What is Marxism ?

« Marxism is the science of the laws of nature `s and society `s development, the science of the revolution of oppressed and exploited masses, a science of socialism `s victory in all countries, the science of building the communist society» (I.V.Stalin).

Message of the Comintern (SH)

on occasion of

Karl Marx’s 198th anniversary

May 5, 1818 – May 5, 2016

We greet all the Marxists throughout the world, because today we celebrate the 198th birthday of Karl Marx, the birthday of our first classic of Marxism-Leninism.

Today is the birthday of one of the greatest revolutionaries of human history.

Karl Marx has put all his revolutionary thinking and his selfless revolutionary activities in the service of the liberation of the international working class.

Karl Marx was the founder of scientific communism. He created the ideology of the proletariat and became the great leader and teacher of the world proletariat.

Karl Marx did not "interpret the world", he "changed" it - that is the point of his famous "Theses on Feuerbach".

 Stalin defined Marxism as follows:

« Marxism is the science of the laws of nature `s and society `s development, the science of the revolution of oppressed and exploited masses, a science of socialism `s victory in all countries, the science of building the communist society»

Lenin described the German philosophy, the English economy and French socialism as "3 Sources and Component Parts of Marxism".

1. The philosophy of Marxism is dialectical materialism. The discoveries of nature were transformed into discoveries of the society - historical materialism. Political institutions are a superstructure on the economic base.

2. The doctrine of surplus value is the cornerstone of economic theory of Marx. The Political Economy of Marx has explained the true position of the proletariat in the whole system of capitalism. The social productive forces burst their fetters of relations of production through a revolutionary process of the socialization of private property at the means of production.

3. Marxism is the doctrine of the class struggle, of the conquest of political power by means of the proletarian revolution, of the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat and its transition to free associations within the classless, communist society.

Karl Marx lived in a time when the capitalist system had just begun to conquer the world and to dominate it.

The great merit of Marx is, that he proved scientifically that this capitalist world order will not last forever, that it is doomed to its inevitable downfall through its objective insoluble contradictions between capital and labour. This proves the present world crisis very clearly. Marxism is the scientific reflection of reality and that is why Lenin called the doctrine of Marx as "omnipotent because it is true."

Karl Marx pointed to a special class which enters the stage of world history in the epoch of capitalism - the proletariat - "the grave-digger of the bourgeoisie". The world proletariat is the only revolutionary class that is capable of and called to sweep off the capitalist world order. The world proletariat does not only liberate itself, but also all other oppressed classes.

Karl Marx designated the proletariat as a class that abolishes the class society forever. Marx called the inevitable stage of development between capitalism and communism - the world dictatorship of the proletariat. The realization of the revolutionary role of the world proletariat as the builder of a classless social order - that is the powerful weapon which Karl Marx bequeathed the international working class.

Comrade Enver Hoxha said:

"The giant Marx and his comrade Engels, the founders of our glorious teachings, recorded with their studies all the centuries and worked for centuries. That is, they generalized in an ingenious way the history and the work and thinking of mankind, it initiated the development of laws of human society, its standards and methods, and showed possible forms of transformation of society, the abolition of capitalism and the building of socialism and communism and established these laws. Therefore, Marxism is always young, vital and immortal. "

Marxism is a guide to revolutionary action. And so "we Albanian Marxist-Leninists came to the philosophy of Marx by the revolutionary practice", so recalls Comrade Enver Hoxha.

In vain attempts, the bourgeoisie defined the revisionist betrayal, the restoration of capitalism, an alleged "failure of Marxism". That is a lie. The correctness of Marxism will be proved by the restoration of socialism on a world scale.

Marxism is indelible.

Today the Comintern (SH) is the only true defender of Karl Marx and all other 4 classics. We emphasize again, and we will continue to stress, namely that it is impossible even to defend a single classic, without defending simultaneously all the other four classics.

Guided by the invincible teachings of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism we are marching resolutely towards world socialist revolution, towards the dictatorship of the world proletariat towards world socialism and world communism.

We swear to fulfill the great legacy that Karl Marx has left us.

Long live Karl Marx - the first classics of Marxism-Leninism!

Long live the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!

Proletarians of all countries - unite!

World proletariat - unite all countries!

Down with the open, reactionary anti-Marxism!

Down with the betrayal of the revisionists and neo-revisionists of Marxism!

Long live the Stalinist-Hoxhaism that enhanced teaching of Marxism-Leninism in the world today!

Long live the proletarian internationalism!

Long live the proletarian, socialist world revolution!

Long live the dictatorship of the world proletariat!

Long live world socialism and world communism!

Long live the Comintern (SH) - the only authentic defender of Karl Marx and his revolutionary, proletarian heritage!
