to the peoples of the world

by the Communist Internationale (Marxist-Leninists)

We are just before another imperialist war! We sound a charge to stand up for the proletarian revolution. Hand in hand it is now up to you to finish the imperialist war and care for the fate of the peoples all over the world.

Lenin taught, that imperialism means war and that imperialism comes to an end as parisitizing, rotting and dying capitalism. The last century was already devastated by imperialist wars and crisis and the new century begins with the same procedure.

After the 1^st World War the worker`s and soldier`s soviet-republic in Germany, but also the GDR after the 2^nd World War socialism was placed on the agenda. In Germany, the cradle of Marxism, the proletariat gave birth to flourishing socialism. And this will happen also in future times. This may not be forgotten and we have to prepare our new steps towards socialism everywhere in the world. We have to learn to hinder the next betrayal against the worldproletariat, which happened to the brave proletarians of the Paris Commune, the November-Revolution in Germany 1919 and 1956 in the Soviet Union. This tragedy dragged on to the fall of socialism in Albania.

It was the Communist International, who was missing!

This was the reason why the Communist International (Marxist-Leninists) was founded in the New Year`s Eve of 2000/2001.

We, as the proletarians of all countries have to start work with revolutionary enthusiasm considering :

• dramatic increasing gravity of the inner-imperialist contradictions

• dramatic worldwide downfall of the productive forces

• missing circulation of goods - money - goods

• sacrifice of milliards of proletarians and other working and unemployed people by solving the crisis with imperialist war.

• Under mission of mass-destructive weapons like nuclear weapons in continuation with the atomic-bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki

We don`t fool ourselves: Imperialism still realizes the slaughter of the peoples by war-intrigues:

1. beginning of the First World War by the provocations of the murder in Sarajewo

2. beginning the Second World War by the socalled „shooting back- manoeuver“ of the Deutsche Wehrmacht wearing Polish uniforms at the Radio Station Gleiwitz

3. beginning the first Golf War with the slanders of the PR Agency Anderson to make believe the killing of Babies in Kuwait by the Army of the Irak

4. the so called „horseshoe-operation“ - a yarn which was cooked up by the German War Minister Sharping and Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer in the War against the Kosova.

War against imperialist war!

That will be

• Baffle the war mongering intrigues within the world bourgeoisie and re-turn the guns against the imperialists and their lackeys by all the proletarians, soldiers and peoples over the world

• By no means and neither one sole cent, nor one sole man for the imperialist world-system and its armies as Karl Liebknecht called upon in times of the 1^st World War.

• The continuing destruction of production has to be stopped worldwide by the soviets of proletarians, peasants and soldieres who organize their own production on the ruins of capitalism in each country with the aim to preserve the peoples all over the world from their ongoing suffering and starvation.

• Done not without any counter-revolutionary resistance of the worldbourgeoisie, who stops at nothing to cause the burst of tears of the people and who as well stops nothing to put the proletariat in irons, once again, as it already happened by the violence of the socialdemocrat Noske, the socialfascist Honecker and his Stasichief Wolf.

But in spite of all the international counter-revolution the proletariat is able to win, as it can be seen by the Octoberrevolution in Russia and the revolutionary liberation struggle in Albania. Recognize the signs of times, because. everything develops in leaps and bounds.

This is the reason to join the Comintern (M - L).

an die Völker der Welt

Wir stehen kurz vor einem neuen imperialistischen Krieg!

Dies ist das Signal an die Völker aufzumerken und sich klarzumachen, daß der Imperialismus in Schwierigkeiten ist, die Völker vor der Schwelle der proletarischen Revolution stehen, sie gefordert sind das Heft in die Hand zu nehmen.

Wie Lenin lehrte, ist Imperialismus Krieg, faulender sterbender Kapitalismus. Das letzte und dieses Jahrhundert sind geschüttelt von Kriegen und Krisen. Waren es nach dem 1. Weltkrieg die Arbeiter- und Soldatenrepubliken in Deutschland, aber auch die DDR nach dem 2. Weltkrieg, jedes mal stieg der Sozialismus auf die Tagesordnung. In Deutschland, der Wiege des Marxismus erblühte eine neue Welt des Proletariats. Das wird in Zukunft auch nicht anders sein. Darauf müssen wir uns vorbereiten. Eine Tragödie bei dem Fall der Kommune in Deutschland 1919 oder 1956 war, daß das internationale Proletariat nicht fähig war, den Verrat gemeinsam zu verhindern. Das zieht sich hin bis zum Fall des Sozialismus in Albanien.

Es fehlte die Kommunistische Internationale.

Aus diesem Grunde wurde im Jahre am 1. Januar 2000 die Kommunistische Internationale Marxisten-Leninisten (KI/ML) gegründet . Angesichts der dramatischen Entwicklung der Widersprüche des Imperialismus, der Niedergang der Produktivkräfte, die fehlende Zirkulation von Ware-Geld-Ware, der Versuch mittels Krieg die Krise zu retten und diesmal Milliarden von Proletariern in den Tod zu treiben mittels Einsatz atomarer Waffen wie in Hiroshima und Nagasaki, sind wir Proletarier aufgefordert zu handeln.

Denn machen wir uns nichts vor, noch immer hat es der Imperialismus verstanden durch eine Kriegsintrige die Völker in ein Blutbad zu ziehen.

1. beim 1. Weltkrieg die Provokation durch den Mord von Sarajewo.

2. beim 2 Weltkrieg das "Zurückschießen" der Deutschen Wehrmacht in polnischer Uniform beim Sender Gleiwitz.

3. beim letzten Golfkrieg die Greuelstory der PR Agentur Anderson über die Tötung von Babys in Kuweit seitens der irakischen Armee.

4. die „Operation Hufeisen“, eine Erfindung von Verteidigungsminister Scharping und Außenminister Joschka Fischer beim Krieg gegen den Kosova.

Darum wird es sein, daß die Soldaten und Proletariersöhne und -Frauen die Gewehre umdrehen und angezettelte Kriegsintrigen seitens der Bourgeoisie vereiteln.

Das wird sein, daß die Proletariersöhne und - Frauen noch nicht in der Armee diesem System keinen Menschen und Euro liefern, wie es bereits Karl Liebknecht im 1. Weltkrieg forderte.

Das wird sein, daß die Arbeiter, Bauern und Soldaten Räte bilden und die Produktion organisieren, die durch den Kapitalismus darniederliegt.

Das wird nicht ohne Widerstand der Bourgeoisie ablaufen, ohne Blut und Tränen, ohne daß solche Noskes, Honneckers oder Wolf das Proletariat wieder an die Kette der Bourgeoisie versuchen zu legen.

Aber die Geschichte hat in der Sowjetunion und in Albanien mit dem siegreichen Krieg gegen den Imperialismus gezeigt, das Proletariat kann siegen! Alles entwickelt sich in Sprüngen vorwärts aber auch rückwärts, was kein Grund ist, die Zeichen der Zeit richtig zu erkennen.
