on his death day 25th August, 1985

On 25 august 1985 our comrade Ernst Aust founder of CPGer/ML died unexpectedly.

Comrade Ernst Aust was close comrade in arms of comrade Enver Hoxha. Our party took great profit from teachings of comrade Enver Hoxha about fight against modern revisionism and at this time was at the forefront of class struggle in Germany. This woke up the renegades of Marxism Leninism and brought them to battle against CPGer/ML, specially Markus Wolf with his StaSi apparatus in east and west Germany. The comrades of CPGer/ML section GDR spent up to 8 years as political prisoners in Bautzen. After the anti social fascist revolution 1989 in GDR StaSi continued its diversions work to prevent proletarians to gather around CPGer/ML. Instead a CPGer/ML with Diethard Möller appeared at the scene and openly returned to that top renegade and chief revisionist Walter Ulbricht, one of the fiercest attackers of Party of Labour of Albania with comrade Enver Hoxha at the head. Why then founding CPGer/ML in 1969? Ulbricht with modern revisionism was the reason why comrade Ernst Aust founded CPGer/ML. Modern revisionism is a hydra and if not with Chrushtshov appears with Mao to betray the class struggle of the proletariat and to organize its defeat. As long as comrade Enver Hoxha lived, revisionism could not get one inch into the proletariat. All attempts failed and will fail in the future as long as the teachings of comrade Enver Hoxha are applied on class struggle. All other attempts such as maoist adventures will lead to bloody defeats. This lesson must be learned very quickly otherwise defeat is sure. Imperialism is in state of deep decay world-wide. Chains of imperialism will tear everywhere in the world. Proletariat has to be prepared for this. Under the pretext of fighting terrorism imperialism hunts some figures they have brought up themselves. This is an exercise to be prepared to resist proletarian revolution. But we have seen proletariat upraise in countries like Iran and now Argentina or Nepal. But which way to go? Imperialism tries to prevent this by as they say globalization. Many people resist to this. But what is the answer? Regionalise matters? Social imperialism as the chinese renegades around Mao teach us? With the issue of the Manifesto of the Communist Party of Marx and Engels it was parallel to the Communist International. The call for proletarians of all countries was laid to unite as the base for the internationalism. Several times this international was destroyed and defeats of the proletariat happened. The main reason for the fall of Socialist Republic of Albania after the death of comrade was the sudden stop of internationalism of China in 1976. Nevertheless after 1976 Socialist Republic of Albania could self-reliantly continue to build up socialism same as the Party of Labour with comrade Enver could self-reliantly get rid of the nazi fascists during WW 2. The revisionists in GDR knew when socialism would come back in GDR there would be great danger for imperialism. So they warned German imperialists because of CPGer/ML and in factories told the bosses where to find comrades of our party so as to sack them. But the teachings of comrade Enver let the revolutionary soldiers in Albania open the arsenals and distribute 2 million rifles to the people. So NATO and other bandits hurried to occupy Kosovo and collect those rifles. But nothing happened. Some old front loaders and trash rifles where given away. The rest is hidden in the mountains of Kosova and Albania. The Balkans remain a powder keg and the people there do not dream any more of NATO and European Union as welfare givers. This was the case in Albania when Ramiz Alia mutated to open revisionist, he and his ilk preached welfare from EU. They opened wide the doors to capitalism. The slum around Tirana grows every day. Albania turned back to Europe poor house. Albania is now a US-protectorate with big barracks at Rinas airport securing mafia and trafficking as means to get hold of Albania. The same picture in Afghanistan. Kabul is the stronghold of the imperialist same as during russian social imperialism. In the mountains are the liberation fighters to await the moment to attack. But these fighters must know that the battle is not an isolated one, not apart from the needs of peasants and workers, not apart from the international. CPGer/ML decided to refound the Communist International, because of the fact that the modern revisionist around Chrushtshov and Ulbricht had destroyed the Communist International. The had turned this weapon of the proletariat into social imperialism to feed renegades in various countries and by this suffocate class struggle. Proletarian internationalism can never be capitalist welfare aid. The Party of labour with comrade Enver at the head had teached us, that the battle against fascist occupation could be won by fighting self-reliantly. Weapons where taken from the enemy, the peasants delivered food and the workers in the towns repaired weapons and ploughs. To liberate self-reliantly ones