We have read your texts at http://ciml.250x.com/ with great interest. We support your statements for a great part. We are the setup-organisation for a New Workers Party in the Netherlands(ml). We are a small organisation who try to construct the foundations for a new leninist party. Our theories are those of the scientific communism, as developed by Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Hoxha.

At this moment, we spread our propaganda in 16 cities and villages in the Netherlands. We work in cells of 3 men who are active in companies, neighbourhoods, schools, universities and trade unions. We publish a newspaper (de Rode Tribune) twice a month, 24 times a year. Beside that, we spread monthly 5000 mass leaflets Further, we join in union comitees, we organise education courses in marxism-leninism, we support the first of mai-movement in Rotterdam and we own a general bookshop which is open 6 days a month. Also, we own a small but effective technical system so we are not dependant of bourgeois printers. Our members are for 90 % workers. They come from trade unions, from the revisionist parties and from ex-maoist parties.

We send you this information because we wish to join your comintern-ml.

Your statements and opinions are for the greatest part the same as ours.

We want to fight with you together for the world revolution.

New Workers Party Netherlands ( Marxist-Leninists)!

The Comintern/ML sends congratulations upon your historical decision to join the Comintern/ML,

because this is a very important forrader step for the workers of all the countries - to unite for the worldrevolution!

This is also a very important step that helps all the other revolutionary, communist, marxist-leninist worker`s parties all over the world to join as well the Comintern/ML.

With your joining the transformation of the present Marxist-Leninist world movement took place as an historical event of the Comintern`s revival that demonstrated the power of the unity of the Communist Parties all over the world led by the bolchevist Party of Lenin and Stalin.

With your joining all the Marxist-Leninist parties of the world who were led by the PLA with comrade Enver Hoxha at the top in the struggle against modern revisionism and neo-revisionism of Mao Tsetung have now the chance to join the Comintern/ML to continue the strengthening of their unity in the times of Enver Hoxha.

Neither the betrayal of the Yugoslav revisionists, neither the betrayal of the soviet revisionists, neither the revisionists outside and inside the revisionist countries, neither Mao Tsetung, nor Ramiz Alia, nor other ant-marxist-leninist forces were able to hinder the Marxist-Leninists to unite and to join their new Comintern!

With your joining you proved that after 60 years the Comintern continued to live inspite of 60 years persisting efforts of world-revisionism to hinder this moment! No other Party except yours demonstrates more convincing to the worldproletariat that the dissolution of the Comintern finally came to an end!

please allow us to send some serious words to you:

60 years after the dissolution of the Comintern is a long time, but not time enough to take more and more efforts to understand why the world proletariat had so many time to wait and suffer for this historical moment. We just started to understand what happened in those times, some more time shall pass until we completely get to know, what went wrong since the dissolution of the Comintern.If we understand completely the reasons of the dissolution, we shall have the opportunity to avoid the repetition of history.

The workers all over the world who did not resign, who never were ready to fall in the arms of the revisionists and who never doubted in Marxism-Leninism, who never doubted in the truth that the Comintern will never die, these workers are deeply convinced that the interruption of socialism into two periods caused by the betrayal of revisionists could not happen if the Comintern would continue uninterruptedly the revolutionary line of Lenin and Stalin. Enver Hoxha proved that even a small socialist country is able to resist the encirclement of the whole capitalist-revisionist world!

The Comintern/ML and her Sections feel deep thankfullness of the brave people in Russia and Albania who established successfully the dictatorship of the proletariat. This means, that the Comintern/ML and her Section will never stop to carry out all energy to support the reconquest of their proletarian dictatorship.

Today we cannot cancel this interruption that was caused by the revisionists but with your joining the first step to stop this revisionist period forever was done and we all together are willing and able to take care about our new Comintern in future and that there will be by no means not any chance that we are again confrontated with a new loss of the Comintern.

60 years were already too much!

It would be tragic, if we would loose our Comintern/ML by our own. What does this mean? Without putting the faults of the Comintern openly on the table, we were not able to lay down a reliable general line for the foundation of the new Comintern/ML. We skated on thin ice, because the dissolution of the Comintern looked like a free willing act. We were, however, never convinced that the worldrevolution would do without the Comintern. Irrefutable socialism is not possible without Comintern. The prosperity of the communist parties is not possible without the Comintern. The destruction of worldimperialism is not possible without Comintern. Proletarians of all country - unite! - is not possible without the Comintern. The development and survival of Marxism-Leninism is not possible without Comintern, because Marxism-Leninism belongs undivisible to the worldproletariat, and the future of this world belongs to the worldproletariat. Therefore we struggle all together..

So inspite of this clear convincing statements such a dissolution of the Comintern???

Without prejudice we have to study the history of the Comintern and we will then come to the conclusion that there were contradictions between the decisions of the VI. WorldCongress and the VII. WorldCongress but more obviously after the VII. WorldCongress that could be responsible for the ongoing regress of the Comintern that ended with the dissolution. We have to take into consideration the objective world situation as well as the subjective factors and cognition of the worldrevolution in that time. The special meaning of the destiny of the Soviet Union in those times played a key-roll. We felt that something was wrong, but we had no idea why. Grieviously, we felt the heavy weights on our shoulders to decide over the most important questions of the communist world movement.

