imperialist, but on the contrary, they were transformed into pro-Chinese bourgeoisie compradore, in opposition to the pro-American bourgeoisie compradore. In truth, with the rapid strengthening of Chinese imperialism and its growing need for raw materials (such as energy – oil, gas, etc. - and mining – steel, copper, etc.) to support the imperialist growth of this country, Chinese state-monopolist bourgeois-capitalist-imperialist cliques were quickly encouraged to launch their neo-colonialist claws over Latin America, whose national bourgeoisie didn’t hesitate in seeking the protection of Chinese imperialists against American pressures in exchange for providing Chinese social-fascists and social-imperialists with cheap raw materials and workforce. Therefore, the hegemony of U.S. imperialism has been surpassed by rival Chinese imperialism. Of course, American imperialist oligarchy does its utmost to stop this process that is depriving it from its former highly profitable situation as Latin America’s exclusive colonizer. This explains the attempts by Washington, the CIA and its local satraps to overthrow the new governments that are less favorable to it, such as that of Chavez. They have nothing to do with alleged “American imperialist hate towards socialism” for the simple reason that nowhere in Latin America socialism has ever been constructed, neither in Venezuela neither in any other place. And the same happens with pro-Chavez and anti-Chavez false “mass movements” in Venezuela which are paid by, respectively, Chinese and American imperialists who struggle against each other for control and domination over Venezuelan resources and workforce (that’s why we neither support those anti-Chavist "protesters" who are paid by the US-imperialists, nor the pro-Chavist “demonstrations” which are paid by the Chinese social imperialists). American imperialist oligarchs treacherously qualify Chavez’s regime and policies as being “socialist” only to discredit authentic socialism and to keep working and proletarian masses away from it, thus contributing to the perpetual maintenance of enslaving exploitative and oppressive bourgeois-capitalist-revisionist-imperialist world order.

Therefore, besides being a defender of bourgeois-capitalist order, anti-communist Chavez was also a staunch supporter of Chinese social-imperialism. In fact, a veritable political-socio-economic-ideological colonization of Venezuela by the Chinese social-imperialists is occurring through using Chavist bourgeoisie as their most faithful lackeys. Accordingly with “Venezuela Analysis” (http://venezuelanalysis.com/news/5548), Sino-Venezuelan trade was less than $500m per year before 1999 and reached $7.5bn in 2009, making China Venezuela's second-largest trade partner and Venezuela is China's biggest investment destination in Latin America. Various bilateral deals have seen China invest billions in Venezuela, with this country increasing exports of oil and other resources to China (including in the areas of trade, industry, technology and energy, etc).

Chavist oligarchy has pledged to triple its crude exports to Beijing, reaching half a million barrels per day in 2009, instead of 150 000 in 2006. And its essential to note that imperialist China does not just trade with countries like Venezuela but it behaves like any imperialist country by investing directly: Hu Jintao and Hugo Chavez signed two agreements relatively to the activities of a new joint venture composed of major state-owned capitalist companies of the two countries - China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) - to explore some of the world's largest reserves of oil (located in Venezuela). In accord with the “Latin American Herald Tribune” (http://www.laht.com/article.asp?ArticleId=327952&CategoryId=10717), “Miami Herald” (http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/07/12/2893416/china-plays-increasing-role-in.html), “Gold Investing News” (http://goldinvestingnews.com/28547/venezuela-china-major-gold-mine-las-cristinas-citic.html), etc. (http://hotair.com/greenroom/archives/2012/07/10/venezuela-chavez-gives-china-control-over-oil/), in September 2009, Chavist oligarchy announced a new $16 billion deal with Chinese social-imperialists to drill for oil in a joint venture with PDVSA to produce 450,000 barrels per day of extra heavy crude. Moreover, a recent agreement between the oligarchic rulers of both countries was signed to increase to $12 billion a bilateral strategic fund to finance different projects in Venezuela (Chavist bourgeoisie even managed to obtain nearly $80 billion in financing and direct foreign investment in accord with the interests of Chinese imperialists). As we have already referred, oil exports to China are set to increase substantially. In February 2009 Venezuela and China oligarchies agreed to double their joint investment fund to $12 billion and signed agreements to boost co-operation which include increasing oil exports from Venezuela, China's fourth biggest oil provider. And an oil refinery is planned be built in China to handle Venezuelan heavy crude from the Orinoco basin. The purpose of all this is to increase Venezuelan oil exports to the Asian imperialist giant to 1 million barrels per day in 2015. In what respects to mining, Venezuelan is also suffering from a real Chinese colonization, and Chavist bourgeoisie encouraging Chinese imperialists to extract copper and gold by developing Las Cristinas, a gigantic mining facility which is located in Venezuela’s Bolivar state, all this following a meeting with members of the China International Trust and Investment Corporation, better known as CITIC. Bourgeois-capitalist monopolist state-owned China State Grid Corp., the country’s largest grid operator and power distributor, also signed a $1.31 billion power-transmission agreement with Venezuela’s National Electric Corp. This agreement creates the largest Chinese power-transmission project in Venezuela by value and is State Grid’s first overseas grid construction contract.

