Dear comrades of the Ukraine!

With these best wishes to you we want to express our world-revolutionary solidarity for you!

We are now full of hope that the revolution removes all the bounds which seperated us from you all the passed years. We are longing for taking you in our arms, comrades! We are so happy with you and so proud of you!

We did not forget that you once told us, that we have close opinions and aims! Be certain that we still stand close with you shoulder to shoulder! Your struggle is also our struggle!

We are convinced that the revolution gives birth to new brave revolutionary workers who help you building up a true bolshevist party which is lead by the spirit of the 5 classics Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha! The proletarian revolution in the Ukraine and elsewhere is not possible without the working class under the leadership of the marxist-leninist party which learnt to avoid the faults of revisionism by holding tight the revolutionary line of Lenin and Stalin, consequently. Without a bolshevist party the country cannot be defended against capitalist slavery, crisis and worldimperialist occupation. Socialist economy is now the only guarantee for your country to overcome the deep misery and poverty of the Ukrainian people.

The reconstruction of the marxist-leninist party un the Ukraine is the main and decisive question which has to be solved urgently to bring the revolution forward to the re-conquest of the dictatorship of the proletariat! This is the only guarantee to defend the achievements of the current revolution and to develop it! Otherwise the enemies from inside and outside, from the West and from Russia shall cooperate with the result of even darker reaction by their counterrevolutionary maneuvers! To force back the foreign influence of the imperialists it is necessary from outside the Ukraine to organize worldwide solidarity in the spirit of proletarian internationalism. And this is what the Communist Internationa (Marxist-Leninists) is fighjting for !!

The loss of the former old communist party of Lenin and Stalin, and particularly the revision of the excellently solved national question by Stalin, that meant in consequence beginning defeat of socialism in the Ukraine, caused by the Russian metropoly which started to exploit and oppress the Ukraine. The revisionist betrayal urged the Ukraine in deep economical and political crisis, so that it came to such a dramatical and critical situation like today. However under these circumstances the people of the Ukraine were no longer willing to bear this yoke and they rose to large mass-demonstrations, they became conscious to fight openly for their social and national interests and gave proves of insurrections against everybody who stretch out his hands to rob your homeland.

The revisionist betrayal against comrade Stalin was the beginning of the conquest of revisionist power over all the soviet peoples, was the beginning of the end of the flourishing socialist Ukraine. The revisionists with Krushchev at the top restored capitalism in the Ukraine and the Russian social-imperialists robbed the Ukraine and established a socialfascist regime in your country under which results your people has still to suffer.

We have to hinder that your homeland is just jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. There are coming new pigs who fight for the replacement of the old pigs at the Ukrainian food – troughs. The Ukraine is going to be swallowed by the world imperialists, if the people stop their revolution, if the Ukrainian working class is not consequently fighting for regaining its political power. But who stands there and shouts „Save the Ukraine?“ The revisionists!! Exactly those who made a balls-up and who lived in the lap of capitalist luxury for all the revisionist years until today! And after they made a pretty penny out of selling socialism they are planning new deals with the capitalists. Their aim is still the same: the domination of the bourgeoisie over socialism, the exploitation and oppression of the working calss and the working people, the hindrance of the socialist revolution and to prevent the re-conquest of the dictatorship of the proletariat. To deceive the working class the revisionists themselves give odds to be „anti-revisionist“. The revisionists try with this new „anti-revisionist“ mask to let the proletariat deceive for a second time.

After the death of Stalin we Marxist-Leninists all over the world attacked the „modern“ sovjet-revisionists when they betrayed the socialist world revolution, when they destroyed the socialist Soviet Union as the homeland of the worldproletariat, restored capitalism and when the re-installed social exploitation and oppression which was unavoidably the cause for the national exploitation and oppression of the Ukraine as well. Comrade Enver Hoxha said on the 7 th Party Congress of the Party of Labour of Albania „that modern revisionism is not only a hostile and counterrevolutionary ideology towards the working class, but as well an ideology of national oppression and the justification of imperialist slavery“ (page 223, German edition).

