May day salutations

Long live the May-Day, the international Fighting Day of the revolutionary, international working class!

"Appeal of the Comintern/ML on the 1st of May, 2001"

The Comintern/ML sends flaming revolutionary fighting greetings around the world to all revolutionary workers, progressive people and Marxist-Leninist Parties, 0rganisations, Groups and Comrades who struggle for the smash of imperialism and social-imperialism by the proletarian revolution to establish and re- establish the dictatorship of the proletariat and who strive for socialism all over the world.
We send to all of you our best wishes of solidarity at all fronts of class-struggle to obtain all your demands by fighting, might it be great or small, but improves the living and working conditions of the workers on the long road to communism. On this meaningful day we celebrate the commemoration of the recently died comrades Bill Bland of Britain and Wolfgang Pauly of Germany and all the matyrs all around the globe who sacrified their life for the liberation of the working class and for the aim of communism. Our deep sympathy is tied together with our tough willness to complete the tasks for which they all struggled. We shall always remember that they lost their live not in vain.
Since the 1st of May in 1890 every year mighty international demonstrations of the inseparable tie of the revolutionary Marxism and the class-struggle of the workers movement, massmovements, take place, whose traditions proved to be still alive.
The Comintern/ML upholds the tradition of May Day in the foremost front in continuation of the former International (Congress of the II. International, Paris 1890) who decided to organize mass- demonstrations, strikes and manifestations - for instance the demand of the 8hour- working day - in a couple of countries of Europe and America.
These May Day decisions were based upon the theory of socialism in connection with the experiences of proletarian class- struggle, that the nature and the character of the working class is INTERNATIONALLY, which means, that the workers all over the world have common general interests, common aims and demands, common strategies and tactics of class-struggle, unity of organisation and the common key to solve all their problems by taking and establishing worker' s political power in all countries of the world.
The Comintern/ML cannot confine to only resolutions, appeals, agitation and propaganda and to lay down an ideological general line on May Day. As an international fighting instrument the Comintern/ML has to solve the organisational task to struggle against globalized imperialist exploitation and opression. Internationalist solidarity has to be organized in those melting pots of class- struggle where it is needed in the interest of the world proletariat and where the poletariat suffers at most under supression.
For short: the world prolerariat has to struggle by its own international class- organisations - for instance red interbrigades. The present May Day is of the ever most important political significance of international character of class-struggle. This could not only be seen by the increasing international appearances of world wide May Day - demonstrations, but is also an objective result of globalization developments that cross national borders. The inequality of economical and political differences of development in all countries makes it impossible for imperialism to solve its problems, but on the other hand this improves the unification of the world's proletariat and this improves also the consciousness of proletarian internationalism in deeds. With this the old appeal of Marx/Engels: "Proletarians of all countries - unite!" gets a new concret political and organisational meaning in the end of the period of imperialism. This includes the necessity to combine this famous appeal with the liberation struggle of the peoples against colonial enslavement of imperialism and social- imperialism, against NATO military- interventions, against nationalist, reactionary, fascist and social-fascist goverments of single countries. The significance of the hegemony of the proletariat and May Day cannot be devided. The results of May Day struggles all over the world have to be analysed under the aspects of international significances to find out the right conclusions to improve the preparations to go ahead with new forms of struggle on the next May Day. The struggle in the single country has to be combined with international solidarity.
The perspective of socialist revolution has to be developed under concret circumstances and conditions wherever May Day Celebrations and demonstrations take place. But we all march on the common path of the Paris Commune, The Soviet Unionunder the leadership of Lenin and Stalin, and socialist Albania with the PLA and comrade Enver Hoxha at the top.
The red banner of May Day is the victorious banner of the five architects of Marxism- Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha.
Workers, Comrades,
wherever you may struggle for May Day, whether in your company, in your Trade Union, on the streets, in large rooms, in prisons, in wars and armed liberation struggles, whether legal or illegal
... be sure we stand tight in solidarity with you in the spirit of proletarian internationalism singing with you the "International".