In 2009, Chinese imperialists entered into a partnership with Venezuelan Chavist bourgeoisie to launch a railway company in Venezuela which will link Venezuela's oil producing regions and agricultural farming areas, with China going also to build many other drilling platforms, oil rigs, railroads, etc. in order to maximize profits of Chinese social-imperialists and social-fascists, who also do not spare efforts to militarize Latin America in general and Venezuela in particular with the goal of maximizing their greedy interests for profits. This situation intensified with the acquisition of two squadrons (24) of Chinese-built Karakorum-8 trainer jets and ground radars by Chavist bourgeois-capitalist and pro-imperialist oligarchy.

This is what revisionists, social-fascists and social-imperialists dare to call “Chavez’s unwavering anti-imperialism”!

But this open support of predatory Chinese imperialism which aspires to total and exclusive dominion over the entire world (and which, despite its fake “progressive” and even “leftist / socialistic” masks, is as bourgeois-capitalist, exploitative, oppressive, neo-colonialist, greedy, wage slavagist and anti-communist as any other imperialism) is unsurprising if we take into account Chavez’s ideological character. In fact, Chavist Venezuela and other Latin American “leftist” countries today claim to follow a path very similar to that of the Cuban bourgeois-capitalist anti-socialist “revolution” and to be moving towards "socialism." Recently, the Comintern (SH) has published an article about Cuban social-fascist revisionism in which we have seen what Cuban “socialism” really is and in which we have analyzed its origins, causes and consequences.

Therefore, what can be expected from this "leftist turn" of which Chavist Venezuela is presented by revisionists and social-fascists as being a major example?

Firstly, the integration of countries such as Chavist Venezuela in the capitalist-imperialist International Division of Labour continues as untouched as before, and therefore unequal trade perpetuates dependency ratios towards world’s ultra-exploitative capitalists-imperialists. This "turning to left" merely means the refusal of American imperialist total and exclusive rule and the change of imperialist masters in favor of Chinese social-imperialists. In fact, so-called “leftist turn” symbolized by Chavez can be synthesized like this: replacement of American imperialist ultra-exploitative and oppressive neo-colonialist absolute domination by Chinese social-imperialist ultra-exploitative and oppressive neo-colonialist absolute domination. Consequently, nowadays, disputes arising within the Latin American bourgeoisie are therefore no conflicts between the “national-patriotic” wing and the comprador wing but are solely internal conflicts within the ranks of the comprador bourgeoisie, namely between pro-American wing and pro-Chinese wing. It is therefore out of the question to speak of "socialist revolution" or even of “leftist turn”!

In the case of Chavist Venezuela, it is even impossible to speak of “revolutionary movements”, as the old state apparatus and military police remain totally intact. In Venezuela, the Chavist bourgeoisie will certainly fail to fundamentally improve the economic and social situation of all workers, the problems of corruption and the growing divergence, always more pronounced, between the interests of exploiters on the one hand and of workers and unemployed, on the other hand in the context of the development of the productive forces (as development must be unilateral and unbalanced, since it will be guided by foreign “investment”, namely by Chinese imperialist invasion and occupation). Of course, in nations like Chavist Venezuela, Chinese imperialists will never allow the development of the heavy industry of means of production which could ensure true economic independence – and this not to mention the competition from Chinese manufactured products which perpetuate and intensify the international division of labor. While remaining under the dominance of bourgeois-capitalist-imperialist system, Venezuela will always be a typically neo-colonial nation: exporting raw materials to imperialist superpowers and importing manufactured products and technology from imperialist superpowers.

