Appeal of the
Communist Internationale [M-L]
to support the international action-day of resistance against the occupation of the Irak
on occasion of the criminal robbery-war which the worldimperialists began one year ago
In the 20th of March, 2004 we remember the genocide of ten-thousands of people who died for the profit of oil. We mourn for the martyrs` death who died in the struggle of resistance. They were not only fighters of Irak, but as well international heroes who gave their life in solidarity with the liberation of the people of Irak. However, new fighters shall fill up the rows of resistance, who shall victoriously finish the liberation war against the violent colonial occupation - with more and more daring .
Victory to the armed resistance against worldimperialism!
Proletarians of all countries – finish the slaughter of the peoples - sacrified by the international finance-capitalists and for their filthy lucre!
Blow upon blow against US-Imperialism! Drive away and kick the Yankees and their international, counter-revolutionary occupation-troops off the territory of Irak and elsewhere on earth. Let us unite against imperialism until it will be smashed completely, let us liberate the world from imperialist exploitation and oppression- forever!

The proletarian internationalism shall win
– the US-imperialism shall be defeated!
Within one year the armed resistance in Irak became one of the spearheads of the armed struggle against worldimperialism. Steadily the resistance of the Palestinians and the people of Irak spread from one Arabian country to another and shall kindle a steppe-fire in the same speed in which the occupants try to prevent this development violently. The 20th of March, 2004 is a signal of the resistance`s globalisation against the globalisation of exploitation and oppression. The development of the worldrevolutionary process is excellent. The world wide growing support of the resistance movement in Palestine and Irak is a great contribution to the sustaining power and confidence of victory to the still resisting heroes of the Arabian people.
Heroism of resistance has to be based on clear and correct political and ideological aims to unfold its invincible power against the outer and inner enemies of the people. As Communists we know, that the worldproletariat can only struggle successfully shoulder to shoulder with the oppressed and exploite peoples, if the worldproletariat is led by Marxism-Leninism. This means at first and over all to furnish organisational arms against worldimperialism, to build up the international revolutionary vanguard of the world proletariat to centralize and concentrate the revolutionary anti-imperialist struggles to the bottom and to broaden and expand them to the breadth in all countries of the world. The weakness of the worlproletarian anti-imperialist struggle is caused by the still weak subjective factor, by the Marxist-Leninist world movement which suffers under the influence of neo-revisionism.
In the centers of armed resistance in Irak as well as in Palestine and all over the world there do not exist any Marxist-Leninist forces far from Bolshevist parties. However if you want to be victorious in the anti-imperialist struggle, you have to dispose of strong Bolshevist parties anquered within the masses and supported by them. The shortest and best way to win the anti-imperialist war is the way of the Communist International and the sections of the Communist International in every single country. It will be created by those revolutuionary forces who are struggling in the first line of the front against worldimperialism. That what Stalin taught does also concern to the Irak in these days, especially to the working class of the Irak:
„No army is able to cope with war without any experienced headquarter, if it will not be faced by a defeat. Is it not clear, that the proletariat all the more cannot do without such a headquarter, if it will not run the risk to be exposed completely to the death-enemies? But who is this headquarter? This headquarter can only be the revolutionary party of the proletariat. The working class without revolutionary party – is like an army without headquarters. The Party is the fighting headquarter of the proletariat“ (Stalin, Questions of Leninism, p. 88, German edition, KPD/ML, Dortmund).
We have to convince the working class in the Irak to follow the worldproletarian aims of the anti-imperialist struggle. We have to convince in the first line those workers and peasants who are at the front of the armed struggle of resistance against the imperialist occupants. Therefore the Comintern (ML) directs this appeal in the first line to them:
Workers of Irak – built up your Bolshevist party to liberate your country from all outer and inner enemies of the people, liberate your home-country from every exploitation and oppression, follow the path towards socialism. Look at Albania: The Bolshevist Party was founded and established there during the antifascist resistance struggle. The workin g class and the peasants in Albania expelled the imperialist occupation troops from the country, beat the own bourgeoisie, conquered the power in the country, established the dictatorship of the proletariat and built up socialism successfully. If the working class of Irak follows the revolutionary path of the Albanian proletariat, it will be victorious as well. The working class of the Irak has brilliant perspectives to build up socialism because the country is rich of oil. By this advantageous economic conditions the working class of the Irak could give help and support to the revolutionary struggle of the neighbouring countries and the worldrevolution of the international working class. To take this into consideration the anti-imperialist struggle against the invadors has a deep worldrevolutionary meaning. Therefore it is very important to organize international solidarity with the people of the Irak. If the proletariat succeed to get the power over the own oil-resources, then the worldimperialist will have a big problem. This would be the beginning of their downfall. To tear away the oil resources from the imperialists is therefore a strategical task of the proletariat that has to be solved by the anti-imperialist struggle. It is our duty to convince the masses, to mobilize them, to tell them that their power over the oil can help to solve the catastrophic situation of the people all over the world and to lead the masses on the path of the worldrevolution to abolish world capitalism. The objective factors for the peoples future are excellent. International solidarity grows enormeously and simultaneously with the hate against US-imperialism. This is a good signal for freeing Irak from foreign occupation. And a free, anti-imperialist Irak would be a great bullwark and encouragement for all peoples of the world to set each single country free from occupation, from foreign troops and weapons. One day the international counterrevolution will be forced to withdraw from every oppressed and exploited country, will be forced to the defeat, will be abolished – forever.