The Soviet states, to which the Ukraine belonged, too, were changed into a socialfascist and socialimperialist poly-peoples-state by the new Kremlin Tsars. They denationalized the non-Russian nationalities and republics, russifisized and assimilated them to establish and expand their great-Russian Chauvinism – to begin with not openly but hidden behind such mendacious theories as „ unity of the soviet people“, „unity of the soviet language“, „unity of the societ culture“ etc. „The theories of the soviet-revisionists on the creation of the so called `new historical community` of the `unity of the soviet people` had been fabricated for the only reason to hide, that the reality is full of deep social, class-typical and national contradictions“, comrade Enver Hoxha stressed on the 8^th Party Congress of the PLA (German edition, page 280). Another variant was the Breshnev doctrine of the „limitted souvereignity“, which was nothing else than great-Russian Chauvinism and great-power-expansionism, namely a theory of the „right“ of the stronger to annex the weaker.

All these „theories“ are bourgeois concepts to annex the smaller nations to the bigger nations, whereas Lenin branded everybody as an Anti-Marxist who does not accept and defend the equality of nations, languages and cultures.

The great-Russian chauvinists teared the rights and interests of the Ukrainian people to pieces and justified their conterrevolutionary actions against the Ukranian dissatisfaction, indignation and protest against economical, political and social inequality and oppression by revisionist cosmopolitism, ethnological and psychological attempts of explanations just to hush up the real social class-content of the treatment of national inequality of the Ukraine. The struggle for the just interests of the Ukranian people was inpertinently repudiated by the Kremlin Tsars as „bourgeois nationalism“ and „anti-proletarian internationalism“. The truth was, however, that the soviet-revisionists took the internationalism and the general interests of the whole country as their pretence of defending their own narrow interests of the ruling bourgeois-revisionist class and by this they tried to realize the economical, political and ideological enslavement of the Ukraine. By these reacitionary actions the soviet-revisionists broke the rules of proletarian internationalism towards the socialist republic of the Ukraine and raised the banner of chauvinism and socialimperialism over the Ukraine, changed it into a prison as well as the Tsars did it before them.

But as Marxism-Leninism teaches us, the solidarity and community of the peoples can only be achieved, if they have common interests and if they have equal rights. This will only be possible, if the bourgeoisie of the Ukraine is again overthrown by a new socialist revolution and if the dictatorship in all the former soviet republics is re-established, if revisionism is finally defeated.

And Stalin defended Lenin, that he had never combined the question of melting together nations within the period of the victory of socialism in a single country, but moreover in the period of the vitory of socialism in a world`s scale, which was betrayed and attacked ny the revisionists. Comrade Stalin emphasized:

„The attempt, melting together nations by decree from above, forced upon the nations, would mean to play into imperialists` hands, would mean to ruin the work of the nation`s liberation, would mean to bury the work of establishing the cooperation and brotherhood among the nations. Such politics would be equal to politics of assimilation“, for which, so Stalin continued, „there would be absolutely no place in the arsenal of Marxism-Leninism for such hostile and counterrevolutionary politics towards the people, for such deadly politics“ (Stalin, Works, volume 11, page 310, German edition of the KPD/ML).

And these „deadly politics“ did really play the Ukraine into the hands of the imperialists, as can be shown.

In the meantime revisionism in its old skin is not longer a sharp sword in the hands of the imperialists, and in the hands of the Russian imperialists particularly, since the Marxist-Leninist World Movement with comrade Enver Hoxha at the top struggled heroically against revisionism. There is also a loss of revisionist conviction-power within the Ukraine because the revisionists proved historically and in deeds what it really meant for the Ukranian people. Revisionism as the agency of the bourgeoisie within the ranks of the revolutionary worker`s movement lost its destroying effects in the old forms of „modern“ revisionism, because these forms were already discovered. This does not only concern to the Krushchevite revisionism but as well to the Chinese revisionism of Mao Tsetung which was largely unmasked by comrade Enver Hoxha. Maoism is therefore becoming a blunt ideological sword in the hands of worldimperialism. By this the world imperialists were forced to mask the revisionist agency within the ranks of the revolutionary worker`world movement by „anti-revisionism“. This is why the party of Nina Andrejewa appeared also in the Ukraine, as a revisionist party masked as an „anti-revisionist“ party. Rifle-aid was given to this party by the renegade Ludo Martens, the leader of the Party of Labour of Belgium, the leader of a new neo-revisionist international grouping. You comrades in the Ukraine have unmasked this grouping and you are looking through these tricks : „Anti-revisionism in words, but revisionism in deeds!“ And these knowledges are very importqant for the working class in the Ukraine.