And even Chavez supposed “unwavering opposition to American imperialism” is false. For example, Chavist Venezuela ridiculously affirmed that it would strive to form and offer an alternative to the FTAA, the Free Trade Area of Americas promoted by Washington. And the Chavist “alternative” was ALBA: Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas. The only problem is that ALBA explicitly respects and assumes all exploitative and unequal “agreements” with American imperialist oligarchy and it even openly accepts injunctions and recommendations of international economic organizations (IMF and WTO) which are mainly in the hands of U.S. imperialism! Such is the true “revolutionary” nature of Chavez’s ALBA (of which social-fascists Castro and Morales are also great fans).

Indeed, contrary to misleading appearances conferred by the phony “anti-imperialist” and even “socialist” nature which revisionists automatically attribute to any bourgeois-capitalist regime which apparently “criticizes” the hegemony of American imperialism, Venezuelan Chavist bourgeoisie could not be more dependent on world imperialism: it provides complete creditor insurance to imperialists and it even keeps previous neo-colonialist and exploitative commitments to the IMF! Its entire laughable “leftist” or even “socialist” phraseology is only intended to fool workers and proletarians!

And the attempts of American imperialism to destabilize Chavez regime and others of the same kind change nothing to their bourgeois compradore character. This only shows that Chavist bourgeoisie refuses the former exclusive domination of American imperialism, preferring to replace it by that of Chinese imperialism. Unfortunately, there is not an authentic communist party in Venezuela. All the so-called “communist” and “Marxist-Leninist” movements are totally influenced by the policies of local Chavist pro-Chinese compradore bourgeoisie and they support Chinese social-imperialist colonization. This undoubtedly displays the necessity of the formation of a genuine Stalinist-Hoxhaist party in Venezuela which is able to fulfill the revolutionary tasks indicated by the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism.

During his lifetime, Chavez used to affirm that he was “leading Venezuela towards socialism”, but this is false. Just because Chavez used to give some soup and bread to the poor of Caracas’ slums, this does not make him socialist and much less communist (although it partly explains why those poor see Chavez as some kind of “socialist saint” – as they lack any kind of genuine MLSH ideological formation, they understand “socialism” as being a mere “redistributive” bountiful issue). Chavez’s "Latin American socialism" cannot go beyond giving a few crumbs to the exploited in order to deviate them from Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism and from true socialism and communism.

In May 2006, in the Vienna summit between Latin America and the E.U,
Chavez reassured imperialist-capitalist “investors” and stated that:
"There will be no compensations due to the simple fact that multinationals will not be expropriated."

This is what revisionists love to qualify as “Chavez’s revolutionary socialist courage”!

It is time to open our eyes to the economic and social realities of Latin American countries such as Chavist Venezuela. For instance, contrary to what revisionists affirm, the recent fake bourgeois-capitalist “nationalizations” occurring in Chavist Venezuela and intended to favor the interests of Chavist pro-Chinese bourgeoisie compradore in the oil industry failed to reduce poverty, despite the explosion of revenues from exports. In truth, the situation in the country is as bad as in the 1970s, and the standard of living of workers was also not increased compared to that epoch. If the number of wealthy has risen sharply in recent years of Chavez’s governance, the number of poor has also increased. Even the pro-Chavist National Institute of Statistics of Venezuela has recognized that the poverty index has increased from 42.8% to 53% only during the period 1999-2004. This is the supposed “Chavist improvement of working masses’ life conditions” that neo-revisionists from the CIPOML love to boast about!

