Declaration of Joining the Comintern [ML]
1. As the communist organization of our country we strive - together with all communist organizations all over the world - for the final aims of communism.
2.
a) Our organization is exclusively led by the ideology of Marxism-Leninism.
b) Our organization is exclusively based on the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha.
c) Our organization is exclusively led by the principles of the proletarian internationalism.
3. Our organiziation struggles for the maintenance and continuation of the revolutionary tradition of the marxist-leninist world proletarian movement, the Paris Commune, the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin, the socialist Albania under the leadership of Enver Hoxha.
Our organization struggles for the proletarian socialist world revolution on the base of the old heroical Marxist-Leninist tradition.
Our particular tribute should be paid to Josef Stalin and to the Party of Labour of Albania, under the leadership of Enver Hoxha, for their role in the international struggle against revisionism; our organization agrees with the view of the Comintern [ML] that the liquidation of socialism in the Soviet Union and Albania was not due to the failure of socialism, but to its distortion by traitorous revisionists pretending to be `modernisers` of Marxism - Leninism;
4. We continue the tradition of the struggle of the revolutionary proletarian forces against the opportunist forces within all the three internationals. Our organisation works for the Comintern [ML] to reconstruct the international Marxist - Leninist organisation on the principles of the former Communist International. The glory and victory of the Communist International is immortal, the bourgeois-revisionist adversaries can neither liquidate the class of the world proletariat nor its vanguard.
5. The breakdown of revisionism forced the revisionists to organize the restoration of their power under several international masks of „anti-revisionism“. This worldwide renewal of revisionism under the mask of „anti-revisionism“ - we call it: neo- revisionism - as the most dangerous bullwark against Marxism-Leninism, against the world proletariat, against world socialism. Only the victory over revisionism will be the guarantee for the victory of the world revolution. As long as world capitalism exists (and even after that!), an d as long as all exploiting and oppressing classes do exist all over the world, the revisionists shall try again and again to cast their skins and hide behind renewed masks for the restoration of capitalism. The bolshevist parties all over the world struggle commenly and permanently with the Communist International against bourgeois-and petty bourgeois- revisionist ideology within the own ranks to maintain the power and hegemony of the only revolutionary class in the world – the world proletariat . Today the character of the Marxist-Leninist World Movement, the character of the Comintern [ML] - to whom our organization belongs - is an anti-neo-revisionist one. We defend this anti-neo-revisionist line,
a) because the working class in our home country don`t want to give revisionism any chance of influence behind „Marxist-Leninist“ masks
b) because our organization don`t want to give revisionism food to spread from our country to other countries -
c) because the working class of our country wants to protect the Comintern [ML] from revisionist influences coming from our country or from any other countries -
d) because we want to take part in the struggle of the whole world proletariat to liberate itself from any revisionist influences.
Proletarian internationalism does thererfore mean: centralized internationalist front for the liquidation of all international - or nationwide organized centers of revisionism. The liquidator of revisionism can only be the only revolutionary class- the world proletariat.
6. Our joining organization agrees with the Comintern [ML], that we live in a period of the upheaval from world capitalism to world socialism, that the current world situation reflects the accentuating crisis of decaying capitalist society at the beginning of the 21th century and that must be utilised by the working people to further the cause of socialist revolution. The objective preconditions of the proletarian socialist world revolution are ripe and over-ripe. This means that the problem of the socialist world revolution has to be solved practically, now.
The globalisation of capital walks along with the globalisation of labour. This globalisation of capital and labour aggravates its own inherent, basical antagonistic contradiction between the class of the workers and the class of the bourgeoisie. The workers need their vanguard in their own country, but as an internationalist class the workers of all countries need as well a globally united vanguard for leading the centralization and concentration of the international class-struggle. Socialism in each country can only be guaranteed on an international scale based on the principles of the proletarian internationalism. The worker in each single country is free, if the entire world proletariat is free.
7. Our joining organization agrees with the Comintern [ML] that the central task will be the violent, revolutionary abolishment of the world capitalist ownership, the socialization of the private world production`s property - to liberate the world productive forces, to begin with socialist world production (centralised state planning in place of the profit motive), to establish the system of the socialist world economy as the economic basis of the future socialist world society. This transition can be brought about only under the leadership of Marxist - Leninist parties – all united in the Communist International.
8. Our joining organization finds that our view is in agreement on the major issue of the revolutionary class-hegemony of the world proletariat, on it`s mission to lead all the exploited and oppressed classes of the whole world on the path of their social and national revolutionary liberation. The world proletariat cannot change the world without political power. Our joining organization struggles as part of the Comintern [ML] for the world proletarian dictatorship.
9. The general line of our organization is in accordance with the General Line of the Comintern [ML] - the outline of the strategy and tactics of the proletarian socialist worldrevolution.
10. The programme of our organization does not differ - in general and in principle - from the old Programme of the Comintern (1928 ). We want to realize the old Comintern Programme under consideration of the worldwide permanently changing conditions of class struggle dialectically combined with the changing conditions of class- struggle in our own country.
11. Our organization joins the proletarian worldparty. The Communist International [ML] is the bolshevist international party – based on Stalin`s 12 thesis of bolshevization. The Comintern [ML] derived these 12 theses in its General Line (8) which is published on the internet-homepage in German language. We agree with all these 12 thesis.
13. Our organization is conscious about the current stage of the Comintern [ML] – a stage of the very beginning – ideologically very strong, but organizationally very weak. The strength of the Comintern [ML] depends of the strength of each single bolshevist party all over the world. The task is now to give all Marxist-Leninists an international home of solidarity, to educate, to encourage, to collect and unite ideologically the Marxist-Leninist comrades all over the world - helping each other in our hard efforts to get rid of the chains of revisionism , to unite all true Marxist-Leninists in one bolshevist party in our own country – to struggle as one of the detachments of the entire world proletarian army to smash down world imperialism. – First we have to achieve and to defend the ideological unity of the Marxist-Leninists all over the world and later than we shall be successful with our organizational unification.
14. We publish the documents of the Comintern [ML] in our language as well as the Comintern [ML] shall publish the documents of our organization on the Comintern [ML] intenet-homepage. The Comintern [ML] supports the class- struggle of our working class so we support the class-struggle of the working class in all countries. We struggle for the proletarian socialist world revolution as well as the Comintern [ML] supports the socialist revolution in our country! The socialist revolution in our country is part of the socialist world revolution! Therefore we want to be a Section of the Communist International !