The historical mission of the today`s worldproletariat - and especially that of the Ukrainian working class as one of its armies – is the re-conquest of socialism and the re-establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat. And because of this mission it is the historical mission of today`s revisionism just to baffle the reconqest of socialism by the new form of neo-revisionism. In the case, if the neo-revisionists could not hinder the proletariat coming to power, they shall have the same old mission as the „modern“ revisionists already had: namely to destroy the dictatorship of the proletariat, to restore again capitalism and to betrayal the national interests of the people.

The neo-revisionists try to save capitalism by reconsiliation with Marxism-Leninism. The aims and plans of soviet-revisionism are still the same, but the methods are more refined and more difficult to be unmasked.

The people of the Ukraine shall also not warm up to a Russian Empire from „Wladiwostock to Gibraltar“ - a slogan of the Russian national-bolshevists (organized also in the Ukraine) who hide their imperialist plans behind portraits of Stalin. Stalin, however was never national bolshevist, he was always just bolshevist with its typical character of internationalism. There is no national Bolshevism but international bolshevism. And our comrades in the Ukraine shall give them the right answers when they defend Stalin against the so called „national-bolshevists“. The national bolshevist propaganda promises to liberate the Ukraine from foreign capital, however the truth is, that the Russian race should be the race of worldpower.

More dangerous is indeed the influence of foreign capital in the Ukraine. There are a lot of pro-west social and national forces who want to barter away the Ukraine for Dollars and Euros, just to make themselves a benefit of it.

The Maoists and all those forces who want to reconciliate Maoism with Marxism-Leninism try to hide there true revisionist intentions behind Marxism-Leninism. This is dangerous, but the revisionist China is never a model neither for the Ukraine nor for all the other former Soviet Republics.

The Ukraine shall flourish again only if it follows the revolutionary path of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha, if the Ukraine follows the path of the Octoberrevolution, follows the path of struggling against revisionism with all its new and old branches.

The national question of the Ukraine can only be solved, if it is closely combined with the question of the renewal of the socialist revolution and the re-establishment of the socialist society. This is the way of Lenin and Stalin, the way of the Octoberrevolution!

In his book „Meetings with Stalin“ (German edition, page 26) comrade Enver Hoxha said:

„By his correct Marxist-Leninist politics in the national question Stalin succeeded to form and forge the unity of struggle of the different peoples of the Republics of the Soviet Union. At the top of the party and of the states of the Soviets he contributed to change the prison of the peoples – the old Tsarist Empire – into a free, undependent und souvereign country, in which the peoples and republics lived in harmony, friendship, unity und with equal rights.“

Now it is up to the Ukrainian people to tie the present revolution to the old traditions and the revolutionary spirit of Lenin and Stalin, to study the works of Enver Hoxha and to attack and overthrow the bourgeoisie in the Ukraine. The Albanian working class proved to the world that fascist foreign rule and occupation can be destroyed and it built up socialism. And the working class, who reconquered its lost dictatorship of the proletariat – that will be another historical prove in the history of socialism, which is not in the end but in the beginning of the centuries of mankind. The Ukranian people proved its power against socialfascism, it shall also prove its power to re-establish socialism. The Ukraine is on the best way to this aim.

Let us do our best to help you hoisting up again the revolutionary flag of socialism all over the Ukraine! Well, if there are new bolshevist parties in all the former Soviet Republics, if they lead the proletariat victoriously to the renewed socialist revolution, so this will be really good for the Ukraine, and this will be good as well for all the former Sovuet people, this would be good to re-establish the USSR of Lenin and Stalin, this would be good for the socialist worldrevolution and the victorry of world socialism – the only guarantee for the final victory of the socialism of Lenin and Stalin – also in the Ukraine.

Long live the socialist revolution in the Ukraine!

Long live the revolutionary working class of the Ukraine – the heoic detach,emt of the worldrevolutionary proletarian army!