Though we already layed down a strong and powerful general line, we are still conscious about the risks that we could have made mistakes in three directions by finding out the reasons for the dissolution of the Comintern:

a) We could stop to take our conclusions uncompleted already on half of the way, because we fear to leave the marxist-leninist position of the Comintern and to loose positions that had not be critisized, but better be defended. Our admiration for the Comintern may not blur our strong dialectical thinking to cope with the Comintern/ML tasks today.. This first mistake would lead us to the danger that we are not couragous enough to carry the consequences of the truth that come to light. This could lead to the risk to repeat the old mistakes. We would confess that we would not be willing or able to overcome the mistakes of the Comintern completely. Starting with half the truth would animate our open and covered enemies to spend applaus, because they have an interest that we shall not find out the whole truth.. They want to blur the truth of the history of the Comintern.The revisionists and centrists could hold positions with their wrong interpretations of the mistakes of the Comintern that hardens the upbuilding process of the Comintern/ML, but ease the upbuilding of a revisionist Comintern simultaneously. Wrong or right interpretations on the history of the Comintern are a matter of class standpoints, that serves the proletariat on the one hand or serves the bourgeoisie on the other hand. To find out the truth is a matter of hard class-struggle that is not at all finished by the General Line.

b) We could overestimate the consequences of the mistakes of the Comintern and putting wrong conclusions. To overdo with criticisms and selfcriticisms would make it worth and not better. That would damage the continuation of the correct line of the Comintern and would take us away from the solid path of the Comintern.

Overestimation is also dangerous, because this supports the opportunists, who claim to be the true followers of the Comintern. This could be all grist to the revisionists`s mill that we are indeed „sectarians and ultralefts“ who feign the defence of the Comintern in words, but damage the image of the Comintern in deeds as people who blemish their own home.The enemies, open or covered, would spend applaus, that we agree with their criticisms against the Comintern and that would lead us straight into their arms, would lead not to one true Comintern, but probably to many splits with many new confusing „Cominterns“.

c) Because of the risks between the mistakes of a) and b) it is dangerous to look for a centrist way of reconciliation between a) and b). This is the way how to collect opportunist forces from all branches. Everybody would be happy, except the Marxist-Leninists themselves. We would give all our confidence to the international leadership and the enemies, covered or not, were given the key of power in their hands. so that it would be a bitter situation, in which the true comrades would wish to be better free and independent in their own country than to be led by the nose of an opportunist International, who would decelerate the whole internationalist movement. Nothing would change to a better end, but everything could become worther. So we think that we cannot please and satisfy to everybodies liking.We as Marxist-Leninists have to become ripe enough to be strong enough to avoid all directions of mistakes. So the Comintern/ML had to draw a first demarcation line, that protects us against our own faults whether they would be of right, „left“ or centrist nature of deviations.

These 3 directions of concrete mistakes and all generell mistakes could occur in future, but we are conscious about the truth, that friends who hold together hands each other shall bear the responsibility better than walking alone on the streets of the international class-struggle. So we put the general line confidentually in the hands of the Sections of the Comintern/ML.

The most valuable thing that proletarians of each country can give each other, is the confidence to the common aims of the worldproletariat, to the world revolution!

60 years passed with lost confidence and deep stigmata of betrayal! So we have to work hard for regaining our common international confidence, because confidence is our whole and only chance to help each other against the international capitalism, moreover to destroy international capitalism who has much more experiences in counter-revolutionary global operations than we have with our worldrevolutionary operations. We have nothing than starting from the very beginning to write the continuing history of the Comintern. We as Marxist-Leninists can give confidence to each other, what the opportunists will never be able to do, because we have nothing to loose except our chains, but to win a world. The revisionists have to loose a world that feeds them - the world of imperialism and socialimperialism and therefore the revisionists have to carry the chains that they shall get from us Marxist-Leninists.Without the revisionists the world imperialist system could not survive. The dissolution of the Comintern was therefore not only the guarantee for the capitalist world to prolong its life but as a returned present the revisionists received their own power started with Tito in Yugoslavia. He was one of the first revisionists who based his so called Yugoslav socialist system on exploitation and oppression for a hand full of Dollars.. and all the other followed until their clock has run down. The revisionists did not need a Communist International to establish their socialfascist countries. In the contrary, this would harden their dirty business. Therefore they struggled for decades to serve imperialism by hindering us in our stuggle for the renewal of our Comintern. This is one of the reasons why the Comintern/ML feels called upon the leadership of supporting the revolutionary liberation of the people who still suffer under the terrible socialfascist conditions in the revisionist countries. Not the imperialists support the liberation struggle of the people in the still existing socialfascist countries. The only class-force who is able to help, is the worldproletariat with her proletarian internationalism. Under the leadership of the Comintern/ML the socialfascist systems all over the world shall fall! A new socialism can only awake upon the ruins of revisionism and this truth is in force for each country all over the world.

Your joining is normally a reason to embrace and to celebrate. Unfortunately, we are not in good conditions to invite you to some kind of banquet. We are not under the conditions compared with our beloved Comintern who did everything for the well-being of her Sections by the support of a strong socialist motherland. We are poor comrades, we have nothing to give to you except our solidarity. But this we give to you with all our heart.

We are ready to live and to die for the socialist revolution in the Netherlands.

We are ready to live and to die for the proletariat in each country.

We are ready to live and to die for the proletarian internationalism that is from now on not only a word or an idea, but a living being that grows in our common hands.
