New Year`s Message of the Comintern (ML)
2004
Comrades, Revolutionaries, Marxist-Leninists all over the world!
Founded on the New-Year`s Eve 2000, the Comintern (ML) celebrates the 3rd anniversary, today!
Your struggle in 2003 was an important contribution to realize our common, honourable internationalist tasks and duties. In the passed year of 2003 the Comintern (ML) continued its important work for the support of the worldproletarian class-struggle to step forward to the worldrevolution. In these passed 3 years the Comintern (ML) laid the theoretical foundation of the proletarian, socialist worldrevolution in the spirit of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha and protected Marxism-Leninism from opportunism, especially from all branches of neo-revisionism all over the world. Beyond that the Comintern (ML) supported the anti-imperialist struggle eg. the liberation struggle in the Iraq. The Comintern (ML) made efforts to step forward with the process of unity within the Marxist – Leninist World Movement. Concerning the situation in Europe the Comintern (ML) began to call the European Marxist-Leninists for the coordination and unification of the class-struggle of the European proletariat. Certainly, the results of our efforts were modest, but we should not measure our work on the present day-results. We have to consider our influence in long terms. And in this way our struggle was extraordinarily necessary and unrenouncable – a hope for all Marxist-Leninists all over the world.
We look back to rather modest but proudly attained worldcommunist work of the passed years and look forward optimistically. We send our worldrevolutionary salutations to all of you. We thank you for your frankness and your inexorable, indefatigable struggle for the liberation of the proletariat in your country and for the liberation of all supressed and exploited classes as a contribution for the liberation of the worldproletariat and the people on the whole world!
Extraordinarily thanks to both of the first Comintern (ML) – Sections, to the NAP (ML) of the Netherlands and to the CP of Germany (ML); thanks for your faithful support. In the year 2004 our best wishes to the prosperity and strengthening of both of these parties who shall struggle and step forward successfully in the spirit of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. Good luck, comrades!
Worldwide we must earnestly prepare the return and renewal of the next period of revolutions and civil wars on an international and national scale! The world crisis of imperialism brings forth a new stage of the worldrevolution!
Let us unite, mobilize, concentrate und centralize all our forces of proletarian internationalism! !
Let us accomplish on the stony way towards the international unity of the Marxist-Leninists against opportunism; let us work for a Communist International – able to solve the coming revolutionary tasks of the worldproletariat; let us work for the support of new sections as strong Bolshevist parties in all the countries all over the world, who are led by the lessons of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin und Enver Hoxha and anquored in the masses to lead the proletarian class-struggle for the socialist revolution, for the aim of communism!!
Let us combine the international proletarian class-struggle with the revolutionary liberation struggle of the peoples to lead the struggle against increasing exploitation and oppression of the world bourgeoisie, against the unbearable burden of the capitalist world crisis, against imperialist war and wordwide fascism!
Let us attack the center of woldimperialism and let us bravely weaken the counterrevolutionary camp in the metropolies as well at the periphery and beat the USA and its allies and lackeys until we have smashed them down and have them destroyed.
Let us solidarily help each other to liberate one country after another from capitalist tyranny and enslavement!!
Let us re-counquer the dictatorship of the proletariat in one country after another!
Let us struggle for the victory of the world revolution and for world communism!!
Let us transform the General-line of the Comintern (ML) into practice - shoulder to shoulder!
Long live the Comintern (ML) and its Sections!
We base our internationalist struggle on the lessons of Marxism-Leninism. In the coming year 2004 we have to support new internationalist cadres to built up the Comintern (ML) ideologically, politically and organizationally and to support the worldrevolutionary qualification and character of our sections – and their co-operation.
Without mastering the worldrevolutionary theory we shall not be able to solve the practical tasks of the world revolution. To develop international class struggle, we have to develop the lessons of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. In the Internet there are still good archives with sources of texts written by Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, but scarcely the works of comrade Enver Hoxha. This lack has to be overcome by common efforts of all Marxist-Leninists worldwide. The Comintern (ML) cannot translate all the texts of comrade Enver Hoxha in foreign languages. The Comintern (ML) can only organize the collection und publication. One of our main tasks for 2004 is -therefore - to step forward with spreading the ideas of comrade Enver Hoxha all over the world. It is self-evident, that the joint sections of the Comintern (ML) fulfill this task in their country urgently. But we need also the help and support of comrades in all the other countries. Without comrade Enver Hoxha we cannot lead the worldproletariat to liberate from revisionist influences, we cannot lead them to the victory of our world revolution! In the first line we need translations in English language. With the English texts it is easier for the comrades in other countries to translate the works of comrade Enver Hoxha in their own mother language.
Furtherhin we have to strive for the ability to analyse and comment the most important actual, political worldevents of the year 2004 to give a Marxist-Leninist guide-line in our internationalist class-struggle, to give support for orientation and correct direction of our struggle, especially for the unification and co-ordination of our struggle.
To defend and continue the old worldcommunist tradition of the Comintern we plan some publications for the year 2004:

February 1979 – 25 years of the victorious anti-imperialist Iranian revolution (publications of comrade Enver Hoxha)
- 6. March 1919 – 85th year of the foundation of the Communist International (publication of the foundation-documents)
7. 6. - 8. 7. 1924 - 80th year of the Vth World Congress of the Comintern (commented publication of historical documents)
Summer 1914 - 90 years ago the beginning of the 1st World War ( Articles of the Comintern on the Bolshevist tactics on imperialist wars by Lenin and Stalin)
1.9. 1939 – 65 years ago – beginning of the 2nd World War (publication of articles written by Stalin and Enver Hoxha)
28. September 1864 – 140th year of the foundation of the 1st International ( article published by the Comintern 70 years ago with actual comment)
25. October 1929 – 75 years worldeconomic crisis (“Black Friday“ at New York – Wall Street) - (Stalin und Enver Hoxha on the worldeconomic crisis with an actual comment of the Comintern (ML)
November 1919 – foundation of the Red Youth International (publication of the former programme)