The resistance in the Irak has some special character comparable with the resistance of the Palestinians. There is no second in which the resistance stopped. They permanently attacked the imperialist and Zionist enemies day by day . They hit the superior enemy from the ambush by surprise and follow the tactics of the partisans. This war of attrition finally shall force the imperialists to their defeat. The whole world becomes aware that the worldcapitalists are not as strong as they appear to be, that worldcapitalism is in a deep crisis, that it discloses its weakness day by day with every successful action of resistance in the Near and Middle East.
No foreign occupant can forever put a yoke on any people against which he has directed his aggression, no matter how mighty the aggressor would be and no matter about his superiority of arms and equipments. There, where he invades, he will be confronted with the hate of the peoples, who shall begin with sporadic resistance, which will be followed by organized revolts and finally liberation struggles and people`s wars. The struggle of the people in the Irak gets large international support and sympathy by the freedom-loving people all over the world and the revolutionary internationalist fighters. The struggle of the people of the Irak is a righteous struggle and will be successful in the end as every rigtheous struggle. The passed year of resistance struggle has shown once again that the Moslem people of the Arabian countries are one of the vanguards of the international liberation movement with the people of the Irak and of Palestine at the top. No doubt, religious influences really exist, but it is also doubtless, that this religious fog will constantly dissolve in the course of the revolutionary liberation. There will be created revolutionary parties of the working class in the Near and Middle East and religious influences will make way to Marxism-Leninism in the end.
The question of power upon the oil is the basic question of the revolution in the Irak ! The question of the conquest of the oil by the workers and peasants is only the beginning. A liberation army of the Irak is only the beginning of liberation armies in all Arabian countries and all over the world to organize the international liberation army of the world revolution! The liberation struggle of the people of the Irak is an important part of the puzzle, how to reconquer the dictatorship of the proletariat, how to rebuilt a new worldrevolutionary center and bullwark against the capitalist world. The people all over the world have to cope with many revolutionary struggles and liberation wars to change the globalization, to change themselves to enable themselves for their own political power. If the oil-workers of the Irak would have finished international oil-robbery in their own country, they would be supported by all the other oil-workers of the world, by the whole world proletariat .
The oil of the Irak was always a resource of foreign imperialist powers, However this country is changing to a source of the disintegration, split and decay of imperialist power, a source of their defeat! They based their power on oil and they shall downfall by the oil. This is the truth. Also a truth is the demoralization of the occupation troops. The international character of the occupant`s troops is risky for the US- command – as can be seen by the planned withdrawl of the Spain contingents. Other shall follow. This is a great advantage of the resistance forces to get rid of the odious occupants. The doubts among the soldiers grow and also the process of degeneration , passive and active resistance against officers and commanders. „Turn the rifle!“ this is the right slogan to direct the spearheads against the enemy in the own country and to liberate the metropolies from the imperialist parasites. And this would also mean the end of colonialism against the oprressed and exploited peoples.

Every single international solidarity loses its purpose, if it is not combined directly with the real actions of resistance. And the other way round: every armed resistance will be defeated, if it is not led by the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, if it is not led by the communist party of the working class. Marxism-Leninism proves to be an invincible strength of the world revolution, if it is developed within the process of the ongoing armed class struggle. Only Marxism-Leninism can give orientation to the resistance fighters in the Irak. Only by Marxism-Leninism it is possible to understand the coherence of the resistance in the Irak and the resistance all over the world. It is the task of the Marxist-Leninists to discover the coherence between the anti-imperialist struggle and the struggle for the socialist revolution and the hegemonic role of the proletariat . Without Marxism-Leninism the resistance in Irak shall fail as well as the whole world revolution. The people of the Irak took up the weapons against the inner and outer class enemies. The people may not down the weapons before they have not defeated all class enemies in their country. We know what we are talking about ! We talk about the dangerous international influence of revisionism and reformism. You cannot win the armed battle of resistance without the victory over the revisionists and reformists. They stand on the side of the imperialist occupants and belong to the inner bourgeoisie. International pacifist protest is only the twin of the colonial war-mongers, serves worldimperialism and paralyses the revolutionary power of resistance. With pacifism you cannot push troops out of the country! This is not possible wothout armed resistance. So we have to convince the peaceloving people all over the world to refuse pacifism and to unmask this bourgeois ideology as an instrument of the worldimperialists and their lackeys.
The spontaneous liberation struggle is directed against the liberation struggle led by the Communist (Bolshevist) party, is directed against the necessity to raise the armed struggle of resistance of the masses towards the niveau of proletarian class-consciousness, is directed against the headquarters of the Bolshevist party. The spontaneous theory of „People`s War“ pleads for conditions of movements, which will not be „hindered“ or „ indoctrinated“ by the Marxist-Leninists. „People`s Wars“ should find their own ways and the Bolshevist party is condamned to follow behind this „People`s war“ like a donkey. This military –back- trotting politics are the base of any kind of opportunism in all military qiestions, which have to be solved by the proletariat. The spontaneous armed struggle of resistance, the „theory“ of worshipping the spontaneity of the armed struggle is a „theory“ which absolutely denies the leading role of the vanguard of the working class. Only that armed struggle can defeat capitalism which is led by a genuine Bolshevist party. The abolishment of the unavoidability of imperialist occupations and wars is only possible by the Bolshevist worldparty and its sections in every single country!