Simultaneously with this severe impoverishment of Venezuelan exploited working masses and while Chavez proclaimed his “socialism”, an unprecedented rapid development of the Venezuelan pro-Chinese bourgeoisie constituted by bankers, oil companies and entrepreneurs who benefited from the increase in oil revenues thanks to the so-called “revolutionary nationalizations” has occurred together with an exponential increase of Chinese imperialist colonization of the country. Comrade Marx was totally right when he said that the development of capitalism in the most favorable conditions necessarily leads to the polarization of wealth, and even in the rare occasions when the conditions of the poor improve, they are only improved in an absolute point of view and therefore in much lower proportions than the rhythm at which the wealth and profits of exploiting classes multiply! In the imperialist countries, bourgeois politicians sometimes boast of wanting to "reduce the social abyss." Their counterparts of the pro-Chinese dependent countries like Chavist Venezuela are also trying to play the same game to mislead working masses.

In early 2007, Chavez reiterated that his purpose was to construct "21st century socialism” and even affirmed that in Venezuela "the socialist revolution continues." Chavez said that through nationalizations, "we will get everything that is social property." As if mere bourgeois-capitalist nationalizations with the socio-economic-political-ideological power remaining firmly in the hands of the pro-Chinese bourgeoisie and of its Chinese social-imperialist bosses could be synonym of “socialism”! In our article about Cuban revisionism, we had already reflected a bit about the issue of fake bourgeois-capitalist pro-imperialist “nationalizations” (like those happening in Chavist Venezuela) and how it is a gross mistake to confound them with authentic socialist revolution and construction. However, such falsities manage to mislead many Venezuelan workers, who see Chavez as their “socialist hero” and as a “symbol” against American imperialism. Unfortunately, the ultra-revisionist “Communist” Party of Venezuela also contributes to this myth and it merged with the "radical" wing of the Chavist pro-Chinese bourgeoisie comprador. A member of the Political Bureau of the “C”PV even leads the "Ministry of Popular Participation" in Chavist government. Such is the deplorable state of the “communist movement” in Venezuela. It is obvious that Venezuelan working classes desperately need a Venezuelan Section of the Comintern (SH) to lead them in the struggle not only against wage slavery and capitalist-imperialist exploitation, but also against all those who aim at deceiving Venezuelan workers through “populist” masks and false “socialist anti-imperialist” phraseology.

Indeed, Chavez alleged and much publicized “opposition” to American imperialist oligarchy has not prevented Venezuela from exporting more than 60% of its crude oil production to the U.S.A in 2005. Indeed, it is necessary to mention that Chavist bourgeoisie is still in big oil-business with predatory, bourgeois-capitalist, exploitative, oppressive, greedy, neo-colonialist, wage slavagist and anti-communist US imperialism, thus actively contributing to its predatory profit-driven capitalist-imperialist world policies (one of the characteristics of Chavism is therefore: "anti-US-imperialism" in words - support of the US-imperialists in deeds). And we can never forget that the Venezuelan fuel is used by the tanks of the Arab bourgeoisie to shoot down the Arab revolutions and it is also the same Venezuelan fuel which is needed by the Zionist tanks which shoot down the Palestinians in the Gaza-strip.

Consequently, it is in the hands of the Venezuelan proletariat to influence the fate of the liberation struggle of the proletariat of other countries. We must make the Venezuelan proletariat conscious about its role of actively interfere into the current world events in the spirit of proletarian internationalism. These are all the necessary contributions of the proletarians in different countries to coordinate their anti-imperialist actions for the purpose to ease the conditions for the outbreak of the socialist world revolution.

The Venezuelan oil is also an important source for maintaining the social-fascist rule of the Castroists. With the oil in the hands of the Venezuelan proletariat, this would be an essential support of the Cuban proletariat to get rid of the social fascist Castroists. In the hands of the Venezuelan proletariat, the oil could ease the revolution of the workers all over Latin America... and this would be a great help for the socialist world revolution. The bourgeoisie fears this dangerous scenario of coordinated actions of proletarian internationalism. That's why they needed to deceive the Venezuelan workers by the ideology of Chavism. And that's why we need the Comintern (SH) who opens up the eyes of the Venezuelan proletariat about its active role in the preparation of the world revolution.

