3 World`s Theory and Mao
To oracle what belongs to Mao or not concerning the theory of 3 worlds can easy be cleared if one allows to use Marxism Leninism. It does not really matter who said this or that or confesses to some religious thought. For revolution it remains the central question who is the hegemony in revolution. What kinds of politics underlines this. In his book "Chinese Records" ( German original: Chinesische Aufzeichnungen, 1932-1939) by Otto Braun, military adviser of Comintern to Central Committee of CPC, he describes how Maoism was born. It was the purpose of J.W. Stalin to bring CPC on the base of Marxism Leninism. That is why Otto Braun was sent to China. It is well known, that Mao proclaimed the idea to overtake the towns from the country. This means that the main force in revolution were the peasants. The Long March by Mao was the attempt to swim like a fish in the water and get the victory in the peoples war. J.W. Stalin criticized this and told Mao to unite with the working class in the towns. As Mao could not achieve victory he called for aid of the Russian Red Army. J.W. Stalin rejected this. In fact Mao did attempts to organize working class e.g. in Shanghai. But later he declared his mistake as the Chinese special way of revolution. If there had not been such faithful Marxist Leninists like Tshou En Lai, Shu Teh and others in the CPC perhaps never this changes would have happened, never there would have been defence of J.W. Stalin when Chrushtshov attacked J.W. Stalin. This is why our Albanian comrades had a lot of faith in CPC. But when more and more of these Marxist Leninist comrades died, those figures like Teng Hsiao Ping arose and dominated and proclaimed open socialist capitalism like is witnessed today. Many of the Maoists adore this as victory and therefore stick to Maoism. But bloody defeats like Cambodia with Pol Pot or others must warn to keep away from such adventures. Under such light we must see the struggle in Nepal, so far uncommented in ISML. Other cases must also be inspected. It is useful to compare with liberation struggle of CPA during fascist occupation of Albania. Even when working class of Albania was small comrade Enver Hoxha did everything to organize the workers and integrate them in the National Liberation Army. Albania was a mainly peasant country, most of the revolutionary soldiers where peasants. But the CPA did everything to overcome differences between country and towns. This was honoured by the peasants, they fought bravely for the cause of the working class and gave their lives. The solid unity of peasants, workers and soldiers was the base for the victory of socialism in Albania and so it could self-reliantly build up socialism. Only when Ramiz Alia with his revisionists took over power this base was destroyed and Albania turned into a house of poor in Europe again.
