Colateral damage during Balkan War

Dear MONITOR editorial (the best editorial of sensitive political TV editions) one ting bothers me, that is an atrocity during Balkan war. It is known that many Bundeswehr Tornado jets started attacks on civil population in Kosovo. I remember those pictures of smashed tractors and peasants. Meanwhile it is known that this operation called "Hufeisen" is fabricated by former defense Minister Scharping and foreign minister Joschka Fischer basing on lies and was quite useless. Attacks were lead repeatedly against population. Those attacks were lead by scouts in civil dress on the ground, in one case this was shown by ARD TV as an ARD reporter had an interview with peasants with felt cap on their heads and with leather jacket and a Kalashnikow and as one declared that they fight for the liberation of Kosovo with the principles of Enver Hoxha. As yo may know it was proceeded in the same manner in Afghanistan, thus during the massacres of Masa-al-Sharif as was reported by an irish TV-reporter. Here CIA agents started this although peace had ben declared with general Dosthum. I had encountered since this time very deep mistrust, very understandable. In my opinion this matter can only be cleared if there is an investigation against the responsible people.