Of course, the world proletariat (through the centralized coordinated actions of the proletarians of the countries) is the only power in the world which is able to destroy
world imperialism as a whole - in first line, both the super powers and the other imperialists and bourgeois lackeys of the countries in both their camps. Our general-line is the struggle against both the superpowers and their camps (Hoxhaism). The revisionists and neo-revisionists try to unite all forces "against" US-imperialism in favor of the strengthening of the other imperialist camp of China, Russia, Brazil, etc. (indeed, European imperialism, Brazilian imperialism and others also hold a certain sway over Venezuela, although reduced when compared to almighty Chinese imperialism) - with the intention of prolonging and postponing the decay of the whole world imperialism. The weakening of different imperialists makes only sense if we use their contradictions for the aim of the socialist world revolution. That's why is very important to unmask the imperialists and their lackeys who hide behind "anti-imperialism". That is an important part of our struggle against revisionism and neo-revisionism of today.

Chavist anti-communist ideology of “Latin American and Venezuelan road to socialism” reminds us of Black Africa’s, Asia’s and Middle East’s "ways" and "paths" leading to "specific socialism". These “specific socialisms” were and are closely related to the “non-aligned movement” and they are only masks to divert the struggle of workers from genuinely communist purposes with the complicity and support of imperialist powers which want to perpetuate these mystifications as a mean to keep world laborers and world proletarians away from Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism. These "specific socialisms" such as that of Chavez deny the universal revolutionary laws of socialist and communist revolution and construction; they are defenders of inevitably opportunist, reformist and social democratic positions. So-called “specific socialisms” like that of Chavez refuse the teachings of the Classics on the general laws of the revolution and of socialist / communist construction following the footsteps of all other “models” and "socialist ways" like those of Tito, Castro, Khrushchev, Mao, the Eurocommunists, etc. as well as of the Italian, French, Spanish, Islamic, African “roads to socialism”, etc. Independently of their differences, they all (including Chavist Venezuelan / Latin American “specific 21st century socialism”) come together and agree on what really matters: total and complete denigration and rejection of the fundamental teachings of Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism – the only truly revolutionary socialist and communist ideology. This rejection and denigration has the goal of always preserving capitalism in a form or another.

The glorious 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism were absolutely right when they considered that these kind of bourgeois mystifications represent a huge risk for
the victory of the true anti-imperialist struggle, that is to say, for the victory of the socialist revolution. These pseudo "socialist revolutions" or "ways to socialism" provide in effect the imperialist bourgeoisie and its indigenous accomplices (like Chavist pro-Chinese compradore bourgeoisie in Venezuela) with assurance that nothing will fundamentally change while treacherously making working classes of the neo-colonial dependent nations feel (sometimes sincerely) that things will really change!

Life itself has shown that these imperialist-revisionist mystifications of which Chavist “socialism” is among the latest examples have not the slightest intention to challenge capitalist-imperialist world order. On the contrary, their purpose is to keep it eternally alive. And what could we expect from “movements” which base themselves on the factual defense of wage slavery?

According to the Classics, socialism necessarily includes abolition of private property of the means of production and of wage labor. Now, it is evident that the fake “leftist revolutions” in Chavist Venezuela and in Latin America have not done, are not doing and won’t do anything of this. They are not intended to overthrow the oppressive, slavagist and exploitative predatory capitalist-imperialist production relations and forces and to replace them by socialist and communist ones. On the contrary, they only encourage the exacerbation of inter-imperialist rivalries in order to obtain some additional crumbs. The essence of the Chavist "Bolivarian socialist revolution" is composed by the interests of the Venezuelan pro-Chinese bourgeoisie compradore disguised under the mask of petty-bourgeois populism to deceive world workers / proletarians in general and Venezuelan workers / proletarians in particular.

How can the exploitation of labor in a national scale not lead to the subjugation and plunder of the weakest capitalist nations by the most powerful ones at a global scale? How can the sale of national profitable assets in benefit of Chinese imperialists and to the detriment of the workers who produce them could not lead to the maintenance of Venezuela as en entirely dependent neo-colonial country? The deceptive "diversity" of apparently specific varieties of "socialism" or of "ways to socialism" of which Chavism is one of the most recent examples can never overshadow their common essential features: stern renunciation of class struggle, utilization of bourgeois phony “socialist” phraseology as a disguise to the perpetuation of countries’ subjugation to world capitalism-imperialism-revisionism (in the case of Chavist Venezuela, to Chinese social-imperialism).