country has nothing to do with nationalism of bourgeois colour. Because of Albanians refusing "aid" from social imperialism, they where called ultra nationalists. Of course a socialist country has need of goods to import, but this belongs to the wishes and needs of that country. But suddenly stopping aid and delivering trash is the method of capitalist to suffocate that country. This was the case of chinese social imperialists in 1976 in Albania. Maoist invent excuses for this evil deeds and declare critics on this as splitters of international communist movement. They want unity with revisionism, want unity on the base of decay such as as is the unity of all those revisionist parties in the world. But this unity bases on US $$. Revisionism has openly turned to capitalism and social imperialism, they act as capitalists, want to suck out the people. Billions of US $$ are deposited on various banks, money they robbed from the proletarians in Russia and China. Meanwhile they unite and together they practice that dirty job. The address of those donations is the labour aristocracy in the countries they select as their prey. They are in race with USImperialism and try to weaken US imperialism. They sell this as revolutionary struggle against imperialism. Plenty of people believe this. As long as the social imperialists remained behind their iron curtains life was quite comfortable for both. But the greed for more profits behind the iron curtain let the revisionist change their tactics. One good example for this is the GDR. Markus Wolf, former boss of StaSi, deploys in his book "Troika" how they intend to overtake capitalism as once Chrushtshov prayed. So that was not by chance that the iron curtain fell, but when Wolf held his speech an November 6th 1989 in Berlin, he intended to take over power openly like Iliescu in Romania. But masses on Alexanderplatz shouted "StaSi back to production" and whistled him down. He admitted that he had great fear at that moments and that his calculations had failed. But revisionism does not disappear for alone. Our party was weakened at that time. Nevertheless the party succeeded to mobilize many people for socialism at that time. On many events and strikes the flag of the party was shown and the proletarians showed open sympathy for communism and revolution. At that time the result of the infiltration of StaSi agents into our party showed effect. Most cells had were poisoned. The proletarians were insecure where to go. So Möllers "CPGer/ML did the job to collect the revolutionary proletarians in GDR under the flag of the party and to spread the poison of mistrust. This by spreading gossip and rumours. The CPGer/ML has drawn lessons from this. Specially we warn that renegade Rolf Krüger as Möllers activist to keep calm. We are not the people to hold both cheek to the enemy and say thank you. Many of our party activist suffer from treason of that StASi breed, having lost job for decades now. The murder of our comrade Jusuf Gervalla in Stuttgart, communist from Kosovo, goes to the bill of UDB and StSi. Reactionaries think, they can change history by liquidation of comrades. The result of the murder of comrade Gervalla was the weakening of the liberation struggle in Kosovo. Many peasants activist followed, being hit by NATO "collateral damage". This was not by chance, but due to reconnaissance of some dirty "reporters" of German TV ARD. We will never forget those tractors and peasants torn apart by NATO bombs in Kosovo. But those episodes remain short breaks in class struggle. Class struggle will continue and even more will join the ranks of the party. There is nothing that can brake class struggle. Neither death threats nor murder, these things belong to those bourgeois brains in the revisionist headquarters who believe that persons make history. But it is the people that makes history as the classics of Marxism Leninism teach us. Our party will ever stick to the masses and never quit this path. The line of idealism in class struggle as has taken over by the revisionists will always be strange to us. Many detailed victories have been won during strikes. Mass actions in the past by CPGer/ML have been successful and will be in the future. We witness now one of the biggest flood in Germany. 4 Million without work are another flood which capitalist cannot ban. Instead of giving those without job work during flood, capitalist take those with work and send them to the flood to help. Capitalists are unable employ those without job. Production relations hinder them to do this. Those rains pouring down and producing floods are made by the greed of capitalists to burn air fuel in ionosphere jetting to and fro. This shelter produces greenhouse effect, climate change. But they tell, carbon dioxide is origin. So they avoid stopping jetting around. Those people now without housing, without job shall put questions. Already now is evident, that storage lakes in Saxony had not been opened in time to buffer water, because private owners feared loss of profit not selling drinking water.