Of course, revisionists try to hide all this and they stubbornly insist in their lies about “Chavez’s struggle for socialism”. For example, the pro-Maoist pro-Trotskyist ultra-revisionist “Parti des Travailleurs de Bélgique” (PTB), one of the greatest defenders of Chavist anti-communism, opportunistically affirms that “Chavez’s socialist model” consists in “the existence of strong public companies in sectors such as electricity, telecommunications and transportation and also of some basic industries related to the national oil industry”. This shows the absolute anti-socialism of the PTB. If the bourgeois leaders of the PTB were not so implacable submerged in reactionary and pro-capitalist dogmas, they would never confound genuine socialism with Chavist pro-Chinese bourgeois “populist” political-socio-economic policies whose only goal is to facilitate and intensify Venezuela’s neo-colonial economic, commercial and financial dependence on Chinese imperialism! And the ultra-revisionists of the PTB go even further with their anti-communist deliriums:

"In Venezuela, Hugo Chavez hopes to collect within single revolutionary party different organizations and parties support its policy.” (Documents of the PTB, L’Amérique latine toujours plus à gauche, 2006, translated from version in French language)

As can be concluded, by openly recognizing that Chavez’s socialism is indeed a result of multiple bourgeois anti-socialist currents, the revisionists themselves admit that Chavism is in total opposition to the Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist-Hoxhaist teachings affirming that socialist revolution can only be victorious if it is guided by a monolithic communist party of Leninist-Stalinist type that will be the proletarian leading vanguard of all workers against bourgeois-capitalist-imperialist oppression, influences and forces. Chavez’s alleged fake “single revolutionary party” is indeed an amount of several bourgeois-capitalist anti-communist parties that represent the various wings of the pro-Chinese bourgeoisie compradore ruling Venezuela.

Chavist “specific road to socialism” is nothing more than bourgeois-capitalist pro-imperialist anti-communism. Only world socialism and world communism are able to definitively avoid the inevitability of regimes of Chavist type. As we have already said, just like occurred with all other “specific socialisms”, also Chavist “Venezuelan and Latin American socialism” is a mere pseudo-popular “movement” led by the Venezuelan pro-Chinese bourgeoisie with the aim of facilitating the exploitation of Venezuela by rapacious Chinese social-fascists and social-imperialists which are already surpassing American imperialists as the world’s most powerful superpower. In spite of everything, not all bourgeois-capitalist countries can achieve political-socio-economic world domination, as this has being restricted to a few large blocks and major imperialist powers, among which are the U.S., E.U, Japan and, most recently, China. The other bourgeois-capitalist nations like Chavist Venezuela are condemned to be attached to the sphere of influence of this or that imperialist candidate to global hegemony which will do anything to maintain world colonial wage slavagist, exploitative capitalist-imperialist status quo.

World workers / proletarians in general and Venezuelan workers / proletarians in particular must know that the only way to their total and definitive liberation from all kinds of exploitation, oppression and wage slavery is to struggle against all kinds of anti-socialist illusions and trickeries promoted by bourgeois-capitalist, pro-imperialist “populist” anti-communist regimes of the Chavist kind and to fully embrace Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism with the objective of ensuring the triumph of the world socialist revolution and of the world proletarian dictatorship towards world socialism and world communism – always under the steel leadership of the Comintern (SH), the only faithful standard bearer and defender of authentic proletarian and communist ideology.

World workers and proletarians – unite against Chavist “populist” bourgeois-capitalist anti-communism!

Fight against all kinds of reactionary “specific socialisms”!

So-called “Latin America leftist turn” is nothing more than brutal neo-colonization by Chinese social-fascists and social-imperialists!

Don’t be deceived by Chavist apparent “revolutionary” and “socialist” shibboleths!

Chavism has absolutely nothing to do with genuine socialism and communism, but it only represents the interests of Venezuelan pro-Chinese bourgeoisie compradore!

Let’s denounce the crimes of Chinese social-imperialists and of their Venezuelan Chavist lackeys, who stop at nothing to maximize profits!

Let’s establish the Venezuelan Section of the Comintern (SH)!

Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

Long live the violent armed world socialist revolution!

Let’s establish the world proletarian dictatorship!

Long live world socialism and world communism!

Long live the Comintern (SH)!
